Been going to Justin for 4 1/2 years since he reworked my first tattoo that was atrocious and he managed to bring it to life. Spent well over 60 hours in his chair and after covering both my legs, arms, back, sides and chest. I can without a doubt recommend him to anyone for his quality work and professionalism.

My husband was looking for a quality Tattoo shop in Brevard county for a while, but he didnt give up. He lost his brother last year and he wanted to do something special to remember him by , so he dedicated a tattoo on his arm for him .When we walked into this shop I new My husband loved the PLACE. We were greeted right away, the place was immaculate, the staff professional ,and Super accommodating. We met Justin , He explained to him what he wanted, Justin took it from There. We took our 9 year old to have her ears pierced today and we couldn’t have had a better experience.Mike was patient, explained everything carefully to all of us (grandparents included!), and listened to our daughter and followed her lead. Me and my friend came here yesterday to get her tongue pierced and we both agreed that our experience was absolutely exceptional! The employees we spoke to were all very nice and welcoming. The person who pierced her, Lizzy, also did an amazing job. Not only was her placement and technique when it came to the piercing great, but she also did a wonderful job reading the room and making sure my friend was relaxed and comfortable while also being friendly and funny. Justin was the artist that did my piece and he is awesome, we had a 6hr sitting and he was awesome the whole time. He did a good job with the details. I gave him a picture with what I wanted and he drew the piece on my back. I have waited 3 years to get this piece because I did not trust other artists that I asked about getting this, he took the time to answer all my questions and then he drew something up for my approval and I knew he was the right guy for the job.

It has been almost 30 years since my last tattoo. I lost my father last year and wanted to do something to remember him by so I chose a tattoo. Trinity is absolutely amazing! I told her what I wanted and she far exceeded my expectations!!! Very comfortable shop, painless experience!!

Took my youngest to get her ears pierced today. She wanted them pierced so badly, but was absolutely terrified of the needle. After the first lobe was done, she panicked. Lizzie was AMAZING! There are no words to describe how much I appreciate her working with my kiddo without judgement or making her feel like she was a pain or an inconvenience. Her patience, kindness and understanding was so far above and beyond what I could ever have expected. THREE HOURS after her appointment time, we were finally done. Highly recommend New Addiction for piercings! My mom, two friends, and I all went together to get second lobe piercings and helix or conch piercings. Lizzy was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, clean, and friendly and explained each step of her process to each person. We all had such a positive experience!

Improperly pierced and very expensive septum piercing experience. I spent a lot of money on a septum piercing from here. The lady unfortunately put no effort in properly sizing the ring and the piercing. She also used a method I later learned was not recommended. A method guaranteed to lead to a crooked piercing. Which I ended up having. She didn’t even wipe off the iodine off my nose or double check the piercing before sending me off. Immediately after I got home I felt my nose being painfully pinched by the undersized ring. I thought this was normal. It was late so I went to sleep only to wake up the next morning with a ring that was so tightly and painfully pinching my nose it was burying itself into my nose and cutting off the circulation. I then knew something was wrong. I went back the very next morning and was provided a bent ring as a replacement that was still too small. The piecer, instead of a sincere apology, mentioned she wasn’t going to charge me for swapping out the ring. I was so disappointed. Months later, This led to a piercing that never could not properly heal. Because they still put an improperly sized ring in my nose so I developed piercing bumps. Don’t take the risk. I wish I had asked more questions of the piercer.

Unfortunately you cant give a NO star rating so one is the bestExpensive and if it wasnt for the fact Im trying to teach my minor aged daughters the concept of spending I would have gone back into that store with a lot to say about taking advantage of a minor.3 TINY pieces of body jewelry that would fit with room to spare in a teaspoon for a Barbie kitchen. Over $200 is TOTALLY laughable and the customer service is poor.No communication between someone working to anybody else in the shop or to the customer standing in front.So if you want to get a tattoo or piercings Rockledge/Cocoa has more then enough shops that would probably service you better, but if youre in to expensive, self-righteous, egotistical to go for you tattoo shops then this place is for youIm pissed

I got piercings and 2 tattoos at New Addiction and every single time I have gone in, the staff has been friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Melanie has done both of my tattoos and did an amazing job each time. She was very friendly and made sure I was comfortable and 100% happy with what I was getting done. I highly recommend her and this shop for both piercings and/or tattoos!

