Got my tongue pierced here the other day! She was very nice and very educated on the entire process. She also explained it to me incredibly well and took her time. Everything was very clean and organized. I would recommend this place to anyone. :)

Brought my daughter in for a septum piercing, we have zero complaints! Pleasant, clean atmosphere, Great with my kid, informative and all around made her first piercing a fun experience.We will be going back!

Jeff and his crew are amazing! If you ask them for something specific/customized, they go above and beyond to give you exactly what you want! They also care about our community! Jeff has painted benches in the downtown and hosts events for the young and old. Tranquility is reasonably priced and I would definitely recommend. I have 2 Tats from them and I’m going for my 3rd in two weeks.Eric did the 3-D butterfly for 3 of us friends and Jeff did the Sunflower for my daughter and I with our personalized writing.

Brought my niece to get a small tattoo as her graduation gift. I messaged the FB page weeks in advance and asked specific questions, as Im from Michigan and only in town for a few days. I spoke with the artist, Krystal.I knew my sister (my nieces mom) had to sign, as shes only 17. I specifically asked what documentation we needed to bring, and was told Just ID for her and her mom.So after driving 40 minutes to get this tattoo done, were told that we need her birth certificate as well.My sister happened to have a copy of the birth certificate on her phone, and Greg was great about it (reason for 2 stars and not 1) Otherwise they would have denied her tattoo.When I told him that Krystal said all they needed was ID, Krystal pretty much called me a liar and told me that she wasnt even in the office that day.If she had just owned up and said Hey, I made a mistake, Im sorry I wouldnt have had an issue. But the fact that I was basically called a liar is what makes my blood boil.She did a good job, the tattoo is cute and well done, and Krystal was great with my niece, as it was her first tattoo.Terrible moral ethics. Dont call the customer a liar instead of just admitting a mistake. And if you ARE going to call a customer a liar, make sure its not in writing.Principles.(Pictures posted backwards. I gotten my nose piercing done by them when I was 16 and I still love my piercing and Im thinking of getting an other one pretty soon.

Cant tell you how much I enjoy Tranquility Tattoo and Art Studio. Very professional. I have a great time every time I visit. Liz, Krystal, Stacy are all amazing at what they do. Want to do a bigger project in the future, and I give them the idea and they figure out the best tweaks and placement. If youre on the fence about choosing a studio, stop in for a while I think youll like what you see.

Eric did all my tattoos and does amazing work. Recently had a few piercings done by Stacy. She makes you feel very comfortable and less anxious. All very well experienced and talented. Great environment, very clean and sterile. I wouldnt go anywhere else! If I could give a rating more than 5 stars I would...

Highly recommend getting your piercings done here. Stacy is the sweetest. She is super knowledgeable and makes you feel at ease. They also have a nice selection of jewelry to pick.

The staff are super friendly, veryyy knowledgeable. The shop is super clean. They got my daughter and myself right in for ear piercings! For a tattoo, depending on your artist choice you may have to wait a bit. However. The wait is WELL WORTH IT!! Highly recommend this shop for all your piercing and tattoo needs!

Excellent tattoo parlor. Everyone in Tranquility is great at what they do and without a doubt are all amazing artists. I, myself have some of their art to proudly display in my day to day life. Reasonable prices and they are all awesome people. Definitely would recommend to anyone in the area if they want a tattoo!

I will only use the best tattoo artist and in my book that is Jeff. His work is outstanding!!! Stacey did my ear plug. Their knowledge and talent are exceptional.

Absolutely love these guys.Both Eric and Jeff are great artists that can do anything you want. From custom stuff to standard stuff off a piece of paper.Stacy is an excellent piercer as well.Prices are great, equality is great, shop is extremely clean and sanitary. Cant recommend them enough.

Very professional, very clean, highly recommended. Enviroment was amazing and very comfortable and welcoming. All staff is amazing and well educated. (This will be a two part review, as I was also seen for a piercing, done by Stacey, previously. )Was seen for a consultation for a tattoo. Was treated very kindly, was heard 100%. The artist, (Jeff) heard everything i had to say and was compassionate and you could tell he loved my idea and shared my excitement! I felt heard and that he totally connected with my idea, which I feel is very important as tattoos hold great meaning for many people, as does this one for me, and this meant so much. Appointment was made and I cannot wait to see the finished product.As for the piercing, Stacey was amazing. She made sure that I was aware that everything is sterile. It is obvious that everything is clean. I was made very comfortable. Stacey very clearly explained the process of the piercing. Made sure i understood everything. Explained how long it took to heal, the aftercare process, what to use for proper healing, what products to stay away from as far as cleaning. She made sure I was aware of the guage of the jewelry used. She also made sure I wasnt going to pass out when I was all done, which is also important 🙃!! I also highly recommend her for all your piercing needs.

Crystal did a perfect job. She listened to my ideas and worked with me to make sure I got exactly what I wanted...after adding to my new one, she made suggestions on how to make an older tattoo finally something I love!! Thanks!!!

The level of service here is above par.In one building, they provide tattoos, massage, reiki, piercing, and soon, hair removal. And Im sure Im missing something...I thoroughly enjoy most of the staff, and every time I come in, I stay much longer talking to whomever bump into on my way out.

I got a a tongue peircing here and she was amazing!!! I got it march 11th and she was so funny and sweet she used everything and was clean about her work she said what had to be said to,I just want to knoe if they do finger piercings lol
