I went in as a walk in and had Shelby tattoo me. Shelby is super friendly and did a great job! I get compliments on my tattoo all the time. Everyone else in the shop is super friendly and approachable! The entire shop is a very comfortable environment- and everyone there is very knowledgable and informative which is also nice. I’ll definitely be returning.

Lovely shop for both piercings and tattoos!! I’ve been twice to Serenity Body Arts in the last 6 months and had amazing experiences both times. Larissa pierced my septum and I got my first tattoo from Shelby. Both Larissa and Shelby made my experiences very positive with their welcoming personalities and expertise. They both ensured that I was given all the information that I needed for aftercare and the process as a whole. I’m excited to go back again for a new tattoo or piercing!

You need to come here, and you need a tattoo by Juliet.Ive been searching for a regular spot to do my tattooes, and I just saw Juliet last night a teeny lil dinosaur on my ankle. Boom. I found the studio and artist.WOW! The facility is clean, great vibes. Super easy to book (They booked my whole appt via text-- LOVE!!). Juliet was so sweet, she was super thorough and very CLEAN and organized.LOOK at her line work! Sooooooo clean. I love my lil Dino, and I will absolutely be requesting her for when I muster the courage up for my half sleeve.10/10, definitely recommend!

Excellent place. Professional artists. Absolutely must go here if youre doing anything to your body. I just got my helix and tragus pierced by Madison. She was so freaking awesome! The owner Larissa was absolutely amazing too. They were both honest about whats best for the anatomy of my ear and didnt pressure me to do anything. (Even though what I originally wanted was more profitable for them, they put the customer first by keeping it real with me and recommending whats best for me.)Super knowledgeable on the process and the best rings, sizes for the piercings I wanted. I traveled 45 minutes to find quality and I got it. Highly recommend them for anyone who cares about quality work. I was elated to find them and to see how personable and comfortable they made me feel. Cute shop, nice vibe, and experienced artists. Im returning for future piercings 🤪🤗☺

I just got my first tattoo here and my amazing artist Shelby was fantastic. she went through all the after care dos and donts which DEFINITELY needed and she was so nice and talked with me and my friend who came with me the entire time. Were both going to her from now on. 10/10 would absolutely recommend

I got my first (and only) 2 tattoos here and my experience has been amazing! I went to Shelby for both of my tattoos and she’s been wonderful! She made the process very easy and was super kind. The designs she came up with were better than anything I could’ve imagined. She was also great at answering any questions I had. The whole shop is so clean and they really care about being sanitary. 100% will be coming back for my future tattoos!

Highly recommended, especially Madison! I couldnt believe that my second lobe piercings and helix piercing didnt hurt beyond the initial sting of the needle!My first helix piercing years ago at a different reputable piercing shop was more painful and took longer to heal, so I have a comparison. I would go back to Serenity Body Arts in a heartbeat. Madison demonstrated a great deal of care in making sure the placement was perfect and that I was happy with the locations before going ahead with the piercing. Shes also really funny and made it a nice experience.My piercings are healing well, and I received a care guide. They didnt charge for a follow up downsizing (if youre reading this- please tip your provider at the follow up though!).Tiny request- would love if they had a wider selection of jewelry. It was very reasonably priced, but Id pay more for additional options. Maybe something you could order in advance through them?

I came here earlier this year to get my conch pierced with my cousins and grandmom. Everyone was super welcoming and helpful! I have multiple piercings already, but hearing how careful these piercers were, as well as being very hygienic, I was impressed! They wouldn’t even allow a hoop for my piercing because it wouldn’t heal right, which I was very happy to hear, since most places would place the hoop without a second thought because thats more money for them, but Serenity really cares. These piercers really take the time to explain the healing process, as well as what to use to help your piercing heal faster and easier. I plan on coming here in about a month to get my industrial pierced, since I loved my conch so much. I dont think I’ll be going to any other place again besides Serenity :D

Larissa pierced my nose and was extremely professional, the day prior we were emailing back and forth with me telling her what I was looking for and she was very fast to respond and polite about it. The day of she made sure to say exactly what she was doing and when and added humor to each of the steps to calm any nerves. I definitely recommend I was in and out in under 10 minutes!

