OTool Design Custom Tattoo

So I went to see Nick today for my first ever piercing. I got one in my nose. When I tell you I was so nervous, however big ups to him because although I did feel it and my eyes did water lol, it was extremely quick. He did an amazing job and the reviews dont lie, he is the truth. He gave me aftercare instructions and told me to just relax and itll be fine. So, Nick thank you so much. Im glad that I was able to get this while in town on contract. My husband loves it on me as well. Ill see you in 10 weeks for my followup.

Tattoo work was great, but poor customer service and evidently not cleanly, because I got cellulitis which is a staph infection of the skin(dermis and subcutaneous) which started towards the end of my session. I was having chills and noticed it was hurting more than usually on the edges. Came home took IB and Tylenol went to bed. Woke up still hurting but had thrown a sweatshirt on and started work (I work from home) took another IB and Tylenol mid morning and continued to work. Took my sweatshirt off around 3 o’clock and looked at it, right away I knew (I’m a nurse)trip to convenient care confirmed and major antibiotic and prednisone hopefully it takes care of it, lot of time have to have IV antibiotic. Really upset. On top of that I had my first session back in beginning of April, scheduled my second appt 6 weeks ahead of time. Drove all the way from Michigan 7 hours, they confirmed the night before, and proceeded to call and cancel me because it was his “normal” day off! Would not work me in before I left at end of week. I knew I shouldn’t have come back! Will not go there again. When I said something to the artist when I finally came back to have it colored it was a nonchalant I’m sorry and then I get this infection! So freaking upset!

Been going here since the beginning! Nick mick is our guy! He takes his time, has fantastic line work and is so clean and friendly. Love the environment and Amanda at the front desk is so fun. We wouldn’t go anywhere else!

We traveled from Florida to have our 7year old daughter’s ears pierced by Nick, he was great! Best in the country!

Nick did a great job with my eyebrow piercing. Good placement and no complications during healing process.

We went there for a walk-in tongue piercing and they were all super professional and informative about how to take care of the piercings, it was quick and was easily explained on how to take of the piercing afterwards!!

Stephen always does phenomenal work! Been coming here since my very first tattoo at 18 and I have never been disappointed. Stephen has been my artist of choice for 4+ years and I highly recommend both him and the other artists at O’Tool!

This place is amazing!! Staff was great and so welcoming! I took my daughter there to get her ears peirced Nick was very patient with my daughter when she got scared and decided she only could get through 1 ear... even let us leave and come back the same day when she was ready to get the other ear peirced!! Great experience over all! Definitely coming back! Im glad my friend referred them to me!

This place is a joke! I put a deposit down and our car wouldnt start. Tried to call the place to reschedule due to a car issue which is unforeseen. They wanted another deposit and a reschedule. We told them we already put a deposit down. Was told they would work with us. Then called them to make sure everything was set for our appointment. Then was told we lost our spot due to not having a deposit down. How many deposits does a place need for one tattoo. Poor customer service rip off!

I had a little dog little Yorkie he died in 11,21,20 couple months or so a nofter that I went to Odells and Brandon ended up being the artist that did my ink work needless to say I cant put the photos on here to show everybody what it looks like but he did a heck of a good job I do plan on going back for more work again thanks Brandon

Ive been to a lot of tattoo shops and this one is hands down the best. Nick mick hooked me up with a sweet split mandala! Highly recommended

Went to the rock island location this time and just like Davenport, the service and talent of the artists was amazing . Worked more in my sleeve with Ron. I cant think of anywhere else I would want to get a tattoo.

Secod daughter I have taken here to have Nick pierce ears. He is quick, great at explaining what he is doing and gave them good aftercare instructions. Gave us his number to call anytime if any issues. Highly reccomend going here instead of some 16 year old kid at Claires doing the piercing

Went with my sister to get her tattoo done. The Artist was very professional and listened to what we wanted done. We will be going back for future tattoos.

We went to get piercings done by Nick. The shop was clean, they used very good practices with personal protective equipment and was very careful about cross contamination and changed their gloves if they touched anything else! Great service! Id highly recommend OTools!

I went in for a piercing and the girl at the from desk was literally the coolest and made me feel less nervous. Nick was super professional and explained everything he was doing as he went and overall the experience was seamless. Ive been to a few tattoo and piercing places and this one is by far the best Ive been to. 10/10 rad place and people

Highly recommend! I had Charlie and he was very pleasant and very helpful. This was my first tattoo and I was pretty nervous but he helped me feel very at ease. The place was very clean and had a very chill atmosphere. Definitely going here if I end up getting another tattoo!

Ive gotten all my tattoos done here since I was 18. Tried getting another one set up. I walked in, called and left a Facebook message but have not gotten any response. Sucks because I like to stay loyal but I suppose its time to move on.

This shop is legit. I had my first tattoo done by Ron, the owner of the place, and he was very good. He took the time to talk over the tattoo design without rushing me or making me feel unsure of what I wanted. Jimmy, at the front desk, is a real customer service ambassador, he makes you feel at home, very attentive. If you are in the Quad Cities and want some ink, you need to go to them. Prices are good, especially for the quality of work.

