Virtue Tattoo

Honestly not happy with the 2nd tattoo i got from here 5 or so months ago. The artist never told me they were making changes to the original stencil placed on me. The stencil that was put on looked symmetrical and straight but the finished product did not.- they decided to blackout the nails.-they changed his facial expression. Pinhead isnt supposed to look scared!-forgot a line at the bottom of his face-told me (after the tattoo) its only a bit different because it was a ton of detail.- half of his face is angled while the other half is looking straight forward.-look at the bottom nail on his face. The stencil was placed with the nail pointed directly inbetween the shining twins heads... now the nail is crooked

Got my first ever tattoo here and it was an awesome experience!! Bailey was so sweet and patient with me! She made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process and it made me feel awesome to get tattooed by her! Everyone else was also so sweet and friendly. The shop is super clean and all the staff are friendly and down to earth. Bailey did an awesome job with my flash Friday the 13th tattoo— she even gave me a cute little gift package that aligned with her flash theme with stickers and candy!! I also got a care bag from the shop. Will def come back.

I’ve been to this shop a total of 4 times now. The first three tattoos I got were done by Nelson and my most recent one was done by Bryant. This shop has a lot of love for their clients. They are more than accommodating with information about booking and aftercare for your new ink. Their attention to care and detail is unmatched and I can’t wait for my next visit. I got my nostril pierced here and they did a great job. I didnt like the original piece of jewelry I chose (my own fault) and they were very kind when I came back in (the same day) to get the jewelry changed. They were very informative on what they were doing and when they were doing it, as well as all things aftercare. They also had a great selection of jewelry. I will definitely be coming back.

I had a great experience. I came in to get my anti eyebrow butterfly kiss piercing and Tim was great and the 2 ladies that was at the front desk was awesome. The piercing was quick and I love how it came out. I love how they have so many jewelry to pick from lol it was hard to choose. I cant wait till it heal so I can go back and pick which top I wanna go with next. And thank you ladies and Tim I was really second guessing myself on the top I had picked but Im glade I talked to yall about it because I love it. And place is really clean every equipment for the piercing was sterilized. I highly recommend so many good things to say.

I had Astrid pierce my septum and she walked me through the entire process as I was visibly nervous. The actual piercing barely felt like a pinch as she was very gentle with the clamp and needle. The front desk people were also very kind and made sure I was prepared for the aftercare. I love my septum and can’t wait to come back for more piercings!

I love Virtue Tattoo! This is hands down the best tattoo shop Ive been to. The shop is super clean, very friendly, professional, and just all around good vibes. Cabos created an amazing tattoo for me based on the design I wanted but in his style. I also got one of his paintings tattooed because his style is just so unique, love it. I get compliments on Cabos pieces all the time! Kevin created this adorable Bluey tattoo for me with just a single reference photo and hes so good with getting saturated colors even on darker skin. Ericka (moved) gave me some of my favorite little pieces of art! Ellen did a quick cover up for me and was super easy to work with to get some lettering done. Nelson tattooed my bf but his lines are super crisp and solid. Tim is so friendly and nice and makes getting piercings a breeze! I honestly feel so comfortable every time I go to Virtue. I could not recommend them enough.

Best tattoo experience Ive had! I was recommended to Virtue by a friend and I loved Baileys art style. I got a super fast response with a price and appointment availability after messaging her on instagram. I got a pretty large octopus on my shoulder and Ive gotten nothing but compliments on it. The shop was clean and the staff was friendly. Bailey was great!

Great experience! We walked in and were welcomed and helped very quickly. The longest part of the whole piercing process was just the deciding on the jewelry and filling out the brief paperwork. Tim pierced my ears and was very professional and patient with my questions. Would recommend and use again in the future!

I went here for a piercing. Though I love my piercing, the piercer astrids attitude pit a huge damper on the experience.Edit: I was able to speak to the owner and express my concerns. He was a perfect gentleman that made me feel heard and validated and acted with such professionalism. I wish more business owners conducted themselves this way in my home state. I picked a perfect clean organized beautiful shop to get a piercing while on vacation!