PiercingI’ve been here twice and have 3 piercings. 2 from Larissa and 1 by Madison.First experience was ok- but the piercings didn’t heal well. The jewelry was knocking into each other because it was placed so close together. Larissa didn’t draw the little dots on my ear to show me where they would be. She just kind of pointed. Didn’t hold the jewelry up. So it felt like it she was just getting it over with and like she didn’t care. Maybe she didn’t like me- or she was having an off day and couldn’t be bothered. When you work with people- that really comes across, your mood. She did repeat over and over that she’s been doing this for 13 years. Maybe it’s time to do something else then.I came back to have the one piece of jewelry switched out so that it was more comfortable. And also thankfully, get a piercing done by Madison. She was so sweet and took her time even though I was 8 minutes late. I did feel scolded a bit by that being pointed out like 3 times… but overall a much better experience with Madison.The Jewelry selection is limited, so I had to get a hoop oxidized to make it look gold. Well she oxidized it so much that it literally cracked in my ear a few weeks later. I ended up switching the hoop to a solid gold one and taking out the piercing done by Larisa that never healed properly.I wouldn’t go back to this place or recommend it.

Great experience! My wife got a tattoo here last year and was going to get another one but ended up unable to. They were very accommodating with me taking her appointment. Nason was the artist and was great from start to finish. Price was good, Nason chatted with me the whole time, which was great because I thought I’d be a big baby. And it looks great! Exactly how I pictured it but better. They definitely have my business for any more tattoos my wife and I get.

I got my 3rd lobes pierced by Madison and I was so happy! She made the piercing experience as easy as possible. Her customer service skills are phenomenal! She coaches you through every step of the process and makes you super comfortable. I will definitely be coming back and recommending her to everyone I know!

I went for a belly piercing and when I first walked in I was greeted nicely and felt safe. The staff is so sweet and they treat everyone with respect. My piercer was Madison and she was a sweetheart. She had me and my mom laughing and she just made the whole things less scary. I was really nervous but she was able to make me comfortable and she was just amazing.

I cannot say enough good things about my piercing experience here! Larissa was absolutely INCREDIBLE and went above and beyond to explain the entire process step by step. I also so appreciated the cleanliness and safety protocols in place. Everyone was so kind and knowledgeable. From booking my appointment to walking out the door, it was an absolute pleasure! Fantastic service and one of the best healed piercings Ive ever had! I texted for an appt on a weekday morning and was seen that night. They are very responsive and have fit me in for a jewlery exchange and another issue at last minute. Highly recommend!

I went to Madison to get my septum pierced and its my first major one since having my ears done as a baby and she made my nerves completely disappear! She answered all my questions, the instructional pamphlet on aftercare is so helpful as well! Amazing workers, very clean and easy processes!Feels like a safe place to go back to and I definitely will!

Can’t say enough about Madison! On a last minute whim, I redirected my google search from the typical ‘ear piercing mall stores’ that use the piercing gun to this tattoo/piercing shop. Read all the reviews that overwhelmingly positive for Serenity and went for it! So glad I did! First- I texted a request for an appointment at 11pm and got a response within 3 minutes (I actually didn’t reply till the next morning for fear I was disturbing someone’s sleep!).Madison walked my daughter and I through the process. The earring selection was super cute. I personally was grateful for the posts that are longer because they allow for swelling. The backs of the posts are flat which was another pleasant surprise!Madison was super specific with the way she cleaned everything and took great time and care with determining where the earrings would go (love and helix piercing). She nailed the spots for both of us perfectly! Best part- the piercing hardly hurt! I’m not sure if that was her technique or the needle itself but I feel as though those guns are much more painful!Thanks a bunch Madison! It was super fun!!!

The absolute best piercing experience I have ever had. About 6 months prior I was looking for a place nearby that did body piercing and found them online. It plainly said on their website appointment only. I completely missed that and walked in (dont be like me) to be politely greeted and answered a few questions. Once I decided on an eyebrow piercing I called on Wednesday and set up an appointment for that Friday. Madison explained the entire process prior to and as she performed the piercing. It was a wonderful experience from beginning to end. Im looking forward to my next piercing from there.

Larissa is amazing. She took her time explaining what she was doing every step of the way while piercing me. She was very knowledgeable not only about piercings but also the way tissue and skin affects the piercing. She made sure that everything was perfect and I was happy with the placement beforehand and that I was comfortable and prepared during the piercing process. Very professional, quick, and as painless as possible. She made sure I was alright before leaving and gave me multiple ways to contact her should I have any issues with aftercare. Ill definitely recommend her to any friends who are interested in getting a new piercing.

