Best piercing place I’ve been too. Very clean and welcoming environment. The workers there are so nice and really help you with you what you want if you’re buying jewelry. They also tell you their exact steps of what they’re going to do while you get pierced. I got my rook and second lobes done with Chris, and flat done with Alyssa 6 months later. They are great. I always try to go here when I can :)

Came in yesterday for my first piercing with Envy body and my experience was a 10/10!! Nick was my piercer and he was so sweet and gentle with me and made me feel less nervous then when I had come in. I got my conch done and I am IN LOVE with how it came out!! Definitely coming back for more!! super affordable and cute!

Got my third lobe and cartilage done by Alyssa. She was super efficient and her pokes barely even hurt! Studio is very bright and clean and all staff were kind and helpful. Love that they only use high quality materials as well. I can’t wait to go back!!

The pain was minimal, price was competitive, staff was top of the line, and my healing process has been smooth!Amazing experience at Envy getting my rook pierced on both ears. Yalin checked my ear anatomy, anodized my new titanium jewelry to the perfect gold-tone, and swiftly pierced with a steady hand. The staff member who helped me pick out my jewelry was kind, knowledgeable, and also had a new-ish rook piercing so we were able to thoroughly discuss healing times and strategies for best care practices.

Got my Conch pierced at envy body piercing and it healed beautifully!! My piercer at the time was Dee and she was absolutely awesome! Had them switch out my jewelry for a seamless solid gold hoop and it is my all time FAVORITE piercing ✨😍If you are looking for a solid place to get pierced, Envy is THE place! 🖤

Took my daughter for her first ear piercing for her birthday. Adri at the front desk was so helpful and friendly ! Yalin did her piercing, and even though my daughter was nervous, she made her feel so comfortable and at ease ! I highly recommend them to everyone! Got 4 piercings from Envy! It was super easy to make an appointment. Picking out jewelry at the counter was fun. They helped make suggestions based on what style I was looking for. Yesi, was my piercer. She marked where shell be placing them and made sure I was happy with the placement. She was very friendly and talked through the whole process. I have gotten three piercings at ENVY body piercing and two of them were with Yesi. I’m currently planning my fourth visit because of the great customer service the staff offers, as well as the beautiful selection of jewelry they carry. 12/10 recommend! This place has such sweet staff & the cutest jewelry! I’ve gotten pierced at a few different spots but this place was the best by far! Everyone really took the time to explain proper aftercare & I love the option of having different jewelry options outside of the simple stud! Will def be back!

I consider myself very lucky because the first time I went there to get a second lobe piercing I met my piercer Yalin. She was so patient to answer every question that I had, and so skillful that I barely felt much pain when she pierced my lobe.As shown in the picture, she did all my piercings except the two lowest lobes. The healing time is long but I am already planning to get more piercings from Yalin. She really made the piercing experience pleasant and easy.

This place is amazing. Went in with not so nice helix piercing had a bump and pain. Got fixed and was taught a good lesson to go with professionals and from that moment couldnt stop from getting more. Total of 8 piercings on each ear and couldnt be more happy. All staff is amazing and cant wait to get more.

Started coming in to the shop in March of this year as my wife was looking to get some new piercings and I had decided to get one of my own. The staff is very attentive and polite answering our questions, helping us pick specific earrings and such to start off with, as well as aftercare. This shop also has a wide variety of jewelry options.

Got my septum done here by yesi and i was very nervous because people always say their septum was the worst pain wise but she was so comforting and nice and the pain was 2/10 felt nothing! she was able to pierce it perfectly despite my deviated septum (: thank you so much!! definitely recommend. everyone here is so so nice and the jewelry is so cute!! so many options cant wait to come back and change my jewelry here

My favorite place to get poked:) Ive gotten 12 piercings here ( all my piercings) .Everyone is so professional, beyond nice, knowledgeable and enthusiastic in their work. My favorite peeps that have poked me there are Nick and Yesi, with the dahlias done by Yesi being my favorite. I could write a novel on how awesome and pro they are but Ill leave it at that. Great selection of jewelry, can be a bit pricey but the end result will ALWAYS be worth it and better than any other “competition” around. Lovee envy and I will always return on first occasion!:)

I have come here twice and have had such a great experience with everyone I’ve worked with. Alyssa and Adri were so helpful with adding a few new piercings and fixing my nose piercing. Can’t wait to be back!

Yesi did my piercings and having already known her personally, it made the experience even more comfortable for me, especially since they werent exactly ear piercings. But everyone here is so kind and welcoming, I think I would have been comfortable with anyone at the shop. I recommend this place to any and every one.

Just go to a jewelry store to get ear piercings. Envy is Definitely NOT the place. Rude front desk staff and way over-priced for the quality. The piercing cost itself is fine, but they charge for the earring and then an earring back which costs upwards of $40 for a single cheaply made earring.Make sure read all reviews before going there.

I love going to Envy Body Piercing, all the piercers and jewelry staff are super kind, helpful, and professional. I have gone for the septum and the left nostril piercing (done by Nick-septum and Yesi-left nostril) as well as to update existing piercing jewelry in my ears (Adri for all my jewelry counter needs). They have a wide selection of jewelry for all your respective piercings. They are my go to piercing place!

Alyssa has done my helix piercing and done such an amazing job! I always have such a great experience at Envy and it is my go to piercing shop. Others around me have agreed that Envy is a great shop for not only getting piercings but also jewelry.