I’ve been getting my tattoos by Justin for a few years now. I had a bad experience with another tattoo shop and went to him for a cover up and finish at first. He is so sweet and professional, and really made the experience so fun and comfortable. His expertise is amazing. He’s very light handed so there’s no jeopardizing of the tattoos, or healing, like I experienced in the past with a different artist and shop. Go to Justin you will not be disappointed. He’s done all my tattoos ever since and I’ve never been happier! :)

I never write reviews but I have to for this place. I just got my septum pierced by Lizzy Shaw and it was the best experience I’ve ever had at a piercing/tattoo shop. I have a deviated septum and she really put in the extra effort to make sure the placement was perfect, and she explained everything step by step through the process. Totally recommend!

They are very professional and do amazing work! I am so happy with my tattoo. Melanie made sure I was comfortable and not in any pain. She also did my daughters tattoo which turned out awesome. I would definitely recommend them to any one that want quality work!

Got my septum done with Mikey! He was very clean about the whole process, gave me after care tips, and just super friendly over all! My friend went in with me and got her first tattoo and she absolutely loved it! We were both in and out within an hour! Really great people working there and their shop deserves more recognition! I have had my tongue piercing since I was 19. Im 36 now. For years, Ive only been able to wear it for a few hours at a time bc of how uncomfortable it was. After having my tongue done three separate occasions, there was scar tissue and the bar sat forward at the bottom, causing the discomfort. I always wanted to wear it full time but couldnt because of this. I have gone to many other places in the past inquiring on how I could fix my issue without having to scar, heal and get repierced. No one has been able to give me any resolve. The female piercer there, my apologies as I didnt catch her name was amazing. She evaluated me, made some suggestions and adjustments that no one else had and Ive been able to wear my bar bell for going on three weeks now consistently and comfortably. I am absolutely ecstatic! Thank you so much!

Super friendly piercing staff. They were very patient with us and also informational. More than willing to answer any and all questions. Really wanted to make sure the customers are happy with and ready for their piercings. The shop was extremely clean and professional. Piercing price was good however, Jewelry was a bit pricey but Im happy with the outcome. I would 100% go there again.

I got my septum done yesterday…. by a triza i believe ….but she had a ton of cool and unique face piercings! i came in 1.5 hours before close and she didn’t rush me or anything, she helped me and walked me through the whole process and helped me pick jewlery that i needed. i told her i’ll be coming back to switch when it heals and only go to her, definitely a 10/10. she was fantastic. i love that i’m seeing more woman in the tattoo/piercing industry. thank you for making me feel beautiful and confident. 💓

Took my daughter in for her (•)(•) piercing. She was happy with the results. Very clean. The ladies that greeted us were super friendly and had answers for every question we had. Prices are a little high, but it is everywhere.

I came to new addiction for a simple lobe piercing after going to at least 4 or 5 places beforehand and experiencing a never ending cycle of infections and swelling. I cannot stress enough how easy and literally painless my experience with them has been. I have not had any problems since my piercing, and they were able to provide me with jewelry that was high-quality and pre-sterilized. I had to take them out for an MRI and never got around to putting them back in myself, and knew that I couldn’t dare go anywhere else except for new addiction. These folks are true professionals.

Me and a friend got flash tattoos from Melanie at the Rockledge location. She did an absolutely fantastic job on both of our tattoos and we are both very happy with them. She was very friendly and professional with us, and answered all questions thoroughly. We will definitely be going back! Couldnt recommend more

Highly recommend Tirza. She takes her time, is extremely careful and gentle, and pays attention to every single detail. I had two (second) earlobes and a helix done by her. I’m happy with the results and they are healing well.Additionally, a couple of months ago I had a problematic conch (not by her) and she gave me excellent care advice for it!

I had artist Melanie, do an altered original piece of hers for me, and it is incredible. she was super nice, accommodating, and flexible on design. Shes insanely talented, and has the perfect hand for tattoos, not too light, but not insanely heavy like artists Ive had in the past. I love my piece, and I hope to get more work done from her in the future!

He is seriously the best...very personable and takes his work seriously...he takes great care for anyone in his chair! So happy I met him and even happier with the tats. Ill love them forever! I came in today for a tattoo consultation and to see about getting pierced. Everyone was super nice and professional! Melanie my artist took time to talk to me about what I wanted and to figure out my style. I had an idea and that was it! We brain stormed and she was patient and came up with a beautiful draft! While I was waiting for her to finish her client I got pierced by Randal! Super nice and professional guy! Really helped me calm down talking with me and I felt comfortable the whole time. Then it was time for Melanie to tattoo me. Melanie is the sweetest girl ever! Checked in on me to make sure I wasn’t in too much pain. Talked about anime and Pokémon and whatever else. The finished product is more than I could of imagined! I’ll be back on Saturday for my tattoos!

