The San Carlos Laser Away is so professional. From their nursing staff, the professional look of the front desk staff to the cleanliness of the clinic. The woman in the front is always well dressed and is so knowledgeable on their services. She has been so helpful and friendly. I always feel appreciated when I enter the clinic.

I was at the San Carlos Laseraway about three months ago and I still think about how excellent my experience was with Crystal RN!!!I told her that I wasnt thrilled with how little my ankle tattoo was fading and she did such a great job making sure I had a better tattoo removal experience than my previous visits. Its actually starting to fade faster now 🙌I have another appointment tomorrow and Im hoping that I get to see her again!In addition, she was incredibly thorough with my laser hair removal on my legs, bikini, and underarm areas.🏆I also enjoyed talking to her; shes so down to earth and a good listener.Laseraway is lucky to have you, Crystal 🖤

First time here and I absolutely loved it! My nurse, Brendy was so kind and made me feel so comfortable! The receptionist was also very kind. My visit in general was a breeze. I’m so excited to continue coming :)

Ive been coming to this LazerAway location for 2+ years and each time has been great and painless! Besides the Clear & Brilliant, Xeomin, and Lazer hair removal treatments I receive, the best part is definitely seeing the staff!Shoutout to Victoria, Nicole, and Karen for having the BEST energy and always making me feel welcomed! Even if Im hesitant about trying a new treatment, Victoria and Nicole are so warm and reassuring. Their knowledge of the treatments helps to reduce any anxiety I may have. In addition, Karen always has a stress ball and ice pack ready to go whenever I come in for Lazer hair removals.Ill definitely be coming back for more treatments in the future!

Went to my appointment at Laser Away, in San Carlos, and I was truly impressed. My consult was with Nicole. You can tell she is clearly passionate about what she does! She is so upbeat and positive and extremely knowledgeable. She took the time to listen to me and ask questions to make sure I was getting the right service(s) for the outcome I wanted. She set me up with Karen for my first procedure. Karen was just as amazing. She is so knowledgeable and took the time to explain what she was doing every step of the way and also took the time to make sure I got the outcome I wanted. I will definitely be back and Nicole is my go to person to map out what I will be doing next. I highly recommend this place.

Parking is easy and location is so nice and new! front desk is always so friendly, helpful, and very accomodating with scheduling. The nurses are amazing and so sweet. Ive always had a great experience here!

I had a great and easy experience today with Victoria. She gave me all the information I could have needed to make an informed decision about what services I wanted. My first time at the San Carlos location was exceptional. Janessa did a phenomenal job explaining every part of the process and checking in as the session continued. Excellent communication! Also want to shout out Nicole who was on the phone and helped schedule my next appointment!

I got my partner a gift card from the San Carlos location the other day and the ladies at the reception desk were very helpful. I didn’t know much about the treatments going in but Nicole and Candace were able to give me some great ideas of where to start which I appreciate. The clinic was really clean and it seemed like a nice place. My girlfriend is really excited to go there

I love Laser away, San Carlos. The location is immaculate and inviting. The team is amicable and knowledgeable. The nurses always make me feel comfortable. I have traveled to many lasers away, and this one is very spacious and one of my favorites!I highly recommend reaching out to Kelli at the front desk about treatments. She evaluates what goals you want to achieve and helps you pick the best treats for your skin type.Also, parking is easy! I give that location 10 out of 10! Highly recommend!

My favorite location. Their consultant, Victoria took time to explain my options and made me feel comfortable with services I selected. She was very knowledgeable and I felt like she cared about me as a client. She was not just trying to sell me something. They take the time to care about their clients. I wouldnt go anywhere else.

I had a wonderful experience at the San Carlos LaserAway! The front desk receptionist Marissa made my experience a lot smoother. I was a bit nervous when I came in to treat my laser hair removal, but Marissa gave me some tea to help calm my nerves and explained everything step by step. Once the lovely nurse Karen took me to the back she walked me through everything she was going to do. She offered me a blanket to keep me warm and comfortable during my appointment. The clinic itself was clean and beautiful! Thank you San Carlos team for providing excellent service! Can’t wait to come back!

Came in today for my first appointment. Was greeted by very very friendly staff. They do everything to make you feel comfortable and explain/walk you through all the steps. They are very knowledgeable and professional wich I think is very important if it comes to things about your body/health. See you for my next appointment!

After doing a round of laser treatment in SF with another company and not getting any results, I decided to try laser away. I wish I made the swift sooner! Kelli was able to book me in the San Carlos location very quickly and the decor was so chic. Kelli, the receptionists and the nurse were all so sweet and accommodating to any concerns I had. I started seeing hair-loss results after the first treatment! I would 10/10 recommended this location.

Had my very first Instant Glow Laser Facial aka Fire & Ice. Karen and Nalis did a great job. They ensured that I was comfortable and prepared me for the treatment. The treatment itself was fast and easy. The results? Wow, where did my pores go? Definitely recommend this facial for a special event or doing multiple treatments for long term results! Super happy!

If i have alot of money I will laseraway all of me lol. I enjoyed it very much, make me feel clean with being hairless.The procedure is painless and quick, very convenient.

LaserAway San Carlos is nothing but professional. The ladies who work there are caring, and remember so much about me as their customer. There have been a couple occasions where I messed up the date of my appointment, and they graciously were able to fit me in on the day I came in. Honestly, this LaserAway location is such an amazing group and are never pushy. Their injectors are skilled at administering the right amount of product so I meet my goals and recommend options for me. Thank you so very much!

Location looks big, nice, and clean! Front desk staff greets you upon arrival and has interactive conversation with you while you wait for your appointment. Nurses are friendly and attentive to you while thoroughly performing the treatments. This location is my go-to place for hair removal and laser facials!

I did the Clear and Brilliant Laser Facial there in San Carlos. My nurse, Tatjana Colbert was amazing. She is tentative, caring, very informative with the procedure during and after care. Really recommend her!

I had worst experience at san carlos laser away. I got my jawline hair removal. My hair growth increased 3-4 times for the area after 10 sessions. When i had a word with them they said we don’t promise anything you can get more sessions. At my appointment they let new employees who are still learning. I am really disappointed with the services.

Update: The treatment did not work. Go somewhere that takes the time to keep records, adapt to your skin color and hair color. This is a scam.Sure the treatment works but it is absolutely impossible to get an appointment on time. Spent thousands of dollars on laser and can’t stay on track so it was useless and have seen no results after 7 treatments.Also you switch nurses and they choose the treatment strength so I had a couple nurses in the middle who chose to use a lighter strength and decreased results.Go somewhere else not worth the hassle of using a chain.

The entire team at San Carlos is very nice and fun to be around. It’s a convenient location, and always an enjoyable environment to be in. The staff at the front is informative and never pushy. It’s fun when they have their special events, too! I recommend this specific location to my friends because they are that good.
