Hold Fast Tattoo and Body Piercing

I got my first tattoo here last summer 2023 from Brenn. Booked months in advance and then he cancelled me last minute. He said he double booked so I obliged and agreed to a change of date. He discounted the work even though I did not expect it. Nice guy, friendly and professional. I arranged a further appointment for a second one in April this year many months in advance but I had to cancel giving him 5 weeks notice sending numerous messages. The artists here are talented but they never respond or communicate. When you eventually get a reply weeks later after numerous attempts you will be told they are too busy. There is more to just skill in business. Try having a more proactive customer service response approach. Workmanship- 5 Stars. Customer Service 3. It’s just easier to go elsewhere.

Very friendly very clean. I brought my daughters in for piercings. Nose and ears. They did a wonderful job making sure both of them were happy! Thank you Chris!!!!

So far i have gotten 2 piercings done here and i have no complaints!! the place is very clean and tonya, my piercer, was very informative about care, and i have had zero problems with any of my piercings and always feel like she is knowledgeable on piercings but also tries to listen to what i want. great place! thank you!

Professional staff, clean atmosphere, listened to my concern and ideas before completing the tattoo. Chris and Joe are wonderful as I cannot say enough good things about them and they way they operate a clean and safe environment. HighlyRecommended!

My friends and I have multiple tattoos from this location, we usually make an event out of it. We have never been disappointed in the quality of the work, the environment, or the artists. Everything is always clean, prices are great for the work, and all the artists are extremely considerate and accommodating. Will be back!

Ive gotten multiple tattoos here not only are all of them absolutely beautiful but the artists are able to take my weird explanations and get it right every time. If you want a good tattoo done come here 100% of the time.

I got my nose pierced by Tonya recently! She was wonderful! Not only was the piercing process itself easy (it was so quick and painless.. over before I even realized it started).. she was also very thorough with explaining the aftercare steps. Couldn’t recommend her more highly. Or the shop as a whole!! This is the second piercing I’ve had done at this shop and I have also been tattooed here as well. Joe Chase is my artist that I always go and see. Always end up leaving stoked about my tattoos. Hes always careful and doesnt have too heavy of a hand. Everyone else there does awesome work on other customers too. Super chill environment at the store. Professional where they need to be but super casual once you get settled in.

We just had the best tattoo day!! Five of us went to Hold Fast for tattoos. They all turned out far greater, above & beyond our expectations! Positively fantastic! ! Joe C did a saying on my foot - I am beyond thrilled at how it looks!!! Joe D did the other ones - absolutely great!We even had a picnic in the backyard of the tattoo parlor and met Chris - also awesome! Just a FABULOUS experience!

I have about 130 hours of tattoo art on my body by 15 different artists. The most professional down to earth shop Ive been in. Highly recommend. Clean and friendly. No attitudes from the artists. I went to get my first tattoo while down here for a vacation with my friends, and Justin did my mine. He did a great job and he made sure I was good the whole time. I have no regrets and was extremely happy with the work done!

Got my first nostril piercing by Joe. It went great, a Super smooth process, and very quick. He was very kind and made us feel comfortable, it was obvious that he knew what he was doing and had been doing it for a long time. The shop was very clean and sterile, the sterile smell was the first thing I noticed when I walked in. Went in scared and came out with a giant smile. Definitely recommend.

Absolutely loved getting my septum done here for my 18th birthday! Tonya was the piercer and she was very nice and communicative. made me feel very comfortable here.

Excellent service. I got my first tattoo (Im terrified of needles) Chris was very patient with me during my mini panic attack. The end result was better than I ever imagined. Have already sent 4 people in for work. Great atmosphere, price, and service.

I first got a single palm tree on my forearm, it was bright and awesome. I went back to get a forearm sleeve from the same artist, Justin, and I. Am. Obsessed. I have one session to go buy Im already getting many compliments on it, and more importantly, I am so happy with it. He made adjustments to the original drawing he rendered and was awesome. Cannot wait to get this finished!

Tonya was awesome! She talked me through the whole piercing experience. Their parking isnt great, but you can park around back which helps! That wont stop me from going back! Tonya was 💯 !

I went in today and had a good experience with tonya getting my septum pierced, everything went great. About an hour later i’m out to dinner and i notice that the ball had just fallen off of my piercing, i struggled for 20 minutes trying to get it on with no luck. Of course my next option is to call the shop that i had just left and ask for their help. Given that I had left barely an hour ago, and my piercing had already come undone i figured it would be no problem to go get it fixed real quick. When i called seeking help the guy that answered the phone had no sympathy for my panic, and said tonya had left and he could not help me today. I am very upset that there could not be a solution to fix a piercing i just got an hour ago, and paid $70 for. I am now going to look for a different shop to fix the problem for me.

