I recommend going here. I went to get my nose pierced with my mom. It hurt a little after but it feels better now. The lady talked me about what will happen if I don’t take care of it and how to take care of it along with what to get to keep it clean. We had a couple of laughs during the process. If I ever decide to get another one done I’ll be coming back here and no where else🫶🏾

The Receptionist is Rude Af!! I scheduled an appointment called to confirm she got loud with me and hung up the phone. So I went up there to tell Tim the owner how rude she was she then locked the door during business hours and called the POLICE👮‍♂️ 😭😭

Got my first tattoo here and they were so nice! the man that was doing my tattoo was very patient while i prepared myself! would so go here again!

Okay so where do I begin first off this place is awesome they have done some changes since Ive been there last including get some more artists which is nice to have variety but I do have to personally shout out Graciela she is absolutely amazing all the way down from the artwork to the customer service you will be satisfied when you leave here nice people clean building awesome art laid back atmosphere what more could you want she went above and beyond to make me comfortable and made sure I was completely satisfied with everything before walking out hands down will be coming back again again and again you guys are awesome keep rocking!!!!!!!!

They keep everything clean. Very nice people that work here. Would definitely recommend getting your first tattoo here like i did or if you just want to add another one or get a touch up, this is a great place to go! The guy that did my tattoo was Dex Clay and he was very good! He was really nice! We laugh and talked while he did my tattoo and we got it done quick and clean!!

Very comforting, professional. Quick and easy somewhat painless. ( I got two nose piercing ) and ( a nose piercing pushed back in a few days after i got it done. Glasses snatched it out ) ignore my crusty lips please.

Update 12/19/21: Much better/as to be expected service and timing. Walked in for a 1oclock appointment and was outta there by 1:10. She apologized for the day pior and admitted to it just being a crazy day that was all out of order (it happens to us all so I get it) very happy with my piercing and the service today!!Will edit this tomorrow given its a better experience than today. (12/18/21)To preface: today is a piercing specialI messaged 45 minutes after the initial post on their facebook page announcing the event/special and scheduled for the next day for me and a friend at 1 and 1:15. I arrived 10 minutes early, filled out paperwork and checked in. There was a crowd already in there so I knew the wait would be a while past my appointment and was OK with that, thats not where my problem stands completely.. My problem is I had an APPOINTMENT so seeing someone walk in (she asked about walk ins being allowed and went straight to the back to have her work done) and jump in front of not only me but every one else in the room who had been there for an hour plus past their scheduled times.. Which really just hits my nerve wrong...We all have things to do.. We all understand we are not the ONLY customer.. We all understand this was a special event so its going to 100% be busy.. But that was the worse display of customer service Ive ever personally experienced, especially when the people in front of me who had appointments at 1:30 then asked We were here before her how did she get seen first? and the reply was Im simply going in order of the paperwork on the counter... When she had just watched this lady come in and answered her walk-in question herself....I dont know, I personally rescheduled for tomorrow hopeing for a better experience as Ive never had issues like this before, and I will edit my review then, but as it stands at this moment Im peeved with the business overall. So take my review with a grain of salt.

Went to Dimensions Tattoo and Piercing to purchase jewelry for nipple piercings. The selection was severely limited and poor quality. The first set I purchased was broken and when I contacted the shop to replace the item, they were very rude and attempted to blame it on me. I returned a day later to replace the item and was treated very poorly by the staff inside the shop as well. The replacement piece was in tact when sold, but promptly broke when used. Absolutely terrible quality and will not be returning to this shop for any reason.

I went there to look at body jewelry, had questions so the piercer came out whom was very rude and made me feel as if I was nothing more than a bother...I asked about tattoo artist I was told the long haired gentlemen was an artist, never asking what I was interest in again acted as if he didnt care and also the lady at the desk was said to be an artist whom never turned around to greet me...I felt very bothersome and unwanted I will not be going back there...oh and I got the piercing and tattoo I wanted elsewhere. Im sorry but I tried to keep it local but with attitudes like that I refuse to continue to support

I have gotten a tattoo from Jamie very professional he was really nice with clean work area sent me videos on after care he made a video with my tattoo and sent it to me as well.Ive had several piercings from the lady (idk her name) most recent had he switch out my daith and pierce my mid helix she was fast and cleaned my ear she kept a clean area as well and was very friendly too.

The staff at Dimensions Tattoo are great people. I have gotten several tattoos and ear piercings. I would highly recommend them. They work really hard to make sure you are happy with the art work and it is what you want before they start your tattoo. Love them!!

4 stars because of first impression. 5 stars to the tattoo artist tho... came in earlier today while running errands with my baby, I dont have any tattoos but I know youre not supposed to bring your kids to appointments, but I wasnt getting an tattoo today, I just wanted to see the artists style and see if he could provide what I was looking for...So, I stepped in the door and there was a woman and a younger person by the jewelry display. When they saw me, the older woman formed a look of shock and disgust, picture: raised eyebrows, stretched face, scrunched nose and scowl. They stopped talking, she did a 180 in the opposite direction, then walked around to the back of the counter before weakly greeting me. The tattooist was actually very polite and informative, and showed me some of his beautiful art and some examples of what I was looking for, but I would not go back because of how severely uncomfortable that first impression made me

Great place! Friendly artist! Designed and tattooed myself and my girlfriend both at the end of the day with no gripe and greatly priced! Will definitely use again next time in town.

I got my tongue pierced today, she did a GREAT job and talked to me a bit before which really helped my nerves. highly recommend!

Read all the negative reviews and there all true, wanted something for my grandpa and didn’t want to do what I wanted, pretty much brushed me off and didn’t want to do it cause it wasn’t something simple. Sorry me and my friends turned you away from your video games, place is trash

The service sucked. The receptionist was rude. The tattooist didnt listen to me at all. I am so glad I walked out of that shop. I would have ended up with a tattoo I didnt want! I recommend nobody going here in the future

If I could leave something worse than a one star review i would. I called multiple times at different times while they were open and couldnt get a answer to save my life, probably to busy playing the game.

Got my brothers name and Loved it. It came out super neat, also like how he let me know I can come back anytime for a touch up if needed👍🏽
