I am so impressed with Jonathan! I’ve been getting tattoos for over 15 years and have worked with different artists from all over. But Jonathan just totally knocked my socks off! I went to him with a design. Told him I wanted something like that hat I had seen, but to use his talents to make it original. He then free-handed the art and it was done. I highly recommend him. Super nice guy with LOTS of talent and lots of experience. I will be using him again.

My friend and I walked in to get matching tattoos and we were greeted immediately by a guy named Johnathon. He was currently working on another client when we walked in and told us we probably have to wait about 20 minutes. We waited and he helped us as soon as he could and made us feel super comfortable. Asked us why were we getting what we were getting he was playing some good music and it was just a great atmosphere! I love my FIRST tattoo! Definitely the place to go!

I absolutely loved my experience at Trendsetters Tattoo! Jonathan did matching tattoos for 3 people in under 20 minutes. He looked at what we wanted and made the process as quick and painless as possible. With conversation it took him approximately 5 minutes for each person and the tattoos are at least 4 1/2 wide by 2 1/2 tall. He was nice and gentle, and so was the rest of the staff. It was amazing and Im glad I chose this place to get my first tattoo done.

Trendsetters Tattoo and Johnathan the owner are amazing! My son and I drove from Texas to meet with Johnathan so my son could get his first tattoo. I would recommend this shop and Johnathan 100 times over. Prices were fair and his artistry was outstanding. Very personable and has the ability to make you feel comfortable especially a 17 year old getting his first tattoo.

Hailey is my artist to go to she has done all the work on my body. She has done a great job on all my tattoos. She has done 6 on me,2 on my boyfriend,touch ups and tattoos on my brother and my mom. she is extremely accommodating. She doesnt care about how many skin breaks I ask for. She does them without complaints. Especially if its your first tattoo.Mrs Stacy did my piercings she did my nose ring and two in each ear. She also has done my sister in laws piercings. She was very patience with my nerves and sweet the whole time. I recommend both lovely ladies. I give trendsetters a 10/10

Got my first tattoo ever by Jonathan, he was excellent help with a professional opinion and kept all of my interests in mind. I was jumpy with it being my first tattoo and he definitely had to work around me moving( sorry again). He really cares about his client and will work with you for perfection no matter the experience. My family lives out of state and we paid $80 deposits on everyone’s tattoos, what a mistake. The can’t even get their tattoos fixed by trendsetters because they live out of town, the pictures speak for themselves. My tattoo is not the worst but not the quality I expected for the price my husband and I paid. But my moms and my sisters are just sad 😞 and a coverup just waiting to happen. Embarrassing. Don’t do it.

Got a septum done late at night on october 27th, they pierced it too low (was told to leave it alone and heal on its own, to “not do anything with it”), tried to come in the day after and ask about the owner and just gave me the number to the building and not the owners number, and was told i couldnt get a refund despite the piercer absolutely botched it to the point it wasnt even a septum. she came out to my car saying how she was the one that pierced it and sayin that she showed it to me and everything to make sure it was right, but that was after it was already done and i was too teary eyed to even see it, and its the piercers job to know how to pierce, and they did not do that whatsoever, and they walked straight back in just laughing.edit: the owner was a very kind man and hes very respectful, and he decided to refund me despite that being different than the rules and there being miscommunication from said piercer. definitely visit them but make sure to ask for an experienced piercer, so something like this doesnt happen to you.

Absolutely wonderful experience. The facility was extremely clean and atmosphere was great. Jonathan was our tattoo artist and he was phenomenal, for my daughter‘s first tattoo. His professionalism, concern, asking questions and making sure everything was right. He was outstanding and we will definitely be returning. We drove over three hours to see Jonathan and I will do this each and every time. Very happy and satisfied💜💜💜

This tattoo shop was the best experience for my son’s first tattoo. They were all very nice and professional. Jonathan did the best work I have ever seen in person and will always go back all the way from Tyler for more tattoos for sure.

We made an appt with Jonathon for my son, who is 17, to get his first ink done. Since were from Texas and you have to be 18(no exceptions, even with consent) it went flawlessly at Trendsetters. He was nervous but they were super nice and Professional! We had no wait time and it took about 30 min total from start to finish!