A breath of fresh air that corrects any negative experience you have had in the tattoo industry. Feels like home, and you don’t have to sacrifice quality in exchange for a good price / environment. Literally could not rave about this place more. I did a lot of research on where I wanted to go for a body piercing and I am beyond happy I chose Serenity. I worked with Madison and I literally could not have had a better experience. I was pretty nervous but she was so comforting and kind - literally after a while my nerves had just faded away. I cannot recommend this shop enough!!

If I could give this shop more than five stars, I most certainly would! From start to finish, I cant say enough great things about Serenity Body Arts! I sent a text to get some basic information and received a response within 10 minutes (and this was sent in the later part of the evening). I brought two of my granddaughters in for their appointment, and Larissa explained everything to them, with patience and warmth. It was a first time piercing for one of the girls, and Larissa really helped to calm her fears. Both girls (and their parents and me) were extremely happy with the results. Unfortunately, a week later, there was an earring malfunction and one earring broke- of course it happened to the one who was a 1st timer. Her dad texted Larissa on Christmas Eve around 11PM as they didnt know what to do and Larissa texted him back within minutes. Talk about customer service!! Between her father and me, we ended up texting Larissa at least three more times, and each time, she responded so quickly and told us what to do. She calmed all of us! Larissas expert advice and subsequent replacement within days was exemplary! I will recommend Larissa and Serenity Body Arts to anyone/everyone who is looking for the highest quality shop and an expert piercer!

So glad I went here for my nose piercing! I used their text messaging system to ask for availability and was able to quickly get an appointment that worked for me. Madison was my piercer and they were just lovely! Madison talked me through all the jewelry, the piercing itself, and aftercare while also answering all of my questions and talking with me like a friend! The piercing was as painless as possible and we went at a pace that worked for my comfort instead of rushing through. I felt welcome the moment I walked in and will come back for any future piercings!! Thank you all again ☺️

This place was amazing! They were very punctual with my appointment and very professional. Everyone was wearing a mask and Madison (the artist) always used fresh gloves. Madison took a long time to make sure that the piercings were lined up correctly and talked me through the whole process. They gave a lot of information for aftercare and ensured me that I could come back if anything was wrong. Very happy with their service and I would definitely recommend them!

I love this place! This is a very clean studio with a positive, welcoming environment. I’ve been pierced by both Larissa and Madison and these women are great at what they do!! I’ve never been more comfortable letting someone come near me with a needle. Prices are very reasonable and jewelry selection is gorgeous.My boyfriend has gotten a couple small tattoos done by Nason and they look fantastic. I know he will be back for an appointment with either artist soon.

The most chill shop Ive ever been in. All the employees are super nice and caring. Theres a lot of stuff on the walls as well as books, so youll never be bored while getting your tattoo or piercing!! I had an appointment with Juliet the apprentice and she is the best!! Kind of slow (shes an apprentice duh) but makes sure youre super comfortable.

We took our 7- and 10-year-old kids here to get their ears pierced, and it could not have gone more smoothly! Madison was absolutely fantastic with them, making them feel at ease and having some good fun with them. She and Larissa did the piercings in tandem, which was a great pro-tip. The rooms were clean and the instruments were all properly sterilized. I highly recommend Serenity for everyone but especially for anyone with younger kids. Thanks Madison!

This was the only place I called that assured they could do a bellybutton piercing on a plus sized body. I was even permitted to come back and get my jewelry changed TWICE for free to ensure it healed properly! The staff are super attentive and welcoming. I would recommend this place for any piercings or tattoos!

I have 6 tattoos and 3 piercings from Serenity and i will not go to anyone else. The shop is always so clean, and everyone who works there is so friendly and nice, yet so professional. I have never had a bad experience in all the years I’ve been going there. I can’t say enough great things about our experience! I took my daughter, who is in kindergarten, for her first ear piercing. After hearing all of the bad things with piercing guns, I wanted to find a professional that would do it the safest/cleanest way. Got my conch pierced by Madison shes awesome! She was super fast and really good at distracting. They have a really good variety of jewelry for sensitive ears (titanium). I would totally come here again and would definitely recommend Serenity Body Art to anyone in this area!

This is the only shop I go to for my tattoo and piercing needs. They treat you like family. Prices are reasonable. Always willing to travel 40 minutes to get my tattoos done here. I also got my first piercing here and Larissa helped me pick the right jewelry. Cassie has worked on 7 of my 9 tattoos. Always made me a happy customer!

