tzi Tattoos by Mcvid Inks

I went in with a friend with an idea based on a pin we came across (3rd pic) for spontaneous ink and told Matteo we wanted him to take that idea and expand on it in his art style. he was so excited to do it and loved the idea and I was so pumped with what he came up with and that it was something he was happy to do. Matteo was super pleasant to speak with and get to know! he is very professional for the whole process and had water for us as needed, amongst other drink options. very clean shop and he is thorough when cleaning and setting up between clients!I am so glad we chose this place to walk into! Im only visiting the area for a week so I really hope to make it back soon to get some more ink from him!!!! nothing I would love more than for him to add on to this tattoo!! if I could get another this week, I would

I had a great experience at Ötzi Tattoo in Skowhegan. The staff was friendly and the artist did professional work. I asked for an Adventure Time tattoo and the artist took my idea and ran with it. The artwork and placement turned out better than I could have ever imagined. I would recommend this shop to anyone. Very clean and relaxing environment. My favorite tattoo and experience by far!

Gifted artist, professional, and wicked cool!I had a wonderful, relaxed, comfortable experience sitting for 8+ hours while León tattooed my incredible ravens. He was patient while we sorted out the details and was attentive to how I was feeling throughout the session. All of the guys at the shop were pleasant and welcoming. I had a great experience and I am already dreaming up the next project! I highly recommend Ötzi.

Beautiful work. Great atmosphere. My sister and I went in for semi-matching tattoos and this place did not disappoint.

I had an amazing experience here, my tattoo is extremely detailed and better than I could’ve expected. The artist Mateo was so willing to take on a creative Challenge by taking me as a client, I went in with no idea what I wanted and no idea how to place it. He helped me figure out exactly what I wanted and where so I could fill up some awkward empty spaces; the front of house staff and artist did this without making me feel rushed or like a burden. The artist was very pleasant to talk with & personable. I would 10/10 recommend this artist & studio to any of my family or friends, & I’ll be back to finish my sleeve at this studio!
