First of what will be many sessions with Ryan. The work is awesome, the shop is awesome. Its convenient and clean. I couldnt be happier with how this has started. Ive already scheduled 5 more sessions and Im bringing my wife in for a session with Adam for a sternum tattoo and a cover up.I cant recommend this shop enough.

Such a great shop! Everyone there is really friendly, and the artists were joking with each other while I was there. The store itself is very artsy, with tons of interesting pieces around. Plenty to keep your eyes busy during your session! Becca is a fantastic artist as well, and her work was immaculate! Definitely recommend this shop!

Andy helped with my tattoo idea and modified it to fit my wrist. He was patient and checked in on me during the tattoo. I would highly recommend him. I may have to travel back to Vermont for my next one just so he can do it!!! Very happy with the results!

Went and saw Abby on Thursday for a new tattoo. My first actually. She was so great! Very personable and an amazing artist. Im in love with my tattoo and get so many compliments about it! Will definitely see Abby for more! She and everyone else there was friendly and I love watching their work!

If you need a tattoo or piercing, I highly recommend this shop&&to travel if so. It’s worth it!! No line line or waiting with my nipple piercing, which was AMAZING. Tom did such a great job, from calming my nerves to executing quickly/efficiently. And the vibe of the shop was so fun. They do walk-in flash, “get what you get,” and amazing customs as well. I was treated so well by Becca. She is exceptional. Her work on me was beautifully done. She was so courteous and kind to me. I was very impressed by her character. I was also very impressed by the chemistry between all the artists as they worked. They only had kind and encouraging words for each other. There was light hearted banter and laughter continuously. First off, this business is A-rated IMHO because the location is convenient with ample parking, the store is clean and artistically schway, and all the artists have done some great work. I started this tattoo with Adam V. when he was still considered an apprentice. Now 4 sessions later, we have nearly completed the big half-sleeve project. His shading palette selection for each color I chose has made my tattoos multiple focal points stand out without taking away from each other. I definitely recommend this shop and Adam V.P.S. I have been driving 3 hours to and from the shop for every session so far since I live in Ma and I do not regret any of it.

What an amazing shop! In one day my husband and I got tattoos from Gavin, Becca, and Ryann. I would highly recommend them all. The vibe was comfortable and fun. The artwork was out of this world. Ill definitely be back.

Great experience for my first tattoo. Ryann did an incredible job on it with color and detail. The shop was clean and the environment was relaxing and friendly. Bruce was the best greeter when I arrived to the shop. I will definitely be going back for another!

I came in on 6/27 to get a rook piercing. having my industrial pierced years before i wasn’t as anxious but still anxious. Tom was very thorough with explaining barbell vs. hoop, and asked me if i had an questions a few times. the process was quick. he is SO AMAZING at piercings. it barely hurt and the whole process was over in 3-5 min. 100% will go there again in the coming months!!! thank you Tom!!!

I had a great experience with Ryann and the shop. The shop was clean, and professional when needed and casual when needed. Ryann did a great job incorporating various elements of designs I liked into a single design, and I am quite happy with the tattoo itself. They also have an great selection of jewelry and art to peruse. Will likely come back for another tattoo.

I fully recommend World Famous Monkey House Customs and Ryann. I scheduled a full day session a few months ago and have looked forward to it ever since. She reviewed what I wanted at the start of the appointment, worked with me on placement, made sure I was comfortable, and took brief breaks as needed. I thoroughly enjoyed chatting with her and Becca and the other clients throughout the day. My tattoo is everything I wanted and more . I gave her some creative liberties and she delivered. It is absolutely beautiful and I cannot wait to see how it looks healed. She also mentioned I can get it touched up within the year which is amazing. Overall, I had an absolutely lovely experience and will definitely be returning to Ryann for my future tattoos.

If i could go less than one star I would. The owner, Ryan, is unprofessional, rude and over charges. From what I’ve seen she has good artists in her office but she is not one of them. I’ve had multiple consultants with other artist to see if they are willing to fix her work and they are also appalled by how much I paid and what I was left with. To top off being overcharged, the owner refused to give me my deposit back so $700 on the worst tattoo so far and I’m fairly covered.