I highly recommend booking with Bailey! She took my concept for a custom tattoo and totally nailed it. We did some last minute changes and she added some creative ideas I never wouldve thought of myself and I was thrilled with the end result. The shop is professional, calm, and clean, and Ill definitely be back to get my next one from her soon.

I went here in May 2021 for a second lobe piercing and I’m leaving a review now because I have a new appreciation for this piercing. So it was literally the most expensive piercing of my life, and I was too anxious to back out after being told the price of the cheapest jewelry they had available for my selection (nobody forced me to get it, that was ALL 100% me lol) but I’m SO very glad it played out like that.To begin with, it barely even hurt. It’s the only piercing I’ve ever gotten in my life that didn’t hurt. The individual who was piercing me that day must’ve done some kind of sorcery; my HPV shots were probably 10000x more painful than that piercing. And within a literal week it felt like it was healed (that’s not how it works of course the tissue needs longer to fully heal, so I kept cleaning it as instructed, but it felt completely 100% okay so quickly). I am convinced this was literal sorcery and he has powers.Since then, I’ve tried to get other piercings at *other* shops. My nostril had to be pierced twice, my helix got so infected despite perfect aftercare that it hurt me constantly from the second they pierced me until I took it out and watched the pus ooze out, and my forward helix also never seemed to heal. It seems like I have a metal allergy or nickel allergy and whatever mystery metals they use at other places, and disguise with pseudoscientific terms, just aren’t a match with my body.I can’t drop $200 on a piercing every single time, but it was genuinely worth it when I know it would’ve been red and irritated and blistered and bloody and sticky if anybody else pierced it with any other type of metal. Like if I wanted another piercing from here on out I’d just save up and come back here. I’ve included a photo from the day of, just for the receipts lol please ignore the messed up haircut I had, 19 was not kind to me.

I’ve received over 23 tattoos from Ellen. She’s always been professional, super clean, and provides excellent customer service. Also, she is so amazing at making my visions come to life. I’m no artist but the moment I describe what I want to Ellen she takes the creative vision and runs with it. She’s pretty much my sole artist now! I’ve had several friends referred to her including my own husband and they’ve all had similar experiences!

Bailey did a cute little bunny right below my collarbone for my birthday, it was my first tattoo so I was pretty anxious but she was very patient with me and really reassured while guiding me through the process. It was quick and pain aside (since I chose the collarbone lol) I’m really happy with my tattoo and will definitely return for more!

This was my first time here and I would give a million stars if I could! They took me as a walk-in so that was a plus. The studio is clean and exciting to view. The staff are friendly, professional, and fun. Most importantly Im ecstatic with my tattoo! I had been planning on it for a while but due to some health problems had to put it on hold. The studio that I had planned on going to blew me off by not answering my email. Im much happier with Virtue! I will be getting my ink here from now on. Thanks, Kevin! Was a quick in and out to get an earring exchange but while I waited there was a lot of cool things to look at. Felt very comfortable and relaxed during the process because she was so gentle. Ended up having natural girl talk with the girl who’s name is Astrid! Looking forward to getting a future tattoo there and she gave me the artists contact info cards.

I’ve heard so many horror stories about septum piercings and how theyre so painful. I got mine done by magic hands Tim, and I honestly barely felt a pinch. The only discomfort was from putting the jewelry in. Other than that… pain 1/10 for piercing, pain 4/10 inserting jewelry, service 10/10. Ive had my industrial, nasal, and belly button pierced. This didn’t come any where close to my Industrial or belly button pain.Also shoutout to the Ladies at the front desk. They were super sweet and attentive!

So I went over to Claire’s, and was told they do not have the right equipment to pierce the nose and recommended a Tattoo place and got a recommendation for Virtue Tattoo, another customer worked in and suggested same. My second review of this place. I’m constantly blown away by the level of customer service of this business. I’ve gotten almost ten piercings at this shop and never had anything less than a 5 star experience. Today, I came by because I was silly and took out one of my still-healing piercings due to some irritation. I came in for some guidance and help putting it back in. The young man who manages the front (his name I do not know) is superb. So patient and non-judgmental. He even offered me a bottle of water as I waiting for the piercer. I left feeling so much more at ease and with detailed instructions on how to care for it.

