Great place! The staff was very knowledgeable and really cared about the quality and longevity of their work. This was my first tattoo and they walked me through the process, told me what would work and what wouldn’t. I felt very comfortable having them do the tattoo. The studio was colorful, clean, and inviting. Sky was an excellent artist, patient, and made sure that I had my design just the way I wanted it. She made me feel like I could be apart of the process and allowed me to bring my idea to life!

This is a very good and relaxing place. They make you feel welcomed right when you walk through the door. They work with the design that YOU want and what’s best for your body type without trying to completely change the design. They have done 14 of my tattoos. I have only ever gotten three other from another place before I went here. I don’t see myself walking into any other tattoo shop again. Although I wish they had a piercer 🤭 but this is def the place to go. They value you and your time. They also offer fun little community events for adults and children! If you have a moment def check them out! Oh and it’s nice and cool in there during the summer.

Had a tattoo done by sky she did a wonderful job, Looks amazing, it was an album cover and it came out very faithful to the original. she was very pleasant the whole time. She made suggestions that would improve the final look and explained it very well. It was a walk in and they were able to do it same day. everyone was very friendly the rates were affordable, especially considering the level of detail and amount of work that was put in. I’m not super familiar with tattoo prices but I’ve seen people pay way more for way less.

Crazy Lady Ink is top notch! We have a friend who is on the spectrum that was interested in getting a tattoo but was a bit nervous and apprehensive about the process as she has some sensitivities to touch, light and sound.We called Crazy Lady Ink as it appeared first on our google search of shops in the area. Al, the owner took our call and after going over the situation, he assured us that we had called the right place. Booking the appointment for our friend was smooth and easy.We arrived with our friend for the tattoo appointment. The shop is beautiful! Al makes sure all are welcome and comfortable at his shop. The shop is well decorated with lots of art and nostalgia design. Even the bathrooms are super cool! and the song mix playing in the speakers was perfect!Al greeted us with a smile and had our friend fill out some preliminary forms. Al took his time going over the expectations our friend had for the tattoo and also the process step by step. He was friendly, understanding, good humored and very professional. He made our friend feel at ease and excited to sit down for the tattoo.The tattoo came out beautiful and the process went so well that our friend came back for another tattoo a few weeks later!This shop is inviting, friendly, fun and professional! Have been getting tattooed from this tattoo shope for almost 25 years. I started out getting tattooed from Linda and have been going to Edsel Al for over 20 years. He is an amazing tattoo artist and has always done an amazing job on all of my 6 tattoos. He knows his stuff when it come to colors and blending. I have never had any issues and is is always willing to make things right if anything goes wrong but again I have never had an issue. This shop also has very reasonable pricing for what they produce which is excellent tattoos. You may find others that are cheaper but I can guarantee the quality is not the same. I would recommend him if you are looking to have a great piece of art.

Great atmosphere and artists! Music is always playing and the vibes are amazing. Definitely recommend to any looking for their first appointment or tenth! Been working with Sky and loving every session!

I have got all my tattoo here but one none of them disappoint me this last one I just got on Tuesday I love it. Edsel tweaked the picture a little but it was perfect and did his own font. It does have to be touched up my arm wasnt cooperating(bleeding)

Skye created a beautiful memorial tattoo in memory of my brother. This was a coverup beautifully done. She is an amazing artist and made me feel as if I had known her for years, so kind and I love my tattoo!!!

I came in as a recommendation from a friend who worked with Maggie and did work on some Mario tattoos. I asked him if she can do a keyblade and showed her a base Oathkeeper design. The consult made me feel super welcomed and expressed my ideas. It also helped that she is a fan of the Kingdom Hearts Franchise. On the day of the tattoo, she showed me the designed and I was in awe! There was so much detail that I couldnt wait to have it! The atmosphere was fun and inviting. She guided me through the whole process. This was an amazing experience for a first Tattoo! And i looooooove this keyblade! Thank you Maggie!!!

