Ive been going here for B12 Lipo shots for several months now. Highly recommend the Redlands location. Daisy & Emani are the absolute best at giving injections 💉 Please ask for them & enjoy a great experience! 👍

I’ve been coming here weekly since February and with their help and guidance was able to lose over 20lbs! Id you’re struggling with stubborn weight this is your place they have so many natural options as well!Had a smoothcheck in process and all my questions/concerns were addressed even while they were extremely busy! The staff were all great and very personable!

I had to move from the Hesperia location to this one. I just come in for a monthly laser hair removal(all there the covid era), and though the staff is nice just felt a bit lazy for them to just slap the cooling gel and laser everywhere rather than target the areas I needed to be laser off. They lasered my neck area where I don’t grow hair from and now I have hair growing there. I’m hoping if I go back they’ll take their time and target those particular areas I’m self conscious about.

Natalie is so sweet! she’s one of the new medical assistants but knows her stuff and goes out of her way to make you feel super comfortable. love her and she makes it pleasant to come in :)

Worst weightloss clinic they wasted my time! I was on puentee mine previously in august and they had me get the special for a month. Of phentermine which was $99 and they only gave me 1 week a lipo injection and B12 tablets the next week I went in they told me I was not a candidate for phentermine anymore since I had lost 3.4 pounds! Like seriously I have not ate at all all day so obviously I am going to be those pounds less! So I asked for a refund because it just does not make sense that in one week I’m no longer a candidate when I didn’t even take the phentermine I was given since it was in a capsule form & I can’t take capsules & wanted a different dose that was a pill I can break I even asked for the lowest dose as long as it was in a pill form! They only refunded me back $53 like really and my time worst place ever! They will waste your time! I RECOMMEND (RCMC) there’s a location in rancho & banning, hesperia. They won’t waste your time & the staff is so cheerful welcoming & they care if you want to loose 15 or 20 pounds this is the place! They won’t lie to you and give you medication one week & have you buy a months worth to tell you the next week you are not eligible for phentermine & they are moving you to natural meds! Lol

I went for weight loss program when they were at their old location in San Bernardino. Everyone was always so nice. Since they moved to Redlands, I started getting my lips done by Julia and I have to say I finally went somewhere else and the pain level was nothing compared to the nightmare it always was at Health First. Not only did it hurt terribly every-time but the injectors bedside manner was always awful.I would not return again unless those things changed.

Every time I have ever went here I feel like the staff truly cares about me. It’s not one of those clinics were they just want to make some money. The medical assistants really listen to you and make you feel comfortable and safe. They took the time to answer all my questions until I understood everything without seeming bothered. I definitely would recommend this place to all my friends.

Just had juvederm, volume and volume on my cheeks, lips, jowls and smile lines. Instant results are perfect. Took advantage of their black Friday sale so price was very reasonable.So so happy.Julia is excellent. I always have botox done here but decided to do more.I love IT!!!

These guys are great. Very kind, professional and no undue delays when you get there (some doctors make you feel like youre lucky theyre seeing you at all!) Mind you, this office is not in a great neighborhood but Ive never had any trouble. I will continue to make the 45 minute drive there because they are very reasonably priced and great service and expertise!

I noticed that the place smells like urine and is not clean. I came in wanting skin procedures and was not comfortable with them taking before and after pictures. I did not sign the consent and they said I cannot have the procedure without pictures. I have not had that problem anywhere else. They also would no give me the consents that I did sign even though there was no procedures done. I felt very uncomfortable there and its an unwelcoming atmosphere. I dont not recommend this place. There are much more professional skin care centers around here.

Health First is such a great place to go for weight lost, Botox, lip Fillers and etc! The girls are so nice and welcoming and motivates you to do your best. They care about each and every patient that walks through that door. The place is so nice and always clean and is in a great location. The provider is very proficient and does great work!

Absolute complete waste of time! I went in there with perfect blood pressure and pulse. On the first reading(in the offices), it was 117/84 - perfect blood pressure once again, but yet DENIED treatment. They tried to tell me my pulse was too high. 😂- My pulse was 79 and 84 prior to arrival. Normal reading is between 60 and 100. This place is a complete fraud! An uneducated medical staff to say the least. With ZERO stars was an option, it would have been selected.

Staff is friendly and professional but the results were bad, Ive been going there for about 3 years and thingshave been great. On the last visit I got zero results than went back for a touch up and still nada, I asked about a refund or discount and they were not willing. I spent around $450 for no results.Many of the reviews here are fake

Be prepared to wait a long time. Staff is inexperienced. I was initially excited about this place and would have been interested in injections and laser treatments in addition to weight loss services. After investigation of what they have to offer, I am sure I would not get good results. So I just went for weight loss injections and medication. I have a lot of experience going to medical spas and weight loss clinics. This place is the most expensive I’ve been to as well as most unnecessarily time consuming. I will not be a returning customer. There are so many other places in Southern California that provide excellent service without the hassle and run around. I went to Redlands location.

I wanted to try B-12 shots. So I called and asked if B-12 shots are covered in the one week promotions. They said “Yes, all medicines the doctor percribes is covered in the first week promotion.” So I set an appointment and went it. It took a while, 30 minutes to see the nurse practitioner. She said sure on the shots. I waited to get the shot and they handed me 5 B-12 tablets. I was upset. They said shots are not included in the first week promotions. So they get you in the door then tell you something different. After being there a hour I got my money back and will just go to Clark’s and get a B-12 shot!! Total Bait and switch.

This place is usually very clean and staff usually is kind. I had an appointment today and waited over 50 minutes. They seem overbooked to the point that they were overwhelmed. I decided to leave because it didn’t seem like I was going be served anytime soon as they had so many other people waiting. The service today was very q disappointment, inconvenient and made me waste my day off from work.

I went for my first time for Botox, Juverderm for smile lines and lip border only. I aslo did Voluma for my tear troughs (dark under eye circles) & cheeks. Im am very Pleased with my results!! Wanted 2 do my frown lines the 11 on my forehead and was scared at first cuz of some reviews n when I went in they didnt have before n after pictures for frown lines, but after I got them done I was so happy, love it n will go back... they need before n after pictures for every procedure they do

This place is great! They are affordable but they provide a great service. Unlike other places (ahem, cloud 9) they do not take a one size fits all approach to their work.

I went to the new location is REDLANDS against my better judgement based on the low prices for juvederm and my lips look ridiculous. The injector was a very sweet lady so I definitely feel bad to say that she should not be doing this job. According to the staff she has been injecting for a few years but has absolutely no technique whatsoever. My lips are lopsided, crooked, you name it. Just horrible. I’m embarrassed to be in public like this. Now I have to waste more money to go to the more expensive place I normally go to fix this. Lesson learned- you get what you pay for!!!!

Went in joining their Weight Loss Program with Phentermine 3 weeks ago. Im on my 4th week now and Ive lost about 16 pounds 👍 Definitely recommend this to suppress your hunger!!! The staff there is so amazing and make sure your health is coming first .

I dont recommend this place for Botox.I recently got 25 units and my results were zero for me. I get better results anywhere else... never again!
