What an amazing experience for my 9 month old baby girl. She got her ears pierced and I got my conch pierced on the same day. The staff is very nice and accommodating, explained every detail to us, was patient and friendly. The place overall is super cute with nice jewelry and a nice garden waiting area in the back. You will not be disappointed. Everything is clean and sterile.

Val was absolutely amazing! She pierced my 5 month old daughters ears with ease. She was so kind and gentle. It was definitely worth the trip! The place was so clean and nice. The other workers were so helpful as well! Thank you so much!

- experience for my one year old daughters ear piercing was awesome, I wanted a place that uses numbing cream and offers gold earrings. They did both, lots of selection, and it’s a partial numbing.the staff was super helpful and all my questions and gave us their full attentionThere’s also a cute space to take pictures and a little garden outside to take the baby after to distract them, she cried immediately after and was fine in one minuteDefinitely would recommend 10/10

I had a great experience at Tori’s for my baby girls ear piercing. The place is extremely clean and very accommodating for babies. They had a diaper changing station and everything needed just in case of emergencies. My little one had the cartridge ear piercing done and she cried for 2 minutes and then got over it. She looks so cute with her little earrings. They did a great job explaining the process and aftercare. I definitely will recommend this place!

Stopped by my FAVORITE piercing studio to get a couple of stacked lobe piercings today and even got to pick out some new ear candy to fill up my new travel jewelry organizer to get ready for my big move💕Super excited to pick out a few pieces from the all new TORI Ear Candy Collection!! And they’re the freaking CUTEST!😍AS USUAL, the studio is freaking spotless, super clean and especially beautiful. The piercings were quick and painless, and came out soo cute! I chose alternating opal studs in increasing sizes with a silver setting and blue titanium hoops.On the other side I picked out two simple silver circles.They’re ALL from the new collection of flatbacks, super cute and SUPER comfortable. I will never be woken up in my sleep from an earring stabbing me in the side of the throat or neck AGAIN!😊I’m SO excited to wear all of my new earrings😁

An amazing experience! My family and I drove all the way from the city to get my daughters piercing. They were so kind to all of us, and extremely patient with her. The piercing itself was quick and smooth, babygirl cried for only a few moments. Definitely recommend this place for your babies!

We went to get our 7 month old daughter’s ears pierced today and we are so happy with our entire experience! We were nervous to do this, but Tori and her staff were so welcoming and friendly. They made us immediately feel at home. They played with my daughter while explaining the process to us. 5 stars and highly recommended!!! Just be sure to make an appointment before going as there are no walk ins.

Valentina the owner at Tori’s has pierced all of my children’s ears. Even though we moved ,We traveled an hour to come back with our last daughter (6 months) to have her ears pierced. It’s family friendly, clean and super cute. Wouldn’t go any place else!

Everyone was wonderful at Tori Ear Bar. I took my niece for her 6th birthday. They treated her very special, giving her a crown, mermaid ring and stickers.Ear piercing was quick and painless.The space was insta worthy, clean and pretty. Thanks for a great experience.

My daughter Aria and I had such a nice experience at Toris. Valentina did such a great job at making my daughter comfortable and her personality was energetic and funny, my child didnt feel any pain during or after her ear piercings and she went through it with ease. The rest of the staff was also very informative.

Valentina’s shop is absolutely beautiful and designed with every possible customer need in mind. My only complaint is that it isn’t located closer to us!

We had such a great experience piercing my 12 month old here! Very clean and friendly staff. They were great with my daughter and walked us through the healing process.

I can’t say enough good things about this place. I got my ears done a few years ago and had an amazing experience and it was only right to bring my 5 yr old today. She got very scared prior to her piercing and Valentina was so patient and waited for her to calm down and talked her through everything she did. The certificate along with a lollipop and special toy was just another plus. I will always recommend this place!

My daughter went there for her first piercing. She loved the experience so much. She was a little scared at first but then the person who was doing her piercing helped her calm down and made her feel much better. She was really happy with the final result. She loved the place and experience!