I’m so glad I went to Crazy Lady Ink for my first tattoo! The shop was clean and the staff were super friendly, answering any questions I had. Kerry was my artist, and she did a fantastic job designing and tattooing! She soothed my nerves and made the experience very enjoyable! Pricing is reasonable, $200 an hour, and you definitely get what you pay for! I highly recommend Crazy Lady Ink, and I know I’ll be back for more!

I got a tattoo done by Cassie in March and it is nothing short of AMAZING! I love the tattoo, it’s probably my most favorite tattoo that I have. She was so nice and professional and made great conversation with me while I was in her chair for 3 1/2 hours. She made adjustments to the design where I wanted them and even added a little bit of her own spin to it. If you’re looking to get a water color tattoo done, Cassie is your girl!

What a great place to go for a tattoo. Everyone there is so friendly and the service is top shelf! As soon as I walked in I was offered a refreshment, and asked if they could hang my coat for me! Service aside my tattoo turned out fantastic and the staff was very knowledgably, answering all of my questions and addressing any concerns I had! Defiantly a place I highly recommend for anyone interested in getting a tattoo.

Amazing! I had a tattoo done here on Saturday. The artist Donnie ended up having a cancellation and had posted ideas of some work he’d like to do. Immediately after looking at the work I messaged the artist. He got me in within 2 hours, amazing!! The design was great, he was able to incorporate everything I asked for! Highly recommend I absolutely love the tattoo and he was so much fun to work with! Will be coming back for another tattoo very soon!!

Sky did an awesome job taking my ideas and running with them!! Her talent is incredible and I am so going back!!!

I was there to get a cover-up and they did such a poor job and over charged me $400 I now have to get laser tattoo removal cause they scarred and ruined my skin. I can’t believe they put white in my skin with me being African American, it turned my skin into grey scars. I have heard more horror stories coming from this shop I would never go back. Worst experience ever!!!

Justin did an amazing job on my floral tattoo for my three kids. He made the whole process fun and comfortable. Can’t wait to visit again!

CLI did 8 of my tattoos and Im obsessed! I wasnt expecting them to be my go-to BUT they surprised me in the greatest way! The vibe is phenomenal! Giving this shop 3 stars not because of the quality of the work or the staff as a whole, but because of the conduct of the artist I was to be paired with. I was recommended here by a friend because they have gotten a few tattoos at this location and had good experiences there. One thing to note, this was going to be my first tattoo, so I was really excited to get it! However, my excitement faded after having what was supposed to be my consultation with my artist. I was told the style, location, and scope of the tattoo I wanted made it difficult and that I should be open to some alterations before they started the work. Being that I am not an expert or artist I said I understood, because I was learning a lot! I appreciated the honesty and I appreciated that they were willing to do the tattoo. However, I was disappointed with the overall approach to feedback surrounding my request. I understand now that the tattoo I was asking for is difficult and tedious, but I was made to feel as though I was burdening them by even asking for the tattoo. I wasn’t looking for excitement (although that would have been nice), I was just looking for a friendly face and competency. Which, I am not claiming they were or are incompetent, because I decided not to move forward at this particular location. But, their initial comments made me uneasy and the only reassurance I received was “I mean, I can do it, it’s just complicated.” Again appreciate the honesty, but not the approach or general negativity. I work in customer service and I hold businesses and the professionals that work there to the same standard I set for myself. Now, to the main reason for my rating and comments, as I mentioned at the beginning, this was supposed to be my consultation with my artist, but it ended up being a 3 minute conversation, that quite frankly could have been done over the phone. We never looked at my designs, never really smiled, or even looked up at me really, as she already had someone in her chair. I’m new to the tattooing community, but this seemed unprofessional and made me feel as though I was an afterthought. I consulted with other shops and friends who have gotten tattoos and they agreed, they have never had their artist bring them in for a consult and never even ask to see the designs. As a disclaimer I was running 5 min late to my consultation, but I did call ahead and let them know. The girl at the front desk said thank you for calling and letting us know I’ll update the artist and said to come on in. When I arrived I waited roughly 10 minutes and was then told to go speak with my artist. I expected to see someone looking for me and a hello thanks for coming in, let’s look at what you want. That did not happen. All of the artists were working with other clients and no one seemed to notice I was there. The girl at the front desk had to actually tell me exactly which chair I was supposed to go to before I “met” my artist. Also, I was already asked to reschedule my initial consultation, which I did not mind, but after my experience with my artist the whole experience was insightful, but ultimately a waste of mine and their time. The 3 minutes we spent talking detracted from my experience and potentially the client who was already in the chair. I am not naming the artist because it’s not a big enough deal to put any mud on someone’s name, but maybe the shop should be coached on professionalism and customer service. I did end up finding a shop that not only said they were more than capable doing my tattoo but also made me feel excitement about getting the design I asked for. They did give me similar feedback around the difficulty, BUT made sure to acknowledge my fears and concerns and took measures to ease them. They also took me aside and gave me their undivided attention looked at my designs, said they were awesome, and thanked me for giving them the opportunity to work with them. And that was a shop where I did not even have a consultation, I just walked in, and now I have an official consultation with one of their artists in a couple of weeks!

