Nolana Tattoo & Piercing

Today I went in to Nolana for a helix piercing. Artist Blake did my piercing and he was very thorough, and his technique gentle and immaculate. He is also very knowledgeable and passionate about his profession and it shows!Shout Out To You Blake,I love love love my new piercing!!While I was there I inquired about getting a small semicolon tattoo. Artist Dylan was ever so kind to fit me in, in-between his clients. He was very precise about my tattoo and the placement is on point. He is very proficient with his work and also very interpersonal. He made my first tattoo experience truly a great one.Shout Out To You Dylan,I love love love my new tattoo!!Anyone looking for their first/ next body art piece Nolana is the place to go.I am looking forward to my next visit. Went on 9/20 for a piercing from Blake, and had a wonderful experience! He explained everything very well, went at a speed I was comfortable with, and did wonderfully with my piercings. Not only was he wonderful, overhearing the tattoo artists talking to other customers made me confident this is the place I want to have my first tattoo done as well! 5/5 easy!

We loved Nolana. The shop is very clean and comfortable. Kyel Williams was great to work with. Myself and my Best friend came in for two simple matching tattoos. He was fast and professional but we also had some great laughs. Thanks guys!

I was so very impressed with the studio and especially Blake at Nolana. I took my daughter to get her ears pierced and Blake surpassed all my expectations. He took his time (even with a line of people waiting for him) and did not push or rush her. He answered all our questions, spoke to my daughter with patience and encouraged her, told her what to expect step by step. He took away all the stress and anxiety. If I could give him 10 stars I would! Thank you Blake.

I came in for a piercing and was impressed by the stores cleanliness and the staffs friendliness. They offered a variety of jewelry options and walked me through the entire process, taking the time to explain each step and answer any questions I had. My piercer was Blake and he was chilled and quick, making the experience as comfortable as possible. I was surprised how quick the piercing went, it was done in no time! Plus, their artists are APP members for safe piercing, which made me feel even more at ease. The other piercer, Dylan, helped me out with picking my jewelry and was very helpful in the process, making sure I found the perfect piece to fit my style.

I started going here for my piercings, and it was awesome the first time I went. it was only like 2 employees in there when I went. a guy did my piercing he was nice and did my placement to my liking! I came back to get new jewelry cause I planned on always spending my money here piercing wise. this instance it was a totally different vibe, there was a bunch of white girls that came in as walkins after me and they completely ignored me (I’m brown) and proceeded to greet and ask everybody white that came in what they were coming in for and proceeded to help them, while I sat there for a good 30-45 minutes and they just all looked me in my eye with a funny look and proceeded to ignore me and assist the white girls with a walk in not an appointment heard the whole convo and interaction lol mind you I spent over 150 that day just on jewelry. and I also let them know what I was coming in for when I first came in after the ignored me for the first 10-15 minutes no greet nothing. I really dnt know why it was such a switch up from the first time…I mean my skin color was the same as the last time I came in lol I just really don’t understand why I was treated so poorly and I still would like to go and support their business despite the micro aggression that I received, I just tried to chalk it up to maybe they were having a bad day. but once the walk in came in and they still completely ignored me and proceeded to greet each one of them trying to see what they needed it was clear to me what was going on

Nolana was the only place that responded to me when trying to set an appointment for a tattoo. And am I glad they did! First, this place is impeccably clean. The tattoo Dylan did for my grandson is amazing!! And their piercing options!! I highly recommend. And we will be back! Thanks again.

Highly recommend Nolana! My friend and I walked in and they did a very small tattoo for us on the fly and we got permanent jewelry! The staff/owner were so nice, funny and knowledgeable! The studio was very clean ad they had great prices!

Recently got my conch pieced by Dylan and I really enjoyed my experience! The shop was very clean and welcoming. There’s so many cute jewelry options and Dylan was very patient in telling me about all the pieces I was interested in! Piecing process was smooth and comfortable definitely would consider if you’re interested in getting a piecing!

I went with a friend to get nostril piercings a few weeks ago. The shop was so clean and the staff was very welcoming. Blake did our piercings and was very knowledgable and thorough. Definitely will be back in the future and highly recommend Blake for piercings.

I went to Nolana to get my bridge pierced. Blake was very nice to do it even though he said he normally doesn’t do those. He took his time to make sure it was perfect and is very sweet and professional. I absolutely recommend going to him for all your piercing needs. 10/10 would definitely recommend. Can’t wait to go back for more!

I don’t normally leave reviews but the people that work there are amazing. I got my second holes on my ear lobes done last week by Blake. He was super professional, clean, and made us feel very comfortable! He was very informative about after care and what he was doing during the piercing. A very down to earth guy. Today I had to get the bars changed to longer ones and Dillon helped me this time. He was also super professional, clean, and as gentle as he could be while changing the piercing out. They both answered all of our questions and concerns. Yes, the piercings are more on the pricier side, but you pay for what you get. The customer service and atmosphere of Nolana was worth it in itself! I can’t recommend Blake or Dillon enough for your piercings needs.

