Gregory did an amazing job with my tragus piercing!Gregory in particular was fantastic at explaining everything in detail and had intricate answers to all of my questions!I came a year earlier for my tragus but had to leave because I had to wait until I was finished with competitive swimming. He and the people at the front desk ensured that all of my questions were answered and that I was completely informed on everything entailing the healing process and the reasoning behind certain regimens.Both times, I was given all of the information that I needed, and everyone was incredibly patient and approachable. They also take sterilization incredibly seriously and use piercing needles rather than guns (thank God).The only negative thing of note is that the aftercare packet involves a few typos. Nothing that altered the meaning (that I noticed), but very simple spelling errors like “minuets” instead of “minutes.”

OUTSTANDING IN EVERY WAY!!!Firstly, this place is extremely clean. My doctors office, nor any hospital I’ve used could even come close to the cleanliness of this place.Secondly, the staff and owner are very personable with much patience, and expertise.And Lastly, Charles pierced my ears and he was very gentle. He explained in detail all aftercare requirements. Charles showed me the sterilization card for the equipment he used.I highly recommend PMA Wasted Youth, and I believe you will be a very happy customer, as I am 😁.GREAT JOB!!!!!!

You can tell is clean as soon as you walk in. Staff are super friendly. Megan was our tattoo artist, she made sure we were comfortably and she was attentive to us. She explained everyone very thoroughly. Overall I recommend this place.

I got a tattoo today of my dog that passed away in May. I am so glad I got a tattoo that means so much to me at Wasted Youth Tattoo & PMA Piercing.I was received by B Who was so phenomenal! Great customer service from beginning to the end of my session.Tattoo was from Megan. I was so impressed by how she captured my dogs essence/soul.10/10 would come here again and would absolutely recommend. Great staff. Clean and great environment.

Went for a tragus piercing. Excellent service. The manager is super nice and good at explaining everything. Greg did my piercing. Very knowledgeable, sanitary, clean. It didnt hurt. He explained everything in detail w me. Def recommend

I came here years ago and got my navel done and it is crooked. the top piece of my jewelry fell out within a few days of getting it done and they replaced it for me for free which was very kind . but the piercing itself was crooked and still is :/ the piercer seemed to struggle to get the needle through & for pictures pulled it down so it appeared straight. i can pull it down and it looks okay but resting it is infact crooked

Just tried to book an appointment here and the person on the phone was very rude. If their service is like this from the start... no thanks.Your response saids a lot more about you than it does about me. I fully understand your policies as its pretty standard. I believe my questions were valid and I never expected for you or any tattoo shop to hold a spot without a deposit. and certainly didnt deserve to be hung up on. I even said thank you but not sure if you got that since you hung up on me. I wasnt being rude at all. I know you are not the same lady that I spoke to on Saturday cause she was much more pleasant and professional. I seriously dodged a bullet!thank you! ❤️

I came here for a nose piercing recently and also got my septum pierced about 3 years ago. Greg is super thorough from start to finish. He is patient and really cares about what he is doing! Thank you for a great experience.

I was there in December of 2022 and got snake bite piercings. The initial piercing process was fine other than a few snarky remakes about me having small lips. I then went back for the consultation to hopefully get the bars shortened but there was some bumps on the inner lip as the bars keep getting caught on my teeth when talking and eating cause they where long. So I went home and came back a month later to have the same problem still and was told I must be playing with my piercings cause there is no other way that I was getting bumps. So I left and came back at the 3 month mark when I was told they would be healed for the most part and tried to get them shortened again but was told I might as well take them out cause I keep playing to much with the piercing when I wasnt. So I left and decided to change them on my own. Which yes it was dumb but I just needed them to be shortened so I could eat and talk properly. A year and a half later now and I finally decided to take them out as I have a huge bump on the outside of my lip and the piercings had shifted for some reason.

