I was kind of nervous but the whole staff were so sweet, welcoming & very professional, I ended up leaving loving my piercings and new earrings but moreso the experience. I love their selection & prices for both gold and sterling 925! I cannot wait to come back for more ☁️

I had a wonderful experience getting my ear pierced. Gabriela was amazing and made me feel comfortable. If you are considering getting your ears pierced consider coming here there is a variety of earrings to choose from.

Isabella and Andrea are always great help at the store and fixed my bracelet for me when I was browsing the store which I thought was very nice and always offered suggestions for jewelery when I was stuck on decisions! Great customer service and will return for sure👍!

Ive never heard or seen this place until I googled where to get piercings and it popped up and let me tell you I didnt want to get out of the store. The customers are friendly and theres always sales going on I recommend this store if you want to come out feeling better and looking good about yourself. This location has lots of options to choose from and good prices. The people that work there are the best. They’re really nice and friendly and so helpful. Great service and great products.

Rich was super helpful and kind he used an ultra sonic cleaner to clean my rings and they look amazing my diamonds shine so bright! It was amazing! He was very informative on how to up keep my jewelry! Thanks again!

Love the price of the jewelry in this place. Easy to stop by and pickup a nice chain without worrying about spending too much. It’s my second time stopping by since Rich moved from his El Cajon store to this store. He’s easy to work with and finds what I need so I make the drive down there anytime I need something new.
