Kerstin is absolutely phenomenal!!! She is extremely knowledgable about tattoo removal. You can tell she really cares about providing the best service. She is happy to answer any questions you have and walk you through the process with honesty. My progress has nothing short of amazing!!! Would highly recommend anyone looking for tattoo removal to see her first! I’ve also seen her tattoo work and revisions on a friend that are mind blowing! In addition to tattoos and tattoo removal, she does piercings and permanent makeup!

I was super nervous about our session but as soon as she got there she was chatty and inviting! The whole session was great.I had my first session of the inkless scar revision done. Today is day 5 since it was done and I’m already shocked by the results I’ve got. I can’t wait to see how it goes after all of my sessions are complete!

The customer service was amazing, booking was easy, and prices were reasonable. However, after being healed the navel piercing I received remained crooked after being assured it would be straight after the swelling had went down. My skin scars easily and now I am just left with two holes at a 25° slant on my navel lip with absolutely no swelling or jewelry in to obstruct. If you’re thinking about scheduling an appointment at Torque Cosmetic Tattoo for a navel piercing, I would recommend you wait to book with a reputable piercer.

I needed some eyebrow corrections done (and then new brows in place of the corrections) that a previous artist messed up so I reached out to Kerstin and we came up with a plan and then set up some dates! When I arrived at her shop, I felt welcomed and she explained everything that she was going to be doing. If you need any type of corrections or just these type of services in general I highly recommend this shop and Kerstin 110%!

Kerstin is fantastic at what she does. She listens to what you want done and has great vision on how to accomplish it. She is kind in her demeanor and flexible with client needs. Her technique is painless and her process gentle. The results are phenomenal. I am a returning customer. She is professional, competent, and talented. I feel blessed to know her. She is giving injured people their confidence back and that is truly her motivation.

After 20 years I decided to get my eyebrows tattooed again and when I tell you that Kerstin outdid herself…she did! When I tell you that I don’t have but 5 hairs on each eyebrow, which means you have to be PERFECT…she was! And lastly, when I tell you I’m a little picky and she did not hold that against me..she didn’t. For those who want a professional review…Kerstin was very professional, her equipment and tools were sanitary and her studio was VERY clean with a spa like vibe. She listened to what I was looking to achieve, took measurements and executed it. She’s definitely good at what she does!

First off Kerstin is an amazin person. She’s very talented and great at what she does. I also love that her work comes from her heart. She’s very passionate about what she does. My session with Kerstin was ombré eyebrow styling, which are beautiful.!!! I love them. She did an amazing job.I love how my brows are full and blend with my hair color .From the time I walked in door, Kerstin was very professional and confident, I could tell that her profession was way more than my eyebrows . Kirsten is amazing. Her work is not only beautiful but was a tremendous confidence booster. I have no big toe nails. She tattooed toe nails on my toes. It was remarkable. If I didn’t tell you, you wouldn’t know the difference. I am 100% satisfied with her work. She is a joy.

I’m a breast cancer survivor close to 20 years. I lost most of my eyelashes and eyebrows from chemotherapy. I had toyed with the idea of getting my brows tattooed but figured most people couldn’t real tell how little hair I had because my glasses cover my brow area but I still felt self-conscious about it. I met Kerstin at the Cancer Center style show this year and decided I was worth doing something for me. She was wonderful! She explained everything. Assured me I would be numbed for the procedure and provided me with after care info so I wouldn’t freak out with all the changes my new brows would go through. She even let my daughter come with me for moral support. I recently had the second stage down and I’m really excited with how my “brows” look!!

I recently had the pleasure of getting Scalp Micropigmentation done by Kerstin. Kerstin took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and explained the entire process to me in detail. Thank goodness for Google because that’s where I found Kerstin after I found out that my plastic surgeon no longer offered tattooing. His NP had tattooed me a “nipple” after my mastectomy 7 years ago. And it has faded over the years.After a consultation that answered all of my questions and calmed my fears I scheduled an appointment. I was so impressed with her knowledge of both tattooing and the anatomy of a nipple. My new and improved nipple is so realistic. Not only is the color perfect, but her 3D technique gives it a realistic look. I am more than pleased!

My niece and I had the pleasure of scheduling here. This is not just a shop, this is someone kind, talented and just a great human all around using her skill and time to help people. So while I absolutely recommend this shop - I just want to shout out the it’s the heart and soul behind it that makes it so special. Kerstin is very knowledgeable and easy going. She tackled the monstrosity of a tattoo that I got a few months back, without hesitation. I cannot wait to see the end result of my removal. I have full trust and confidence in her and would highly recommendUpdate: I had to reschedule an appointment due to some health issues the day before services. I had already prepaid for my appointment. I was threatened to keep my deposit of.100, which I figured would happen anyway, but she also threatened to keep my other 100 as well, and she had no grounds to do so. So Inwas going to come in after trying to change it. Instead of showing any sympathy towards me she thanked me for wasting 45 minutes of her time. It was not 45 minutes first off. She and ainhad clicked at Mt first appointment, and I thought we were actually going to be friends. She smoked her weed vape most of the time that Inwas their and talked about how she contributes to ex users and covering up track marks so that they can gain employment. Yes, weed is not as bad but what kind of Profesional smokes that before they do work on a client that paid 300 dollars. Her attitude was very poor and I was not impressed with anything she did on my hand. I wish I could get my money back. During healing she seemed more interested in me, sending pictures for her portfolio rather than my concerns. Stay far away unless you want to deal with a mouthy, under qualified individual.

Kerstin is so amazing. I have severe levido reticularis that was a source of mental anguish. I would never leave the house without long sleeves. She has changed my life and I will now wear short sleeves and feel so much more confident.

I am in love with my microblading! I have had it for approximately six months and theyre still perfect. I cant wait for my touch up! Also, the owner has the best personality and is so professional.