I first came to Serenity cause I had an issue with a piercing that a different studio had done. They were so professional and knowledgeable that I became a return customer. On top of the multiple piercings I have gotten here I have also gotten multiple tattoos. Both of the tattoo artists are super talented and work with you to make sure that your tattoo is perfect. I can’t recommend this place enough. Madison did my nostril and then later I came back for earlobes. She was so patient and sweet, really took her time to get the positioning right. So knowledgeable.The place was IMMACULATELY clean; everything was sterilized and opened in front of me, even the cotton swabs used to clean my nose! Cleanliness is the biggest thing I look for at a piercer.Now I recommend this place to my friends and even brought my mom to get her earlobes done here.When I had a minor issue during the healing process, I contacted them on their text line and they were very responsive and the advice they gave me got rid of the problem I was having.

Madison was my pierced. She pierced my nostril and also was able to remove my earring from my forward helix from a previous piercer, after advising that that was the smartest/safest choice to make. She also changed my rook earring. She was SO thoughtful and nice!!! Super detail oriented and SUPER clean.Definitely will be going back!!!

Madison, was friendly, knowledgeable, patient and explained every detail while piercing my daughters nose. The shop was clean and all instruments were sealed in sanitized pouches. Madison changed her gloves three times during the piercing. They make your health and safety a priority.

Madison is absolutely incredible! She pierced my conch, two forward helixes, and she saved my daith after the jewelry fell out. She walks you through each step of what shes doing and shes very gentle. If I ever get new piercings or have trouble with old ones, she will be the first person I see.

Madison is great! She pierced my navel and was super sweet, easygoing, and informative- I love that she explained everything she was going to do before she did it. It was super quick, and it’s been a week and it’s healing great. You do have to make an appointment in advance (at least that was the case during covid)

Third tattoo shop Ive had work done at and I wont go anywhere else ever again. Nason is an incredible artist and he does everything in the world he possibly can to make you comfortable and welcome. He has a very low minimum and his hourly charge is incredibly fair. Cassandra is great too, she did several tattoos for a family member and produced great results. All in all Ive had about twenty hours of work done on a piece for my whole chest and I could not be more satisfied. I tell everyone about serenity and wont ever stop doing so.

We found Serenity just a couple years ago and they quickly became our go-to for piercings and tattoos. I can’t speak highly enough of the people, the quality of work, the consistent and clear communication/instructions, and the welcoming environment they provide.

The shop has such a warm and inviting atmosphere, the staff that I met were friendly and pleasant to speak with, and the art really does speak for itself. Nason tattoos me fairly often, and he never leaves me disappointed! Super tolerable when tattooing sensitive areas, and tries to keep conversation going as a distraction to the pain. Larissa and Madison have both pierced me, quickly, and have never gotten any sort of infections or keloids in any piercing they have done.

I had Juliet as my artist just over a week ago and she did an amazing job, she came up with a design I never would have - couldn’t be more happy with how this turned out. Everyone is super professional and nice. 100/10

Well talk about a family owned Bissness that gives you a red carpet treatment,Im 70 and I had Nate fix my vietnam 101st Airborne tat and he did just that and took it up another notch.Now I had to wait for him to do another tat and he surpassed my expectations.I am getting one more and I know he will do a great job.If you like star wars then you are in for a treat.He and his bride have it all and if you need to wait a little he has a nice easy seating with out a doubt his and his wife has a real nice collection.Also 1 more thing he has going I think I seen him actually (NAILED JELLO TO A TREE) Thats all folks

Larissa is amazing. I had a partially embedded conch and she was able to quickly remove it and save me a trip to the doctors.

I got matching tattoos done here with my mom to commemorate her surviving near death in a botched surgery. My tattoo was fine but my moms tattoo was done too deep to the point where the scar tissue has made it unable read, irritable, and itchy 5 months later. She now has to work on a cover up tattoo, meaning our entire point of getting matching tattoos will be pointless. Very disappointed.

Such an great place, the staff is very noble. Uses an autoclave for there instruments. Opens all stuff in front of you. Explains homecare instructions to you as beautiful jewelry. And the staff is amazing.

Super awesome experience tonight. I go an industrial piercing done by Larissa. The shop is amazingly clean. Larissa explained everything, and I was in and out in less than a half hour.

Nason did a cover-up for me. It was an amazing dragon. I told him I wanted to keep the price just around $700, and it ended up not even being $500. I was very pleased.