I wanted a small tattoo and they were able to fit me in after they had a cancellation very quickly. They were quick and efficient with the check in and my tattoo was started right on time. Wind was great. I will likely be a repeat customer.

Dan is an amazing artist and has been doing my war time sleeve. He is knocking it out of the park! His ideas and work ethic are second to none. I cant wait to go and get more done from him. The whole staff is very easy going and great to talk to. They make you feel right at home!

Went to see Jason (Shoey) Shoemaker on short notice yesterday for my friends tattoo. Jason was very professional and attentive and did an EXCELLENT job! My friend LOVES her tattoo! Its clear Jason is talented and knows his craft.The store is very nice. Clean. Gentleman working at the front desk was super nice and attentive.Id highly recommend this shop!

My wife and I got matching tattoos here from Ron on Friday! It was my first and her second from Ron, all around it was a great experience. Jimmy was working the desk and was super friendly and made us feel at home. Then working with Ron I could tell he had a lot of experience as an artist, he worked very well with us to make sure we were getting what we wanted, and he didnt mind at all redrawing the tattoo design a few times since I was being quite indecisive. Everything turned out perfect. My wife and I love how the tattoos turned out and had a great time meeting everyone and talking with Ron. You guys are awesome! If I get another tattoo, now doubt Im going to OTool. Keep up the awesome work! And thanks again Ron. We will post some pictures as soon as we can!

I went to Otool to get my belly button pierced a couple years back and Nick did a great job! Just recently got septum pierced by him as well and Im very pleased. Very clean place with very nice people!

I have had three tattoos and two piercings done here. I love the atmosphere and the pricing is just right. One of my tattoos was also a cover-up and Stephen did an amazing job! I recommend this place to all of my friends!

Very rude and unprofessional. Do not take customers in order just pick their favorites. I had to redo piercings done there but thought they could handle a simple lip ring - WRONG. I couldnt look at jewelry while I waited (10 minutes was 1 hour 20 minutes) for them to not have anything I wanted and I had to leave empty handed. I will never return for ANYTHING how they treat people and run their business is pathetic!!!Edit: What a pathetic response from the owner and all theyve done is prove me right. I have been pierced by them and have had to have their work redone. Also without any kind of profile photo how would you know if youve pierced me or not? LIAR and such a trashy shop. Dont go there.

First time at OToole 4weeks ago, and my experience was amazing. Jimmy was awesome and very helpful. Dan did a cover up tat and it looks amazing (hes not completely done yet either). I would and have recommended OToole to any one and everyone!! Very clean, professional place and they make you feel right at home. Getting my tat finished soon and thinking of getting my other daith piercing done soon as well!! Well worth the drive in my opinion!!

Got my daith pierced about three weeks ago and traveled almost 45 minutes just to get it done here. Very clean and at the same time very fast! Staff was very polite and informative of what was going on. Definitely going here again.

My niece who is 5 got her ears pierced. She did amazing. The guy who pierced them was so awesome with her. Highly recommended!!

Really disappointed with this place. Not a clean establishment. Staff acts as though youre an inconvenience if you have questions. Management is rude and will snap at you. No parking. Would recommend literally anywhere else where theyll treat you better. Never trust a place thats so blatantly rude. I rather appreciate how when you call them on their BS they claim youre not a customer. So very petty. Get some anger management courses and focus on running a better business.

Stephen is a very talented artist. Hes my go to guy. Worth every penny to wear his art. Otool is a great place to go all around, in my opinion.We took my Grandma here for her 80th birthday, and it was the best.

Ive gotten a several piercings in the Quad Cities & wont go to anyone but Nick anymore. He is hands down the best piercer in the QC area.

I really like their work all the artists are very friendly the staff is very helpful and fun great atmosphere in the shop 10/10 recommend them for tats and piercings they do those as well. Just wouldnt recomend Ron otoole hes not the best just from what Ive seen and heard.

Top notch staff, and awesome work. I go to Dan in the Rock Island location for my tattoo work. VERY clean, and manned by courteous staff, that remembers you by name.

They pierced my tragus with an eyebrow ring and it got infected and has a keloid now. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

They do amazing work but way to over priced. They wanted 600 for a forearm tat that other shops wanted 200 for. They do just as amazing work. Other than that it took me about 10 minutes to get service.

TAKE UR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!! Had put my $50 deposit down. Showed up for my appt and I had already told them what wanted when i scheduled. When I showed up tried to give me to a guy who does cartoons? Thats not what I asked for! When I asked for someone else the cartoon artist began cursing me out! Even the dude at the desk told him to chill!! I wanted my money back I was sent to the rock island store where they sd the manager wld refund my money..a year later... they still have my MONEY!

These guys are some of the coolest people ever. They make you feel at home while your there. Both my wife and I both get tattoos done there. Ron is the coolest guy ever.

I love this place but recently went there with a friend and the front desk lady was very rude about there new policy when she easily could have been respectful and explained there new roles seeing I’m not from rockisland.

I got my industrial piercing here and they all were so kind and walked me through all of it and explained the aftercare very well

Nice little cozy calf I stopped there cuz I was just getting out of the hospital in my sister and brother-in-law I wanted to stop to get a bite to eat I didnt need so can tell you how the food was but they said it was good and it sure looks good but I wasnt feeling good and made it back to me
