Bridget and their team are quite possibly the best piercers in the region. Ive now had three piercings done here, and their attention to cleanliness, placement, and comfort is second to none. Any questions Ive had, theyve been able to answer, even a year later. I highly recommend Chaos Piercing!

I can’t say enough about how great this place is. After being an extremely loyal client of my previous piercer for a decade, I was in the market for a new place to go. I found Chaos right after they opened their current location and have been there several times with various issues. The shop is extremely well run - they are efficient, friendly, take their time with you and always have a solution. The one ear piercing that I had done here was painless and healed with no issue. Bridget is extremely professional and knows what she is doing. She takes her business very seriously and always provides a positive experience. They also have a great selection of jewelry available. I would highly recommend this shop.

I absolutely love Chaos and her great team. I popped one time and since have gotten about 5+ piercings, brought new friends each time and they all enjoy the cleanliness, knowledge, and friendly atmosphere. The jewelry selections have a great range depending on your budget and style, great schedule options and the fact that walk-ins are welcome all just contribute to the fact that this is a great shop and I will tell all!

Booking the appointment online was super simple. The people we met there were extremely helpful and explained every part of the process and the materials used. The placement in angles are perfect. My daughter had several failed attempts at regular ear piercings with the guns used at the mall stores so this approach was something different. Hopefully it will work for the long-term for her. We will know in about 3 months!

We recently had both our daughter’s ears pierced for the first time and Miss Bridget was absolutely wonderful and making sure they felt safe and comfortable afterwards. We had a small incident or one of our oldest daughters earrings fell out without a charge. She took care of the problem within moments and we were all happy, this is an excellent piercing shop. I came in about 4 weeks ago for a septum piercing and had a really great experience. i walked in on a sunday afternoon and while i was waiting, the place filled up! the space is clean and welcoming and the staff incredibly kind and knowledgeable. they answered all of the questions i had and were very accommodating. i am already thinking of coming back :)

I’ve had a total of 7 ear piercings done here: High & mid helixes, stacked lobes, and a fourth lobe. I cannot speak highly enough of Bridget. She is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and a very talented piercer. Calico is also so welcoming and patient as I inquire about every piece of jewelry in the shop. The process of getting the piercing is virtually painless. All of the information/ tips I was given for the aftercare helped the piercings I got done at this location heal better than any other place I have visited. Their jewelry options are great and I can tell they invest in quality pieces while selling them for reasonable prices. This is my piercing shop of choice and I recommend it to anyone who will listen.

My daughter got friction bumps from piercing and they’re screwed in so dang tightly that I have to now go to another piercing place to removal. Have never had a more frustrating experience. Please don’t make the mistake I did.

From start to finish a great experience. The team is friendly and fun, they(Steph) was able to help re-establish a hole that closed over and make the other ear with a long time(done at 14yrs old and trust me that was decades ago) badly done prior piercing “earring usable” by piercing a new spot. I’m thrilled to have my two holes in each ear back again. The place is bright and so clean and just a great experience.

Took my 8 yr old daughter to get her ears pierced and decided (why not?) to get my nose (nostril) done as well. We worked with Steph. My SIL and 2 nieces, 8&10, came too and those kiddos had their ears done as well.Steph was phenomenal. She was endlessly patient with the kids! She didn’t mind them crowding the room, clamoring to see each others piercings get done, taking pics, etc. She explained every step of the process, ensuring each child assented for themselves all along the way. She was so kind when they showed a little bit of hesitation, applied no pressure, but also made sure that the procedure was completely quick and painless using *expert level* distraction tactics!!We look forward to bringing our other kiddos back to Steph when they’re ready!The studio was spotlessly clean, and there are so many wonderful personal touches like feminine products in the bathrooms and a stocked back area, stickers and lollipops for the kids, and a great jewelry selection.Highly recommend Chaos for your piercing experience!

Bridget will make you feel comfortable and safe even when she is putting a needle through your skin. I’ve had an amazing experience with all of my piercings here and I have very sensitive skin; it goes to show her talent and delicacy. Best piercings spot around chester county.

The staff was so awesome!!! Service was great, actual piercing was great & afterwards we chatted about our dogs which always puts a smile on my face. Loved this place! My first experience was with the west Chester location & the ow we there had the best personality so I can see why the staff at spring city were chosen!!!

I didn’t even know that was a thing and was glad I did one…I had mine with Steph, I told her what I kind of wanted with some pictures - she explained my options and the best way to start the process and we immediately got started.

Brought my six year old here to get her ears pierced and everyone was so unbelievably calm and patient with her while she was anxious. She didnt go through with it and the entire staff stayed kind with her and didnt make her feel bad for changing her mind. Really positive atmosphere and we will definitely be back when she decides shes ready.

Absolutely recommend 1000%. That was the most best experience I’ve had getting a piercing. (I’ve got quite a few) I felt comfortable the second I walked in the door and didn’t feel confused or overwhelmed the entire time I was there.This is the place I will be recommending to everyone I know and where I will be taking kiddos to get their piercings done without hesitation.