Took my daughter here to get her earlobes pierced. From the moment we made the original consult appointment, we were so pleased with their level of professionalism and care. Greg made sure to speak directly to my 8 year old daughter and make her the center of the conversation. I love that he gives the person getting pierced all of his attention and speaks to them directly, even when they are a child. Greg interacted effortlessly with my neurodivergent girl and made her feel so confident in the entire process! So clean and very transparent with their sterilization procedures. 100% would recommend!

They were quick to respond to email and voicemail. I forgot the receptionist name but she was awesome. Love that they are big on sanitation and Greg was very thorough and clear explaining aftercare. I got a nostril piercing with Greg and he walked me through it and the pain was very minimal. I think it looks great and love the experience. I would definitely go back with Greg if I get anything else done.

I saw David for my first tattoo and the entire process was really calming and nice. He was friendly and clearly stated slight changes hed have to make to my design for it to work.There was little pain and I just got to lay there quietly listening to music for the most part while he worked on my design, the price was pretty good too!I cant thank him enough for being the one to do my first tattoo or body mod of any kind and Id love to go back sometime in the future.Pictured is the finished product with my watermark.

Very happy with my double lobe piercing! Im horrible with names but the lady up front who helped me was very kind and the piercer did a great job explaining everything. I also really appreciate how clean they are. I would definitely come back if I get another one.

I went here couple years ago but i had gone to get my naval piercing and the didnt rven check my belly button if i lt could be or not just straight up told me i didnt have enough room to get it(went somewhere else where they did check and i had more than enough room) but got a cartilage piercing instead and they pierced to so wrong it was completely crooked when i got it even my mom knew it was crooked and when i emailed them that it was super crooked and swollen they blamed me for not taking good enough care of it which was not true i have multiple piercings i know how to clean them

Got my septum pierced here last week and I am very pleased with the outcome and service. Gregory did an amazing job explaining everything and made it a very comfortable environment. I usually get very faint after piercings, but this was the first time I felt 100% okay afterwards. Will definitely come back soon!

I hate to do this but your deposit policy is absurd! Its one thing if the artist started work on drawing up a tattoo, but when I was there 12 hours earlier for a consultation and was unsure. Yes I made a mistake and gave a deposit rather than call back. When you told me it was $200 an hour and would be around $2000 i was shocked and told you maybe just half a sleeve. You told me it wouldnt look good doing half now half later. You also told me to send photos of what I wanted and a description so you could give to the artist and he could look it over.My consultation was at 4pm, I emailed at 5am the next morning asking to cancel and refund since it was only 12 hours later and I had not sent any photos or description therefore the artist did no work.Dont make my mistake and let then talk you into deposit unless you are sure because that is FREE money to them for doing NOTHING.You can reply with your policy. But bottom line, no work was done and you need to revise your policies. Dont do it people!

I got new earlobe piercings in December 2022 after letting my original piercings (that I had gotten as a child) close due to uneven holes and being itchy all the time. Greg was amazing, walked me through everything, and I was impressed with how clean and sanitary the whole shop was. Since then, they’ve healed incredibly well and are actually even! I was also introduced to the world of flat back earrings for the first time and I will never look back.

Super pleasant experience. My daughter & I got our noses pierced together for her birthday. They have a nice array of quality jewelry choices. Friendly, inviting, professional, & informational. We left with solid knowledge on how to properly care for our piercings. Will go to them in the future.

What a phenomenal place. I went in with the intentions of getting my septum pierced.. turns out I was not the best candidate for this peircing.While I am a little bummed about not having a good septum to pierce, I am so greatful for the honesty and transparency that was provided to me so I could make the best decision for myself. In the end I chose to add a second nose piercing. Hands down best piercer I have been to. Not only did he not use clamps, the process itself was literally pain free.And the education provided for after care was sooo thorough. I appreciated that sooo much. Dave was so nice & patient with me. He did a great job on my flower with the names of my grandchildren.In a few months I will definitely go back and have a silhouette of my dog done with his name. I definitely recommend them.