Always nice and helpful. All the guys arr great and really make me feel comfortable and happy. Have gotten 3 tattoos and 2 piercings done here and I love them all. They always use clean and new needles and everything else and they open it in front of you. I recommend them to everyone.

What a pleasant experience! Made an appointment to get my nose pierced on Saturday. When I got there the place was clean and people were very cordial. Joe is so pleasant and I was done in no time. Fantastic service if I decide on anything else I will definitely go here👍🏾

Amazing place! Got my nose pierced a couple weeks ago & it was painless and it also healed up really fast! The customer service is great— I called today to ask questions about my piercing to buy a new stud & the staff was really helpful.

Awesome guys running this shop. Very detailed tattoos and i got exactly what i was looking for. Chris has a very gentle hand and did an amazing job on my sisters and myself when we went in. Got my nose pierced here. Completely happy with the results. Called almost every tattoo/ piercing place around my area and this is the only place that would pierce my nose with a hoop. People were so friendly and loved the experience as well as the environment. Highly recommend!

Ive only ever dealt with the two Joes but let me say. Theyre both awesome. The shop is clean and the staff Ive dealt with are super professional. My only complaint is parking is kinda messed up but hey, its a small shop and they cant have everything. You have better luck parking on the side (I believe there are signs) than in front. So keep that in mind if you ever swing by.

My friend and I came in for some ear piercings and the people were very welcoming and kind. We were nervous but they walked us through everything and answered any questions we had. Definitely the best place to go for piercings, they were very knowledgeable about what they were doing which made it a lot more comforting than previous places we have been. Thank you!!

So this was my first tattoo and I can say I was kind of nervous. As soon as i showed up I was greeted by Jenn (btw she was super friendly and would recommend her for work done) the entire experience was great and a very friendly environment. I would definitely recommend to go there!

Went in to get a small infinity tatoo on remembrance of my Mom and Joe did a great job and was very professional. Very pleased with his work and the price was more than fair. I would highly recommended Hold Fast!

We went today to get daith ear piercing (2 of us) and met Chris who did the piercings for us. He worked fast and we are very happy. We called ahead to be sure they could fit us in. I would recommend.

I got my nose pierced ...even with the change of things during the covid safety and precautions I enjoyed my experience as I have in the past not over priced friendly and professional service. I recommend and plan on returning in the future. That was my fourth trip loved it.

I came in yesterday for a quick tattoo because I’m from Lakeland and wanted to get something before leaving, I didn’t know they only went by appointments. But, one of the artists (sorry I don’t remember his name) squeezed me in at a moments notice and didn’t make me feel like an inconvenience at all. Figured it was worth mentioning :)

Great group of people, great work and also do things for good causes. Awesome place. My kids have gotten piercings and tattoos here, Ive gotten tattoos here. I have and will continue to recommend this place to anyone who is looking for any of these services.

I took my 15 year old here for her birthday nose piercing.keep in mind the law requires a notorised statement before they work on a minor, even if your a parent,so plan ahead because noone wants to ride home with a miserable unpierced teenager.I was aware of that and ran over to Amscot and they notorize for 10 bucks..that being said..THIS SHOP IS THE BEST!! Warm friendly greeting when you walk in, patient,funny, thorough.amazing artists. My older daughter is some what of regular here,and all her tatoos piercings and dermals are flawless. Youll feel very comfortable here and pleased with the services. Highly recommended !! Thank you Hold Fast!!

Couldnt be happier with the work done by Joe C... While on a business trip last year, I stopped into Hold Fast Tattoos on a whim last and Joe C. did my first tattoo (infinity sign w/o the color). Back in FL on another business trip and decided to go back tonite so he could add color... I couldnt be happier with the results!! I guess I know where Im going for any future tattoos!!

Unprofessional. I got a double helix piercing. They got infected and developed keloids even after I abided by all of the aftercare and home remedies that was asked of me. Not to mention, my piercing on bottom was practically hanging off my ear since it was pierced so close to the edge of my ear. Called to ask to speak with the piercer multiple times over 8 weeks and never got a call back. Everytime went in, the piercer was not available. Just unprofessional if you ask me.

Joe crushed it on my sons nose piercing , never a bad time for a piercing or a tattoo when your at holdfast!

Three years ago I got my tongue and my nose pierced here and it was a great experience they were professional and I have no problems with my piercings they all turn out great I love them I’m thinking about going back to get snake bites, I honestly will not go any place else and I live all the way in Palm Coast worth the drive
