Tyler is my creator and gave me my first tattoo & second , and Im scheduled for my third with him because he makes the process ALL about you & makes ya feel at home & like part of his family, and shares his personal stories of his life if asked and is a true kind real person!!!

I have been going to Dark Star for years. Josh is such a great guy down to earth. The staff is amazing. Couldnt ask for any better. Great pricing. You cant go wrong by going to Dark Star!!!

1st time going I asked to have wording done on my ribs, that was fine.. no problem. Gave him the quote I wanted. Watched him write it out I looked over it and it was perfect .. I laid down on table and he wrote it out on ribs and got to work, everything went great. Once he was finished and I read it over in the mirror he took wording out of my quote and shortened it without asking .. so upset & annoyed! Luckily it still reads them same but it isnt what I asked for & extremely unprofessional for him to change what I asked for originally without a word to me about it.

I was in town for my boyfriends funeral and really wanted to get a tattoo for him in his hometown. Tyler adjusted his schedule to squeeze me in for a quick little tattoo at the end of his day. This tattoo is so special and means the world to me. I could not say thank you enough to Tyler. My little stoned peace frog is exactly how I wanted it!

I was recommended here by a lot of ppl and I had a great experience here with Tyler. He drew up what I had envisioned in my mind better than I could explain it in words so I appreciate him for that. Great artist and will be looking forward to more tattoos by him.
