Found this shop online. After reading the reviews, I called and spoke to the owner. Very nice and professional lady. She even was patient with me, while I was trying to decide a time to come in. She provided me her number and told me that I could contact her through text, once I decided. We ended up going to the wrong shop. They were understanding, and did not rush us to get to the correct location. Jason did my piercing. Very friendly fella. He explained what to expect before, during, and after the process. His execution was quick and easy. He made sure to explain after care instructions to me. He had no problem taking a look at and discussing an arm tattoo that I am seeking to get redone. He never made me feel rushed. By far, my best piercing experience. Clean, comfortable shop. Professional, with great customer service.

My daughter and I wanted matching tat’s and we had an idea of what we wanted so Jason was able to take our thoughts and create 2 beautiful tattoo’s that we are so proud of. This was my daughters first tat and Jason was so awesome with both of us. The atmosphere was so fun, laid back, friendly, & clean. Our experience was A+++ Starting with Jen getting us booked to Jason creating beautiful artwork that holds special meanings for my daughter and I. The other staff was also great. We laughed and joked with everyone. Highly highly recommend checking them out for all your tat and/or piercing needs.

Absolutely a great place to go. Amazing tattoo work, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. My husband, sister, and myself have gotten tattoos done by Jason and he is the best! No doubt about it!! They are professional, clean, and in general nice people. Hands down the best place.

Jason is TOP notch! Plus hes just an all around cool dude. Felt at home while being tattooed and it was super clean and he has smooth & steady hand work! Will definitely be getting more work done! Very chill studio.

Took my daughter for 2nd lobe piercing and her cartilage. Jason was awesome with her and joked around calming her nerves. The staff as a whole was awesome and took great care of her. We will definitely be back in the future.

It was a fantastic, Jason was amazing and was very helpful. i almost passed out afterwards (my fault cause i didn’t eat lol) and he was very kind about it and gave me tips for next time. will definitely be going here again for my next piercing :)

We had 3 tattoos done all done by Jason. He was wonderful and took his time. I would recommend going to Ink Envy Tattoo Collective to have tattoos done.

Do not go here!!!!!!!** Update! This was NEVER offered for free. The guy was nice, but the piercing fell out after 3 hours and they want to charge to re-do!The guys Wife, that portrays herself as store Manager,t but is doing more harm than good, is impossible to deal with.I called Saturday, after I had it done, due to not having anymore business.. They were closing early, so they couldnt get me in.Do not go here!!!!!!!!!

I went in about a month or so ago and had my daith pierced. Well after them not telling me how to clean it I have been cleaning it how I thought I should with warm salt water. Well it has been infected for a little bit now and not getting any better. I can not get them on the phone to see what I need to do.. I will NOT go back to this place. Their customer service skills are lacking.