I took my 7 year old daughter to get her ears pierced after she had been asking for 6 months. The staff were phenomenal, very responsive. She had a virtual visit prior to the day of her piercing to discuss the procedure, and detailed care afterward. On the day of, she had plenty of time to ask questions. She was able to feel autonomous over her own body which is huge for any Kid. She was comfortable with Greg doing the piercing after talking with him. He was precise in measuring and quick with the procedure. About 1 month later they followed up virtually on the piercings as well, and she has not had any complications.

Had naval piercing done by Greg. Was a little bit of a wait but I understand they probably have other clients / other things to do. He was very kind and explained everything about the process and aftercare well. The receptionist Ainsley was very nice and cool as well 👍 10/10I have returned for second lobes & nostril piercings! I planned on getting my eyebrow done but unfortunately as it turns out I do not have enough tissue to support it ;( Very sad. But the others are healing well & looking so cute!!!!! I will definitely be back in the future when I decide to get more holes in me.Came here to get a tattoo from Antoinette as well!! she was awesome!!! This will def be my place of choice for tattoos in the future too. very trustworthy and you know they’re clean!!

The shop was very clean and my piercings turned out well. I was not happy with my experience getting pierced, however. The piercer was very condescending and not personable, he wouldnt let me hold my friends hand that came with me, he didnt mark where he was piercing to show me before he did them, and I was charged $60 more than I was quoted on the phone making my appointment. I also waited in the car for over 30 minutes after my appointment time was supposed to start and another 15 in the shop before I even spoke to the piercer.I will say the girl at the desk was very sweet and friendly, she was really fun to talk to both on the phone and in the shop, she was the best part of my experience here

Yesterday my husband and I got our first tattoos from Dave. I was a bit nervous, but he was very encouraging and supportive. Dave was very professional, and made my experience one to remember. I love both my tattoo and the one my husband got. They were better than we hoped for, and we will both go back to him when we are ready for our next ones!On a different note, the support staff was friendly, fun, and was making sure the facility was in tip top condition. It was sparkling clean, and with the current state of the world that was very reassuring.I am so glad that my first experience with getting a tattoo was at Wasted Youth. I would highly recommend to anyone interested in getting some ink.

Greg started with a consultation where he explained the process and spoke to her about how it would go he also thoroughly explained the after care. Then he asked her if she had any questions. They do have a policy for kids to wait to make sure they really think through the decision. After our waiting period a few weeks later we went in for the piercing. Everything was very clean, the staff was kind to both of us, and Greg was amazingly professional through the process. He showed her the tools he would be using, he respected her as the customer the entire time, and asked for her consent to touch her ears before any physical contact took place. The level of respect he showed my daughter every step of the way made this the only place that I trust for piercings. I highly recommend them to anyone with kids looking for ear piercing, and Im going to be booking an appointment for myself soon too. I cant recommend them enough.

I get bad anxiety and was so nervous for my first time.Even though they were simple lobe piercing, everyone made me feel calm and comfortable. I didn’t feel and was not judged for being so nervous.Greg was so nice and calm. He gave me an amazing breathing technique that helped me calm down and help not focus on the thought of the piercing. I was so focused on doing as he said, the piercing was done before i knew it!He gave me a packet and told me everything! I just got my earlobes pierced here, and it turned out amazing! They were my first ever piercings and Greg was very easy to work with. He informed me thoroughly of the aftercare procedures. I love how the piercings turned out and Greg made sure I was calm before I was pierced. This made the experience a lot easier to handle than I had initially expected! The COVID precautions were also top notch and I felt very safe getting my piercings in such a clean environment! All in all, I would come here again, even if it is just to buy new jewelry for my piercings!

Wasted Youth and PMA Piercing was awesome! The most professional tattoo and piercing shop I have ever been to. The shop looked and smelled cleaner than my doctors office. I felt I was in very capable hands and Gregory walked me through every step of the process. He also went into great detail on how to care for my piercings afterwards and was very thorough. He gave me time to ask questions and I was very impressed with how he took his time completing each step meticulously.He has a very calming presence and helped me to use a deep breathing technique to keep me positive.I have new faith that there really are good piercers out there and I may even try a more complicated piercing the next time! Everything was amazing! Not only were they very clean but Greg was so amazing! He explained everything in detail and answered all of my questions I was pretty nervous about the piercing and he explained everything as he was doing it and helped me stay calm. Then after they gave me a little bag with candy and stickers and some super cool business cards! You can tell these guys actually care about their customers!!