Ive gotten 2 piercings from here with Stephanie a couple of months back. Such a welcoming environment. She did both of my nipples, made me feel very comfortable and was super sweet. Definitely will be back again!

Had 3 ear piercings done with Yalin and it was a great experience! Pain wise, it was very quick and tolerable. Yalin made the experience super easy. I highly recommend going to her! Overall, everyone was very nice and helpful. I will be coming back for more piercings in the future!

Would love to leave more stars if I could. Alyssa has pierced my wifes nose, septum, and lip! I have been wanting my septum pierced for years now, and I finally took the plunge and did it, and since Alyssa did an amazing job with my wifes piercing, i requested her to do mine!! Literally this is the spot to get pierced! Super friendly, kind, and professional staff! I already booked another appointment! Thanks again!

I highly recommend this place they are professional and they clean and disinfect there tools and jewelry good and there jewelry that they put on you is not cheap and will not reject because it’s good jewelry. I been going there for a while now they could but little pricey but it worth it when you have a good piercing and i never have a infection with them and gotten 4 piercing with them my belly,nose,lip,and eyebrow and my favorite one would be my lip and i like all the piercers but my favorite one would be nick because he’s a fast and smooth piercer. They also sell nice jewelry and they also sell real gold ones.

Envy has been my go to piercing studio for the past 9 years. The shop is clean and well organized and the staff are all very nice and helpful. Whenever I need help with a piercing or have an EARmergency, Yesi always makes herself available… She is the best and I really trust her!! I recently got my helix and it was painless due to Alyssas amazing work! She was detailed in explaining placement, dos and donts and when to come back to downsize. The beauty with red hair was so sweet and took her time in showing me different pieces!

I have been getting pierced here by YESI for the last few years. My children have also used her piercing services. I love Yesi because she is very knowledgeable, clean, and exact. My piercings always last and never reject. I will always stay loyal to her as my piercer. Keep up the excellent work my love. I just went in yesterday for a new one. I went to Envy with my son yesterday, Yesi was our artist. She pierced both our septum, my son’s looked symmetrical but my septum looked uneven. I didn’t like that mine was asymmetrical so I took it out that same night. I called the shop today just for them to tell me that the artist has to take it off for me to get it re-pierced or else I have to pay the same fee again, I live really far so that’s not practical for me. I think that if the customer is not satisfied with their piercing and dislikes it because we see it uneven, they should automatically re-pierce it. It was a waste of my money and I can’t drive back and forth because I’m not a local to the area. Yesi was nice, I wish she could have done a better job with my septum because my son’s came out good. I will be have to go to another shop after my septum heals and spend my money again to get it done properly.

The location is well stocked, clean, and very inviting. The front staff, especially Jose, is super knowledgeable and patient. My visit was to simply buy new jewelry and install it, so idk how their piercing services are, but from what I experienced, i expect to return soon for a piercing.

My tragus ripped out never healed due to getting pierced side ways. Went In for three piercings in total. As soon as my tragus was pierced the piercer mentioned that “ just to let you know it’s side ways “ asked if I would have an issue long term. Ensured me that I wouldn’t but never healed and ended up ripping out.

Envy’s a place I trust for all my piercings, i’ve gotten my nose, helix, industrial along with my double piercings from them! They’re always are so kind and patient they explain every step and always make sure you know what you’re getting and the process of it all!

I went to this place to make an earring. Look how angry my eye became half an hour after doing it. It turned towards the girl who made it for me. It took her 2 seconds to do it but it hurt me so much. This is the result.

I really like it here! I have gone several times over the years and even taken my sons to get their first piercings. The staff are careful, answer all of your questions and have a sterile safe environment. You can make an appointment. They take cards. They have been kind and tolerant for the kids first piercings. Make sure you have birth certificates for kids ear piercings. Im not sure what the age limit is for facial piercings. When they have a school ID bring that too.

Getting pierced by Nick was an awesome experience!! he took his time with my lobes making sure they were neat and placed nicely even had a very light hand almost didnt feel the needle 👍

So I didnt get percings here unfortunately but I had some snake bites that was so botched done at another shop, and I came in as a walk in at envy - and OMG! My first experience at a fully piercing related place, and the experience was like no other! Got 4 lobe piercings (2 on each ear) got to look through their jewelry options, checked to see if the pieces looked good on me, and after confirming I got my price estimate and waited for my piercer! I see a lot of reviews write about the “terrible” staff, but I saw the staff as very respectful and aired out to let their customers take a look around, pick out potential jewelry, and come to them if I had questions/concerns! This place is very sanitary, welcoming, and helpful! As someone who’s used to going to tattoo shops to get pierced, this experience proved itself to be the best way to get a new piercing! Nick was my piercer and he was so informative and had great communication during the process! My complete total for the visit was $195 ($30 piercing fee, saline, 4 pieces of jewelry, and my included tip) which I think is pretty reasonable for quality!

This is a lovely spot! I was super nervous, I havent gotten a piercing in a long time. The customer service was phenomenal and it was clear that the studio was clean and sterile. It was pretty busy on a Friday so I recommend going to their website to book an appointment. Cant wait to get another.