Took my baby girl to get her ears pierced, wonderful experience! Everyone was super nice and professional. Very informative of how to take care of the piercing. Very gentle and sweet with my daughter when doing the piercing. The place was beautiful, it had a small section in the back to feed my baby and changing table if I needed to change her after. Offered water/snacks for my other two older kids who were there with me. Gave my baby a certificate and instructions of how to take care of it. Super welcoming and friendly! Loved it 👏💕

Owner is lying in her reply about everything!!! Such a drama queen- crazy!!!Stay away from this place! Rude, unprofessional owner and Overpriced!We had my daughter ear pierced by Valentina(owner) when I scheduled I was told that Tory will be the one doing our piercing. When we came Valentina said that she will do it. We wanted flat backs so she used needle to pierce ear and then she had to put earrings in. Her hands were shaking and she probably couldn’t see well as she used glasses. My daughter was screaming probably for 2-3 minutes as Valentina was trying to put earring in her one ear. Then she started screaming at me that it’s because of my bad vibes, because I’m stressing, that she couldn’t put earring in. Who wouldn’t stress when your baby is screaming and her ear is all bloody(Valentina screamed at me multiple times to leave the shop or she wouldn’t proceed. Then when she did first ear she said she won’t do the second one if I won’t leave the shop. Instead of instructing us how we can help to do it fester and without stressing my baby Valentina decided to scream and blame me for her behavior and incompetence.All I did all that time is that I was talking to my baby trying to calm her down.I don’t think it’s ok to do baby piercing when your hands are shaking and you can’t basically see what you are doing.It was the worst decision I’ve ever made to come to this place. I should have call the police for her behavior!I couldn’t even leave complain as I was told that Valentina is an owner.

Had an amazing experience at Tori’s! Made an appointment online with ease. When we arrived the staff was super friendly and accommodating. Valentina was so sweet and very professional. I couldn’t believe how fast they pierced my daughters ears (6 months old). It was quick and the placement of the earrings were perfect. Would absolutely go back and recommend them to anyone looking to pierce your child’s ears.

I went with my 10 year old daughter to get her ears pierced for the first time! AMAZING experience! Staff was very friendly, environment clean & sterile. Took our 6 month old to get pierced & the staff made us all feel very comfortable. Placement was perfect & doing the piercing itself was very fast. Answered all our questions & gave great instructions for aftercare. They even played Mrs. Rachel for our little girl , which put smiles on all our faces! If you are looking for a place for your baby to get pierced I would highly recommend Tori. My wife and I have been searching for a place to pierce our 7 month old daughter’s ears for a while. Our pediatrician recommended this place and we are so happy we decided to come here! Our experience was wonderful, nothing felt rushed, there was a changing table and a place for nursing if needed. Her selection of earrings were great. My daughter cried for less than a minute, and then she was distracted by looking at herself and her new earrings in the mirror. Would recommend to anyone with children!

Amazing. Took my 3month old to get her ear pierced and our experience exceeded our expectations. Environment was clean, the staff was very caring and made us feel comfortable. Made the whole process from booking to piercing so easy - they explained everything beforehand so I could focus on my daughter. They have it down to a science and it was a quick and awesome process! Very clean facility and friendly staff - they even changed the music for what my baby likes!

We went this past Friday to pierce my 4 month old daughters ears. They take you into a cute little room where the piercing will happen. You choose your earring in the room and are given verbal after care instructions. You are given a hard copy as well afterwards. Valentina pierced her ears and had me verify my choice in earrings while showing me that everything is one time use and sterile. She did such a great job with my little. They distract your baby with a little bit of YouTube and before you know it youre finished. They have a little changing station in the back if you need to clean up the baby or just sit to soothe them. My pediatrician recommended Toris and Im so glad they did. Thank you!

