I called the store to check on an online order for in store pick up a few minutes ago. I literally said hello I am calling to check on an order placed yesterday that was suppose to be ready in 2 hours, but I havent heard anything since placing the order. The associate hung up on me. When I called back, nobody answered. I definitely wont be shopping at this location again.Update: I go into the store and the perfumes I ordered are fully stocked. The associate is on her personal cellphone on FaceTime. She didnt greet us or nothing. We found the fragrances and came to the counter. Still not greeting. She proceeds to try to check us out until I let her know that we have an online order. She hurries and says Ohh I dont know how to do that. I suggested that she calls someone for help. When I tell you Im so over this location. The customer service was very poor and Im so dissatisfied.

I have come to this store multiple times and have never had a bad experience. The employees have always been nice and respectful. However, I went in today to get my daughters ears pierced and the employees were very rude. All it took was me asking them a simple question and they caught and attitude. We decided against getting the piercings.

Have too many earrings so had to have more places to wear them. The lady that helped me was very nice and helpful..as were all the folks I met while in S. C. !!

I was in your store in the rock hill mall on sat afternoon. Your store employee was very rude n very nasty acting. I asked her a question n she told me DNT ask me anything. In a very way. I wont be going back in your store n I really recommend no one else goes in there if your black like myself

My three year old had been BEGGING to get her ears pierced. We decided to stop on the way home from Florida to see about Claire’s. The ladies working in the store were knowledge and helpful and even offered to pierce both ears at the same time. They gave great advice for after care and a discount to use for her set that she can put in after her ears have healed. Thanks for all your help today, ladies! You were great.

Nanii was very rude and not helpful, very poor performance as a manager

My 7 year old wanted her ears pierced and we went to Claires. We met Neely. OMG!!! What an amazing experience. She made my daughter feel really relaxed. My daughter wanted to cry but Neely was so gentle and caring with her. She did not cry!!! I have told everyone to go see her. I did notice she was the only one working. I hope she has help bc I work in retail and I couldnt imagine one person doing all that she was doing. Very great at multitasking too! 100 percent HAPPY!

Disappointed. Website says they’re open, but they aren’t, but the mall is. No sign on the gate or anything.

I love this place for the kids. From getting your first ear piercing to buying fashionable earrings or other jewelry well Claires is the safest place to start. They do everything by the book and so far all of my kids have went and havent had a problem.

Overpriced & going outta business any minute, but I needed nose rings right then! Amazon next time girl!

Had my daughters ears pierced here for her 1st birthday an I cant tell enough how professional the girl/lady was. She was fantastic! She definitely needs a raise!

Was shopping with my child and the store employee with blue hair assumed I was stealing and called the cops on me. It was embarrassing and I was excoriated off the property after paying and apologizing and was told I was put on a trespassing order for one year! The item was only $4.99.

I have a had a very good experience here. I got my ears pierced about 2 Year’s ago and i have had no problems. My ears have not got infected once since I got them pierced here. I got them pierced somewhere else and my ears got infected so I really like this place.

The quality of the items weren’t up to what they could have been, but were cute and fashionable. Some things in the store were very over priced though.

Never order from them online!!!!!I ordered from them and get a confirmation email that says I cant get one of my ordered Items because it was out of stock. I ask if I could get an item of the same price to replace it and they say no.

The store is great but to the ear piercing it is ridiculous price. I was told the cost would be $60 to over $100.

This store Claires is every little girls dream my girls just love this place!
