If I could give zero stars I would. Came on vacation looking for some ink. Took our deposit and NEVER SHOWED UP. I booked him 2 weeks out. Didnt answer calls or text .then proceeded to be mad at me cause he was up late and I messaged his girlfriend on his business page. Not my problem. Youre a business. Do not go. I DID NOT BEG YOU FOR ANYTHINGLETS GET THAT STRAIGHT. YOU SAID YOU HAD TIME. MAYBE YOU SHOULD HAVE SHOT A MESSAGE MY WAY. DO BETTER BUSINESS BUDDY.

First of all, he is very professional,and his shop is the most clean and organized that Ive been to. I have gotten 2 tattoos here and he definitely exceeded my expectations with both. Got a next day appointment after requesting one. Esmeralda, the tattoo artist I got, was super nice and made sure I was satisfied with the tattoos I requested. She also made sure to give me care advice for them to heal in the best way possible.

Booked an appointment for 10 AM that got pushed back to 11 which was no problem, however when we walked in at 11:03 AM he told us to wait outside in our vehicle which was confusing as the waiting seats were clear and the store looked empty. There was two people in front of us outside from what I could see but they left after 5 minutes. Waited outside for a few minutes before my mom asked how long the wait was going to take, I could hear him yelling at her from outside for asking that simple question and saying that other people came first and if we couldn’t wait then there’s the road. It was an upsetting experience, I understand people have bad days but this was uncalled for. We quickly left after that and I would not recommend this place to anyone, very rude and callous to his customers.

It’s a great environment very sanitary excellent customer service…the artist portfolio speaks for itself other amateurs need to stop overcharging for work with no satisfactory results remember good tattoos aren’t cheap and cheap tattoos aren’t good at RG Ink your going to get what you pay for and walk out with a great experience with guaranteed customer satisfaction!