Justin Debrigard is a Class A man. Extremely professional, extremely clean and respectful. Extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of the tattoo industry, and just simply a very enjoyable person to be around for the consultation, the process of booking an appointment, and performing the actual tattoo. I had a whole host of problems here. I went a few days ago to get my lip pierced (snake bites so 2 piercings). I picked out a small gem stud that they said would work with snake bite piercings. Got it done and it was fine at first. Piercer said for aftercare to just not touch it and pretend its not there. And to not have any alcohol touch it. So I bought alcohol free mouthwash and moved on. 2 days later the swelling was so bad that my piercings began to absorb into my face. Got a longer bar in the swollen piercing and was sent home. At this point I start taking tons of advil and icing for swelling. Next day my lip is HUGE. Both piercings have sunk into the hole. So I went back and they said no big deal just need a longer bar. This time it was only the apprentice who was there. Instead of just changing the bar she took out the bar and put a plastic needle thing in the hole. Then put the new bar through. Then she dropped one of the piercings in my mouth and had to put the plastic thing in free handed (like not following through while taking out the jewelry) I have no idea what she did with that plastic thing but it hurt more than the initial piercing. Went home with 2 extra long bars (which she charged me for, its standard not to charge for a larger bar from swelling). Went home. Then, that night at 3am I woke up with the left stud sunk so far in that it had slipped about 90% of the way out (like into my mouth). When I tried to push it through it fell completely out. I put it back in and used an o-ring from a different piercing to keep it on so it wouldnt fall out when I was asleep. Went to a different piercer today that said the bar was way to short, the gem was to small for something with that much swelling and was sure to keep falling through, and the aftercare instructions were completely wrong. Everything is fixed now but it really would have been better if it didnt fall through my face in the first place.

I have started my Harry Potter themed sleeve with mel at new addiction in Rockledge. She is absolutely amazing! She goes through every detail with you to make sure that you have the best experience and she takes the time to move stencils if you are not completely sure of location. Mel has done more than 5 pieces on me including a rib cover up! I can say I have found my favorite tattoo artist!

I came in on this past Friday and got a new piercing (which of course I expected to be irritated and inflamed a bit) that isn’t my complaint. I also went in for a piercing change that I have had over a year and have changed it myself a few times but figured they could do it while doing me new piercing. My older piercing has gotten so infected because the piercer clamped the pieces so tight it is infected and the back plate has been in bedded into my ear lobe. I had to go to the ER to have them cut it out. They do awesome tattoos and I have had piercings before that were just fine, but just a simple piercing change and I now have stitches in my ear I don’t respect. Do your research before you ever get a piercing here. I am absolutely disgusted with how they handled things over the pgone when I called. It was the managers birthday so he couldn’t be available. No respect for customers or problems. DONT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO HAVE YOUR ENTIRE EARLOBE SLICED OPEN.

Melanie was absolutely amazing. She does terrific work she talked you through the whole thing. She checks on you constantly. Very pleasant will definitely use her for all of my tattoos from here on out

Oh wow Ive been a customer of the Melbourne location for years so when Justin moved to Rockledge I had to check out the new location. Amazing atmosphere cant say enough good things. I wont go anywhere else but here and the Melbourne location.

This place was supper clean and the woman who helped us was super nice but, I was checking out my new septum and was not very happy... I mentioned that the piercing looked really off centered to which the piercer replied it was because my philtrum was a bit off centered.. it has been a little over a week now and everyone I have come across has told me to take it out and get it redone because it is very crooked. I am supper disappointed because my sister and I spent a lot of money at this visit and we live too far away to go back in to have it fixed.

Pretty good experience overall. Only complaint I could make is a lack of wearing masks, but I’m not sure I can even really complain about that in Florida. Artist was professional and did an excellent job on the tattoo, will likely be returning for more.

Owner has a temper issue and is passive aggressive. there was a payment issue on their side because the employee accidentally voided the payment. i was visibly getting mad due to the fact that my bank showed new addiction took the amount from my card, and the owner decided it would be funny to gaslight me, too add i have anxiety and other mental health conditions so that was fun. the owner is insufferable and i really hope nobody had to go through what i did lmao i need a drink maybe a nap after that stressful experience
