I worked with Danielle, who was super awesome and really laid back! I walked in one day and asked for an estimate for this piece ($150) and made an appointment with her for a different day. If you make an appointment, make sure to do a deposit of around halfish to reserve the time! For my actual appointment, I showed up and she was already prepared for me. I filled out my paperwork, had my temperature checked and was taken care of! If you come here, ask for Danielle! Super happy with my new ink :D

Hi 🙂 I really enjoy frequenting Oracle Tattoo. Karen the owner took extra time to make sure I recieved my bday tattoo and listened to my needs and concerns. I brought my son here today because he wanted to get his ears pierced for his birthday. The place has a great vibe and the staff were great people. Herbie hooked my son up with his piercings. After the appointment, he was telling me that Herbie was a great guy and he felt less scared because he was so nice to him. Full recommendation, 5 stars all day!

Terrible customer service and the worst Ive experienced at a tattoo shop!! Where do I begin. So, yesterday we called and we were told we could come in for a walk in tattoo around 4pm or 5pm. We got there around 5:30pm or 6pm because my boyfriend lives far. We came to the shop and it was locked. We called and the owner said she would be back, she was just getting food. So we came back later after 20 mins like she said and walked in for her to say she couldnt because she was in the middle of drawing tattoos. Ok I thought we would just go find somewhere else accepting walk ins or book an appointment after doing more research. She then tried taking advantage of my boyfriends kindness and passiveness by pressuring him to leave a 50% down deposit and book an appointment. Then would talk that we wouldnt find anywhere else that was better. This is scam behavior as I have been to several other shops that never required a deposit let alone 50%. My boyfriend wasnt sure what to do so he was like uh okay. She tried booking times that wouldnt work for me since Im the one that drives and has the car. And she goes since its about you then what time works for you. Like um what? Anyways I explained the situation of why I couldnt and she goes so its your fault then. And continues with man she just keeps cutting into your tattoo appointments. At this point my anxiety was at an all time high. I said we are just going to look into other places thank you. And she kept making conversation I was like oh lets not take away from your time drawing tattoos out and she was like its ok its no big deal. If its no big deal why cant you put this energy into a tattoo. Idk overall was terrible experience and the worst tattoo shop I have been to. Im shocked at the reviews. Most likely either friends, family, or people given an incentive to leave good reviews. And apparently attacks others for writing honest reviews. Anyways avoid this place and go to better shops with reputable artists like Black and Grey Atelier, Aces High, and Bombshell tattoo & Piercing. I also love Big Fish with Mara in Solana Beach if you can do that drive!

Herbie did such a lovely job with my piercing an handling my piercing gently but correctly. Also Herbie is a very sweet guy to go to if your looking to get more work done on your own personal body modification; & is affordable. This place I give a 5 out of 5!!

I needed to get my nose stud changed out and I had never done it before myself. Herbie the piercer was so kind and so helpful. He listened to what I wanted, ordered it and put the hoop in. He was easy to talk to and an amazing listener. I would absolutely go back.

Im currently getting a full back piece done by Karin and its going fantastic. Not only is she a talented artist but knows her profession very well. The shop is always clean and inviting and I have nothing but positive things to say about the entire experience.

Karen is a professional, her expertise is beyond question. The shop is clean and tidy, well lit and spacious.The staff is friendly and helpful.I recommend this shop whole heartedly, their prices are competitive and their ability is great. You couldn’t do better than Oracle within 15 miles of here for sure. Best shop in all of east county.

Karin is a great artist. She started tattooing me over 5 years ago, and I couldnt ask for a better artist. You give her a idea of what youre wanting and she will turn in into a amazing piece. I would highly recommend anybody that wants a awesome tattoo to check her out.

First time coming to this shop. I was diggin the atmosphere but I was a little bit nervous as I always am getting new piercings but Herbie was amazing he made me feel completely relaxed and comfy not to mention he did it so fast and it was painless. I will definitely be back.

The owner karen was very rude when my friend came in with her service animal. Everyone understands there are rules, you dont need to yell at people to get your point across.EDIT* Karen: Our past or my profession has nothing to do with how you treated my legitimately disabled friend and her service animal.Ill remind her to make a review to substantiate my claim.Karen, when we worked together 6 years ago my dog was allowed in the back of our shop. It is legal in the state I tattoo in. While visiting your state I was traveling with my pet. You were the last reason I was going to your shop and I actually hoped you wouldnt be there as you have yelled at me in the work place several times before and are an aggressive person in general. The fact you think I did it intentionally to mess with you makes you sounds like a sociopath.No one deserves to be yelled at whether they are ex coworkers, customers, strangers, ignorant. Whatever. Dont come at people at an 11 because you think you have the right.

Karin is a very talented artist and the new location is great! Several years ago I was referred to Karin from a friend and I keep returning for more masterpieces. She will listen to what you are looking for and then create a wonderful piece of unique artwork for you to cherish. Check her artwork out and you wont be disappointed.