Got my nostril pierced here during COVID-19 regulations. I cannot praise this shop highly enough on their cleanliness, hospitality, and service. Every detail felt accounted for and I wasnt nervous for even a minute. Greg is a great piercing artist and gave me so many opportunities to ask questions if I was unsure of anything. He really made me feel comfortable through the whole experience. The piercing itself was quick and painless. They also have beautiful jewelry. Lots of it is 14-18k gold, so it can be a little expensive, but understandably so. The piece I picked is something I will be happily wearing for a long time and will stay beautiful forever.

I have been wanting to get my nape pierced for years, (like 10) but my nerves have always gotten the best of me. Well, a few weeks ago I decided that I really wanted to get it done, and I started researching piercing shops in the area. I am so happy that I discovered Greg and PMA piercing/ Wasted Youth in Romeoville because of his stellar reviews online and I checked out his bio on their website. Made the appointment and last night I finally got my piercing. I cannot give enough stars and recommend Greg enough! I wanted to get my nose pierced and Greg was really nice about how it was not a good idea because of future complications and we went for a tragus piercing instead. He was amazing throughout the whole process and outstandingly clean. I felt very comfortable around him and in the shop as well. I will be going there from now on for future piercings and HIGHLY recommend to anyone and everyone !

My 16 year old daughter booked an appointment to get her nose pierced, and I cannot begin to describe how pleased we were with the entire experience. First of all, the place is spotless! The overall cleanliness and Covid protocols they have put in place are above and beyond any doctors office that I have stepped foot in. Gregory is highly professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. We are so thankful for his honesty about the aftercare, as well as his understanding when we decided not to go forward with the nose piercing due to my daughters athletic and aquatic lifestyle. Going forward with it at this point in her life could have put her in a really tough situation. The good news is that she didn’t leave without a piercing! I also consulted with Gregory about the horrible ear piercing she got at a mall boutique store when she was little. I’ve regretted making that choice for many years, but Gregory was able to do new ear piercings for her and they turned out beautiful! It was a win for us all! My daughter is already planning on getting a second earlobe piercing with Gregory next year, and I might just get mine done too! Also, his assistant who checked us in and out (I’m sorry- I didn’t catch her name), was so sweet and kind.

My visit was great! I arrived planning on getting my daith piercing, as Greg then informed me that my daith piercing would cause me more pain than not. His overall service, especially honesty was incredible! The studio was extremely clean and I felt welcomed the whole time while being inside. I ended up leaving with a rook piercing instead and I haven’t had an issues since. I definitely recommend PMA!!

Gregory is a professional piercer with 23+ of experience before Piercing procedure he went over all the aftercare guidelines and during the piercing part he made me comfortable on what he is doing and what to do expect. First, let me start off by saying the precautions the shop is taking due to Covid is next level. The place was immaculate, like I could eat off the floor. Temperature check and had to wash my hands upon entering. Only one person at a time to limit capacity. I felt extremely safe and comfortable.I had an appointment for a jewelry change. Gregory was very thorough, friendly, and helpful. The shop has a huge selection of high quality jewelry. You get what you pay for. PMA doesn’t skimp on quality.

Had a fantastic experience getting my first tattoo here. The front staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, making the experience much more comfortable.Antoinette was the artist for my tattoo and did an amazing job. She took my concept and created a beautiful piece, with the artwork on my arm being identical to the sketch she sent. Will definitely be coming back for my next piece, and cannot recommend this place enough.