Even though I am older (45), have been pierced before (last time was about 15 years ago) and have tattoos, I was SCARED. The staff at Envy was the kindest most patient people. They answered all my questions and walked me through EVERYTHING. My piercing was pretty painless to top it off. I will never go anywhere else and will ALWAYS recommend Envy.THANK YOU!

Ive been here twice and saw Alyssa for both visits. She did a phenomenal job with piercing my flats, and 2nd and 3rd set of lobes. She had great suggestions for piercing placements and I know I can trust her opinions on what I could do with my ear anatomy. The front desk staff are also lovely and were super helpful helping me find pieces I liked and answering my many questions. They were all awesome. I also liked how they show you an estimate with each piece so that you can stay within your budget. I feel like the prices are a good deal for the piercing services themselves and their jewelry selection especially since they are all high quality brands. The piercing shop is also very sanitary and sterilizes jewelry before use. Overall Im so happy I started going to Envy, and truly recommend it if youre thinking about getting a new piercing! :)

Ive been to a lot of piercers am over the country. Envy is my absolute favorite now. My piercer (Vega) went over everything with me, showed me the sterile test strip, and he talked me through breathing. He was very detail oriented and took measurements to make sure it was even with my other lip piercing! The price was extremely reasonable. It’s a bit far away from my current home, but I will absolutely be making the trip back out here when I want a new piercing!!

Very clean and professional shop.My 11yo daughter and her friend got their first ear piercing with Nick, and he was amazing at explaining the whole process and even keeping mom calm.Within an hour, neither of them even had any redness on their lobes, so clearly, it was done well. The after-care was explained fully, and dates written on a card for clarity.

Overpriced mediocre jewelry, poorly managed. The new employee who didnt really know what was going on was really nice though!

Negative stars if I could. Im never coming here again. Im so disappointed in my visit. I went in there saying I want to change my belly ring but I dont want the bar showing so to DOWNSIZE. I chose out a jewelry they said it was too short. Tell me why they decided to give me a belly ring that was LONGER than my previous one then proceed to tell me that I can come back to get the one I wanted in 1-3 months?? They literally just wanted me purchase an unnecessary belly ring size that I did NOT need. They just wanted a sale. They said I need a 5/16 but its not in stock so they gave me the longer one. This longer one is causing issues everytime I sit down it causes irritation. Because of them my piercing is now going to reject. Highly unprofessional. If you dont have it then dont make me buy one thats larger than my previous piercing?! They really thought I was stupid or something because they said I can come back in 1-3 months for the shorter bar when its in stock. Im never trusting them again. I dont get why they made me pay for a longer bar when my whole point of going in there was to get a shorter bar than the one I previously had. Instead they put a bar in that was longer than my original causing it to move around more. I called the same day to tell them what happened and they said you can come back in but youll be paying for another jewelry. All they want is money they dont care about their customers. I regret coming here. Now I have this belly ring that doesnt even fit. They wont even allow me to bring it back due to Alyssas mistake. Its not my fault that she did not listen to what I needed. I relayed to her I wanted a shorter bar so why did she put a longer bar in and said it works if its not the 5/16 that I wanted? I will be disputing this charge if they dont fix this. This is ridiculous. If you want something to go wrong with your piercing definitely come here!

I have been to this studio a few times for the past almost 2 years. I would like to say that Alyssa is an excellent piercer. I have seen her twice for my most recent visits. She’s very patient and thorough with explaining and answering all my questions. I definitely recommend booking with her and will be booking my future piercing appointments with her.

Nick was awesome to work with! I went in to Envy today after booking a last-minute appointment to get my doubles pierced. The studio is super clean and professional. Nick talked me through the entire process and was incredibly nice. Calmed all my nerves. Would definitely recommend this place.

Best experience. Got to pick out jewelry before piercing. Prices were straightforward before piercing. The receptionist was super kind. It was about $208 for jewelry+ piercing. I had yesi highly recommend her very kind and made sure. I like the location of the piercing and just knew the perfect location.

2018I came in and was immediately greeted. I mentioned I was in for a nose piercing and she told me the price for the pierce and price range for the jewelry. Chose the jewelry, signed the form (make sure you bring your ID, it’s required) and waited while my stud was being sterilized. While I was waiting the gentleman asked me if I wanted something to drink. Yesi, did my piercing. I told her I was nervous and let me know it would be quick. She explained each step as she went along. And it was done. I was told to come back for a month for a free check up. I am going to get my Targus done when I go back.By the way, they take card, cash and Apple Pay.2021I still come back here and Yesi is still my go to piercer. There are other great piercers there as well, but she was the one that did my first one, so I always book with her. They have an IG page if you wanna check them out.

I have always wanted to get my ears pierced. I was extremely nervous and anxious about coming here as it was my first time. Nick helped me and he is truly a gem. He made the whole process comforting and safe which relieved a lot of my worries. He did not do anything without taking the time to explain it to me and answer all my questions. He made this experience amazing! Cant wait to go back to finish my other ear!! 10 out of 10 recommend.

The friendly people who work at Envy Body Piercing is the reason I love this place! The service and knowledge of the staff from the moment you enter, the time we looked for my daughters first pair of earrings, to when my daughters first ear piercing, and lastly the cashier with the after care instructions. All so friendly and knowledgeable.The only flaw, which is not directed towards to the employees which I stated earlier are all great, is the POS system. As customers, we should be asked to tip for services only. Their POS system is recommending tip on the merchandise and services. Yes, this is a recommendation. Yes they all provide excellent servic, but a $45.00 tip for a $30.00 piercing service is just crazy! I did pay it because the service was excellent and I did feel bad if I didnt tip, but Im laying awake thinking about this. Its 4am and its really bothering me. Why am I recommended to tip for purchasing merchandise?

