I had a great experience at forbidden culture tattoo studio!! my tattoo artist was angel and he was so amazing. the line work is so perfect, the detail is on point, and the shading is awesome. i had a complex request and he delivered. i will definitely come back again. the whole crew is also so sweet and accommodating. :)

Had the pleasure of being tattooed by both Felipe and Angel here. Most recently Angel helped my husband and I create matching dragon tattoos to commemorate our honeymoonn in Japan. He was extremely communicative throughout the process and we couldnt be happier with the care he took in making sure we loved our pieces. Will definitely come back again and again.

Finally, after 15 years, I went in for my 2nd tattoo. Id grade my first one a C at best, and that was by a seasoned person. I heard good things about this place, but had some trepidations when I met Xerxes. Hes my baby brothers age. Maybe thats why he put up with my endless adjustments to the size and orientation. Once started, he miscalculated how long it would take, and after SEVEN HOURS (!) I could tell his hand was in way more pain than mine. But heres why Id rate him A++, even though by the end his hand muscles were bulging like Popeyes, his obsessive attention to detail didnt wane one bit! He did a phenomenal job and I cant wait to come back in a few weeks for the coloring. Xerxes is going places, this dudell blow up big soon. I forgot to mention, hes an awesome guy, and after several interactions, hes a brother to me. Ill post updates on this and future tattoos by him.

The team here are amazing! my husband and i have always been coming back to get our tattoos from angel, and his work is INCREDIBLE! all mine and my husbands tattoos have been done by him and every single one has healed amazingly, anytime we had a question about the healing process or anything, he was always available to text us back and make sure we were doing okay afterwards. i attached all the tattoos angel has done, theyve all healed up and i love how they look :)

Very clean place! Filipe is a very fun person to talk to and makes you feel very welcomed! And his work is amazing, Makes sure he gets every detail correct! He also gives fair pricing. Definitely coming back here for all my tattoos.EDIT: I went back to claim my free tattoo from a giveaway and right off the bat, best customer service. the snake tattoo was done by SABRINA. SUPER friendly and caring. Made me feel welcomed and helped me out with scheduling FOR SURE, opened early since I was on a tight schedule just for me and I was super grateful. She took her time to make sure it came out to perfection and I will DEFINITELY be coming back when I make a trip to the valley again!

I called about 2hrs before I got my tattoo and they were able to accommodate me! I came in with an idea and Angel took my idea, sketched it out and it was exactly what I envisioned! 😍 I’m absolutely in love with it and plan to go back again in few weeks! They are veteran owned and operated, very nice and it’s CLEAN!

Went in as a walk in and was greeted by such a friendly staff. Xerxes was the artist who did a flash tattoo for me and he is incredible. The tattoo turned out amazing; clean lines and beautiful shading. Amazing vibes through out the whole shop and a solid price for the work. I couldn’t be happier. I can’t wait to go again for my next tattoo.

Felt very welcomed into the shop the moment I walked in! This was my first experience with getting a tattoo done and it’s safe to say this was the best experience. The tattoo came out amazinggg, Felipe got the details down to a tee. Although it was a long session there was never a dull moment talking to him. I was so comfortable that I fell asleep for a bit during the session haha. 100% will come back here :)

I found forbidden culture online through my own research and decided to take a chance and call to see if they accepted walk ins. They did! So I decided to move forward with getting two very special tattoos and I’m so happy that I did. As soon as I walked in, the owner was very welcoming and he made me feel very comfortable. He was able to create the perfect tattoo for me using my grandmothers handwriting, which meant the world to me. The prices are great, the owner is great, studio is clean and I’m very happy.

Felipe is my roommates tattoo artist . I decided to go to him for my first tattoo. He was amazing , the place is extremely clean . He made me feel very comfortable & was joking around with me because I was super nervous since I’m scared of needles ! His personality is great .
