My husband and I wanted to get tattoos of characters from one of our favorite video games. Liz captured what we were hoping for perfectly. She was professional and friendly and her work speaks for itself. We can’t wait to be back!

John was phenomenal! Super nice guy. Professional. He did not mind me watching him prepare tools or asking questions. Easy to chat with or sit in silence and enjoy the surroundings. I had a tattoo touch up from one I had gotten 15 years ago. He completely transformed it and gave something that means a lot to me new life. Can’t wait to go back!

I went up there today to get my first tattoo done. Its an early birthday present for myself. I loved how it turned out, and how I was helped with designing the layout of it. I told Liz before she even started that its my first time getting it done. She was so careful when she was tattooing me, and asked me how I was doing, and if we needed to stop. I told her that I was doing good, and it didnt really hurt.

My sister and I came tonight to get a tattoo by Nate and he did a phenomenal job. He made sure we were comfortable and satisfied with the tattoos during the whole process. He did awesome on my dog paws and flowers. I will come back and add some photos to my review. He is a great artist and had a great attitude the whole time. We both got fairly large pieces so we put him through some long tattoo time! Definitely check new addiction out if you are looking for tattoos its a great place.My sister and I have came back for several more tattoos by Nate and he always does an awesome job!

Natester did an amazing job on my Star Wars tattoo. He was quick and responsive to my request for a tattoo was able to get me in timely and did a great job with drawing and and of course tattooing my requested tattoo idea. He’s a wonderful guy and does an out of this world job!

Bryan was awesome. He made me a beautiful piece. I twitched a LOT at first and he didn’t complain or make me feel bad, which I really appreciated, and he worked around my twitching incredibly. I couldn’t be anymore satisfied . 10/10 Go and ask for Bryan!

My name is Larry Thomas. Went in today.. and got a old tattoo covered up with this brand new peice.Ill def be coming back they were very polite and my guy that did this cover up peice did it all free handed. 10/10 from me.

Fantastic experience today! My son and I planned out our tattoos and are thrilled with the outcome. Nate and John are hilarious and make the experience so comfortable. Everyone at the shop was pleasant with a great sense of humor. Great vibes and LOVE our new ink. Plan on us next year.

My boyfriend and I went in to this shop for a walk in, only one artist was in (Nate). He and his wife moved some things around and they were able to fit me in for a great price. I felt so safe and had an amazing experience, I would 10/10 recommend to anyone looking to get a tattoo.

If you want a FINE LINE TATTOO then Natester is your guy! Thank goodness Seneca has a go to artist for minimalist style work. I’ve walked into this shop 3 times now to have a piece done and I’ve always been pleased. The artist are professional and genuine. They offer their advice which I appreciate as they are the experts! Just a great shop! Highly recommend!

I love these guys up here, like love LOVE! Like, romantically love them! But they do amazing work and thats what keeps bringing me back... plus the undying love. Me and my wife use them exclusively!

Best 40.00 spent on a Friday the 13th tattoo

I went into the shop to get a 40$ flash tattoo from their sale. The lady at the desk was very friendly. Jason was there very professional and very friendly. I told him what I wanted. I filled out the paperwork. I waited a couple of minutes. Then Jason came back to the front to get me and take me to the back. Great work. Twenty minutes later, I had a new tattoo of a scientific Adam. I love my new tattoo. I am thrilled with how it turned out. Great work. I will be back soon for more tattoos—super quick and easy process.

Artist- Jacob.Honestly, the atmosphere, and the attitude of everyone working was phenomenal. All the artists on shift constantly checked in with me, along with Jacob himself. Had some amazing conversations, and definitely knocked my piece way out of the park. If there was an option for 6 stars, theyd have it and then some.

This is my first tattoo and I absolutely love it!!! Clayton did a wonderful job and I thoroughly enjoyed my experience! I definitely plan on going back whenever I decide to get another one, everyone here is super nice and welcoming and I’m very happy with what I got!