Brought my niece and her friend to get a helix and double piercing. The atmosphere is clean, crisp, and inviting. The professionals were the best in the business I’ve ever experienced. It’s not a normal seedy tattoo shop. They had a nice display of jewelry and were very knowledgeable. Will be back for any future piercings or tattoos.Edit**My helix piercing ended up swelling and became embedded. I went back to have them check it out. They were amazing about the entire thing. First, Blake was able to get the stud out quickly even though I was terrified of the pain (it was pretty painful). I didn’t fully understand why my ear got so swollen but my body tends to swell a lot when injured so it would make sense a piercing would swell more than someone else on me. Anyway, they were great dealing with it. Got it out. Super chill. Super nice. Super understanding. Then told me I could come back and get it redone and they wouldn’t charge me a piercing fee. I cannot recommend this place enough. My niece wants her belly button pierced and we’ve already decided when I go back to get my helix re done- she’ll get her belly button pierced. 100/10 rating from me. Seriously the best.

Absolutely loved everyone at Nolana Tattoo today! I drove an hour just to see Blake as he came highly recommended and he did not disappoint. Not only was Blake awesome, Dylan was too! Dylan helped me pick out the perfect nose stud and changed it for me after a not so good experience at another shop. He also helped me pick out jewelry for my tragus piercing I was going to get. He was very informative and easy to talk to. Blake then pierced my tragus. It wasn’t painful at all and he told me what he was doing before he did it, which I appreciated. The atmosphere was great and everyone was so friendly. I felt extremely comfortable and knew I was in capable hands. It was an awesome early birthday present ☺️ So glad to have found a good shop and will definitely be coming back regardless of the drive! Thank y’all again 🩵

Nolana is amazing! I went with two friends for ear piercings. Everyone we interacted with was so genuinely friendly, welcoming and helpful. The shop was extremely clean and they were very organized with their process. Blake was our piercer and he was fantastic. He made us feel very comfortable and clearly knows what he’s doing. From what I can tell Nolana is the only shop in the BR area with piercers who are members of the Association of Professional Piercers. Highly recommend!

I went to Nolana today for their new permanent jewelry soft launch along with four others. Even with permanent jewelry being new to their shop they were all very professional and quick. Everyone was super friendly and the shop is EXTREMELY nice and clean! While there I decided to get a walk in ear piercing by Blake. He made sure everything was sterilized and comfortable for me and I was in and out! The jewelry is beautiful along with the service and I’d definitely recommend friends to come here.

Blake rescued me from a “mall piercing” gone wrong. He was so kind and reassuring as he removed the embedded earring. I will definitely go back to Blake when my ear heals so he can pierce my ears correctly. Everyone I spoke to was very friendly and the store was very clean. I 100% recommend!

I went to get a tattoo of my favorite Pokemon Dragonair and Brooklen did a fantastic job! She is a very professional tattoo artist who cares about cleanliness. She was kind and laid back and really great to work with. If you are looking for any kind of anime or cartoon artwork then I definitely recommend her. The shop in general is also great. It was very clean and everyone is really friendly. They provide a lot of options for tattoos and piercings. I would definitely go back again.

If you havent been, you need to go.Their tattoo shop is beautiful, but most of all very clean. They sterilize everything AND most importantly they sterilize your jewlery. The staff is really nice. I got my cartilage and tragus pierced by Dylan and it was beautiful. He helped me take out an old piercing from another shop who did it wrong and guided me to alternative. He was great!! I went the next week and went to Blake who did an awesome job piercing my nose.Ive told all of my friends about this place and Ill be back soon.

Not only is Iris an EXPERCT Tattoo Artist, she also has such a wonderful personality that made my time getting tattooed enjoyable. She has such a bubbly personality and is wise beyond her years. Makes a difference when you are in a tattoo chair for hours. Speaking of Tattoo chair and abeyance of the shop, WOWW! Just WOW! Nolana has private tattoo rooms AND is decorated like a high-end spa. Did not expect this when walking in for my appointment. 10,000,000/10 recommend Iris and Nolana Tattoo!

I went in last week considering getting a piercing and was unsure of what I wanted. Blake helped me decide and did not pressure me at all. He wanted to make sure that it was what I wanted. He was one of the most informative and knowledgeable piercers I have ever been to and he was so patient through the entire process. He was very reassuring of everything and confident in his work. I received a conch piercing from him and I absolutely love it. The sterilization, friendliness, and helpfulness that Blake had was top notch. I cannot wait to go back and get more piercings from him.