Be careful, they lie about the materials in their jewelry and then refuse to fully refund you. Was told I was buying small diamond studs when they were really cubic zirconia. Their prices are ridiculous and also be careful they try to charge your tip percentage based on the total amount of jewelry and everything you buy instead of just on the actually piercing service.

Got an industrial three days ago, four different piercers said I had the appropriate anatomy and one warned me of the specific risks and shared her own experience with her industrial piercing. I really appreciated that she gave me the information I needed to make an informed decision even though it could’ve lost them business. Yesi did my piercing and was incredibly kind and patient - I have anxiety with needles and she gave me as much time as I needed to mentally prepare and she was very quick with her work, and it was as painless as I imagine an industrial piercing can be. It didn’t hurt til today and that was because I slept on it last night. Overall it was a positive experience and I highly recommend this place, it’s hygienic and the staff is amazing.

Love this piercing studio. Prices are reasonable and they have a great selection of jewelry. I cant recommend Rose enough. All my piercings done by her have healed very well and so far havent had any problems. Cant wait to go back to get another piercing but I should probably stop for now lol.

My daughter was nervous about getting her ears pierced but Yesi made her feel comfortable and at ease. My daughter did not cry or flinch at all! The whole experience was positive. Large selection of earrings, fair prices and very clean establishment. The staff was efficient from check in to check out. With an appointment, we were in and out in less than 30 minutes. Highly recommend for any age!

Customer service was really good but the piercer pierced my ear and then said it wasn’t the right anatomy for the piercing so she had to pierce a different spot. I feel she should’ve analyzed my ear first before piercing a spot and then piercing another right beside :)

So I drove by this place all the time, but I got the idea that I wanted to get a nose piercing. So I stopped in. Super nice place, clean, friendly and knowledgeable staff. My piercing is a little off from where I wanted it (thats the only reason they dont get 5 stars), but it didnt hurt.Make sure when they mark the spot if you want a different spot, have them clean all the marking off and start from scratch.

Ive gotten several ear piercings with Envy Body Piercing. I now go to the Redondo Beach one after the Long Beach shop/store closed. The staff are very helpful in choosing jewelry and the piercers are very knowledgeable, careful and clean with their skill. The piercings are inexpensive but the jewelry is a little high priced. Beautiful pieces though and they dont tarnish or change colors. The place is clean and welcoming. I will be back probably again and again.

Had a great experience at Envy. To start, they have a huge collection of really cute gold pieces. I saw several pieces that I would have liked and was so thrilled with the ones I ended up choosing. My piercer Dylan was amazing in helping me choose the pieces that matched with the earrings I already had, walking me through piercing placement for triple lobes and a helix, and was overall very encouraging and kind throughout the appointment. Envy and At Last are the only piercing shops Ill trust with my ears!

We went in to get our ears repierced (I had to get a new ear piercing ) and they were great.

Everyone was polite and professional. Rose, who did my piercings, did an amazing job! She explained and walked me through the whole process, gave great info, and made me feel as comfortable as possible. The prices are reasonable and everything went extremely well.

Im only giving one star bc of my wonderful piercer, Alyssa who continously proves over and over to be the only nice and professional person in this establishment and is frankly the only reason I even came back. The front staff are repeatedly rude for no reason. I treat people with respect with a yes ma,am/no maam or yes sir no sir and I completely understand that now a days some ppl dont identify with those pronouns. I GET IT. But to be so rude about it isnt professional or even kind which is what I try being all the time anywhere I go. The jewelry is nice and its expensive. So if Im spending a pretty penny on your products and service then I also expect the same treatment back. I wont be coming back and Ill stop recommending this place to people I know. And Ive recommended quite a few. Frankly I dont want my friends and family being mistreated the way this establishment has to me, my husband and cousin.If youre going to give this place a chance I highly suggest working with Alyssa. Shes super sweet and gentle and doesnt make you feel dumb for asking all the questions you may have. Other than that, Good luck dealing with passive aggressive, rude and an unkind staff.

