I’ve been getting tattoos since I was 18 and I have to say this is one of the best tattoo parlors I’ve ever been to! I haven’t had the pleasure of meeting the owner of the tattoo shop, but I’ve gotten to meet Zach and Amy and they are exceptional! Zach has done my hands and took time to work with me on the designs, He also made time to do a tattoo for my brother on very short notice while he was visiting. They both are very Personable and do incredible work! I also gotten my septum and eyebrow piercing there as well. the place is clean and inviting. don’t miss out here!

Wish I could give more stars!!! Love coming into the shop and leaving with a beautiful new tattoo!! Amy does a phenomenal job, she has a awesome sauce attitude and kills it each time I book a tattoo appointment, and her prices are both reasonable and fair. Also the shop it self is very well kept, organized and clean.

We took my daughter here to get her ears pierced. They do use a box not a needle. I’m not sure if all boxes have butterfly backs but please save yourself the heartache and put a clear back on behind butterfly back! At one week the back fell off and we couldn’t get it back in. She’s four so obviously not jumping for joy to eventually go through it again.The piercer was AMAZING though! He was very nice and was good about quickly doing the second one and not giving her too much time to think about it.

Pete is the owner I am always beyond satisfied with his work and staff are always friendly, Pete does all my tattoos.He works with you to get you just what you’re wanting done. I highly recommend for your next tattoo!!!My pictures don’t do him justice but they do look great when you see them

Shoutout to Zach at Richmond Hill Tattoo Co for an amazing job on my tattoo today. I was a last minute walk-in and he took his time, was very professional and friendly, and did an amazing job. Made me feel comfortable the whole time and made sure I was getting what I wanted. I’m so happy with my tattoo.

Pete was great and super kind. Was able to fit me in with a pretty tight turn around.

My tattoos from here look great! Everyone was super friendly. The space is clean, and I got my tattoo done in a very timely manner. I would definitely return.

Had my daughters ears pierced today by Zach him and Stephanie were amazing both were extremely friendly and clean environment Zach talked to her before each step helping her stay calm and Stephanie even held her other hand highly recommend for all your tattoo piercing and eyebrow needs awesome job today

Everyone here is very friendly, me and my friends often plan appointments as a group and they take us no problem each time. Zach is my main artist and I love all of my stuff that he has done. I absolutely recommend him, Kelsi and Amy! Theyre all fantastic artists :)

Kelsey is my tattoo artist and she is so wonderful! Her work is perfect and she provides such a comforting and welcoming environment as does the other artists! I couldn’t recommend Kelsey or this shop enough!! They are the best!!

Chris did AMAZING!! Me my mom and sister all came in at the same time on NY eve and he still took us without an appointment. Our tattoos look better than they did in the pictures! HIGHLY recommend him for watercolor! Chris thank you so much! I will make the 2 hour drive back to get more ink from you!!I didnt get a tattoo by Brandon but saw his work and his was also amazing!

DO NOT GO TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT FOR TATTOOS. They will schedule you about 2-3 weeks out and on the day of your appt they will cancel on you without a valid reason why. Extremely poor customer service by Kelsey. Had a tattoo appointment set up on my one and only day off so I stopped looking for another artist. Put my security deposit down thinking everything would be good. I sent her a message asking for an update on the design and nothing. She said it would be sent to me the day prior to my appointment and me trying to be nice I waited and didn’t bug her thinking she would keep her word. The day prior to my appointment and still no response or sketch was sent to me. I go to bed excited for my tattoo appointment the next day only to wake up to a message to either cancel my appointment or to reschedule. I’m not from the area so the date we agreed upon was literally my only day off. Rather than argue it I asked for my deposit back and had no other choice but to cancel. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE OR KELSEY TO ANYONE LOOKING TO GET A TATTOO FROM THIS PLACE.

The kid who did my tattoo was very nice, however my line work was not. It’s lumpy and squiggly, and there’s a line where there’s not supposed to be. but from a distance it looks alright… i was told to ask for Kelsi, since it was her design, but she handed me off to another person. Also, i was told to come in at 7, didn’t get tattooed until 8:20ish.But the guy who did it was very nice and everything, i don’t mean to be discouraging, but the product is not as great as I was hoping.

Brandon has done two of my tattoos and it’s safe to say he’s really great at what he does. I only trust two people with my tattoos and he’s one of them. Super nice, always making sure you’re comfortable, and he’s reasonable! I’m super excited to see what he’s capable of in the new shop

Brandon is the only person I trust to tattoo me. He does an amazing job, always makes sure you are comfortable and gives you exactly what you want. He’s done 5 tattoos for me and will do all of my future ones! He’s definitely the best in Richmond Hill!

Brandon has done all but one of my tattoos and I am in love with every single one of them. He is a very creative artist and I believe one of the best on the area. He makes you feel comfortable at all times and really listens to your opinions and ideas and makes them come alive. He is the only person I trust to tattoo me.

Love this shop and the whole vibe of it. I’ve had three tattoos done by Kelsey and I love all three of them. She does a great job and is super flexible with my schedule!

Super happy with the work Brandon did..he’s hands down the most talented tattoo artist I’ve met. Guys in the shop were laid back and made the experience fun. Highly recommend!

Brandon is awesome! He fixed a tattoo that another tattoo artist completely screwed up and he also did another tattoo on my foot! He free handed both of my tattoos and is so talented! His work is absolutely amazing.

Did a walk-in here for my first tattoo, Zach was very sweet and explained the whole process. His work turned out very good. 10/10

I went in during the friday the 13th special and will never go again. The guy at the front desk immediately started complaining to me about the special and how it was a waste of time, I personally think that the chance for exposure and new clientele is always good. The art itself was great but I got no plastic to cover it or aftercare instructions. Luckily it wasnt my first tattoo and I know how to care for them but with the exposure while it was still brand new one of them got infected.

Chris is a great artist with talent. Hes done several tattoos on myself and a couple of friends of mine and they all want to go back to him for more. The tattoos all get positive compliments.

A girl walks into a tattoo parlor... no, it’s not the beginning of a joke unless I’m describing the lack of respect given to me by the tattoo artists here. My personal number was taken advantage of when I was texted by Brandon at 1 am after he acknowledged the unprofessionalism in what he was saying that he didn’t care that I had a boyfriend, that he thought I was good looking and I should be proud of what I was “walking around with.” I was planning on spending as much money as it took to finish all of the work I wanted. It took less than a half sleeve for all sleaze to seep through and ride roughshod over. I go to places that offer services for their services. Because that was not all I was offered, I will never go near that shop or the people in it again.

Brandon did my full sleeve, turned out awesome! Very reasonable pricing and great availability. Always a great time when I can go and get more work done by him!

Chris was really great!! He did a marvelous job on tattoos for my husband and I. Very clean shop!! We will be back for all of our other tattoos!!

Went to get the Friday the 13th tattoo special waited in line almost two hours had my name and number took down told me my tattoo time would be 8pm, 8pm rolled around no phone call I went up there to be informed I would not be getting the tattoo even though I was told I would earlier that morning. No discount for following day. Never going back there and will not recommend. Not professional at all