I went to get some of my previously done (poorly done, NOT from Nolana) piercings removed and downsized and they, especially Dylan, were so helpful and understanding. I made the 1 and 1/2 hour drive out to go and see them at their shop and I definitely reccomend you do the same! They were amazing.

We started our services here with an issue that the owner diligently resolved. Took our daughter there to get her ears pierced. The facility was immaculate. Cleanest shop I’ve ever been and I’ve gotten some ink in some pretty terrible places. Piercer?? Hole artist??? Was professional as all get out and made it a quick procedure.Owner and staff are top notch and they did so well with my little girl, that I will get my next tattoo there despite what my wife says. My body, my choice goes both ways brah.

My daughter has gotten three piercings from Blake. The latest was a Helix piercing. I am impressed every time. The facility is so clean and well maintained. Blake has a very calm energy that makes the process so easy.

10/10 had Blake pierce my Eyebrow. really kind and helpful. Walked me through cleaning and care. Sterile as a doctors office too. I went to get old jewelry removed that was done wrong, and a new piercing done. (Eyebrow piercing) walked Me through placement, types of jewelry, everything. Felt like a safe and friendly environment too (Im black and queer. Literally no notes at all. They were so nice). Def going back again.

Blake was amazing! He is exceedingly knowledgeable in his profession and super patient with me as I wanted a very specific placement of my piercing. They also have a variety of high grade jewelry to choose from. This was my 10th time being pierced and I will be returning here again. Very clean, very professional, and overall a wonderful experience.

My friends and I went for my friend to get her conch pierced. The piercer was very knowledgeable and super friendly! I ended up getting two of my earrings changed. The piercer was very sweet and took his time explaining the different jewelry and different prices. I ended up getting a gold hoop for my conch and a gold diamond piece for my helix. I’ve never had my jewelry “fitted” before. The piercer brought me to the back and fitted me for my gold hoop for my conch by using different plastic hoops. He was so sweet, funny and again knowledgeable. The jewelry swaps were quick, easy and painless. My friend also stated that her conch piercing barely hurt! This studio takes their time and so many precautions when piercing. I will 100% be coming back here for more jewelry and and other piercings.

I was not disappointed. I chose this place they were busy, however, for me in and was very responsive when reached. Customer service was fantastic. The space was nice and clean. I do recommend.

I went to Nolana today to get my first cartilage piercing (my helix) and although I was a little hesitant about getting it before, the staff and environment made the entire experience easygoing and reassuring. Everyone there is very knowledgeable and safe about the process and after having three piercings prior to this, I definitely had the best experience with the least amount of pain at Nolana with Blake.I will definitely be going back with my friends to get theirs done and for any future piercings I get.

Came in for the very first time to get my eyebrow pierced. The place was very bright, comfortable, and most importantly clean!! Everyone was nice and very informative about the piercing and aftercare etc. The overall experience was great and will definitely be coming back for more piercings and some tattoo work!

My artist was Brooklen! She did a wonderful job! I’m normally really woozy around needles, and when I started to feel a little light headed she was super accommodating. The color looks great, and the line work is super smooth! I definitely will be going back for more in the future!

He made sure I was comfortable throughout the process and was just an easy person to be around which is kind of important when you’re hanging out with someone for any length of time.As for the tattoo itself, it’s simply perfection! The lines are so clean and the watercolor feather is gorgeous and whimsical and MORE than I hoped for!!!The atmosphere of the place is so comfortable and CLEAN - beyond clean! I’m not much of a super private person however the private rooms are a pretty cool touch!I have a couple of other desired tattoos and I will definitely be hitting Jarrod up for those!

Awesome place to go to get ink the artist are professional and will do what they can to make your idea come to life. I only had one tattoo last year, since getting my first one from Caleb my right arm is almost completely covered. The shop is very clean and comfortable it defiantly is not your typical shop and the staff is friendly. If your looking for a great experience rather it is your first piece of work or your tenth this shop is where you want to go.

Blake helped fix a mistake made by another piercer & was super knowledgeable about what we could do to fix it!It’s been about a month since we fixed it & it healed perfectly! 10/10

Dylan did an amazing job on my tattoo! The quality of work is astounding, and I get constant compliments.I asked Dylan to do a cover-up of a name tattoo that was in dark, bold, black ink on my ankle. Not just any cover-up of a dark, bold, black name tattooed on me... dainty pink flowers. And Dylan did it.My ankle looks amazing, and I’m so grateful to Elevated Ink and Dylan for the art I get to show off on my ankle.The shop is clean and private. You can get a tattoo in a private setting, set aside from onlookers.I would highly recommend Elevated Ink and Dylan. I also look forward to getting other tattoos in the future.