Cassie has done two beautiful tattoos for me now to honor my niece that we lost one year ago. Her work is creative, precise, unique and professional. I’d highly recommend Cassie to anyone. I’m lucky to have found her. She definitely is going to be my future artist! I’d follow her anywhere she goes! Thank you so much Cassie!!!

Kerry was super fun to work with and nailed my design! Atmosphere is super casual, but we were there much longer than I expected. Fair prices and excellent work.

My only negative comment here is that we repeatedly spoke about my niece as they/them and one of the employees continued to use she/her. While they werent upset about this we used a name and proper pronouns it would be nice if the staff would follow. The artist was great my tattoo is amazing. I have suggested this shop to others already.

The employees there were really rude and my tattoo was $500 that’s literally nuts it’s just a tattoo of my cat it is detailed but it’s still very overpriced and they charge by hour which is fine but the tattoo artist was writing a check for one of the workers because she asked him like 3 times and he was talking with her for a bit and pretty much charged me for not even tattooing me and also I made my appointment on march 2nd and I called like 2 times to make sure they were ready and I go to my appointment on march 2nd and the owner (my tattoo artist) said he totally spaced it which is literally so insane to me so I had to reschedule it and when I was showing him what I wanted that day which is the same exact thing I emailed him (and in the email he said it would be a fun tattoo to do) he said it’d be hard to draw my cat from scratch which I was confused on bc it’s literally your job but then I asked if it would be easier if I had someone else draw it then you can copy it and he said no I can do it fast forward to my tattoo he didn’t draw it his apprentice did which is fine but don’t say you can draw it then have someone else do it and when I was getting my tattoo done he said something about line work but I didnt hear him so I didn’t respond and he was like your welcome by the way in a very rude tone and I said I only heard you say line work like I didn’t hear what he said because he’s quiet and mumbles sometimes which is fine I just didn’t hear him and when I told I didn’t hear him he was mmm like very immature and he was just very rude the whole time

Donnie Chapman is one of the best artists I have ever seen. On top of that is is really polite and makes a really fun and safe atmosphere.I couldnt have ask for a better person to give me my first tattoo ever!

This place was amazing!!! Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. So clean and the vibes are awesome. Will definitely recommend to friends and we will be back. Johnson did our tattoos and he was great and hilarious! We scheduled the appointment a day before and we were so happy! Johnson was able to copy the handwriting perfectly and I am so happy with my tat! And to mention it was my first one and he made sure I was comfortable the whole time. 10/10 recommended.

Great environment. Staff extremely knowledgeable on tattoo placement & possible problems placing ink over scars. Donnie is the newest artist & was fantastic. I was a walk in, mainly looking for information, but they got me in same day. Other locations were out 4-6 months. I felt very comfortable there, staff laughed & had fun. Yesterday was my first visit to Crazy Lady Ink, LLC, in lovely Shakopee, Minnesota. Crazy Lady Ink is clean, well lit, staffed by well trained, talented licensed artists.I tried to get a walk in consultation with my favorite resident artist, Kerry... alas she was busy with a client. So call first if you would like to schedule a consultation.Your body is a temple. I highly recommend giving them a call to see how they can help you decorate it best.

