The workers pierced my 5 year olds ears for her birthday last month and they were wonderful. Gentle, patient, and very sweet. Just what my little girl needed!

The girls at this store are absolutely amazing! Everyone is so friendly and patient. I took my granddaughter to have her ears pierced and she got cold feet at the last minute. A girl named Ashley sat with her for almost 20 minutes to calm her and talk her through it. During her chat the other workers came over and started cheering her on! It was wonderful! My granddaughter cheered right up and got it done. After the piercing the girls all clapped and cheered and really made it a special moment. Thank you all so much. You have a customer for life . Highly recommended

Went with a friend who got their ears pierced 3 days ago and took out their earrings for sports but could not get one back in after. Claire’s at Wilton Mall was very understanding and checked then re-pierced without incident. Very nice, good communication and thorough after care teaching. What more could you ask for? Thank you Claire’s for a great customer service experience. The young woman who helped us tonight at 8pm went above and beyond.

Not that I go to Claires very often but I was walking by and saw Grinch beanie hats from the outside window. Our friends, 4 year old Granddaughter absolutely loves him so I had to pop in. Ashley, although busy greeted me as soon as I walked in, helped me out in a courteous and professional manner.....Thank you, Ashley!!!!

Wonderful place to get your childs ear pierced. The staff was friendly and patient with our daughter.

Needed to find something to go with my outfit and daughters outfit for a funeral. I love that they have a lot of options that walmart does not have, and so many colors and variety of accessories to choose from. It is smaller than the usual claires store, but they still have a lot to choose from.

Id give it no stars but thats not an option. I went to the one in Wal-Mart first looking for Saint Patricks day themed masks. They didnt have any so the nice employee called the one at the mall told them that someone would be right over to purchase them. I get there and the one at the mall was closed. Not even 5 minutes after that phone call was made. So unprofessional. As well as rude. Dont waste your time or gas.

To expensive nor much space girl pierced put nose and made me bleed every were and then didn’t even say sorry for hurting me

Our daughter got her ears pierced today. Gina was patient and very polite. We are very pleased.

Took our granddaughter there to get her ears pierced. They are very good there, patent and very nice large variety of kids peirsing earings.

Who doesnt like Claires the kind of pricey but if you can get a good deal like buy 3 get 3 youre good youre doing good