Val was very sweet, professional, knowledgeable and kind. She was quickly able to change out my old earrings to the new ones which I wanted, as well as pierce 2 different piercings on my ears- compeltely painlessly and quickly. My ears are now upgraded! She was even able to stretch out an old piercing hole which I had wanted back, so we did not need to re-pierce it. I will definitely be back to Val if I want any other piercings in the future. They have super cute earring options in all different styles and metals. Aftercare was explained thoroughly by Val as well as the staff. I feel cared for, that if I needed something or had any questions I would be able to call or DM them at any time to come in. Tori Ear Piercing is such a cute and clean place to get ear piercings!!! They did a great job explaining the aftercare procedure and they weren’t pushy about choosing more expensive jewelry (which I’ve experienced in the past). It was a great experience overall. Valentina, her mom, and daughter are the sweetest people and made us feel so welcome and comfortable. I brought my 4 month old daughter here to get her ears pierced. The salon was so clean and decorated very pretty! Tori and her mother were personable, professional and so kind! They made my daughter smile right away, and helped her to quickly stop crying after getting her ears pierced. She only cried for a minute, and then was all happy again! We are so happy we made this choice!We were so impressed with the strict adherence to masking, temperature taking, hand sanitizer, and overall cleanliness. We felt safe bringing our newborn into that environment.Additionally, we are so satisfied with the piercing procedure and how everything is single use to ensure everything remains sterile.The staff was so kind, encouraged us to take our time choosing the earrings, and fully explained everything from start to finish. Such a great experience for my 7 month old and myself. Drove 45 minutes to come here and would do it again! Clean, friendly, and Valentina explained everything from start to finish. My 75 year old mom said she would even go back for herself if she was considering a piercing lol. Overall great experience and quick! There’s even a feeding/changing area in the back for those with little babies, and we got a certificate with her name on it :)

I took my 4 1/2 month old daughter today and I was blown away at how incredible the experience was! First, the place was so so clean which made me feel super comfortable and relaxed knowing I was having my daughters ears pierced. Secondly, the staff was so insanely precious and sweet! They were friendly, explained in great detail the procedure and how to safely take care of her ears post, and put a brain stimulating show on for her while we waited. Glamma and I even wound up getting piercings too! If I could give more than 5 stars I absolutely would! Shout out to Tori Ear Piercings- you’re the best!

Had my daughter’s ears pierced here recently before her 1st birthday. The staff is incredibly nice and Tori is such a professional. The studio is super clean. It is clear they have dealt with many babies and put a lot of thought into the process. Tori was very thorough and deliberate in her explanations of what was going to happen and aftercare. They even had an iPad for my daughter to help distract her.It was a quick process with minimal crying from my daughter. Highly recommend Tori and her team!

I took my 8 year daughter to get her ears pierced at Tori’s. The storefront is so cute, clean and girly and perfectly instagrammable. The experience was really pleasant from start to finish. My daughter was incredibly scared before the process but she said that it was surprisingly less painful than she expected. They also have really cute initial earring options. Highly recommend!

I thought Tori Ear Piercing was a great experience for my granddaughter who was very nervous going there. She got her second hole and it felt very safe and clean. The earrings were a little on the expensive side but all in all, I highly recommend the place.

I did my research and bumped into this location. Our daughter had an appointment today for her first ear piercing. We were nervous and didn’t know the outcome. Tori Ear Piercing follow proper COVID protocols. The location is very clean. They disinfectant after every customer. They are very organized. They go by appointments only. They go over all the details before hand and the earrings we chose were out of packaging. They also explain after care instructions. From owner to staff, they are very friendly, sweet, and informative. We would recommend this location to anyone. Valentina and staff were patient and kind. So me and husband were recommended to this place for our first childs ear piercing. When we arrived, the minute you enter they are very professional and friendly. They put you in a private room thats very well decorated. The process explanation was done very well. As they went forward with the piercing, it all started funtastic but as expected our daughter did not like the tiny pinch feeling of the piercing. After a soothing cream was applied to her ears, she did calm down and slept on the ride home. Overall a great experience and will recommend this place as well for first timers too!

On 8/17/19 we took our 2month old daughter to get her ears pierced here. What a amazing and relaxing experience it was! From the min we walked in we were greeted by Valentina and her mother. The energy was so warmth and comforting. Everything is beautiful and super clean. My daughter enjoyed looking at all the fun pink decor. Our daughter cried for about 2/3 min and then she started smiling with Valentina and her mom😍 it went by fast! Valentina and her mom are experts and this whole experience exceeded our expectations. We are so happy we drove from Brooklyn to Tori’s Place. I will be referring my friends and family to them!