This is the absolute worst experience that I’ve ever had getting piercings. I placed a same day appointment with this studio because it had good ratings and from the pictures, seemed very sterile.First impression, I tried to open the door and it was locked? I tried calling the business because I was on time for my appointment and their website said that they were still open. I’m waiting in my car for them to pick up the phone. And no answer. I call again 5 minutes later and no answer. About 10 minutes have passed and these two young girls come to the door and they opened the door for them right away. I was wearing a mask like the signs had asked so I have no idea why they wouldn’t have opened the door. I brush that off.At this point I’m being helped by an employee to check in and pick out jewelry. They had already got pictures of my ID and checked me in and had me sign off. While I’m inside the store I received a call back from the business. She says “Hi we have missed several of your calls.” I really felt that that was a rude way to address me, but I explained what happened with not being let in. Then she says “oh, well, you’ve missed the entirety of your appointment so I don’t know what to tell you.”At this point I am shocked that she feels this is a polite way to be talking to a customer. I respond saying that I am currently inside picking out jewelry and being helped by another employee…Then she sees me on the phone, hangs up and approached me saying that I only have 5 minutes because there are other appointments. At this point I didn’t even want to be pierced here because I felt so uncomfortable and rushed. I still had questions about the jewelry but I settled on something quickly because I didn’t want them to skip my appointment.While I’m in the room to get pierced, I feel even more uncomfortable because I felt that the woman was rushing to finish.At checkout, I was not offered a care card or cleaning solution. The woman there said that I made a bad decision getting both my ears pierced and that I will eventually have a horrible time healing them… okay. I decided to get both sides pierced. That had already been said and done, and after I had got them pierced I am now feeling uncomfortable AGAIN because of the manner in which this woman is speaking to me.I was super disappointed because all of this was the day of my birthday and this was supposed to be my birthday gift. I felt like I didn’t get to make a solid decision picking out the jewelry because I was rushed. I was really excited for this appointment.I was supposed to come in around this time to get my posts exchanged which I was going to do, however a friend of mine went to this same studio to get pierced slightly after I did. She was having troubles with how long her jewelry was. At this point it had been 6 weeks from getting the piercing and she was in a lot of discomfort because her jewelry was much too long. It kept snagging on everything. She went in to get them changed to something smaller to which the staff refused because she had not reached 8 weeks yet. At this point her piercings are sore and irritated and she had to go to an entirely different business who were more than willing to change her jewelry for her. They agreed that this was very unprofessional of Envy.After having all of these experiences, I will not be coming in to change my posts or get any further piercings from this company. They have made not only myself but also my friend extremely uncomfortable. Reading through these other reviews, I’m seeing that people are having a similar issue with them as I did.This business also shows a lack of communication between the staff members which only adds to the discomfort. I have never had a bad experience getting piercings until this company. Everyone that I spoke to except the woman who pierced me was extremely rude.I would not recommend this place to anyone. No one should have to feel so uncomfortable.

Ive been terrified to get piercings after having a traumatic experience with awful piercing guns when I was much younger and did not have control over where I was taken to get my ears pierced. However, the wonderful, knowledgeable, patient, and professional staff at Envy helped and were understanding of my past experiences.As soon as you walk in, you can see that this shop is meticulously cleaned! And all of the jewelry is easy to see in the display cases. All of the pieces are beautiful and fully worth the price! Once I was signed in, it only took about 10 minutes for me to be taken into a piercing room (I happened to go in during a dead period, as there were not many other people in the lobby).I was pierced by Yesi and she described as much of the process as I wanted to hear. I was impressed by her speed and precision! Not only that, she made sure that I was feeling at ease throughout the entire process.I would also like to heavily praise the counter staff who assisted me, as well. Logan helped me find the perfect piece for my nostril piercing and I absolutely love it! They also were very thorough with explaining the aftercare process! I enjoyed that they listened intently and carefully answered any questions I had regarding aftercare or swapping out the jewelry eventually. Its also a load off of my mind that should I have any questions or concerns, I am encouraged to call back or come in at any time.Unfortunately, due to the nature of my profession, this will most likely be the only piercing I get. However, I will heavily be recommending Envy and their phenomenal staff! I cannot speak highly enough of this business! Thank you so much!

Had my 5:30pm appointment last july 7, 2022, but i decided to come a little early to look for their selection of earrings. The blonde man who helped me was really accommodating and nice. I got my cartilage ear pierced by Rose who was very professional, she handled it very well, i thought it will be painful but it wasnt. Thank you guys! I will surely come back for my next ear pierce. I got 2 nostril piercings and 2 double lobe piercings (some going to scar tissue) and they were so accommodating with everything. they know what they are doing here and i never leave feeling dissatisfied with my piercings. Orderly, clean, and an abundance of options for jewelry.

Came for my wife to get pierced. We went into the shop and it was a little busy but things moved pretty quickly. They sterilized everything while I waited and they had a big selection of jewelry. A girl helped me out and we spent time with her picking out jewelry. The piercing took seconds and they even offered to have us come back for a free checkup to make sure the piercing is healing well. This shows that they really care about us. Definitely will be back here with my daughter. Overall a very pleasant experience. Highly recommended.

I came here about a month ago to get multiple ear piercings done, including a conch piercing. The people working the front room were polite and professional, and made me feel comfortable even though I was really nervous. My piercer was Rose and she was great! Everything was quality here. From the professionalism, the piercing method, the earrings themselves, EVERYTHING. So much better than getting your ears pierced with some plastic looking studs by a stapler at Claires. The piercers here know what theyre doing.They let my sister and I browse for earrings as long as we wanted and answered all our questions. Both of us actually went out with what the employees recommended, their sense of style was on point. They marked our ears and took their time readjusting for our preference.I could not have imagined a better experience, and I couldnt be happier. Heads up, the gold earrings can be very expensive, but you get what you pay for.

Friendly and clean! Brought my 10-year-old granddaughter to get her ears pierced. They were very thorough in checking my guardianship paperwork and her birth certificate. Extremely gentle with her in the actual piercing process.

This place is so nice and professional. I was only charged the $25 basic flat rate because my session lasted 6 minutes, for taking out my micro dermal. I have been looking around for so long to get it removed because it was under my cheek and most piercing places feel uncomfortable and I needed a place I could trust and focused on just piercings.There were Individual rooms almost set up like a dental room. I was so afraid my skin was going to have to be cut to get it out but he found the right positioning and pulled it out with no pain. It felt warm and little sore later which is expected but it healed in a week when it isnt picked. I recommend this place 100%. I felt so comfortable here and will be back for a future piercing.Parking wasnt hard to find and I enjoyed the trip.

