2nd Street Tattoo

Had to pay for touch time done on some free model work done by Viola, the touch up was lazy and still looks blotchy. Line work not good either. Her tattoos heal horrible. Lack of care/respect for scheduling/ customer needs. I came in for the background outline and then the second session for the coloring she didn’t tell me she only had two hours to spare to finish the work. Glad she hadn’t finished because it made me realize I didn’t like the tattoo anymore at all. I had to get an entire cover up by another shop because it went so south. . Elena was her mentor and let her tattoo something she wasn’t comfortable with or good at doing. Go somewhere else.

Honestly best experience ever it was my first tattoo and i was a bit nervous but they all made me feel right at home 10/10 would recommend

Sam has done 90% of my tattoos and piercings! 10/10 recommend! He is very respectful and has AMAZING work!!!!! He did the most meaningful tattoo for me and I asked him to surprise me, when I went in for my tattoo and saw what he came up with I was in absolute awe! Sam has worked so hard on every tattoo I’ve have gotten and seen him do! He never fails especially with his detail!!!!

Sam is amazing! This is my favorite tattoo shop from now until forever! My daughter needed a cover up of a stick and poke she had done herself. Hers is the Kokopelli and it turned out fantastic! It was her first tattoo, and she had lots of anxiety. Sam was so sweet and gentle with her. He explained the whole process as he was doing it and not a tear was shed! I got some touch up work done on a 30 year old Tattoo I had gotten when I was my daughters age. I could not be happier with the end result. My beat up old Thunderbird looks brand new! We have had many great experiences with Sam, not only did he have compassion while piercing our, at the time, 8 year old, but he is also very patient and understanding when it comes to personal requests.We recently had our youngest daughter (4) with us during a piercing and Sam was nice enough to not only allow her to be present during, but to also take her on a tour of his beautiful pets throughout his establishment....what an amazing experience

First of all my tattoo artist was very unfriendly. She also didnt cover the tattoo or give me any advice on how to let it heal. I dont like how it turned out and since I didnt get the proper healing skin it looks even worse now.

Great experience. My young daughter got her ears pierced. The guy was very kind and patient. He explained everything well to my daughter. It went very smooth and easy. My daughter is thrilled.

I walked in for a medusa piercing. I was in and out within 10 minutes. Sam paid close attention to my personal anatomy and took his time marking placement and made sure I was happy with it before piercing it. He had a strong sense of advocacy, reminding me that its my body and I have the final say in the placement. He was calm and gentle and I felt relaxed throughout the whole process. I highly recommend this shop if you are looking for a cool piercing. Thanks Sam!

Amanda did a great job piercing my ears. Everything is even not like the old piercing that I let close up. Everyone was professional and nice. The shop was clean which is important to me. The cost was fair. They let me bring my own earrings which I was relieved because Im allergic to most metals. Thank you

Honestly best shop I have been to so far and I have been to so many I lost count. Every one was playful and happy. I love the dogs but not very sanitary and the beautiful young lady who did my tongue piercing yesterday was amazing and fast and I didnt feel a thing really. I absolutely loved her. I would work there cause I have experience in that field and I love tattooing. And a Lot of the work Sam does is outstanding so far the 2nd best work I have seen

I got my nose pierced here by Sam. He was great! I had my nose done at a different place and it turned out horrible. I was concerned with the placement and was not happy with how the stud went into the hole. Sam was very gentle removing my previous piercing and reassured me that my new piercing will look a lot better - and it does! Kris was very friendly as well and helped with the process. I highly recommend this place. They gave me the comfort I needed after a bad experience. Thank you Sam and Kris!

Sam is amazing. From the first time we walked into the shop and met Sam and explained what we wanted. To the following week when we returned for our appointment. We were treated like family. Sams custom artwork exceeded our expectations. My son loved how his finished tattoo came out. The price was more than fair. My son has found his artist and we will be lifetime customers. I just got my nose pierced here. The man doing it was really gentle and super nice. This was my first piercing so he guided me through it. Overall a very pleasant experience, definitely recommend.

Ive never had a bad experience here. All the artists are friendly and have always done exactly as I asked! My favorite tattoo is from Sam (owner) and I have 10 tattoos so far from different artists in AZ.

Not the best piercing experience Ive ever had.I got my septum done and it was pretty quick to get in and out. The shops a little crowded. When I was getting change for the 50 I gave for the 45 dollar piercing, she seemed irked that I couldnt tip her that much.

First off this place was great. The people the environment and the service. Sam and his wife are great at what they do. I have been to all shops in the local Prescott area, but none of them compare to this one. Not only was the experience great but the tattoo coverup I got was great. Sam is a talented artist and he gave me exactly was I was looking for. It’s still a work in progress, and I have already booked my next appointment. I have had a lot of bad experiences and bad tattoos from places around here, but second street really made a good impression on me. Thank you guys. 💉✌️

I came here to get my first piercings about two months ago and they were very nice and clean about everything. They are always so nice when I call in to ask questions. I would definitely recommend this place over others in the valley.

I forget who did the piercings but I got my dimples pierced. The guy did such an amazing job! I barely felt it he made sure it was a safe place to pierce and made absolutely sure its where I wanted the piercings placed.

I have not been to your shop, but I just saw the work you did for my friend Jade. The color and detail was amazing. I am looking for a place to get some work done. I will definitely be stopping by to see what I can work out at your shop. Great work guys... Hope to get some of my own real soon.

I got my ears pierced 2x in each ear outter lobes and a tragus and anitragus the people were awesome in giving you information and although it hurt it was over in a little bit of time. I will go back if I want more piercings

I went yesterday to get my nipples pierced! The piercer was amazing and had me laughing to ease my nerves and anxiety! Very impressed with the work. I will be returning 😊

I was wondering how much a tattoo costs if i had angel wings thats rainbow and the name Olliver with his birth date in roman numerals on my arm. I want it the size of my palm.my husband wants the out line of his cross re-outlined and wanting to know the cost of that.

Best tattoo and massage you can experience in town. Had a one hour massage then a 5 hour tattoo session. I cannot even describe how amazing the whole experience was.

Great work and the prices are cheap. Everyones work is super beautiful and professional. My only complaint is that I wish they kept a better eye on the dogs, as they can bother customers sometimes.