Everything when really smooth and professionally done I couldn’t be more happy with the experience. My daughter was really nervous in the beginning but they made it so fun and easy for her. Took our 8 month old daughter here to get her ears pierced back in the summer, and Valentina and her mom were absolutely amazing! They have the process down to a science! Everything is beautiful and clean. They are experts at this! Just returned to have them change our daughter’s earrings, and we were in and out in less than 5 minutes. They are so responsive and got back to me via text message the night before we scheduled our appointment. Hands down the best way to go. I absolutely loved our experience at Tori’s Place! We brought in our 3 month baby girl to get her ears pierced & we couldn’t be happier! First of all, I was a nervous wreck but Valentina, her mom, & her daughter Tori did an amazing job at reassuring me that everything would be alright! They were extremely accommodating being that my 8 year old son was with us as well. & they were all super sweet! The place is beautifully decorated & super clean. It’s difficult to go anywhere during these times but their protocol was great. Everyone wore a mask (except baby girl of course) & our temperature was taken upon arrival as well as having our hands sanitized. Valentina did an amazing job at making my daughter feel comfortable & when the time came to pierce her ears, she was quick & had a gentle touch. Baby girl cried for a couple of seconds & then went back to smiling at Valentina as if nothing ever happened! She thoroughly explained the after care & showed us how to clean baby’s ears daily. We even had a nice chat before leaving! Honestly, I couldn’t have asked for a better place to take my baby girl for such an important occasion! Super professional, very sweet family, & a very clean, welcoming place! It has been a couple of days & my daughters ears are perfectly fine. Not to mention, super adorable! I had a great experience, the place is so beautiful and clean inside, all the staff is so friendly and professional. I loved my piercings, I got 3. The flat backs are a game changer. They give you great instructions on aftercare and they sell all products needed. I can’t wait until my next piercing. I am definitely coming back! All the girls are so sweet and made me feel super comfortable. Today i don’t even feel anything.

I am so happy we decided to have my 4 year old daughter’s ears pierced here. The place is immaculate and everyone is so welcoming and patient. We had a private room where my daughter could watch a show while waiting for the numbing cream to take effect. Every aspect of the process was explained and she was made to feel really special. First they are taking excellent precautions during the pandemic which I am so thankful for because it made me feel super comfortable since my 6 month old obviously cant wear a mask. Second, they were so sweet to my baby girl - talking to her and making her smile during our time there.They explained the process to us and followup care. WHAT AN EXPERIENCE!! Valentina did my daughter’s ears. She was so kind and explained everything to me before she did it. I’m a first time mom and was a little (who am I kidding little) nervous. And she was so gentle and my daughter cried for literally 5 minutes. The place was clean, and sanitary. I felt so good walking in and even better walking out with my baby girl. When she wants more piercings as she gets old I’m definitely bringing her back, or even for myself! Definitely recommending to everyone I know with little ones!!

I brought my baby (11 months) to get her ears pierced here and one of the earrings fell out twice within two weeks on the same ear. She never touched the earrings or pulled on them. The earrings are not screw-backs but butterflies and I prefer to have a screw back because I read online these are the best options for babies but they assured me that this was the right earring for babies. This place is very expensive and you can’t bring your own earrings. The piercing experience was good but I’m disappointed that this happened. Should have gone to my pediatrician to pierce her ears and saved the money.

Took my 3 year old granddaughter over the past summer to get her ears pierced. The staff is amazing and they made us feel comfortable and totally at ease. Not only did she get her ears pierced I wound up getting a second hole! She lives in Florida and we will be going back to get a second pair. I had a terrible experience with my older daughter at a piercing pagoda, so I searched online for a more reputable piercing place. I am so glad I found Toris place! Valentina and her mom were welcoming and never rushed me. They made sure I was happy with everything and were sure to answer any questions I had. Not having any piercings at all, I got both ears pierced here. Staff is super friendly and professional. The studio is clean and very comforting. The procedure was quick and easy. Before the procedure they explained everything in detail and answered all my questions. They have a great selection of earrings and I am definitely super happy about the results. Been getting compliments since about my new piercings. If I want to get more piercings down the line, I definitely will be coming back.