Staff was very friendly and helpful! They also provided me with insight on how my piercing was behaving & placed the new stud in for me. She was gentle and made sure to not irritate it. Very very rude “greeting team” I didn’t get a chance to read the sign on the front door and I asked do we have to wear a mask and they looked at the sign, looked at me and says well if you read the sign it would tell you, you do. I also brought a friend with me and I thought you wouldn’t be able to bring them in the peircing room and she could chill in the lobby. They said well if you read the website it said, abc…When I finally got in. I wasn’t helped till 30 minutes later. Every new person who came in after me were helped right away. Then my appointment was supposed to be 30 minutes I left an hour and 15 mins later. I was really excited to go here but I didn’t expect some of the staff to be so rude !The only good part of my experience was Vega, she is a very good piercer. As for the rest of them … I do not recommend. They were rushing everything and not trying to give you u a good experience.

I went in wanting to get my industrial pierced. I was told that it’s based off of anatomy. My piercer, Manny, was hesitant about doing it, so we agreed on the conch. He then quoted me $94 after I decided on the jewelry. After quoting me he went to go prep his station. A lady with yellow hair, I don’t know her name, came over and added addition money to my quote, now making my total about $109. I wasn’t okay with this price increase, but felt forced to go through with it and trapped, since I couldn’t leave the establishment since they were locking the door with a key after they were done letting in a client or letting one leave. I definitely will not be going back to Envy, and won’t be recommending it to anyone.(Title 24, Part 2, Section 2-3303(b)(1).)(e) Locking. Exit doors shall be openable from the direction of exit travel without the use of a key or any special knowledge or effort whenever the building is occupied.

I went and saw Trevor back in July for a nose piercing and was a nervous wreck, Trevor was an absolute Angel 😇. He was patient and kind and a genuine sweetheart. He explained the whole process every step of the way. I took my 16yr old daughter for a nose piercing a month later. He made her experience fun and easy! 2 weeks later I took my two younger daughters and they were so excited and happy!! My mom is considering getting one so we will be making yet another appt in the near future......

Had both nostrils, septum and lobes done here before but had to take them out. I later got them taken out and they closed up. I came back wanting to get them repierced and made sure to have photos of my ID, etc. I also booked an appointment. I arrived 10 minutes early and was told to wait so i waited and when they let me in they said they required Physical ID for my facial piercings even though it wasent mentioned on their website (which now all of a sudden it is after my expierence with them). Also, they forced me to drive home (30 minutes away) to obtain physical evidence of ID and said I had plenty of time. When I returned to the store (At 5:10), They said that my appointment had been cancelled because I was late. Very dissatisfied with the service here.

First time coming here (a year ago) I had a great experience but given recent experience Im going to say they are very wishy washy. I recently pulled my earing out when it got caught on my towel and I booked an appointment for a 1-4 adult piercing, I thought Id get another piercing while Im there to have my earing put back in but they canceled my appointment. I called during store hours and they didnt answer, a couple hours later they called me back and I explained my situation, I need my earing replaced and I also wanted to get a new piercing but the woman said no? Lmao the first time I went they said I could come in whenever to replace jewelry, guess not. I booked an appointment because I had an awesome experience before so it was very disappointing when they didnt deliver with that same energy. I purchased new jewelry at a different jewelry store instead and will be looking elsewhere for any future piercings.

This place is amazing, I highly recommend!! They are very professional and extremely clean. I got a daith piercing 3 years ago from here and it healed up perfectly. I recently got a tragus, flat and conch in my right ear by Dee. She was patient while I chose my jewelry, placed the piercings in the perfect spots and there was just about no pain. Came here and got a double helix first and then a nose stud and both times I felt comfortable and informed as the process went on. The facility is very well lit and very clean, and the jewelry is beautiful. A bit pricey, but considering you are getting something pierced I would rather pay more rather than go somewhere where I am unsure of tools being cleaned.

Recently my 7 year old daughter got ear piercing.The staff were professional and well prepared. They all followed Covid protocol and everything seemed clean and clear.Even the staff offered two options, each one ear piercing taking turns or two ears piercing simultaneously. I chose two ears simultaneously and satisfied.

My favorite piercing shop EVER! Yesi fromenvy is my go-to piercer. The piercing price is $30 for up to 4 piercings in one sitting. The price of the jewelry is pretty on par but they do have a big variety of high end jewelry which I love!

I came here to get my upper lobe pierced by Dee and I can honestly say I had the absolute best experience! The overall energy of the staff was super friendly and very informative, and the level of professionalism from everyone was perfect. While Dee was piercing me, she guided me through the entire process gently, from the moment I sat down to the moment I got up. The piercing itself was done perfectly! She went through aftercare with me and it was so thorough, I never had a piercing heal so well without any hiccups. The jewelry selection is probably the best I’ve ever seen, and I ended up buying a new gold piece to put in my philtrum because I loved it so much. I recommend everybody here now! Will definitely get pierced here again!

