From the moment I walked in, Rachel was incredibly informative, walking me through the entire process with ease and answering all of my questions. Her workspace was spotless, which made me feel comfortable and confident in the hygiene standards.Rachel was not only friendly and approachable but also super quick and efficient. The entire process was smooth, and I was out the door in no time, loving my new piercing! Rachel is the absolute best!! she strives for perfection with every piercing, i have gotten all my recent ones with her and they couldn’t have looked any more beautiful and they healed with no issues either! i can’t wait to go back and see her again!

Rachel was amazing at Luxe Piercings located in Dollhouse! She made my sweet girl feel so calm and excited for her piercing! They look great and was painless! I highly recommend her! We plan to go back in a couple of weeks for me to get a double piercing! 💕💕💕

Rachel was wonderful with my 3 year old! She was so sweet to her, helped calm her down when she got upset, and helped distract her with little goodies. She even followed up with us the next day to check on us both. I cannot recommend her enough!

Rachel is amazing! I gave her a visit today and got my helix pierced.. and to say I’m obsessed would be an understatement! She gave me all the information/tips on how to keep it clean and make sure it doesn’t get infected! Not to mention— she’s very knowledgeable and sanitary when it comes to her job! Rachel is excellent. She walks you through everything then talks and helps you through it all so it’s not so bad. In and out in a flash. And then to text and check on you the next day is even more meaningful…. The best all the way around….

My 3 year old has been wanting her ears pierced and it’s her 4th birthday Monday. We took her today and the numbing cream was the key!!! She said she didn’t feel anything and it didn’t hurt at all!! They were the sweetest and most patient with her!! Highly recommend!!!