We came in with a group of 8 and they took great care of all of us. Stacy was amazing! We live over 4 hrs away and we are planning on using her for any future work we want to get done!

Jonathan was over at the Bossier location and I honestly can say he is very talented. He takes pride in his work and has awesome prices. The setting is great and I like how comfortable the environment is. Most definitely worth going to see him and let a great artist do the work you deserve!! A good artist is hard to find but you don’t have to look far if you’re in the Shreveport Bossier area!!! Most definitely found a home for all future tattoos!

Went here yesterday to get my sternum tattoo done and the artist (Hailey) was super sweet!! She did a fabulous job on my tattoo and because I forgot to bring nipple pasties she made me some! She was super funny and quick with the tattoo! Definitely go see her because I had a great experience!

Took my 13 year old here to get her ears pierced. The last was super friendly and got us right in and out and did the piercings quick! Very happy with the service and my daughter is ecstatic over her ears!

Stacy is awesome ! She pierced my belly button yesterday & it was over before it could even hurt. I didn’t even know she had done it until she told me. I havent had many piercings (only my ears when i was an infant & my cartilage over 10 years ago) & was super nervous but she reassured me it wouldn’t be bad at all. Great experience at Trendsetter Tattoo overall, I was literally in & out in less than 5 minutes ! No wait at all. Love the way my piercing looks & am so glad i finally got it done & that I went to Stacy !

Booked an appointment with Jonathan and drove 3 hours because I had seen reviews that he was the best! The reviews didn’t do him justice! Jonathan is hands down the absolute best artist I’ve been to. Jonathan is also lightning fast! I didn’t believe it when he told me that he could do my side piece in 20 minutes. Any other artist would have taken at least 2-3 hours. He did it in 25 minutes FREEHANDED and I love it so much that I’m booking another appointment next week to go get my other side done. My daughter got her 2 small tattoos and I got 3 and one old one redone. 6 tattoos in under 90 minutes and they are all amazing! Can’t wait for my next appointment!

Jonathan did a great job on my Irish ring tattoo. He is fast but more importantly he is good. The price was great. Best prices and best work in town. I recommend him to anyone.....especially someone getting their first tattoo. He gets it done fast so less painful for less time.

Jonathan is usually nice and fast. He does a good job, but his lack of communication is why Im not giving this a good review. Its been three times I want to tattoos and have been set to schedule them but he never got back with me past the initial conversation. Also- Stacy took almost seven hours on a simple tattoo and gave me an infection lol.

This is my favorite place to get tattoos. When I first went I had Johnathan do a tattoo on my ribs and it came out amazing so I went right back to them when I wanted more ink. This time I got Jeremy and he is so good. He finished one of my tattoos and his work was so good that I immediately asked him to do my coverup. These are the best tattoos on my body and I have over 18 tattoos.

My husband and I both had a daith piercing done by Stacey this year. Very knowledgeable and professional. Took time to explain what she was doing as well as how to provide aftercare. I went in January of this year to get the other side of my nose pierced. I accidentally knocked it out so I had to pay to get it redone. I went to the same lady who did it the first time who said it wasnt matching up with the other side and that she could fix it. I just kept it the way it was. Now we are going into may and my nose hasnt healed yet. Im trying to see why did I spend 20 on the same pricing if it is not going to heal up. I didnt have this issue the first time I got my nose pierced I. 2017 or with the tattoo I got in 2017. I got everything done at the same location. That is why Im not giving one star.

My daughter got both of her tattoos here. Jonathan did the 2nd one on July 24th 2020. He did an excellent job for a partial sleeve on her right forearm. He did a freehand based on the photo on her phone and the results are spectacular. We live in Texas and people under 18 years of age cannot get tattoos here. We drove 5 hours to get the best service and quality for the money from Trendsetters. We will be clients for years to come.

This is the worst place recently just got a small tattoo and now my skin is turning purple and bleading every were. They say they been in place for 10 years but act like they have no experience. Gave me no information about the tattoo or anything I would never come back.

No one there to tattoo anyone but an apprentice with a few months experience.*at the time I walked in* The piercer was piercing a simple piercing and said they were busy. Not very welcoming.. overheard them saying.. first she wanted a tattoo now she wants a piercing then cackling like it was a joke. I will not step foot back in here. I believe I seriously dodged a bullet not getting work done here.

