Got a tattoo here from Andrea and it was honestly the first time I’ve ever gotten a tattoo that I was absolutely happy with. It turned out even better than I expected. She was a joy to talk to. The shop is very clean and I really loved the decor. Having nothing but Ozzy playing while I got my tattoo was the cherry on top. I won’t be going anywhere else.

You wont find a better tattoo artist this side of the Mississippi!!! Hes responsible for 90% of the ink on my body and there isnt a soul that I would trust to tattoo my body other than Phil.

Got both of my tattoos here at Irish Buddha. My second was a snake and dagger and when Zach, I believe, was in the middle of the tattoo he asked if I wanted to add some color to it. I said why not, and the final result was better than I could have even thought. Amazing work. I would rate 10/10 if possible

All of the tattoos that I have gotten done at Irish Buddha have been cover-ups. I have known Phil for a couple of years and he has been able to get everything done that I have asked for, and I am picky! Phil has created such amazing art over the messing that I have allowed on my body, I will not be going anywhere except to Phil! I get really nervous when going in for a tattoo and Phil is able to ge me to calm down and get through it. He is amazing with tattoos and people. I am excited to be getting my back covered up and my foot, plus he will be touching up my ankle. Thank you Phil for all of the art you have put on my body. Cant wait for what comes next!

Phil has been doing my husbands tats for a long time. We found out that he opened a shop in Seaford so we went to check it out.. All I can say is WOW!! I got my 1st tat from him in March 2013. I cant believe the wonderful job he has done.. Everyone that sees it wants one also. The good thing is he creates one of a kind. I am getting my 2nd tat this Saturday, and I cant wait... He is a professional all the way in my eyes... You really have to check him out before you decide who you want to do your work...