Ok first let me start off by saying this place is one of the BEST piercing places I’ve ever been to. Gregory is literally the best piercer out there. Im that type of person that won’t let anyone that I don’t trust does something on my body. I always do tons of research before getting something done to my body. I got my upper lobes pierced by Gregory and I loved them so much. He literally went over everything with me and explained it in details. The receptionist was very nice too. The total (included the jewelry) was $200 but I think it was worth it. If you’re reading this, it is a sign for you to just go here and get whatever you want to get 💕 (oh I forgot to also mention how clean the studio was. He sanitizes everything so you don’t have to worry about the cleanliness at this place…)

Greg was very professional and careful to explain everything in great detail, the facility and equipment was as clean as possible and the piercing itself was relatively painless. Curtis was gentle and understanding about my anxiousness and worked well with me on the tattoo design. This place is awesome! I went in for a tongue piercing but after examining my tongue Gregory turned me down because of the way my veins were (the only way to pierce it without hitting one would be to do it at an angle which is no bueno). While I was disappointed I wouldn’t be able to get a tongue piercing I really appreciated his honesty. I asked if I could get an ear piercing and he suggested a conch. He helped me pick out jewelry and then Rachel went over the aftercare with me, it was all very detailed. Gregory did all the sanitation in front of me and made sure I knew what was going on each step of the way. During the actual piercing he was super chill and made sure I stayed calm. Not only would I recommend this place for yourself, but for your kid as well. My teenager and I have gotten pierced twice here together. As a healthcare professional, I am very mindful of cleanliness and sterile technique. PMA piercing gets 2 thumbs up from me. It’s a professional, yet chill and welcoming environment as soon as you walk in. Gregory has a wealth of experience and knowledge, we appreciated learning from him. He took the time to assess, then explain why my daughter’s belly button isn’t meant (at this time) for piercing. Complete with pictures and step by step explanation. I mean, what more can you ask for? We left with two new piercings and a great memory. We’re PMA customers for life, can’t imagine going anywhere else (and we’ve tried other places nearby first - don’t compare).

Fantastic service! I went to get my septum pierced with no appointment, and Brandon had 2 piercings to perform when I arrived, but stayed long after closing to pierce me (wed come from out of town). The place was clean, relaxed, and the staff was super friendly and chill. Parks & Recreation was playing in the waiting area, which I wasnt mad about either, ha! Brandon was extremely knowledgeable about piercing, and thoroughly explained the process to me before doing anything so that Id feel totally comfortable and there wouldnt be any surprises. There was also a large selection of jewelry, and I was able to get what I had envisioned. Highly recommend this place. I wouldnt go anywhere else for a piercing!

Let me start off by saying I have never visited this establishment, however I totally support and appreciate that GC is not afraid to share the missing pieces in bad reviews. People seem to forget that places of business are owned and operated by... Ding ding.. Human beings. Just because you go to a place for service does not give you the right to behave anyway that you wish or treat people as though they are beneath you. Word of mouth may be a great way to establish credibility, however every penny walking in through the door is not a make it or break it. As a 22 year business manager I have always said that the customer is not always right. I think that more businesses should respond the same way. As much as good people do not want to spend money for bad services, good businesses dont need money from bad customers. Wont be returning ever! Went to get a new stud in a already pierced nose for my daughter. It was pretty much the same price as the original piercing and twice the pain. Got home and her whole little nostril is bruised! The original piercing didnt even do that and this isnt the first time she has had it changed. They may as well made us shower before sitting, a bit extreme Id say. Oh and dont think of bringing in your purse that is not acceptable. If you are looking for a gentle touch or reasonable price this isnt the place for you. Maybe they should stick with tattoos 🤔

Very disappointed with how we were treated and my daughter was in tears when we left this shop. We chose PMA because it had many good reviews but we learned our lesson that reviews do not always tell the truth. I would highly recommend calling around and due some extensive research before you go to this place for a piercing. Unfriendly service and deceitful practices. We felt extremely uncomfortable and it was very clear they do not care about their clients and making them feel stress free when getting a piercing done. I am just trying to save anyone thinking of going here the time and money before you go in this place. Be sure to ask EVERY detail about after care because they wont tell you upfront and if you decide the after care is not something you can do you get charged anyway. We had other issues but this one is the most important one for this review. Just trying to help prevent other people from getting screwed and experiencing what we experienced for my daughters first piercing in a piercing shop.

