Let me just start by saying this is one of the cleanest shops Ive been to. The shop is spacious and gives off great energy. I got a piece done by Alexa and she is one of the nicest/interesting artists Ive come across. She took my ideas and brought them to life! I was extremely satisfied with how it came out especially because it was my mom. Will definitely be back here for future tattoos!

Stopped by Atmosphere for the first time today. The shop is one of the cleanest tattoo shops I have ever set foot in. I got tattooed by Dom and she did a fantastic job. The entire experience from checking in, getting tattooed, and just checking out the shop was amazing. Definitely recommend this shop to anyone looking to get tattooed and they also have some cool piercings. Can’t wait to come back for more tattoos and maybe a new piercing at some point.

I can go on for hours telling you this place is amazing our artist was Claire she did amazing job on mine and my husbands matching tatoo .We did a walk in .I highly recommended her she was professional and her artistic skills were perfect . If you want a good artist and a great person to talk with while she does her magic this is the lady for you ,but from the looks of this place and their work the workers are all good ..

Cody is an amazing piercer! Extremely professional and makes sure you are comfortable with where your piercing is going. The shop is beautiful and has a very chill vibe.Cody changed my piercing that he did in Schaumburg at the Atmosphere there. It is such a beautiful earring! Go see Cody for all your piercings, you wont be disappointed!!!

Wonderful experience at Atmosphere Tattoo gallery. I had a special piece done in honor of my grandma and I couldn’t be happier with it. Vito was very friendly and professional. He did an amazing job. The studio is clean, modern, and inviting. I will be going back again and will refer any friends and family here.

I had Zeus and honestly he was great. Very easy going and talented. He also help me save my ferret from a burning building and did CPR which brought him back to life.

I have been tattooed by Vito and had a piercing done by Ana. Both are very respectful and are professionals. They make sure you are happy with their work. The shop is clean and beautiful inside. Everyone makes you feel welcome. Would definitely continue coming here for any future work/piercings.

I got this tattoo done by Marco and he was amazing!! This was one of the most fun and relaxing tattoo sessions I’ve ever had (so relaxing I fell asleep lol). Everyone was so welcoming and even just sitting and waiting was enjoyable! The music was great and the shop is absolutely beautiful! I will proudly tell everyone that I got this amazing tattoo at Atmosphere in Roselle!! I couldn’t recommend this place enough!🤍

This is the most gorgeous and cleanest tattoo shop you can go to. It’s more inviting and feel comfortable as soon as you walk in. I got my piercing done by Ana and she explained the details as to what to expect and after care for my new piercings. She even told if I have any more questions or concerns to reach out to her. 😊

I seriously can not say enough about Katie B and her incredible talent. My consultation was easy to schedule. Katie listened to my desires and thoughts while taking notes. Come tattoo day, Katie was open-minded, kind, professional, flexible, thorough, and able to deliver a tattoo that exceeded my expectations. I had a very long session, with Katie going above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable. She was easy to get in touch with and was very responsive both before and after my session. I have received so many compliments on the attention to detail and intricacies she was able to produce in my tattoo. She maintained a clean work space, all needles were new and sterile, and my tattoo healed quickly and without issue. I am absolutely in love with my tattoo and am already planning my next one in a few months. I seriously cannot say enough about Katie and her artistic abilities. Thank you Katie!!!

This was an amazing experience. This wasnt my first tattoo but Katie took the time to explain her process and answer any questions that I had before, during, and after the tattoo session. 8 hrs flew by and there was no bleeding or much swelling at all. I love it! Its such a great piece. I am excited to schedule more work soon!

First time here and will not be the last. Walked in on a whim and asked for a simple tattoo and within an hour I was out and done. First time getting a tattoo and Marco was awesome! Walked me through everything. Made sure I was comfortable and overall a great experience. The atmosphere of the place was out of this world. All the other staff members were awesome and friendly as well!

Came in today for a tattoo and Zeus did an amazing job. I was looking for a small tattoo replicating a handwritten message from a loved one, and he got it down exactly like the real thing. Zeus was professional and courteous, his work area was extremely clean, and he was accommodating with scheduling. 100% recommend him.

First time coming to this facility, everything was super clean and opened right in front of you. I got a tattoo with Dom, she was super nice and very welcoming! She did an amazing job with my tattoo and for sure will come again!

I stopped by Atmosphere Roselle tonight, and I have found my new home for tattoos!! 😄 Everyone was very welcoming, professional, and the studio is beautiful. I had a watercolor hummingbird done by Vito - he is absolutely amazing!! Very precise and beautiful work that far exceeded my expectation! I will be going back soon, and I will highly recommend Atmosphere to everyone I know!! 😁😁😁

I went in to get my very first tattoos and Dom did a fantastic job :) I was scared at first since It was my first time but Dom was patient with me and I loved the final results. Good customer service and keep up the excellent work:)

I just left Atmosphere with my friend, and they had a great experience getting their ear piercings done by Cody. He was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, making them feel comfortable throughout the process. It was our first time here, but we definitely look forward to coming back in the future! The place is also very nicely decorated

Wanted a small, quick tattoo behind the ear. Alexa got me in the same day. The environment at the Roselle shop was very laid back and relaxing. Definitely coming back!

