Unicorn Tattoo is amazing. I have been getting work done from Eleanor and Ricket for more than 5 years. They are the only two people I trust to work on my skin. They both have amazing customer service and make amazing art. Their studio is comfortable and welcoming. I still live in Tahoe and drove 3 hours for my last appointment because I love Unicorn so much!

Eleanor and Ricket are incredible!! I have been getting tattooed by Eleanor for 4 years and wouldn’t ever go anywhere else. They are true artists whose attention to detail is unmatched. Black and gray, color, traditional japanese, fine-line, realism, lettering- theyre skilled in many different tattooing styles. Eleanor is creative, passionate, & an absolute joy to be around. Shes managed to bring every vague and whacky idea Ive described come to life. Ive been tattooed by her 10 times for over 6 years and look forward to many more sessions in their shop. Both shop owners are down to earth, professional artists who create an inviting, relaxing, & safe space for their clients.

A friend referred me to the artist that owns this shop a couple years ago and I can easily say I probably won’t ever get tattooed by anyone else. The owners, Elanor and Ricket are the most splendid of folks. Very friendly greetings the moment I walked in the door. My experience here was exceptional, from the consultation to the final product! I will absolutely be returning to Ricket for future work! The man is a wizard of his craft.

I can not write enough good stuff about this shop! Both of the artists are absolutely incredible and I would trust them with basically any project, because I already have! Eleanor has been tattooing me for the past three years at her previous shop in Tahoe and her way of taking my ideas and turning them into art is beyond magic..... I have been tattooed by several artists in my life time but Eleanor is by far the most fantastic and personable artist I have found.... I have gone to her with several different projects and all of them, all of them, and turned out exactly as I had imagined.If you are reading this, it is because you are considering this shop for your next tattoo. Do it!!!! Even now at three hours away, I am already planning my next tattoo with them... Travel is nothing for the experience and art that they provide!!!!

Ricket is amazing! Just met him in the beginning of April and my wife and I already got 4 tattoos from him.Can’t wait for the next one! 😃

Ricket does some seriously awesome work, keeps a light hand, pays exceptional attention to detail, and is a notable conversationalist. 10/10 would recommend.
