Chris is so lovely, professional and so patient and walks you through every moment!! She gave me 5 lobe piercings today and I’ll be recommending her shop to everyone I know! She is also very educated and made me feel like I was in great hands. Will definitely be back here and I can’t say enough good things about my experience!

Came in today as a walk-in with my wife and daughter to get the eyebrow piercing I lost 20 years ago redone. She was friendly, professional, clean, gave me the time I needed to decide on the location, and then quickly and skillfully did the piercing. Will absolutely come back if I decide to start gauging my ears down the road.

Very informative, clean, and amazing prices. I got 2 helix piercings on my left ear done with titanium jewelry and I will definitely go back to get my right ear done when these ones heal. A+++

I had my rook piercing done when I was 18 by a different piercer and was allergic to the jewelry. Due to that, the piercing just never healed properly and would cause me pain and swelling every time I attempted to take it out. I was afraid to have anyone touch it because of this. 7 years later, I finally made the decision to go and get the jewelry changed. Chris at poker face piercing was so amazing, and very knowledgeable.My jewelry was very difficult to get out, but Chris made sure I was comfortable and did her best to get the jewelry out without any pain. She also made sure everything was very clean to prevent infection. I don’t usually write reviews, but because of her amazing service, I would 100% recommend Poker Face piercing and would absolutely use her services again for any jewelry changes or piercings.

I got my conch and surface tragus pierced here. Great prices! Amazing piercer that’ll talk you through every step they make. I recommend this place to anyone wanting piercings, or just wanting new jewelry.

Got a nose piercing and it was great! Didnt even feel her poke but I did feel when she held my nose to put it in.

Both the owner and her daughter were amazing! Everything was explained to us beforehand, the set up was fabulous. There is even a stuffed lama to hug that our kiddo says to give them five stars. Clean and hygienic, titanium studs, and words to soothe. Appreciate the kindness high level of professional services offered.

Got my tongue pierced here, and I would 11/10 reccomend this place to everyone. She was so kind, personable, professional and honest. Her prices are some of the best youll find in Tri Cities, and the shop is welcoming, clean and fun. She explained everything she was going to/was doing and checked in on me during the piercing. I had to get three of the four piercings I had done removed because the placement and angles were terrible. The rook was so far forward it couldn’t be seen and was so close to the surface it would have migrated out, helix was putting downward pressure and creating a bump, and the forward helix angle had it snagging on my hair constantly. During the piercing there were equipment malfunctions with all four piercings that ended up causing a lot of pain. My upper lobe piercing we managed to salvage, but the jewelry I had put in at Poker Face kept embedding in my ear because the pieces didn’t fit together right.

I had a great experience with Chris. She was kind, knowledgeable, and talked me through each step. Her prices are great and she even had a little area for my kids to play.

Everything was great from the service to the actual piercing not a single complaint 10/10 would go again especially with their point system not only that; it’s so nice they have nonscheduled walk in times just a overall good vibe and business
