Couldn’t have asked for a better first piercing experience for our kids. Mandy was so informative and comforting for my kids. Her and her coworker went above and beyond to make sure the kids (and parents!) knew what to expect. It was fast, easy, and fun for all of us. Mandy and Bethany were so awesome and helped create a wonderful experience for a major event in a kids life! Highly recommend for kids piercings!

Mandi was so wonderful with getting our two daughters ears pierced, our 8 year old has high anxiety and was a total mess but Mandi (and her co worker)was patient and fun, she knew all the right things to say and do to get it done! Our oldest appreciated how Mandi explained everything before doing it! We had a great experience and are so happy we chose to go today!

I had an amazing experience at Banter! The staff, especially Mandy and Bethany, were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist me. I had some broken jewelry that I wasnt sure what to do with, but they made the return process so easy. Mandys expertise and quick thinking really stood out to me. Thanks to their exceptional service, I was able to either exchange my items for some beautiful new pieces. Very helpful with my purchase she was smiling the whole time and kept asking me if this is really what I needed and I told her yes and I thanked her for being so helpful because good help is hard to find and I believe she is in an excellent worker thank you from a satisfied customer

Mandy was very helpful. Had a broken bracelet. She fixed it very quickly with a nice touch of humor. I was in and out in no time. Very professional. For sure recommend. Flowers deserved.

The manager & her coworker was absolutely amazing! They went above & beyond to make my mother-in-law (80 years old) feeling comfortable & excited to get her ears repierced. I also got my 3rd piercing & they moved a bench over for my mother-in-law to sit on while it was my turn! Great experience!!

I got my second piercings done here and the girls were absolutely awesome!! My piercings didn’t even hurt :) The manager, Mandy, is also extremely helpful and sweet

Today I had my 7 month old’s ears pierced and they were fantastic! The ladies were patient and so good with her. They were playing with her while doing it. We had a great experience. The earrings are even and well done. I would definitely recommend them if you are looking for someone to do you or your child’s ear piercing!

I got mine done at the Piercing Pagoda at the Ohio Valley Mall in August of 2019 and the guy that did mine did a really good job! It was a really good price in my opinion! I love the studs I picked out they are a really beautiful purple color and made of titanium! The staff are so friendly and helpful! I would recommend them to anyone I know! The service was 10/10! It was quick to get done too!

The salesperson was attentive to my looking at different pieces. Also, helpful with picking out a specific necklace for my daughter. Bought several pairs of earrings. I really love the backings on them.

They pierced my daughters ears completely wrong! Don’t have a lot of options to chose from compared to other Piercing Pagoda’s. Employees are very persuasive and pushy they don’t necessarily care about the customer. If they can make sale, they will and they don’t care! The same goes for the managers they aren’t very polite or reasonable.

I recently got my daughters ears pierced here. The new manager Amanda did them. She was so patient and kind and even took the time out to spray them with her special magic spray that takes pain away. My daughter quit crying immediately. I would recommend get any of your little ones ears done by her.

They have peirced all 4 of my kids ears and even did second holes in my daughters ears....they are very friendly and they make sure to explain everything to a T so tbat way my daughter could clean her peircing the right way herself....the staff is so nice and the prices for the jewlery are affordable and when u get ur ears peirced their not only is it free with the purches of an earing but u also get a discount when u get ur ears peircedThe Callaways

The quality of their products are excellent but the issue that I have is with trying to get a hold of them, I have been trying to get ahold of this company for a day and a half and everytime I try to call it is busy. I have been there a few times in person and there have been a couple times that Ive went and they are taking personal phone calls on the work line.
