Honestly, very nice and comfortable waiting area. They explain everything and give concise answers to your questions, no matter how many you have. There were two very nice ladies at the front desk and provided honestly the best customer service. They were so kind! We saw three people leave while waiting and all seemed very happy with their experience, ours was only a consultation so not much to go off on but it left us with a great impression of this place.

Did a couple of sessions with them and I did not see any difference. They told me I would need 5 sessions, about $140 each one, it didn’t improve at all so it was just a waste of money.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! I wish I could leave no stars as a review! I used to come to this place 10 years ago and it was good. I had my whole back lasered there and it was very affordable. I referred so many people to this place. I take my son there today and they charged him $320 to remove 3 letters on the top of his back and refused to remove the whole tattoo which was 6 letters! I asked the nurse, who was the same nurse who did my tattoo removal, why they wouldn’t remove the whole thing when they used to do my whole back and she said it was “too much black” What! That doesn’t even make sense! I had WAY more ink removed by the same people! THIS IS A SCAM! They just want to charge him more. Not to mention she was so friggin rude! He got there on time and they didn’t start his removal til an hour later and there was 1 person in the waiting room. Please do yourself and shop around!

Such outstanding staff and clinic! Very professional, knowledgeable, great deals, clean and welcoming! Nurse Cindi is a blessing to this facility. She is extremely genuine. I recommend everyone to come here! My tattoos are disappearing and I am one session away from finishing my services!! I’m extremely happy with the outcome!

This is a great place to Go remove your tattoo. They are very friendly and the results are wonderful.

I stopped coming here as soon as their started over pricing me each session. And they never give me the option to use numbing cream, until I asked and she was given me excuses not to use it, because I so called didn’t need it because my tattooed was small. But that doesn’t mean I want to feel pain. And I found out somewhere else for way cheaper. So I was pretty much getting ripped off, from this place. I’m not giving them any lower review because the receptionists were actually polite, but the women who does the treatments not so much.

Very pleasant and polite personnel. I see the my eyebrows fading and it was a very quick fading process. I saw results Instantly! I will e coming back for a second and maybe a third time. Thanks

I called and spoke to Lili.  She was friendly and answered all  my questions in detail.  She gave me a price in person, and I thought it was reasonable.   The facilities are super clean,  service was excellent, and I recommend it.  Ask for Lili.  She is super friendly, very competent, and the appointment was quick; less than half an hour, and I was done.

The people that work here are super cool / u get good hospitality / they do what’s best for your skin / the place is clean - removing LA on my head no numbing - they work with me on schedule / so overall I think I get what I pay for / to be continued…

I’ve been getting treatment from this place for the past 2 years for tattoo removal. The staff here is great. They are friendly and inviting. Great at answering questions and concerns. Have reasonable prices. And they deliver great results.

I already made a review on Yelp but had to here as well! Staff is always so welcoming and friendly. The prices are always very reasonable too! The second picture of my sternum tat was before I began treatment , the first is about a month after my 4th treatment (my previous treatment) , it’s literally almost gone!! I plan on beginning treatment here for other tats I have as well :) thank you guys so much

Loved the friendly staff! My friend recommended me this place and I love her for it. They gave me lots of info on how it’s different per person when removing tattoos and the estimates. Best part of it is that they told me theres down time is short and most return back to work after a removal.

Been coming here since 2016 it has been a while since I have gone back, But, I will be going back to remove more. But, I am getting the address to give to a friend today, so I am leaving a review. I can see at least 6 people listed here that I have sent here. I always send people here, they are fast, clean, and nice. No judgments about what you have and they make you feel comfortable. Not to mention the price is WAY better than most places. They dont over charge, they give you a good, decent price.Dont expect miracles in 2 minutes. lol But, expect to see a BIG difference after 1 or 2 sessions depending on how deep the ink is.... But, just know you will be happy with the results. No one even knew I have arm full of tattoos, they are all gone now. Thanks guys.

I had three sessions for my two stars, I am starting to see the tattoos fading away. I am happy with my results. The nurse who help me out today was very nice and detail oriented. I am happy she snapped me where I was most concerned. FYI it doesn’t hurt because they ice you before your treatment. Beauty is pain! Haha

This place is really great. The staff is very friendly and super informative. Its always clean inside and appointments are available for the times Ive needed. Ive only had 2 sessions and I see huge results. I think its great they ice you up before your treatment and offer numbing cream. Each treatment has been on time and I havent had alot of discomfort. I recommend this place and plan to finish all my sessions until my tattoos are gone.

