I worked with John on a tattoo of my dog. I sent the pictures ahead of time & once I got there he had a few suggestions. He explained his reasoning for the suggestions & I went ahead with the tattoo. I am SO HAPPY. He did a wonderful job. It’s exactly what I wanted.

I only go here to get work from Ramon! Any tattoos I get from now on are from him, he’s incredible. My last few are from him and are my favorite by far. I get tonnnnns of compliments on them too. He is really professional, makes his clients comfortable, and is most importantly really cleanly. A huge part of picking a tattoo artist for me is not only the look of their work but their cleanliness. This has never been an issue with Ramon and his work! I trust his work to be clean, healthy, and efficient every single time. 10/10 ⭐️!!

Jeff was FANTASTIC! The attention to detail that went into the tattoo he did for me was incredible. This is a very professional tattoo shop and great art store if youre looking for something different. The staff was friendly and the rooms are nice. Most importantly though once again the work done here is exceptional.

I have been getting tattooed by Lou for years and he is a fantastic artist and person as well as his staff. As Im reading some of these reviews I find it laughable that some of you actually believe some of the GARBAGE you have written complete NONSENSE!!! If there was a way to give them ten stars I would. Everyone who works here is courteous and respectful. The best experience in a tattoo parlor by far. The entire place is exceptionally clean and none of the artists are careless, wreckless, or otherwise negligent in their duty to the public.Lou has done several of my tattoos and I plan to keep going to him for as long as possible. He is an amazing person, phenomenal artist, and wicked smaht.As far as pricing goes - you get what you pay for. They are very reasonable when it comes to costs and time especially considering that when youre finally done you end up with a masterpiece.As for some other comments, theres a sign - in plain English - that says all deposits are non-refundable, youre told that on the phone too. Ive never been to a tattoo parlor that will return a deposit. The deposit is a security not just for you the patron but the artist as well. Their time is money. If they get shafted out of a client that means they dont make the money that they reasonably relied on to have made. That means that maybe their rent wont get paid because you overbooked yourself. Tattoo artists are people too and tattoos are literally their livelihood. Please respect them.Thank you all for being wicked awesome!

Had a consultation with Lou. Booked an appointment for myself and my wife and was impressed with how accomodating and friendly he was. Very clean looking and well kept shop. Cant wait to get my new work done!

This is the only tattoo shop I will go to, because I know I will come out with an amazing piece that I actually would want to have on my body forever. Really good prices, awesome people and so very talented. If you want a real artist that can come up with ideas and not have your tattoo look cheap then go here! Highly recommend.

Been getting all my tattoos from here for nearly a decade now. Every single one has literally come out perfect/better than I expected. The artists are super patient and will typically work with you to get exactly what you want. If youve been looking for a skilled tattoo artist, your search is over.

Clockwork is a fantastic shop - both Southbridge and their new location in Middletown, CT. I worked with a JEff Mansolf in CT and he absoluteky crushed my ocean/octopus tattoo. It was a joy hanging with them and getting this piece. The shop is very clean and professional. The artists are fantastic - especially Jeff. You won’t regret going to Clockwork. True professionals.

It was an awesome exsperence in all. Great, nice, talented artist. Not a stencil in site all tattos are one of a kind and the shop is very well rounded and could do everything from words, to a portrait of a freind or family member that litterly bring a tear to your eye. Ive had them finish my sleave and now going back for both legs. This is a very clean and chilled out shop. I wish i lived closer . I drive from New Haven CT. To this shop because its not easy to find someone that you could tell what u want and then let them take it from there.I strongly sugest going in for a council and experencing it 4 yourself belive me u wont be disapointed. This is an above average establishment. They take the utmost care with your time spent in the shop. If anything is amiss they will work to rectify it! This is the only shop in the area I trust.Thanks!

Had my tattoo done 50 birthday , three years latet it looks like I just got it done yesterday , The color are bright and still beautiful tattoo.Plan to go back this summer for my 2nd one .