What a great experience! We called and made a very last minute appointment for my daughter’s birthday. They couldn’t have been more accommodating, getting us in same day and easing her last minute jitters. The salon is adorable, super clean and my daughter loved all the fun pink decor. And, no surprise, the staff was friendly, easy going and made this a very memorable experience.

If I could give this place 10 stars, I would. Valentina pierced my daughters ears when she was 2 months old and the experience was so enjoyable. Clean, neat salon, beautifully decorated. I got back to get a piercing myself! Tori’s place is the only place I’m recommending to all of my friends for their babie.

I wouldn’t take my daughter here. I went into Tori’s really excited to get my piercing. It was a really special and important day for me. The overall experience was fine, but the bill was very high. I understood the price of the earrings, but the itemized receipt didn’t make sense to me. I contacted the owner to ask about it, and she responded in a very defensive way. I wasn’t trying to get a refund, I was just trying to understand the bill. She continued to be very rude and defensive to me. Clearly this is just a business that thrives off of overcharging people and doesn’t actually care about the customer, because there is no such thing as customer service here. I work in retail and am a musician so I know very well about what proper customer service should be. I am very disappointed now, and will discourage anyone from going here. What was supposed to be fun and exciting turned into an overly dramatic, disappointing and exhausting day. I don’t see how your business will survive.

I got my ears pierced here recently and had the best experience. Mine have closed a couple times in the past & the staff were so good with letting me know how to best care for them. The place is also just so cute, was a fun experience!

Took my daughter today for her ear piercing. I did a ton of research and drove 45 min due to hearing about their specialty with babies and their use of lidocaine. I was so excited and was hoping to get a video of a happy baby but that was not the case.The rooms were very cute and they had cartoons playing to help keep baby distracted. It felt like the discussion of care and choosing earrings was rushed. I was told they would do one ear and she would probably not even notice by the second ear. They went to pierce her ears and my daughter began screaming and stiffening her body. They went to do the second and she was moving so much from the pain. Needless to say- I was horrified. I believe they did not give ample time to let the lidocaine sit (I also arrived early for my appointment to make sure there was time). My pictures are of a tearful baby. The placement of the earrings are beautiful-however I am just highly upset because I expected my child to be numb otherwise I would have just brought her to a place by my home.

Tori Place was amazing. My 5 y.o. daughter had been asking to get her ears pierced for a while now. I told her there was going to be some pain involved, but she still didnt budge on her decision. I found Toris Place through my pediatrician. When I first looked at the website I have to admit, I thought the prices were a little high. But then I considered that she would probably have these holes for the rest of her life. I thought it would be better to go to a professional who can get it right the first time. Lets face it, with a little kid youve only got one shot. So we went to Toris Place and I have to say, it was worth every dime. The place is beautiful. Valentina and her mom were wonderful! She spoke to my daughter, made her feel comfortable and showed her the earrings to pick out. Her mom numbed her ears. Valentina marked it a few times to make sure it was perfect. She even had a TV to distract my daughter during the piercing. They did both ears at the same time. It was over really quickly. In the end she got a certificate, some stickers, a toy and an aftercare kit. Valentina told us exactly what to do to care for her ears properly. My daughter is so happy. She has been showing off her earrings to everyone. Im so glad we found this place!

After doing research on google I found this place, instantly fell in love. Literally waited two months until my daughters pediatrician gave us the okay to pierces my baby’s ears.After that, I called the same day to get an appointment. Drove 45 minutes from westchester.Once I got there, 30 minutes before my scheduled appointment. I texted and they let me right in. I was greeted by not only a welcoming person but to a clean and elegant place. They had a baby carrier parking station. And they took me right in. Not only do they speak English but Spanish as well. That for me is a 10/10. I was offered water. And they literally took me by my hand and told me the 101’s of the procedure. They put on a headband which was very cute, than they showered me the earrings and than they marked the earlobes. Shortly, after that they got the disposable ear piercer machine and with in what I felt was a couple of seconds everything was done. They ended up giving me a certificate of braveness for my baby and they told me everything I had to know about the after care.This has to be the longest review I’ve ever wrote but I will do it over and over again if I had to, that how much I liked this place and if I ever do end up having another daughter you bet I will not think twice of coming back, or heck even more my self.Thank you Tori’s for a wonderful and exceptional experience.

