(Edit) I forgot to post the finished tattoo after my second appointment, I fell even more in love with the piece! Liz is amazing!!Ive gotten tattooed here by both Ifrain and Liz, and I could not ask for better experiences. Such down to earth artists who care about sending you home with quality work, even when another session is planned. The shop is clean, organized, and just has a good feel to it. Im so happy with my tattoos and how respected I feel by everyone here. Liz is my new go to artist and I wish I could rate this shop higher!

Edgar did my tattoo the other day and he was amazing! He communicated everything so well and was very fast with his work. I couldn’t have asked for a better first tattoo experience! Definitely will be coming back

My tattoo turned out amazing and exactly how I wanted it! I went here for 2 piercings a year ago and they healed amazingly. Anthony did great and the price was very reasonable, very clean place with great people 5 stars all the way I will definitely be coming back for more! 🤙

My nose piercing fell out and I didn’t even notice until after work. I had an old coworker tell me about this place before and how amazing they are so they were my first thought to call. I was able to come in immediately and it was an amazing decision. Nicollete is amazing and helped me find an even better replacement ring for the stud I get when I was pierced almost a year ago. Will definitely be coming back for the amazing customer service and atmosphere!

Nicolette was amazing from start to finish for my sons ear piercing.We had been denied at another area shop because he is adopted and does not look like me. That person was going to make me jump through unnecessary and difficult hoops that only made my son feel even more different.Nicolette worked with me, explaining exactly what she needed-which was completely feasible.She eased my sons fears, walked him through each step for before, during and after care and did a great job. We both left very happy and I would highly recommend her-especially over the other place, in Somonauk.

I recently got a conch piercing from another local tattoo shop in town and to say they butchered my ear is an understatement. Not being a professional in this industry I didn’t question the three different incisions made for one piercing. I allowed a few days to go by and the swelling was still pretty server. I was concerned with the placement of it because it was not on the inside of my ear like a typical conch but I thought maybe it was just the swelling. I got a second opinion from outer beauty ink on how to move forward. They were extremely informative and professional. They were able to remove the piercing as it was indeed placed incorrectly and gave me information on aftercare and procedure process if I decided to get the piercing again after healing. The removal was speedy and pain free. Beyond grateful for their help and advice. I will be sure to return when My ear is healed. Thanks outer beauty ink!

My daughters and I love this place Mike Skull is an amazing artist and he’s always so polite and respectful and we will definitely continue to come back and see him as well as recommended him to anyone looking to get work done. He is an extremely nice man and extremely talented, we can’t wait to go back and get more ink done by him.

Dominick is so talented. I have gotten 1 tattoo by him, its my favorite and when I decide to get another, I will NEVER consider another artist or a different tattoo shop.

I took my daughter in to get her nose peirced today. The shop was very clean and very friendly people working there. Nicolette was amazing! She explained every step of the way through the whole process. Made sure my daughter was comfortable. We left knowing exactly how to care for her new peircing. Also told us we could call at anytime if we had any questions. I highly recommend her for anyone looking for a peircing. We will definitely be going back.

I tried a different shop in this area and just had a bad experience so I went to Outer Beauty Ink instead and honestly I’ll never go back to the other shop. Nicolette pierced me twice and I highly recommend her. Very friendly and she takes good care of her customers. I haven’t gotten a tattoo from this place yet but I plan to because Ryan Albin does astounding work! I highly recommend this place!

I had a tattoo embelished and livened up by Anthony. I cant express how thrilled I was the finished product. I basically came to him with little ideas of how to make imy tattoo done by someone else more dimensional and more beautiful. Anthony took what little ideas I had and came back with pictures of what he thought would work. I loved the beautiful outcome. I cant express of how happy I was at his professionalism. Ive been tattooed plenty of times in the past (Im a bit older 55) and get very turned off when I see what I call groupies hanging out watching others get work done on them and also having to hear foul langauge throughout the process by groupies and staff. I was nice to have someone professional in thier work and in the ability to be well spoken too. Anthony is wonderful, talented and very professional, as was the staff, it was greatly appreciated. Thank you Anthony and the staff of Outer Beauty Ink!