Gotten my ears and nose pierced here, they’ve been absolutely wonderful each time. The team is so friendly and they put you at ease. They’re also very skilled and sanitary. My piercings have all healed fast and well. Cannot recommend them enough.

Very clean environment with a focus on sterilization. Our piercer Steph was very detailed and educated my 10 year old on what to expect every step of the way.

I had the best experience at Chaos! I got several new earlobe piercings, it was so fast and virtually painless! And when I couldn’t get the starter earrings out by myself, they were awesome at helping me change out my jewelry. I also got some cute new earrings when I was in the shop. Everyone is friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I loved the whole experience, and I love how my new piercings look. Highly recommend!

Bridget is amazing. I had a nipple piercing that was botched not once but twice by two other piercers. She was able to fix the piercing easily. Every other piercing I’ve gotten by her has been perfect, with minimal pain or discomfort. She has a wide selection of both high end and affordable jewelry as well, which is awesome. She will change out your jewelry at no charge, and it never feels like she is trying to upsell the high end pieces. She just offers them as options. Highly, highly recommend. I will go nowhere else for my piercings.

After years of asking for her ears to be pierced; I finally brought my 5 year old in to see Bridget, so glad I did! Years ago I brought my older daughter to one of those places that uses the piercing guns and completely regretted it, she was traumatized from the experience; and so was my husband. Anyway, Bridget did an amazing job with my daughter, explaining everything. She was thorough and methodic with her placement of the piercings. The whole experience was fantastic and super quick. Her tips for aftercare on the website are fantastic. My daughter’s ears are healing great. Would definitely recommend Chaos to anyone looking for piercing.

Recently got my ear curated and pierced at Chaos Piercing and it was a great experience! The staff was very knowledgeable, maintained a clean and sanitary environment and made the whole process quick and easy. They also custom ordered jewelry that I chose to ensure I got exactly the look I wanted. I will be going back to get my other ear curated/pierced when this ear is healed.

This place....feels like home. Steph is amazing!!! She answered all my questions and explained as we went what was coming what to expect. This isnt my first piercing but it is by far the best experience I have had and I will definitely be back!

I’ve had my own piercing done by Bridget and brought my neurodiverse daughter in for an ear piercing and Bridget could not have been more wonderful. She was patient and gentle in her explanation, gave my daughter a stress ball, and walked her through the whole experience. I’ve recommended so many folks and will continue to do so!

I have always seen Chaos highly recommended online so when my mother in law wanted to get her ears pierced I knew Chaos is where to go. Their new building in Spring City is awesome! Parking is easy. They have a little coffee/tea/sparking water bar for you while you wait. You can browse their jewelry selection while you wait but you won’t be waiting long. They run like a fine oiled machine! On time, clean, and friendly. Bridget is the absolute best and so is her team! I’ll be seeing her soon to get my nose done. :)

Bridget is fantastic at her craft. I love how she explains in detail what she is doing and what you may experience. Her after care instructions are so easy to follow, and if you have any questions, you can check the website. If you cant find your answer there, she encourages you to call her personally. My granddaughter and I are very pleased with our piercings. 🤩

My five-year-old daughter has been asking to get her ears pierced for quite some time now, and I finally caved on a whim. Chaos was recommended to us from a friend, and I was able to schedule a same-day appointment with Shai. Words cannot express my sincerest appreciation for this piercer and business. My daughter was hyped the entire 45 minute drive, but as soon as she sat on the chair she immediately started to cry. Shai was incredible. She distracted my daughter with a funny story and within minutes had her laughing again and excited to get her ears pierced. She cheered her own, was quick, calm, patient, and professional, and made my daughter feel like a rockstar. My daughter talked about her the whole ride home. Update: Came back recently to change the longer healing jewelry out for more comfortable bars. This was at the new location, as its moved in the time since my last review. Easy quick walk in appt, but Id still recommend making an appt ahead. Same great service and care, awesome new location.Original: What a great experience! Beautiful, comfortable environment. I went in for a jewelry swap/consultation because I had a HUGE irritation bump on a nostril piercing I got done elsewhere. Bridget figured out what was going wrong with my piercing, got some better jewelry put in, cleaned everything up and was very informative about the whole process. She was as gentle as she could possibly be, and got it fixed up and gave me a healing regimen to get everything back on track. A week later, the bump is completely gone! So grateful and I will 100% come back for any other piercing needs.

I’ve had nipple piercings and a rook done by Bridget. She was able to fix a piercing that someone else did wrong and I went from weeks of pain to literally a few days.She’s super gentle, efficient, understanding, responsive to email and social media, and quick. I came into Chaos Piercing because I was concerned that my rook piercing was rejecting. I got my conch and rook done at a different piercing place. They looked at my ear, saw that the rook was in fact rejecting, and that the other piercing place was using the improper jewelry. They took out my rook piercing to heal, changed out my conch jewelry to titanium, and also gave me advice on how to get rid of my piercing bump that formed on my conch. I definitely will be coming back to get piercings in the future. Couldnt recommend this place enough!