I went in with a very upset dermal piercing (I didnt get them done at Envy and my body was rejecting them) and Tyler helped me out. He was absolutely great, and the removal didnt even hurt. Honestly horrible service, got greeted with nothing but attitude I really liked how the place looked but with that attitude I will take my money elsewhere. I booked an appointment with this place because they had a large selection of earrings so I showed up 25 min before my appointment so I would have plenty of time to pick which ones I wanted and when the staff member came to the door she rudely told me to come back at the time of my appointment, I was then confused and didn’t understand why but did it anyway so sat in my car and came back. Then had a different employee who was very friendly let me in and told me to take my time and answered my questions and told my friend who had the appointment after me she could come in early. The prices aren’t listed so it takes some time to ask then they look it up in the computer and you can take it out and look at it. I also had to use the restroom so next thing I know as I’m still looking around the rude staff member comes back to me and says my appointment is almost over so I felt panicked bc I hadn’t decided on which ones I wanted and with some at $200 a piece and leaving them in for 6 months I wanted to be sure on my decision. I was a little annoyed by this and said this is why I came early so this wouldn’t happen and you turned me away and she said they were at capacity then bc some walk ins came in but yet it says on there website that appointments take priority so that seemed messed up to me. Thankfully my friend offered to go first and take my time slot to give me a little more time otherwise I probably wouldn’t have gotten them pierced and left annoyed. The other staff member was very friendly and knowledgeable as was the piercer which made up for the experience being ok.

I got my philtrum repierced by Rose yesterday and she is an absolute doll. She works freehand which is highly impressive and explained everything that they were doing as they did it. I went in with super high anxiety (including heart palpitations lol) and by the time we were about to pierce I was pretty dang calm. Thank you Rose!!!

Wow, so many good things to say about Envy Body Piercing! I went in to get two lobe piercings and a daith. I was astounded by how affordable they were. Three piercings cost me $25 and the jewelry was cheaper than other places that Ive been too, and Ive been to a lot! Plus, their selection is incredible! So many pieces of jewelry! But it wasnt just the pricing I loved, but the customer service, as well. Trevor and Dee are fantastic. They clearly know what theyre doing and how to bring your vision to life.Other things to note is the cleanliness of the shop. They also take sterilization very seriously. And, most importability, they understand ear anatomy. Yes, I know thats a weird thing to say, but Ive had piercings that simply werent right for my ears in the first place and rejected because of it. When I asked for a daith, the piercer checked my ear to make sure it would work.All in all, a wonderful experience! I definitely plan to return when I get my nose piercing :)

So I showed her and she said I was too skinny to get my navel pierced. She then said to come back next year. Like are you serious? What a joke this place is. I do not recommend it. I came in to get my navel pierced about 3 months ago , i was really scared but the girl there was super patient and walked me threw everything. Everyone was so sweet and a girl helped me pick out jewelry, answered all my questions and even showed me the sterilizer at my request. I have very sensitive skin so i did lots of research and they carry the best jewelry. It healed up really well and i am gunna have my mom come in soon to pierce her ear, by the way, they have thousands of earrings!

They really help you to pick which earings to get and they take care of you and make sure you are well before you leave the store. They take their time for a reason so dont try to go in and rush them or if you are in a rush. They make sure to sanitize everything and make sure the piercings are aesthetically placed. They coach you every step if the way if you are kinda squeamish with needles but its soooo worth it! They also give you instructions how to clean and tell you go go back in one months time to make sure everything is healing well. None of that plastic gun stuff ... This place is legit !!!!

Came here to get my philtrum re pierced for the first time and everyone was so nice and helpful. Lots of beautiful jewelry but I had to stay within my budget so I got a small simple piece for jewelry but I’ll definitely upgrade.

This is my favorite piercing shop! Everyone is incredibly nice and super helpful! Theyre very sanitary and have excellent jewelery options too. Everything I have is from Envy over the last few years and Im happy with all of it.

My friends and I came to get some piercings a couple months ago, and this place was FANTASTIC. I cannot say enough kind things about everyone who helped us, from the guy who helped me with the selection of jewelry to my piercer (shoutout to Yesi 🙌🏻). Everything is incredibly clean and organized. 10/10 would recommend to a friend.

Went to get my VCHP finally after wishing for it for over three years, thought I was gunna have to schedule an appt to come back at an other time after the initially checking to see if my anatomy was going to allow the piercing, but once she gave me the okay she told me to go pick my jewelery and we did it right then and there!! Super professional, extremeley sanitary/ clean environment, private rooms. Did a quick great job I LOVE it. Recommend to anybody, dont go to some cheap unlicensed piercer! This is your body, be smart about it & go to envy!! If you cant afford it, hold off an wait until you can, it can make a permanent difference in a body alteration!! Thank you Envy!!

This place is a bit expensive. I received a navel piercing from Dee, she was wonderful, made me feel very comfortable. The only thing is that the jewelry starts around $55 and up..so its really expensive I would say compared to other places, but it was my first time here and I thought it was great!