After having to remove me all my piercings for an MRI, I quickly discovered that my nipple piercings had closed. A friend of mine was going in for a consultation for a tattoo and decided he was going to get his nipple pierced so decided to get mine redone. From the moment we walked in I could tell this was a very different place that where I’d gone before. We were given a very detailed release and after care instructions. After we were done Gregory took a look at the area and made sure there wasn’t too much scar tissue (there wasn’t). We picked out jewelry and while we it was being sterilized (which was done on front of us). Rachael (who is AWESOME) gave us very detailed after care instructions. After she was done I realized just how BAD the prior place I’d gone to before as far as after care. After we were all ready Gregory talked us through the entire process from beginning to end. My friend was VERY nervous but Rachel and Gregory made him feel very comfortable. I too was very nervous but, again Gregory talked me through the whole thing. Mine were a little tougher because of the scar tissue but when he was done I looked at the place and I was SO HAPPY! Basically the first time the were not placed well and this time Gregory got the placement perfectly. After we were done we were again told about after care and was even given an appt for a “check up”. We were also told not matter what to give them a call if we had any questions or concerns.Overall, this was a GREAT experience and I would recommend Gregory and Rachael to ANYONE that wants to get a piercing!

Our experience was AWESOME! My 13yr old got a Helix piercing. Greg was amazing, he was so patient and understanding with all of our questions and her nerves. He spent a LOT of time going over what to expect and aftercare. He also gave her plenty of time to get over her nervousness. The actual piercing was done in seconds and she didn’t even whimper or shedd a tear! She says it felt warm at first and now an hour later it feels Spicy lol She is sooo happy. Thank you so much!!

CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN!!! When you are getting needles forced into your skin It is critical to make sure you are in a clean environment. They make everything extremely sanitized and sparkly clean before you are worked on and I appreciate that so much. I got a tattoo from Dave and it is very beautiful. Went to get my septum pierced here and was impressed by the care they were taking for Covid-19, sanitizing everything, making sure what we bring in is sanitized. Showed me that they sanitized the needle and the jewelry. Talked through the entire procedure and THOROUGH with cleaning process. Wouldnt pierce me until I was 100% certain with the cleaning process post-piercing. Made it as painless as possible and Im really happy with it.

Waiting for my $20 back…. Wanted to bring 5 year old for ear piercing for her 5th bday. They told me we’d do a consultation a week before. They forgot to call me at scheduled time( probably should have ended it there) but we rescheduled. Then after our FaceTime consultation THEY said they won’t pierce my daughters ears then wouldn’t give me the $20 back. I could see if I was the one who backed out and said I decided I don’t want them pierced then yeah keep my $$ but they declined us. I was never told there would be a possibility of them turning us down. Had I known that I would have taken my business elsewhere. Great scam though… don’t tell people you might turn them down, ask a 5 year old a few questions on FaceTime and then be like yeah not ready but we’re keeping your money. Wondering how many people have fallen victim to this scam. Anyhow they fought me over the $20 they took from me for the “consultation” that had to be rescheduled because of their incompetence and then they ghosted me after I complained. If zero stars were an option that’s what I’d choose.

Everyone in the shop is so friendly and helpful. Dave did an amazing job with both of my tattoos, and they are healing very well! Very professional and knowledgeable staff!