I want to start off by saying everyone here was nice and made me feel welcome. I had initially planned a tattoo with an artist who left using one of her flash designs. When I called the studio they set me up with Donnie and I sent some ideas of designs I liked and would want to use for inspiration. When I got to the shop and saw the design I did like it and do like the design but I feel as though it wasnt executed in a way I thought it shouldve been. I am by means no expert but have had friends tell me of their experiences with this tattoo placement and they had other experiences than i. I had wanted an underboob/sternum tattoo. I expected the stencil to be placed when I was standing up but it was placed when I was laying down so when I stand up the placement is off a bit which I dont believe it can be fixed unfortunately. The shop was able to get me in within a couple of weeks of the other artist canceling which was great but I just feel like there was room for improvement with my experience.

LOVE Kelly Do! I made an appointment very quickly. 3 days after calling. I went to her with the word I wanted(unbreakable in Italian) but was unsure of font & size for where I wanted it on my arm. She took the time to print out several different fonts she thought would look good & also took the time to make sure it wasn’t too big or small. She made certain it was positioned accurately & did an amazing job. I’m so happy & can’t wait to have my next tattoo with her! Best part…no pain at all & hardly any bleeding. I just went back for free touch up. The shop itself was very clean, professional & friendly! 10/10 recommend! Remember to tip well! They deserve it!

I bought my husband a tattoo for our anniversary and this shop was amazing! They were so easy to work with! The shop was super clean and comfortable. Love the new location. I’ve gotten two tattoos by Kerry first one healed beautifully and second one is healing. The whole staff really cares about their clients and the art they do!I definitely will be back. (I already booked my next appointment!) The studio is very clean and the open concept makes it a fun experience. Highly recommend!!

I stopped here for a small neck tattoo for my birthday. Its a Japanese Kanji thats right behind/below my ear about 4in big. The first session was fine but the ink bled/scabbed so badly that it ended up being a super light pink so getting a 2nd session was NEEDED (even though I was told thats not always the case). The first time I stopped here I was told that touch ups are free, and nothing was mentioned about a touch up for a neck specifically NOT being free. I had someone with me who can vouch this. Im aware that neck tattoos need extra work/care, which is why I paid so much for a 4inch tattoo. In all I paid around $350 bucks (tips included) for this tattoo and its still not even filled in correctly.I stopped in for my touch up that took about 5 minutes and was told I had to pay another $100... which took me by surprise because this was never mentioned at my first session. It wasnt covered after the first session because of the awkward area which is somewhat understandable but it was covered the second time because it bled so badly (which tells me it probably shouldve been covered the first time around). Even after the touch up its still not filled in completely and its not a dark dark shade of red that I thought it was going to be.Really, really sweet employees and super nice. But it wasnt ever communicated that I would need to pay an extra $100 for a touch up on a tattoo that wasnt handled completely correct the first time around. I had no issue paying it, but it shouldve been clear and communicated better that I was going to spend that much money for a touch up when it was recommended not to be covered, etc. I was offered to come in a 3rd time for another touch up if needed. Its needed, but I wont be going back here for them to fix it.

Called and asked if they did walk ins, they said yes. Came down and there was 2 women and a man. The ladies were extremely rude and said no to every thing I showed and said “it’ll fade in 10 years” girl if you don’t wanna work why dont you close early and leave? Their shop minimum was 100$ but only on very select areas. Anyways they refused to do any of the tattoos and they were rudely laughing to each other behind my back. 2 stars because I’m glad they talked me out of getting a tattoo from them because I looked at their instagram and their line work is embarrassing

I have gotten 5 tattoos from this place this past year and I keep going back. They have a great atmosphere, the artists are all super laid back and their banter between eachother is hilarious! All of my line work has been spot on and absolutely perfect. They really take the time to ensure it is an awesome tattoo and put their own personal touch on it. The owner did my fiancees first ever tattoo and was so patient with him when he felt lightheaded from the adrenaline. He was really encouraging and kind, so now my fiancee wont go anywhere else! If you go to this place, you can be sure youre gonna get a fantastic tattoo!