Wouldnt go to anyone else but Tim for my piercings. This is not the place to come if your looking for a $20 piercing. These guys know what their doing and they know that they know what their doing. Knowledge and quality comes at a price and coming here has really made me see the difference.

My first with Virtue and Erika was in January this year. I asked about the “get what you get” tattoos she said it would be fun and it was. So much fun that i trusted her to do my hand tattoo with a design she chose. She totally rocked it. She does amazing work and takes pride in her artistry. I’m excited for what future pieces she comes up with.

Went here for a second opinion for my deviated septum and they got me in immediately and let me know that I may have it a little bit crooked. Literally called me to the back in no time and the piercer did an AMAZING JOB. I’m so happy with how quick it was and honestly was pretty painless. Literally gonna go back for any more piercings. Oh and my piercing was STRAIGHT bless be. Amazing. Chefs kiss.

Im very grateful I found Ericka Bates from Virtue Tattoo. I never thought Id be committing to an entire leg sleeve but here I am. If you need solid work done look no further. Shes always posting new flashes ever other day, with lots of versatility. Not to mention, shes always willing to work with her clients when it comes to a budget. Hands down the best shop around. Went into to get the my nips pierced and my daughter’s ears and from the moment we walked in until we left the entire environment was pleasant and welcoming. Everyone was so welcoming, respectful and professional. The shop itself is kept in such great condition, extremely clean and smells great.Astrid went above and beyond explaining every step of the process to my daughter, gave her words of encouragement and comfort when she was scared and did an amazing job. She treated my 5yo as if she was just another adult in the building and i truly loved that!Bryan was also as equally amazing with my daughter he showed her the jewelry as well as told her some recommendations and treated her as an her own person when speaking to her and letting her show off her earrings.As for myself both Astrid and Bryan were professional and respectful and made me comfortable the entire time. Astrid was very quick but gentle at the same time. The entire process was so smooth. When explaining aftercare to us they were very thorough and asked if we had any questions.Definitely recommend coming here for yourself or for your children! My experience was overall a 10/10. The shop was super clean, bright and lively. All of the staff were kind and attentive, however I’d specifically like to recognize my piercer, Astrid. She was BEYOND amazing from start to finish. I came in to get my nipples pierced and she was gentle and informative and really knew what she was doing. This place is absolutely amazing. I have severe trauma from a tattoo gone wrong. When I went in, I was so nervous. My MiL and I were getting matching tattoos and my fiance was putting a deposit on his. I told the owner how I had severe trauma and they made the experience so much better and much less terrifying. I highly recommend Cabos. He did all of our tattoos and they look stunning! We will definitely be back! If I could give 6/5 stars I would.

My husband and I decided to go get tattoos on a whim, unfortunately we decided this on a Sunday and not a lot of places were open , we stumbled upon virtue on google and we were pleased by the good reviews. We walked in and was greeted by Erica. It was my first tattoo and I expressed that to her and she was very reassuring of what to expect and made the process so smooth. I was so nervous and anxious but I felt instantly calmer once she started talking to me and my husband. I was so happy with how mine and my husbands tattoos came out. We love them! Went in for daith piercings for my daughter. Which is her first piercing since her lobes as a baby. Here is our experience.First walking in and being greeted by Bryant who explained the whole process and helped her decide on the initial jewelry definitely helped her feel a little more at ease. After looking at what they had to offer and deciding on a couple titanium loops he then introduced us to Tim who was going to do the actual piercing. Tim was very nice and professional and explained everything to the T (pun intended) to my daughter. Made sure she was comfortable and understood the whole process each step of the way. The piercing itself went straight forward and easy peasy. Everything was clean and sterile. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to get pierced!The shop itself was super clean, smelled good, well lit, decor is that of a professional tattoo shop, not too much.Heck, might even be back for myself. Ten years ago, my daughter was killed in a car wreck. Several years before the accident, she had gotten a nose piercing. This month is her 10-Year Angelversary, and in honor of her, I got my nose pierced. I was slightly apprehensive about going, but after reading the reviews, I was sold. Virtue Tattoo was extremely clean, and the staff made me feel like family. This month was so hard for me, but I left with joy.