Definitely scamming. they use a super low wavelength so you can come in for multiple sessions and spend more money. my tattoo didnt even turn white at all like you would see on their videos they post on instagram. it stayed dark. yall need to be closed. so unprofessional. do not go!!!!

The staff at Tattoo Removal Inc. were very courteous and explained the procedure and treatment well during my first consultation. For it being my first time here, new to this type of procedure, they made me feel at ease. Can’t wait for my next visit!

I must say that I am pleased with my results. Just be patient and follow their instructions for aftercare. The people here are nice, make you feel comfortable and the process has pretty much been little to no pain for me ( fyi I dont use numbing cream).

This place is great!! Its clean, the staff is always super nice, they make you feel so comfortable and are great at explaining the process. I recommend anybody with a tattoo they are not happy with. $80 per session to remove a small letter on my finger. I had 4 sessions done before I decided to stop going because I felt like I was getting ripped off.

I’m disappointed, I’ve had 7 sessions & I see a difference but it’s still not gone. From day one I was told a certain area would be completely gone by 2nd session & I’m on the 7th session & area I was told would be gone isn’t even gone! I went last month & literally saw no difference & I voiced my concern & was told to wait, well I waited & still no difference. 7 sessions later & my tattoo is still very visible, staff is nice but I just wanted my tattoo gone & I got false promises. Waste of money

This is a really great place to go for tattoo removal. The facility is easy to find and very clean. It’s pretty affordable too, compared to most other places. The staff, which includes Cindy and Lilly, are very friendly and professional. I recommend this place. Five stars.

90 dollar sessions and its not guaranteed and they have no idea on how many sessions. Its like a mechanic telling you he has no idea at ALL on your brakes being fixed. None, not a clue. 2k 4k 10k. No clue is what this guys are doing besides lying and collecting your cash

They will hustle you into doing multiple sessions so they can make more money. I have a small tattoo, literally smaller than the circumference of a dime, has barely any ink at all and was amateur. They zapped it like 3 times and it barely came off. They will do the minimal per session so you are forced to come back and spend more money on removing your tattoo. This place is a scam.

Every time I go there they make you feel like your family. Easy in easy out Nouthing to worry about they take care of you highly satisfied I would suggest anybody that has any tattoo removal go see them they will take care of you its a one stop shop Don H.

I never write reviews but I just had to from calling to book my appointment I got the best customer service spoke with Lilly she was so nice and very helpful even nicer in person i was nervous and she made me feel very comfortable and relax thank you and when I went back for my very first treatment Cyndi was so amazing talked me through ever step she was doing very good work and i have to say they treat their patients very well so Thank you Lilly Cyndi and Brett for everything I high recommend them for anyone looking to have their tattoos removed and their prices are very reasonable...

I love this place. The staff is so friendly. They make you feel comfortable. It is very clean and neat. I drive over 30 miles to come here. So worth the drive time.

Not satisfied, i have a small tattoo 1 in. Length by 2 inches wide on my ankle...first session didnt go over the whole tattoo, second session looks like she didnt use a high wavelength cuz it looks the same. According to them i need 2 more sessions if i continued with 4 sessions it would be a total of $440.00 not going back!!

I came in for a consultation and they tried to force me to sign a voluntary arbitration agreement. I didn’t sign it because why would I voluntarily sign my legal rights away? What if they injure me? I turned in my paperwork and the lady at the front desk told me I had to sign it. I told her it was a voluntary agreement and she told me again that I needed to sign it so that any legal issues could be settled outside court. I again told her the agreement stated it was VOLUNTARY and decided to leave. I started walking out but went back because they still had my personal information. She refused to give the documents with my personal information back to me and said she would shred them. I asked for them back again and she began to just rip them in front of me. At that point, I had seen everything that told me about this place. Any place that lies and tells me I am required to sign my legal rights away on a voluntary agreement is not coming anywhere near me with a laser. I didn’t mention to her that I’m actually a legal profesional so everything they did here was a huge red flag through my lens. Be forewarned.

My friend Carmen had a old tattoo she no longer wanted. I found Tattoo Removal on instagram. They looked like they had quality work and the price was right. I booked an appt online and we got her an appt later that week. She had about 5 sessions and the tattoo was completely removed. Shes super happy to have her old sun tattoo removed. She got it in her teens and it was very faded and no longer fit her. The staff is also very friendly. I recommend Tattoo Removal to anyone looking to get rid of their tattoo and for a reasonable price.

The first session was good, the second they only took my money, they say they put more power on the laser but they reduce it so that you come back