Cole Tolkien was our artist. He was great! He was knowable, patient, explained everything. My cousin Jane and I went in for matching tattoos. It was her first time getting one and she ended up getting two! We both enjoyed the experience with Cole and are very happy with our tattoos. I highly recommend Cole.

Have had two tattoos done here.. absolutely loved my first tattoo of a 4 leaf clover on my ankle. I brought my mom here the second time and she got a very simple sun and I got her handwriting. Shaky and uneven lines for both of us. My moms was worse than mine which made me feel awful.. of course she doesn’t want to go back to get the lines fixed because she doesn’t trust them. I believe it was the owner that did both of ours. The owner shouldn’t be tattooing anymore in my opinion but the other tattoo artists there I would highly recommend!!

I can’t believe I forgot to review you guys! I have gotten 3 tattoos from these guys and they are AWESOME!!!! If I get another I will definitely be back! The last tattoo I got was in memory of my Ms Susie Q. I sent many pictures and we picked the best one that was of good quality. I have gotten so many compliments on it because it looks just like her. My wife had her cover-up tattoo on her wrist done here. Al, the owner, was very friendly and did a great job. He helped come up with the best design to make sure the old tattoo was well covered over.We highly recommend Crazy Lady! My mom and I came in for a walk-in and received the greatest tattoo service. The guys were funny, nice, and when I started to feel faint, as I always do when I get tattoos, my artist stopped immediately, got me a soda, and patiently waited until I felt better. Both of our tattoos turned out GREAT and I will definitely be back for another! 100% satisfied.

I have been to Lucky Lindas twice. The first time was to purchase a nose ring and the second was to get my ears stretched to the next size, I have yet to get a tattoo there, but I would highly recommend going here. The staff there is very friendly and honest when Ive had any questions. I plan on going back there soon to get my next tattoo. I appreciate their kindness a lot because Ive found that at a lot of shops, the artists have an attitude and are rude when i was nervous about getting my tattoos. Lucky Lindas is amazing.

My Daughters wish for her 18th Birthday was to get matching tattoos. We stopped in the shop a couple of times to talk with the folks there and they were super helpful. We scheduled our appt went there waited our turn come to find out my daughter forgot her ID. The folks were so nice and made accommodations for us to run all the way back home for her to get her ID and come back and still do our tattoos. This place and their folks are just the greatest. We look forward to a return visit soon. Thank you guys for all you did!! We love our tattoos!!!!!!

Make sure you ask about pricing before you get your ink done! I take full blame for not asking, although I feel $170 an hour for an apprentice is pretty steep. The artist was great, very sweet and professional as were all the other staff. I just feel like the small tattoos my friend and I got were not quite worth that price.

I had a piece done yesterday by Edsel, and its beautiful. I sent him a few images in which he based my idea off of, tweaked, and the piece was then created. I will be back for more. 140$ for a yin yang tattoo on my forearm. Rediculis. And its not even that good, they did offer free touch up though. But this tat is 50$ to 75$ tattoo at most. But whatever its cool. The dude who did my tat seemed to have no experience. If I could post this review with a picture I would prove it. Absolutely horrible. Will change review if they offer me a free tattoo worth 75$ otherwise. THIS SHOP IS OVER PRICED. My other tattoo cost me 50$ from dicks tattoo in forest lake and its absolutely amazing 5 star for him!! 1 for you guys. Will not ever recommend this place to anyone. Spend the 10$ in gas go to forest lake and get your tattoo there. Easily found on google. Trust me its worth it.