I really really wanted to like this place. I really did. They are professional, clean, friendly, its a great place to be. But I cant bring myself to give them 5 stars. Or even 3 or 4. I have recommended this place to so many people in the past, I really thought it was great.I got my tragus pierced somewhere else and came here to get downsized. I didnt know at the time but they put a post that was a smaller gauge than what I was pierced at. The post was also too small. Today, I have scars and major irritation because of it. I kept getting turned away because it wasnt ready to be changed and I feel like all my concerns and comments were ignored regarding it. They told me it was too inflamed to get it changed, but it wasnt. It had been a year since I got it pierced and the reason you couldnt see any post on the jewelry was because it was just too tight..I got it changed by the person who originally pierced it and you can literally see where the hole shrunk and marks from the tightness of the labret Envy put in. Once the post was taken out, I felt pressure release from my ear. Im just angry. It wouldnt be a big deal if they had just addressed the issue. Now Im stuck with scarring and a nasty mark that looks like a bed sore from all the pressure.Sadly, I will not be returning. Im not naming names because these people are genuinely nice and do not have bad intentions, but they really did mess up.

Wonderful and friendly place. I took my 10yr old for her 1st ear piercing and it was a great experience. Yesi was wonderful and understanding to my daughters eczema issues.Cant wait for our check up.

An excellent piercing boutique. Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. Amazing prices for the piercings, jewelery is a bit pricey, but very high quality, so its expected. I would highly recommend them for any and all of your piercing needs.

I went last week to have my ear pierced and THIS STAFF KNOWS WHAT THEYRE DOING! not only is it safe and secure, unlike most street shops where anyone can walk in, they have THEE BEST JEWELRY SELECTION! Lost my upper cheek diamond google this piercing shop pulled up made a replacement appointment 2 hrs later came back. I was so excited picked out the bumble bee. Love it had it about 6 months just notice I lost it will be back in the morning hope they still have another one. The person that replaced it was fast an tighted it. I guess after a while they un screw. See yall tomorrow hopefully.

Great staff and wide selection. Brought my 6 year old daughter for her first ear piercing. There were more than enough choices and they got it dinne quick and nearly painlessly!

Took my teenager for her 2nd piercing. I work in healthcare and this place is top notch. Sterile and professional. Previously took her to Claires twice only to end up with 2 infections and had to take out piercings. At envy, no infections. This is the only place well go to from now on. Highly recommend.

I called Envy Body Piercing after losing my daith earring; I had it originally done in October for relief of migraines. They told me to come in right away and helped me immediately. Yesi was incredibly knowledgable and helpful ....we decided to piece my other ear and I was a bit anxious; she was so fast and painless and it was over in an instant! I love that there is a free after care opportunity as well.

Visiting CA from London and wanted to get my nose pierced. I found Envy on google and stalked them on instagram for a few days and then decided to visit. I was very very nervous but from the moment I walked in, I was made to feel sooo comfortable. They walked me through every step of the procedure and answered ALL of the questions. when it came time to get pierced Dee was so patient and indulged my weird nervous sense of humour. the method used was quick and virtually painless, I couldnt believe it. Four of us, young and older, decided to celebrate 2018 by spending New Years Eve together and getting pierced. The jewelry is some of the most beautiful weve ever seen and Yesi did a phenomenal job helping to make it a fun and memorable experience thatll always be part of us! Giving this one a 10 out of 5!!!

I went to pacific sangha piercing and tattoo shop and they messes up my lip piercing and it imbedded badly but i went to envy then Alyssa fixed it and she was so nice i def recommend!

Went in with two friends to get a new nose ring,The dummy on duty was either high, racist or hates customers..She treated me as if Mexicans are not allowed in the store, i actually was looking for a sign that said No Mexicans Allowed.One of my white friends with me ended up buying a $50.00 nose ring, which is what i came in too look for.Living in Los Angeles and South Bay for 38 years, growing up in Torrance and Redondo i have never understood what racism felt like until walking into this place.Im going to alert everyone on my social media and at my job about this place...it sucks...They should just go ahead and put up a sign...alreadyWhites only

The experience was good overall. Having to wait fo someone to come up the door that has no door bell can be annoying.

I got my cartilage pierced back home (im from pittsburgh). My piercing is 7 months old, so its pretty much healed. I had a titanium hoop in it and it started to get irritated and infected. I went here to get a GOLD earring. Because although they say the titanium jewelry is hypoallergenic, I have very sensitive ears/skin and have realized that I cant wear anything other than real 24k gold. May I add, that I have a heart condition and it is very important that I dont get an infection, especially in my ear because the first place it will travel is to my heart. I told the lady this, that I was allergic to anything but gold and I need a gold earring. So I ended up getting a gold stud earring, the stem on it was very short so I ask why is this so short, will this fit? She said oh theres a back post to for it that the earring goes inside of. So i assumed it would be a gold post, because Im buying a GOLD earring. She puts it in and I pay for it. 68 dollars later, I get in my car and get home and realize wait, this back post better be gold. Then I called and asked and she said no its titanium. What a freaking rip off. I wasted 68 dollars for nothing. And the gold earring I got was hardly any gold material to it. if I were to cash it in for the gold, it would probably be worth 5 dollars. Oh and I took my hoop that I had in previously and I couldnt remember what gauge it was and she said oh it looks like a 18 gauge. Later I called the place back home where I got it pierced and asked and she said its 16 gauge. SO she ripped me off AND sold me the wrong size earring. Please dont go here. They are very misleading and a RIPOFF.

Took a picture of my Id the first time I came then after a 30 min drive when I noticed I forgot it and I have been there more than just a few times but I couldn’t go through with it. Also, very overpriced. Do not recommend

They sold me an overpriced nose ring that was way tooo big for my nose. When I went to get my jewelry changed the piercer was in shock and told me this is way too big and where did I get this done. I do not recommend this place.