Greg used to have no standards and just steal from his previous place at SG, hed pierce anyone if they gave him cash. Now that hes the owner, he pretends he has high standards and just steals from the client directly. COOL! PMA his responses are obviously completely against the name he tries to present...Greg, the owner, tries to legitimize stealing money with consultation/reservation fees while ignoring anything paid or what it was for. They will say $20 for consultation vs $30 for booking, whatever works in the moment to justify stealing your money under the guise of business practices.His behavior and practices are completely against APP best practices, those ripped off should also file official complaints to the official outlets, as you can see he responds in a volatile tantrum and then gets Ffanbois to post just as ridiculous fake reviews.There are many outlets that regulate business ethics for licensing, accounting, consumer charges, state and federal compliances, etc. APP, Attorney General, IRS 1099a/3949a, IDPH, OSHA, GAO and SBA for claims in 2020+. So many more, plus all socials but again, SDenergy tantrums in response is all you will get.If you are within timeline, dispute charges with your cc/bank, if you are beyond that and need assistance, let me know!

In my opinion, this shop is super overpriced for what it is. I was charged $90 for a rook piercing...Im no professional, but Im pretty sure the jewelry I was pierced with is way too small which didnt allow room for swelling causing my piercing not to heal correctly. Not to mention, the piercing wasnt done quickly and he applied a lot of force when doing it, hurting way more than it should have. They were also about to charge my friend almost $200 just to get her doubles pierced when she went to a local shop and was ONLY charged $25. Receptionist was nice, but piercer made me feel super uncomfortable. Wouldnt recommend coming here.

Took my daughter to get a helix and a snug piercing. He said her ear was not right for the snug piercing. Im grateful for the honesty. Im sure other places would have just done it.. Was charged 100$ for a nose piercing. 45$ for the job and 55$ for the cheap stud. I ended up going to a place in oak park to get 5 more and they charged me 100$ for all of them. This place is clean, but the wait time and price is simply not worth it. I feel ripped off.Edit:Got around to looking up similar titanium nose studs made in the US. The sets go for as low as few dollars each. At most $20, and thats with shipping. You guys did not allow me to use my own piercing either. Your piercing cost $35 and once I agreed you slapped on an extra $15 for the backing. Please stop pretending that you piercings are valuable. I could get a gold stud for the same price or even less.

Got my first tattoo and Cutis did a phenomenal job. I called the shop before visiting the shop and the person I spoke to was vey polite and accommodating. When I visited the shop for a consult, I found it to be very clean and everyone there was really cool. I met Curtis for the first time and we discussed the design I had in mind. He provided some good suggestions on placement and how much detail should go into the piece based on size. It was very useful information and I could tell right away that he was more concerned about doing a great job rather then figuring out how to charge more. I dont usually do any reviews but today I came in to this particular tattoo/piercing, I have had piercings on my right ear before but nothing professional, this place is a five star for me, Brandon did a fantastic job, I had 3 total, two were on my Tragus and one industrial all on my left ear, the angle was just right and also he is very detailed on how to take good care of your piercings afterward!! If you are a first timer on any kind of piercing dont hesitate to come to this place, Brandon will take good care of you from start to finish !

Over Labor day I needed help with my daith piercing that was injured. The original piercer was closed. I have both daiths pierced and they never really healed and both had bumps. The artist explained that I was pierced with jewelry that was low quality and too small. I should mention the piercings constantly hurt. Both artists I spoke with were so helpful and were willing to brain-storm with me on appropriate jewelry that would accommodate the swelling and give less tension to the site. Which meant I didnt have to abandon my piercing. Which made me a happy customer. Now just a couple days later the piercings are pain free, lumps are considerably smaller,and swelling is gone. Thank you to everyone who worked with me!

The staff was very friendly and informative. The building was also very clean and they made me feel comfortable. I have had a navel piercing for about 5 or 6 years now, and about a week ago it git tugged on pretty hard and i was worried it might be infected. I stopped in to see what they thought, and she got me set up with a better piece of jewelry. The one i had in was heavy and also cheap, which i knew wasnt helping. But it hurt really bad and i was scared to takr it out. She even switched the piercing for me and it didnt hurt at all. They even set up an appointment for me to have a check up and make sure its healing okay with the better jewelry in. Very nice people. Will continue going here for any piercing

Extremely rude. Made two appointments for my 17 year old daughter. I had to cancel the first appointment 24 hours in advance. Still took my $30. Then forgot my ID. Had my daughters birth certificate and my marriage license and many other cards with my name on it. I live 10 mins away and they couldn’t wait till I got back with it even though they made me wait 20 mins. So another $30 they took because they considerate that a cancelation. Absolutely no flexibility and was very unfriendly from first entering the place.