I showed up as a walk-in today at 2 and this was my very first tattoo! Everyone was sooo nice and friendly, it was a very welcoming environment for me made me less nervous. Went in with specific idea for tattoo and artist gave opinion based on experience, and he was spot on. Tattoo was perfect, couldnt be happier. Definitely female friendly, however you can tell two guys run the place, could use a broom. Otherwise its a great shop.

Our artist Kay was super friendly and did a great job explaining the process and aftercare procedures! My wife and I just got our first tattoos together, and we couldnt be happier with the results!

I’ve gone here for every single one of my tattoos and have been SO pleased with my service every time. Most recently, I went in for a finger tattoo. They thoroughly explained the process, risks, and touch up cost, and were super thoughtful and kind about it all. I’ve loved every single one of my tattoos, especially the finger one, and don’t plan to go anywhere else in the future!

Had an absolute amazing opportunity to work with Christopher on my new tattoo. We decided on what I wanted and he took the time to draw up the best design and showed it to me. The next day we started the work and after about 2 to 2 and a half hours I now have my new tattoo and will definitely go back to have him do more work, along with recommend not only this place to others but Christopher as well. Went in for a walk-in, guys were super friendly and chill, got the design down exactly how I wanted it and I was in and out in less than an hour. The tattoo looks amazing, Mike (I hope I remember his name right) did an amazing clean line job. Super happy with my choice all around!

First off, the piece is amazing. My tattoo was done by Johnny. His line work is off the charts. He made sure I was comfortable and that everything was how I wanted it. The whole place just gives off good vibes. I scheduled another session with Johnny before I even left the building.

Stopped in during December because of the great reviews and it was local. We called in advance to make sure they did walk ins and they had assured us that they did. Now we did not in any means refer to if we had meant a tattoo or piercings, however that shouldnt have mattered. When me and a buddy walked in, they asked What can we help you with?. I replied We want to get a couple of piercings. The lady (I didnt even have time to catch a name) rudely (meaning with unnecessary attitude) said Not today your not. Then a gentleman said The guy is not in today.The bad review is for the unnecessary attitude, she could have very simply explained that he was not in, then maybe even let us know what days/times he is there. However this did not happen, we turned around, walked out, and went to a shop in Eden Prairie. Im sure they do great otherwise but there wasnt a warm welcome/atmosphere.

First tattoo. Fun atmosphere, great people. Made my experience comfortable and enjoyable.

The people there are all very friendly and outgoing. The owner, Edsel was most engaging, as was Alisha, the receptionist. Johnson did mt rose to to perfection. I already cant wait to have more work done. Check them out. You wont regret it.

The first time I went there was a terrible experience as the tattoo artist completely messed up my tattoo I showed him what I wanted and it looked absolutely nothing like what I show him. so I called a day or two later and spoke with Chris who told me to come in so he could see the work that was done and he agreed that it looked awful and that the situation needed to be rectified. Chris was absolutely amazing! he did not charge me to fix the huge mistake that the previous person had done and spend hours fixing it I would highly recommend lucky Lindas for another tattoo with Chris. thank you Chris for making a terrible situation and a terrible piece of art on my arm and absolutely beautiful piece of work that I am proud to show! :)

It was sad to sit through my appointment listening to them talk bad about clients they saw before. I got a matching tattoo and walked out with mine having 2 more petals then theirs. My tattoo artist was talking to the other artists in the store and caused her lines to not be straight.

I have gotten so much work done here. I only go to Chris, I tell him to add or take anything out that he doesnt like in all my tattoos. I will only go here simple as that. He is very reasonable on pricing and his work is great to where I would pay way more than he asks. And the music is awesome which sets the good vibe

AWESOME SHOP. I had an outline colored by Chris, he took the ideas I had for colors in my head and brought them to life perfectly. Its awesome how approachable everyone in their shop is, you dont have to come in covered in tattoos for them to take you seriously. Perfect mixture of fun, professional, and just really friendly. Ill definitely be going back to get more work done by Chris. Thanks for being rad!!!

