Art Of War tattoo

Ive been watching this guy and wanting something from him for so long.... he specializes in songle needle work, so if youre looking for extremely fine lines and beautiful script; look here. I got lucky that he was able to sneak me in for this small tattoo, especially since he has at least a 6 month waiting list. We talked, i showed him pictures, he asked about color and style and shared his suggestions and opinions since i wasnt completely sure how i wanted it. guys, I dont think you understand the detail for size of this tattoo! Called Art Of War to get a tattoo and was asked to send a reference photo. The man who answered was very condescending and rude so I decided i didn’t want to be tattooed by him and never texted. 20 mins later I get a call from him saying “I’ve been sitting here waiting for you to text. you were supposed to send me a picture of the tattoo you want i told you we have available” I let him know i decided to go with someone else and he sarcastically said “thanks for calling and letting me know i’ve been sitting here waiting” very unprofessional and rude.

I had the pleasure of getting a tattoo from Chrys at Art of War Tattoo, and I am absolutely thrilled with the results. He was incredibly talented and creative, and he was able to perfectly capture the design I had in mind. He was also very patient and understanding, and he took the time to answer all of my questions. I highly recommend Chrys to anyone looking for a new tattoo. He is a true artist, and he will create a tattoo that you will love for years to come.

Chrys does great work. He is very easy to talk to, and makes sure he understands what I want. The whole process from the consultation to the finish was very easy. I have found my new tattooist.

Chrys’s work is absolutely amazing. He has a light touch so I was able to sit through a 4-5 hour side tattoo and he was able to finish a fairly large piece in one appointment. I came in with a couple ideas of what I wanted and he brought it to life. The coloration was his idea that he approved with me and I couldn’t be happier with this piece. I will be going to him again in the future. Another nice thing is that it’s just him. You don’t feel like he’s trying to hurry up and get done so that he can help someone else which is a huge plus in my book.

10/10 Highly recommend! Extremely clean and sanitary. Very easy to talk to while working on my husbands custom tattoo and most importantly his work is phenomenal! I tell everyone who’s interested in getting any ink done to go to Art of War.

Chrystian is a great artist! So glad I chose him to capture my thoughts into an amazing full sleeve. No one else could have done it better! The moment I walked into the shop, Chrys was very friendly and helpful. He asked what kind of style I was looking for and after seeing his portfolio, I knew he was the one. I love his water coloring and the bright vibrant colors he chooses. He is also a great conversationalist during the long sessions to complete this beautiful piece.

I highly recommend Chrys. Went in for first tattoo. He got me in quick, had a great personality. He took my sketch and created what I invisioned. The environment is clean and he made the experience comfortable. Like another post said, he makes you feel like a friend.

It took me a very long time to find a tattoo artist here in Utah. I have been getting tattoos for a long time, all by the same artist in another state. I almost gave up but then found Art of War. Loved the work, the artist, and attitude. Had my sleeve finished and couldn’t be happier! Will return for more work!

Came to Chris for my first ever nose piercing. A bday present from my mom, haha!! Chris was super cool and love how clean his shop is. My mom was impressed as well. I was nervous but Chris made it super easy. His prices are very fair which included the jewelry. Im for sure coming back if i decide to get more piercings and would recommend this place to others!! His tattoo work is awesome too which is making me think about a cover up tattoo!

I was tattooed by Chrystian Arroyo the owner and damn was he amazing Ive never been so on the same page with a tattoo artist before, i did not change anything when he showed me my stencil. In addition its been a week since i was tattooed and the tattoo has healed perfectly no blowouts, no faded spots its just perfect in every way.

Beautiful work. Line work is very precise and shading is spot on. Definitely gonna go back for more. And that artists are bad a**!

Chrys is amazing. He did a such an amazing job on my tattoo. Leading up to the date of my tattoo, Chrys keeped in contact on regarding details of my tattoo. The date of the tattoo Chrys made me feel comfortable and made sure I was doing okay during the process. I will be going to Chrys again for my next tattoo.

I would recommend going somewhere else to get a nose piercing. Totally bummed. Got my daughters nose pierced here a few months back and had problems constantly. We could never get the jewelry in or out and the jewelry was always getting sucked up in her skin. Ended up having to pay to have the whole thing redone somewhere else because it was not straight and was at an angle and way too low.

Cesar did amazing on my tattoo!! I will defiantly be there again, the shop is super clean and Cesar made me feel super comfortable while getting my tattoo!! Highly recommend him and art of war!!

Chrys is an AMAZING artist and business owner. He’s very professional, in time, prepared, and his work is incredible. He’s my artist for life and I’ve been through a few!

He told me I could stop by Aug 06. Between 9 to 1 or 3 to around 6. Got to the shop at 4:55 no one was there he showed up at 5:30.Well this is a joke. We werent told a lot of important information from him about his requirements and minimum hours looks like I just lost 100 gift card. I love throwing away money.

This was the smoothest piercing experience I’ve ever had! Chrys was very nice and professional. I was in the shop all of about 15 minutes and didn’t wait at all.