We stumbled across this business after searching for the perfect place to get our baby girls ears pierced.After making an appointment we soon realized the holiday traffic was going to make us late. We called to verify we were on our way and they reassured us that we would be fine. Upon arrival, we were greeeted with warm smiles, hot coffee and all around positivity! We saw all of the beautiful earrings and settled on 14k pink flowers.Valentina and her mother were so relaxed even though our daughter was fussy, exhausted and in pain from teething. She took her time, marked the dots and before I could worry about the pain .. It was done ! Our little princess screamed and cried for about 3 minutes and slowly began to calm down. This experience exceeded our expectations and we are so happy that we drove over to “Tori’s Place.”Everyone should get their ears pierced here!

I was not planning on getting my ears pierced when I went in for hair services, but in glad I did. I was so pleased with the results. I went back for other ear piercings after they healed so well and were virtually painless with the numbing cream. If you are looking to be comfortable and taken care of by professionals, I would recommend Toris place. Not to mention is was very inexpensive. They were able to answer all of my questions.

A great place to bring your newborn. A family owned business. Professional, caring, and clean. My 7 month old daughter had a great experience today. We were worried and had delayed doing it due to covid, but they do temp checks and limit the number of people in the building. They clean the room after every single person.

Valentina and Tori were great! Got another piercing here and couldn’t make it exactly during normal hours. They were so nice and accommodating to the timing and the place was clean and their covid standards were awesome; would go back in a heartbeat!

Brought our 6 year old daughter to get her ears pierced. We were greeted at the door and made to feel very welcome. Avery was excited yet nervous about getting the piercings but was placed at ease immediately. The entire process was explained and the use of the cream to numb the ears was the main reason Avery wanted to come. Avery quickly was relaxed and picked out a pair of earrings. After numbing the ears for one hour the actual process went quickly and Avery didnt even know it happened. After three weeks there are absolutely no issues and we couldnt have been more pleased. Came here about six months ago for two lobe piercings in each ear. Hadnt worn earrings in a decade due to two bad experiences in my teens and 20s, so finally, in my 30s I got smart and went to a professional lol. Valentina was knowledgable, accommodating, and patient. She answered any questions I had after the piercing was done whenever I texted her. The location was bright and spotless. Six months in and Im happy to say the piercings have been healing beautifully. 10/10 experience.

Avoid this shop at all costs! It is profoundly overpriced and they have extremely dishonest billing practices on top of the high pricing. I was overcharged $116! They double-charged me for a service and then lied about it twice. When I confronted the owner with paper evidence of the lie, she laughed in my face and told me she does this to people all the time and always wins (AMEX has already refunded me the stolen monies). When I spoke with others in my town, I found out she has swindled and harmed MANY others. Do yourself a favor and stay away.

Great experience but they pierced my six year olds ears very crooked. I approved the dot before they did it but couldn’t tell how off center these were. I just took them out and she’s devastated to have them redone not to mention what we paid.

Clean and very friendly. Had my six year olds ears pierced here and they were professional and quick.

I was told I was getting a gold nose stud, however it was FAKE. I went to a jeweler because I have been getting bumps on my piercing even after 10 months. I clean it every day thoroughly. The jeweler told me the stud was fake, which is why all these problems were happening. Why did I spend $100??

They told me it was a 100$, but neglected to tell me the price changes if you use the needle. Also, they gave him the wrong earrings. We paid 200$ for ear piercing and got the wrong jewelry. Also we had an appointment and had to wait for over a half an hour.

I would strongly recommend avoiding having your cartilage pierced here. They use a single use clamp device which is essentially a piercing gun. A sharp tipped earring is pressed through the cartilage without using a needle, a practice that is almost universally recognized as unsafe and fraught with prolonged healing issues. I had to take my piercing out and they refused to refund me despite ample evidence that they use incorrect practice.