Jonathon finished a major chest piece that I have been working on for almost 2 years. The only bad thing is that I wish he could have been the first and final artist to do this work. There’s a lot of shops in our area and most claim to be the best, but Jonathon is the best, hands down. My daughter & I both got a Daith piercing. She was nervous because she had heard it was really painful. Stacy was amazing! She talked with us and made my daughter feel more at ease. Very professional & friendly. The piercing barely hurt at all. We will be going back...

Hailey did a heart tattoo on my finger and its awful. The lines at the bottom of the heart dont even touch and one side the line is fatter than the other. Do not recommend.

I’ve had two great experiences with Stacy the first was for my nipple piercing and the second was for my industrial piercing. I love that she just holds a conversation with you so that once she’s actually pierced you don’t really realize it.

Tyler did my tattoo about a month ago and was extremely positive and super cool, he was super excited to do something different and his attitude is why I let him. My tattoo isn’t terrible, but now a month(ish) later half my tattoo has faded out to non existent/ hardly there. And other parts are still extremely vivid... now I’m having to pay another tattoo artist to fix a brand new tattoo. I have several already and never had an issue like this one. I gave a higher rating for is extremely great attitude but ink wise I’m pretty upset with how it looks.. especially since I paid $250 and it’s no means a big tattoo. And I’m not sure who the woman was( I can’t remember her name.) she said she’s the main piercer there. I got my daith piercings and within three days I had to go to a hospital because they were extremely infected and again I’ve NEVER had this kind of issue with any of my new piercings( I have my septum, nipples and a few different ear piercings.)

Tori has pierced my earlobe, my faux snug and she did 2 of my friends nipples and each session has been nothing short of amazing professionalism. Will be returning many many more times, tonight we went and had a piercing party where 4 of us got piercings and she was a great sport throughout the entire thing!

I got a bad piercing and i was referred to Stacey and i contacted her and she was very nice, she told me what the problem was and fixed it for me i’m so very thankful for her. I someone was to walk up to me or post on social media i would definitely with no hesitation refer stacey to them she’s good at what she does and you will definitely feel like you are in the best hands. First of all, Trendsetters Tattoo has a wonderfully inviting staff, they are professional and helpful through the entire process. I was able to talk to my tattoo artist, Nila to figure out the best way to cover up an old tattoo on my wrist, and instead put Van Gogh’s Starry Night in its place.Nila is a very talented tattoo artist, I hadn’t seen any of her previous work before getting my tattoo, and was pleasantly surprised with her skills! Very much worth the time and money invested into this beautiful piece of work. I highly recommend asking specifically for this artist. She was very nice to talk to and I had an overall amazing experience 😊I am looking forward to getting any future tattoos done here, it’s my new favorite tattoo shop ✌🏻

Stacy is Awesome. Wanted to get my daith pierced because I was tired of waking up with headaches and going to bed with them. I contacted Stacy on a Wednesday evening and she told me to come in on Thursday. Long story short, I got there, did the paperwork, and went to the back. She located my pressure point and before I knew it, it was over. Went in with a headache and came out headache FREE. I just want to say THANK YOU Stach, you were quick and awesome. This is day 2 and I have been headache free. 😘😘😘

Horrible. Got a tattoo by Stacy and my lines were COMPLETELY crooked ! Was promised to get it covered up free of cost and a refund and never got either ! Asked for it several times and got the run around. Took very good care of the tattoo and still got an infection

Went in for tattoos with my husband and a woman had just ate and still had bbq all over her fingers trying to show me where she was going to tattoo. We wanted a verse, she started putting on one word at a time on the inside of his arm, as she was almost done with the tattoo it was completely crooked and was slanting down into the other words. Would NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL. Your better off going to Puck daddy’s in Shreveport. Or anywhere for that matter lol

Place looked run down, baseboards coming off walls...electrical wires exposed....tables looked dirty. Saw no licenses on display nor were we asked for our license nor did we get any paperwork to sign...and Im pretty sure we witnessed a few hand-offs in the parking lot.....the place being connected to a bar should have been the first sign telling us to leave.
