I went in a couple weekends ago to get my sisters ears pierced and it was incredibly hot. The piercing station is right next to the door. They keep the door open and it is just plain humid in NC summers. I dont know whose bright idea that was but we went to a different place to get her ears pierced instead which sucks because we love claires

Kristy and Jasmine did an amazing job piercing my daughters ears. My daughter was nervous but they put her at ease and made it a fun experience for her. I appreciated their confidence and expertise in placing the piercings. Thank you!

I really enjoyed our experience at Claire’s the sales associate that took care of us I believe her name was Kellz she was super amazing they were closing and me and my 2 children came in she pierced my daughter ear without hesitation was super nice and met all of our needs and was great with my daughter making her feel comfortable and not scared keep up the good work and we will definitely be back thanks again kellz

Stuff is expensive!! But the staff is nice. They keep the door open so its not really cool inside. My daughter was very happy with her purchase!!

Visited this store over the weekend and was told about their clearance items. Everything on these spinners are $3 regardless of marked price. So I grabbed a few backpack purses for my little girl. Store manager stated she purchases them for her grand daughter when they go on sale.checked one purse that was marked down and refused to sale because it came up less than $3.00 Showed the price to the other rep what was 1 cent and took the purse to the back for her own purchase. I will not shop at this location again!

Went this past Sunday with the family to do some piercing and got the most awesome customer service from a very beautiful and kind young lady, KelZ. She was certainly a breath of fresh air in this crazy world we live in now. She was professional and patient and very informative. She was smiling the whole time and even with the place as busy as it was she never stop smiling. There was other employees working but she most certainly stood out from all the rest and needs to be acknowledged for her awesome customer service!!!! Thank you KelZ….we will return!!!

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND. Rude staff, lazy and act like helping you, is a PROBLEM. Reported them, cancelled my order and will never step foot back inside this store. I had been in a few others times and they were never friendly, but this time, took the cake. No more.

We had an amazing experience getting our daughter’s ears pierced today! The manger Kell, was super professional, even under pressure from a very busy store! She kept my girl calm and was super friendly! She also had the assistant manager (also, extremely helpful and kind) help, so both ears were done at the same time.

I cant believe they charged me more than half the price of the original cost of an item for making a return within 20 seconds. Literally it was 20 seconds we realized that we bought was not the price that was marked on the show so we decide to return it for a similar item with a better price and they charged us for doing so. The crazy part is it was less than 20 seconds my sales were all both within the same minute. I cant believe she didnt just void the items out and started over especially since we didnt walk away from the counter. All she did was encourage us to never shop at any of their locations not even stand alone stores mall stores or outlets. Note for them they should say this to people when they start to enter items at checkout.

I got my ear pierced there today and Kellz went out of her way to make sure the process was easy and fast. She took sanitary precautions and made sure you were comfortable every step of the way. If I decide to get my other ear pierced I will definitely go back to her.

Awesome store to shop in and Kellz was the best. I felt like I had my very own personal designer. Great atmosphere and excellent customer service. Go check them out😍🙌🏾☺️

I just left this store because the manager was super rude! I was sitting in piercing chair waiting for my mom to shop because i am 9 months pregnant. Without even asking if i was fine she told me to get up! Did not ask, JUST TOLD and proceeded to wait for me to get up. I got up because i did not want to cause a scene, but I would have gotten up if she asked politely. I told my mom to leave all of her items because if your customer service is terrible then you don’t deserve my money! Happy FIRST mothers day to me!

My daughter got her ears pierced, and the 2 ladies working were amazing!!! They were so patient and understanding when my daughter was nervous. Wonderful staff💗

Ive never been a fan of Claires. But I wanted a piercing . So I went. Kellz was beyond amazing She was perfect in every way Because of her now I am a lifelong claires customer. Thank you for such an amazing experience. This is what customer service is all about.

The manager and her coworker were great. So patient and kind to my daughter who was losing her nerve. We had already left one Claires store after watching a failed piercing. Success with the Smithfield team!

Waited for someone to come ask me is there anything they could help me with considering I was standing at the nose ring display need a stud for 10 mins, I was going to go get assistance myself but when I realize the conversation (not work related) was what it seemed to be more important I just quickly grabbed the earrings I needed and went to the checked out didnt even get a. Hi how are you, Did not appreciate the service I received at all!

I went to get my daughters ears pierced. Heather was super nice, friendly, professional and hardworking. She was all by herself running the register, taking care of customers and piercing my oldest daughters ears and others customers ears like a champ. Then a bit later Kells showed up (Heather mentioned she was by herself bc the other lady was on break) and Kells helped Heather pierce my youngest daughters ears at the same time. Both of these ladies were awesome and attentive. Charlies Angels got nothing on you! Thank you!

Just left this store after having my daughters ears pierced. The lady that did it was extremely rude, and had my child not wanted her ears pierced so badly, Id have walked out. Just emailed customer service about this employees snarky and rude behavior. I will be finding another store to spend my hard earned money.

The assistant manager, kristine, did my second hole and she was absolutely amazing!!! i cannot express enough how helpful and fabulous she was!!! will be coming back :) 10 outta 10 overall experience

Got my ears pierced for the first time here as a walk-in, staff were awesome, super friendly and helpful! The whole process from prep to walking out the door was a breeze thanks to them. 😊

The lady up front was taking personal phone calls and was just very rude not only to My Family but also to a group of girls that were in the store as well... Go somewhere else!!!