Gotta be a 1 star called and got a tattoo drew up and waited at the next door bar for food when I went too the shop too get the tattoo I told the guy the spot and he said I wouldn’t like it then proceeded too say I was drunk so I left and sat back at the bar. Then the owner of the shop decided to find me in the bar and try to tell the server I was drinking under age she said I was only served lemonade and he left worst tattoo experience I’ve ever had with a shop

Super rude service. Called ahead of time to let them know we were coming for finger tattoos. When we get there they tell us they don’t do finger tattoos cuz they fade and whatever or they will do it for $100 minimum with $100 touch ups. But we called you...and you said to come in....after I said FINGER tattoos. Went to aloha monkey instead and had the BEST service no joke. Nicest people ever and I got my finger tattoo!

My son just turned 18 and wanted his first ever tattoo. We met with Kelly Do and she blew us away with the perfect Tattoo . We will be returning for more.

Terrible customer service and professionalism by the owner. I put down a deposit for a tattoo with an artist to do a realism tattoo. The artist quit working there and they had no one else that could do the type of tattoo I wanted. The owner refused to refund the original deposit.

I have had 4 tattoos done there and had both Edsel and Chris work on me. Chris is AWESOME!!!!!! straight shooter and works with me everytime to ensure my tat looks the best. I have brought in an idea and he made less frilly and more manly :) Recently my Wife, Daughter and I all went in and walked out with our desired tattos on same night. I have been to a couple other shops in the past but Lucky Lindas is the family favorite. Consistantly good prices (never felt like I was being overcharged) and its always fun listening to the guys poke fun at each other and occasionally the client - all in good fun and makes the time fly. deciding on my next piece to get done CANT WAIT!!! p.s. I have brought in several friends who also dig this place.

I called last week to see how long they were booking out and Johnny got me in the next day! He did a great job and I’m back less than a week later to get another tattoo (not done at Crazy Lady Ink) fixed.

Kerri was awesome, I had no idea what to expect as this was my first tattoo. She was so professional and kind and fun to sit and chat with, she made sure all my questions were answered and the tattoo looks amazing.

To start, the customer service here was probably the best i’ve ever gotten from a tattoo shop. Super friendly, offered me and my friend drinks and the tacos they ordered from the mexican restaraunt closeby. The thing that I am upset about and have been for almost a year, is the tattoo that I recieved. I got a lavender from Kerry on my sternum. However it’s not what I wanted or showed in pictures at all. The lines are not straight, the leaves are fully on the stem, and it looks like a cartoon rather than the realistic lavender that I asked for. Also, no one disclosed to me of Kerry being an apprentice, which if I would’ve known, I would not have gotten the tattoo. I have been trying to like it for almost a year now, but I couldn’t do it. I am currently in the process of getting it removed.

Went to get a simple tattoo at another tattoo shop and was quoted $200-$250 for it. Ended up going to crazy lady ink where I was quoted $120 AND the artist (whose name I cannot remember, sorry bro) put together a tattoo that was far better than what I had previously wanted. The artists made the experience easy and fun! Will most definitely be going back for more. Thanks guys!

It has been quite some time since my last visit to Lucky Lindas...by quite, I mean 10 years. Yes, I got my very first tattoo at Lucky Lindas. I like my tattoo, and the artist that did the work. However, I remember a girl working at the front desk who was no so friendly (Im not sure I can put the actual word I called her at the time) and that is the reason I never returned. I have gotten 3 more tattoos since that time, at 3 different parlors. I guess I like the experience of moving around. My last tattoo I got done at Cactus Tattoo in Mankato. I like them and I dont. I had the owner do my tattoo, but they basically tell you what you can and cant do. Seriously, if I want to use white ink in my tattoo or have the placement UNDER my ankle bone, that should be done at my disgression...I am after all the one paying for it. Anyway, everywhere you go is different. But, it is important that the atmosphere be just as presentable as the work that is done. If you act like you hate your job, customers wont want to come back. Now, Im assuming that girl no longer works there...or at least I hope she doesnt. The other thing I didnt like was the FORCED tip. Again, if and how much gratuity I feel like paying on top of the more than $100 work, should be to my disgression. Im already paying you for the work. Why do I have to pay you an additional $40 on top of it. Yes, I was forced that amount at that time, and it wasnt brought to my attention until AFTER the work was completed. I am in the market for a new tattoo, which I want on my side (a custom designed 3 word phrase). Price is a primary factor, but the atmosphere is just as important. Make me feel welcome and appreciated...like you are actually having fun with me too. Its not against the rules to talk to me. Anyway, if you have changed your methods since that time, I may consider having the work done at your facility.