Ive got nothing negative to say about these guys. The shop is tidy and clean, and all the artists are friendly and chill. Kevin drew me up an amazing first tattoo and I couldnt be happier with it.Also, Kevin was super knowledgeable about Vegan tattoos and was super accommodating about it. Ill definitely be coming back in the future.

My friends and I have gone to New Addiction several times now for tattoos and I’ve gotten about four pieces done here. I’ve really enjoyed my experiences with Jason, although he’s moved shops, and I’ve always enjoyed my experience getting tattooed with Tyler. However, when me and a friend went in today for a brief consultation to see pricing on some tattoos the man who helped us was extremely rude and dismissive to both of us. It was an unfortunate and uncomfortable experience and deterred both of us from going back to get anymore tattoos in the future. :(

My daughter and i loved jacobs work, even went back the a couple of days later to get another done by him. He was very professional and clean. Even kept my 9 year old son entertained while he was doing our tattoos. That takes skills right there.

Been going here for about 2 years now. Zach has done 10 of my 13 tattoos. Hes awesome and I love my tattoos. Kevin done my last tattoo on January 31st. Hes awesome as well, and I love my tattoo. The shop is very clean, and I watched them open new needles. If you are looking to get a tattoo, this is the place to go!!

My tattoo was done by Zack, he was very professional and super clean. I have been to several shops and was a bit worried due to the cleanliness and overall enviroment.This shop was not a worry.Me and Zack had previously spoke about what I wanted. I just messaged him on Facebook. He was very prepared when I arrived.I was on time and he was just finishing up another client.I figured Id have to wait and hr or so for him to clean up.Wrong! He was ready for me in 10 or 15 minutes.He did an amazing job on the tattoo. After talking forever about getting a tattoo, I finally went for it today (I’m 47). Zach patiently worked with me to get my design and placement just right and really helped put me at ease. I would highly recommend New Addiction and Zach for first-timers or anyone looking for a professional and pleasant experience.

My experience with Shane was amazing. From start to finish he made me feel very comfortable and checked on me the entire time. He definitely will be seeing me in the future!

I had gotten a tattoo from their flash sale back in October. And I was fairly pleased with it but now when I look at it the line work is pretty light and sparse in some spots. There are spots where the solid line looks split in the middle. But overall they were extremely nice and cool.

I had a tattoo done here at the beginning of Sept after it healed it was very thin and the lines were very faint. I decided to go to the shop to let them look at it. I meet the apprentice which stated that it looked shallow I was told the owner would call me. A week latter no call I went back to the shop in which the artist wanted me to pay the shop min to fix a mistake from their artist, again told owner would call. Two weeks later no call. I will go elsewhere in the future to get better customer service.

I’ve gotten two tattoos at this shop both by Natester, both times were great and I very much recommend this place! The environment is great and all the artist are super nice.

I try booking, I made sure riu let them know I wanted to be tattoo at their earliest appointment but I keep receivin messages to call the shop knowing I already call. . Obviously dont want clients. Ill take my business somewhere else. Heard SSI many good things from this chop but they lack communication. If your busy , keep it real!!@

This is the second tattoo I’ve gotten from Jacob B. At new addiction tattoo and pictures do not do justice with how the work turns out. Down to earth dude with the skills and talent I wish every tattoo I’ve gotten was from him.

Drove for 2 Hours and got a message from face book after a hour drive there saying that he wanted to cancel and do it another day, But talked the person earler and told me that he over booked his self and when he told me to come in at 5 he should be done (knowing he over booked when he called me) When I got there the person couldnt of even come out and talk to me..The owner the one who talked to my husband and not even a phone call to try a reschedule.

The artist completely disregarded what I asked for and changed the entire tattoo. Now I’m left with a bad tattoo when it could’ve been good had he just done his job correctly. I’ve asked to speak to the manager and nobody will call me back. WILL NOT BE GOING BACK.