I am very disappointed with my services that I received here. I went with my best friend to get matching septum piercings and my friend left with a piercing that looked right and mine was piercing way far into my nose and you couldn’t even tell that I had new jewelry on my septum. The lady sent me home without even offering to fix it and I was left with so much pain that I had to go to another shop to get the 3-day old piercing removed.Had the lady done right by her customer and offered to fix the service that she clearly did not perform well on, I would not be leaving this poor review. But since I was charged full price for a piercing that lasted 3 days I feel it’s necessary to know you may run the risk of being treated this way at this shop.

I took my girls in to get their ears pierced and had the privilege of working with Tim! He was absolutely amazing with them and made sure they knew what he was doing the entire time. I went to get my nose pierced for my birthday and Tim was so friendly and welcoming. The process was so easy and he was very clear about everything that he was doing. Lots of selections but a little pricey.

Got a nose piercing by Tim here on 2/7/24. The jewelry has started to sink into my skin on 2/10/24, so I visited another shop to see if they could take a look. They informed me the bar was not long enough to allow for swelling and that is why it has started to sink into my skin. They also informed me that the piercing was placed too high up on my nose where the skin was too thick. This is my first piercing so I was not aware that it was placed too high nor informed that the position was not a good spot. I had to get the piercing replaced and removed with a longer bar to allow swelling which hurt very badly because the skin is so thick.

This place is immaculate the vibes are it! The front counter female Rachell is so very sweet and helpful, wait time is very reasonable and the service is to die for! Hands down the best tattoo/piercing shop I have been to. Thank you for the warming welcoming vibes!!

My sister and I got piercings. They only accept walk ins for piercings, so we waited maybe 20 - 30 minutes, during which we got to pick from a beautiful selection of jewelry. We paid about $200 each total for each of our piercings, including the jewelry. The shop is clean and welcoming, and the piercer made everything quick and relatively painless! We walked out well informed on how to clean and care for our new piercings. Highly recommend!

I was referred by two people, I called yesterday, didnt get an answer, so I sent a message. They responded within about 30 minutes. Shortly thereafter I got a phone call back. Really nice, helpful gent spoke with me about what I needed. I stopped in today and spoke with Astrid. She fixed a tension ball piercing. I was comfortable enough with her to get a piercing, so I got my right daith pierced. My guy had never been with me to get any modifications done (theyre not his thing), but he enjoyed the process. I will definitely be back! Im very happy to have found a great shop!

A year or two ago both me and my husband went in for an appointment we had of two horror knifes matching and both tattoos were around $250+ each and the tattoo artist was clearly on something and not sober and on top of that he forgot he had an appointment with us and we heard him admitting it to the other tattoo artists. so we had to wait for him to draw it out which took about an hour. i wished i wrote this sooner so i could of remember his name but i was to shy to say anything. i had to get mine covered up a year later and fixed up because of how crooked and bad it was since it was a big piece. Never going back to this place and would not recommend the male tattoo artist if he is still there.

If I could give this place more than 5 stars I would. My piercer, Tim Gooding, was perfect. Professional, respectful, friendly. He made me feel safe and in good hands. This was my first body piercing and I felt so comfortable with him I will definitely go back for more piercings when I have the money. But yeah for sure 10/5 stars will go again.

Ericka is my favorite tattoo artist! She is unbelievably talented and awesome to talk with. She’s done most of my tattoos and I will continue to go to her for quality tats! I have recommended her to anyone that asks me! Everyone in the shop is super cool and makes you feel comfortable.

Got a walk in navel piercing, didn’t have to wait long and Rachell was very helpful and kind in helping me pick my jewelry and do paperwork, and Tim is a great piercer. He took me step by step and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. Was a little nervous to show my stomach but I never felt judged once and everyone was very professional :) it was also super cute and clean inside. Definitely recommend!!!!

Ericka did an amazing job on my tattoo! She was very gentle and sweet and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable! The piece itself came out AMAZING, and the line work and coloring is perfect! Can’t wait to get another one done by her.

Great place! My niece and I came from out of town and found this place when we decided we wanted to get piercings last minute. The guy in the front (I didn’t get his name) was super welcoming and sweet! He made sure we were well informed about our piercings and explained all the after care. Paul was the one that did our piercings and he was very professional. Overall would definitely recommend!