Just met with Gregory today, as of 5/25/19. Man, what a pleasant experience. Seriously, dont be intimidated. He was extremely calm and cool, he was very informative for anyone to get a piercing.. obviously he knows what hes doing. It was my first time being there, its very clean and taken care of. Sister paid 200 plus for two earrings, pricing extensive plus it wasn’t spaced out...and now has two earrings to close to each other in comparison to the original earring she had. Price wise, I’d say any other piercers have a better price and tried to up sell by saying she HAD to get a certain earrings and not inform them that they could get a starter and change out.

Didnt get my nose pierced here yet but the receptionist was awesome, she answered ALL of my weird questions and explained everything including jewelry selection for my desired look (I went with Pinterest pics in hand lol), she definitely made me feel comfortable enough to come back and get my nose piercing and my other desired ones with them. I really like the pressure seal jewelry (thats definitely not the technical term for that also lol). Id say stop in and check them out I dont feel youll be disappointed. I also didnt have a problem with the pricing for the piercing either plus you get what you pay for. Ill review again AFTER I get either of my desired piercings. I lost my nose ring at a party on a Sunday and called here to buy a new one. The mall was cloning in ten minutes and this shop was still open. No, I didn’t get pierced here but had a fresh piercing still in the healing stage. All I wanted to do was purchase a nose ring and this shop turned down a material only purchase forcing me to go to Walmart. I hate going to Walmart, and would always rather shop a local business. I’m disappointed in the way this was handled and would not recommend shopping here.

I had the most disappointing experience at this place, I make an appointment for daughter’s nose piercing, they charged me 30 dollars for booking the appointment, they told to be there 15 minutes before otherwise I’ll lose my daughter’s appointment, we got there 30 minutes before they called us in at 4:01 to fill up the paperwork, they make us wait 35 minutes at the lobby, the guy came out to see my daughter’s nose, he said he can’t do the piercing for many reasons, at the end he said they’ll keep my 30 dollars deposit for the consultation, that we never been told, all he had to say, I can’t do do the piercing and give me my money back, instead he make a whole history, they rob me and make me waste my time, that’s not cool at all…Totally disappointed and I’ll no recommend this place

Got my nose pierced here a little over a week ago; just discovered last night that it was pierced at an angle, so the stud wouldn’t sit nicely against my nose and always looked ready to fall out. Then it was excruciatingly painful to try and remove, and the piercing is now damaged. I’m way too scared to ever get it pierced again. I wish I hadn’t had done it. :(

I came in a few months ago and a piercer told me that the jewelry I had in would cause cancer. I did a lot of research on that and asked many other piercers if it was true and I couldnt find any source that said so. I believe that you have me mixed with someone else.

I love this place. The staff are all awesome. My tattoos from Carli and David are both fantastic, and they worked with me really well on the artwork. This place is kinda tucked away, but its worth finding.

Overpriced!! Spent the first 45 minutes in there doing absolutely nothing. Then picked out 1 septum piercing and they are telling me my total is over $300 & I HAVENT EVEN GOTTEN MY NOSE PIERCED YET.. Spent way too much time taking temperatures.

Do not do business with this establishment. They are dishonest and lack the manners to provide customer service yet alone stick a needle into ones flesh. My experience there has been a top 5 worst interaction with a business in my entire life. I have been lied to, dismissed and spoken to with a condescending tone and foul language. I am in disbelief with anyone who would consider them a professional studio. You have been warned. Save yourself the headache and take your business elsewhere.

Very good service, very clear understanding of what was supposed to happen. I had an industrial piercing done in February 2020, the guy who did my piercing did it with such skill that it barely hurt.

First tattoo place I went to freaked me out, but this place was a really chill and comforting atmosphere. The people are great and very good at what they do. Definitely plan to return for more tattoos.