I was searching for someone to tattoo me a mandala flower with some water color on my shoulder and I have to say that I looked no further when I found Katie. The design and color came out better than what I have pictured in my mind. I would definitely be coming back for a next tattoo.

I recently got my first tattoo with artist KATERINA BORISOVA. I am extremely happy how it turned out beautiful colours and beautiful artwork! The whole process was stress free and easy . I stopped by Atmosphere to see if anyone could bring my idea to life. I met with Zeus and he knew exactly what I wanted. He did an amazing job and I absolutely am in love with my tattoo. Definitely coming back to Zeus for more!!!

Went into Atmosphere to get a belly button piercing done today. Cody did a really great job on keeping me calm and thoroughly went over what he was doing, step-by-step! They even gave me 10 dollars off for my first time at their new location. Highly recommend!!

Shop is gorgeous and super clean. dom gave great vibes and my new favourite tattoo! will definitely be back. ten out of five stars

If I could give zero stars, I ABSOLUTELY would! My boyfriend and I were on vacation in Chicago, and we called Atmosphere to see if they could do a couple of tattoos for us. They told us to be there at 8:00 p.m., but by the time we were called back it was well after 10:00 p.m. We went through several templates of my tattoo design, trying to make sure that it was the correct size. Vito, the owner of the shop did my tattoo. He seemed pleasant while he was working with me.When we got back to the hotel I unwrapped the tattoo as I was instructed to do. Only then did I notice that Vito had spelled Forty-one incorrectly. I was so upset that I was practically in tears, but it was after midnight, and too late to do anything about it at that point. The next afternoon my boyfriend and I went back to the tattoo shop to talk to Vito. We pulled him aside so that we werent confronting him in front of his staff. First, he was confused because he thought that he had spelled Forty-one correctly (there is no u in the correct spelling). When we asked for a refund, since we are obviously going to have to get it fixed, his response was offering $100.00 because it was money out of his pocket. What about the money out of our pocket?! Both for the initial tattoo, and the money it will cost us to fix it?? When I pointed out to him that it was his professional responsibility to ensure that he was spelling words correctly PRIOR to placing them permanently onto someones body, he took no responsibility and said that I should have double-checked his work. He never even apologized. The final resolution was me leaving upset, and him giving us $150.00 of our money back after telling me that if I wanted to remove the u letter from my tattoo, I should just pick at it as it scabs. That is TERRIBLE advice.I am sure that others have had good experiences at Atmosphere, but for me, this was one of those horror stories that you see on the internet... All regerts!!!Update: Atmosphere has responded to my review and I would like to respond to that comment.1. Vito never apologized once, let alone twice.2. Vito didnt offer to refund $150, we had to make several requests to get him to come up that high in the refund and he did so begrudgingly.3. Vito didnt offer to fix my tattoo for free; his comment was, I would if you lived here. Call that an offer if you want, I guess Ill let you make what you want out of that.4. If it is first come, first serve, why did you tell us to be there at 8? Sounds like an appointment to me.5. Again, it is his professional responsibility to make sure that he knows how to spell words PRIOR to tattooing them on someone.What I have learned here is that they are willing to say whatever is necessary to not take responsibility and have no accountability.

Front desk was very welcoming ❤️ went here for vertical angel bites, got them done by Cody and he was super precise and made sure I was comfortable through the entire process. I love how it turned out, will come again for future piercings! 🌈🌸

If I could give zero stars I would!!! I came in just to buy a new piercing NOT get a piercing, and instead of telling me I’d have to wait for all the clients to be serviced first, BUCK who travels between the Schaumburg and Roselle locations decided to tell me she needed to finish the prior clients paperwork and then she could help me. As I sat there Buck proceeded to grab jewelry for her NEXT client and then went to service multiple clients after that. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE on her end. I am very disappointed and will not be returning.

Got my first tattoo with Zeus and he did an amazing job! Very professional and answered all the questions I had. 100% recommend him!

Took my teen to get her ears pierced. This place is brand new and very clean and organized. Receptionist was very helpful in getting us in for ear piercing. Cody, who did the piercing, was very kind and considerate with my teen. Talked her through the process and was very calming, and very helpful with care tips and maintance.

I got this creepy cat head done by Dom and I absolutely love it!Everything went well while getting it done & the shop itself is very clean. I would definitely recommend getting work done here!