Matthew Kolling is an amazing artist. He will work with you to make sure you get your result. I have been tattooed by him 3 times over a span of 11 yrs. the first tattoo he did on me looks brand new still. Any thing you want he can do, a TRUE ARTIST. He is very sweet and easy to talk to. If you want the best, go to Matthew Kolling. Also I found everyone else who works there very welcoming and professional.

Well I am a little biased because one of my best friends owns it, and one of my other bestest friends works there, but its a pretty great place.The space is colorful and open, and the people are super nice, and the owner really cares about making his shop a fun, inclusive, environment for everyone.

About a month ago my uncle and I came as walk ins and wanted to get remeberance tattoos for his son/ my cuzzo who passed away a year ago. Edsel did mine and made it personal and let me help the design layout to make sure it was exactly where I wanted it. I love it just need some line touch ups but he let me know hed do it as soon as it wasnt tender! Thank you and will be in soon to get some touch ups, you have no idea how much this tat means too me! Dude with beard and glasses did my unks tatt and its awesome! Bravo to this shop they really do care and have passion in what they do!!!

Always have had good experience everytime that Ive been there. Even my Children visit here to have some Tattoo work done... Best thing I can tell you is to go an check them out for your self an make your own decision... Not everyone will have a good experience everytime but chances are at least 95% Chance you will....

Donnie was great and proficient and quick with my tattoo on my foot, there was minimal pain and keeps his word and he will garuantee his work if youre not fully satisfied and fix it to your requirements

I’ve been into the shop about 5 times now for general things like a redo on one of my older tattoos by dee and recently just got two from Kerry and they’re both so wonderful to look at and so glad I got them they’re reasonably priced and willing to work with budgets

I called in advance to schedule an appointment and was told to show up around noon the following week. when I arrived the shop was still closed. I waited on the corner bench for about 45min before I headed back to my car and with my last effort I called the store once I reached the parking lot. To my surprise someone answered the phone and reassured me they were open. I headed back to the shop and once inside, the waiting area was full of a group of young girls and their mother. He then tells me he wont have time to knock out the hour worth of filler I had called and scheduled in advance. I dont have a set week like most people so being able to set up an appointment is rare for me. As much as I want to endorse this shop Im going to stop recommending it to friends and family since they clearly dont care about their customers time or keep their prior commitments.

I called at 12pm today to make an appointment. They had told me to come in at around 6-6:30. As soon as I arrived, which was a hassle to find parking, we had walked to the door for them to be closed. Highly unprofessional. Online it says they do not close until 8, and that is what they had also told us.

This place was great. They were able to get me in the same day I called which was important since the tattoo they did was an autograph of my favorite singer.

Great help I was traveling through town omw home in Wisconsin and lost a rubber back for my gauge. They had them really cheap and decided to grab some more plugs while I was there. Veary helpful on info about natural body wear compared to man made plastics and such.

If you want a terrible tattoo and horrible atmosphere go ahead and get a tattoo done here. The artwork is terrible and everyone has a bullshit attitude. The only nice person in there was the apprentice Chris i think. DO NOT GO HERE!

Owned and run by a Great Guy named Al. Artist Extrodanar SammIam was and is the man when it comes to ink. Freehanded the art first in no time. So good.

When I went there for my very first tattoo not got a good experience I had to redo it all over within am 2 weeks was fading and coming off and scabbed lredid to soon and it hurt not a very good first experience was not impressed.