Started working on a sleeve with Adam. I am very happy. He took my jumbled inspirations and likes and dislikes and made it into a work of art just suited to me. I felt really relaxed (which is no easy task). He was very professional but at the same time personable. Throughout the whole thing he monitored how I was doing with it all -even when I wasn’t saying anything, he picked up on me being uncomfortable or needed a break for a second. I felt well cared for as a whole. Beautiful work. 10/10 would recommend

I found Adams work through Instagram and after a short consultation we both knew he was the artist for my project. I only had one small tattoo but wanted to get a full arm sleeve. Adam was excited about the project that I had been thinking about for years. It was amazing working with him to take the idea from my head and tattoo it on my arm! As someone who only had a small tattoo this had been a huge learning experience and I am so grateful to have chosen such a pro to work with. It was amazing the amount of work he did each of the four sessions it took to complete my arm; in the ball park of 16-20 hours between tattooing and working together to create my amazing sleeve. I will be going back to finish my shoulder and would track Adam down anywhere in the world to make it happen. The shop is amazing; great people and great vibe. Cannot speak highly enough about Adam and the Monkey House crew!

I only had an abstract idea of what I wanted when I visited. Gavin showed me some designs he had and modified one of them to match what I wanted and showed me how it would look on different places and sizes.The shop itself is very clean and nice, staff is friendly. Overall I had a very good experience and a nice little tattoo. 🙂

While the atmosphere was nice and everyone was friendly my experience was not ideal. I got my tattoo done by Adam and the lines were very shaky. The color ended up patchy and at some points even completely bare. He was rushing through our appointment and didn’t allow for breaks longer than a minute or so since he was overbooked. Though he did offer a free touch up I don’t feel comfortable going back since the quality of the tattoo was so poor.

My husband and I went in to get ring tattoos. Ryann was honest about the challenges of finger tattoos. She helped us with design and did a great job. We are very happy. We felt comfortable and cared for. We recommend the world famous monkey house for your first tattoo or next tattoo.

I have a pretty epic scar on my head from where I had cancer removed and was looking for a way to make it less noticeable. I went to Ryann for a tattoo to cover it in 2021, and not a single person has mentioned my scar since then. I get SO many compliments on Ryanns work. Truly epic! I am very grateful for Ryanns art and skillful hand. #1 question is, Did it hurt? My answer is always, It only took a couple of hours, it made my toes curl in a couple of places, but you cant tell anything by me, Ive got scar tissue. Go see Ryann!

My appointment was with the owner Ryann. She was amazing. She made me feel comfortable. Her design was exactly what I wanted. She was very nice and treated me very well. This was my first tattoo, she was calming and didnt make me feel nervous at all. I definitely want another tattoo from her. Was a great experience. Thank you for my beautiful tattoo.

One of the best places Ive been to by far! Very professional and welcoming. Everything was very clean and they made my friend and I feel very comfortable. They also got me in right away! Tom did my sisters belly button a few weeks back and recently did a great job on my piercing! I am more than happy with how it came out, this is now the place I tell my friends to go here if they need anything done! Overall great place !

Ive had a few artist tattoo me here.The art I find beautiful!I understand everyone learns differently. However when a new person is learning and the teacher outright laughs in their face Infront of the customer and walks away, or belittles them Infront of the customer instead of giving constructive criticism, you have to wonder! I had a few interactions that I found very interesting! As a business owner a goal is to always treat workers and customers kindly. In this place, its not the case. Ryann does not treat her staff, apprentices, or customers kindly. Im actually appalled that it has not been reported to BBB as of yet! And for the love of God, please feed the dogs raw food behind closed doors. I love dogs, but its not sanitary!

Everyone here is so nice and does amazing work! I have been tattooed by Ryann and Adam- both came out unbelievable. Tom pierced my septum and was the most professional and talented piercer Ive ever used. The shop is beautifully and and uniquely decorated. Have had 3 tattoos done by Becca and she was great to work with. Gave her specific details I wanted and what she designed was amazing. Also had piercing done while i was there and He did ok but not the most friendly guy. I do highly recommend.

Thought about booking an appointment… until I saw the way Ryann speaks to and about her paid customers. I’m in shock. Her mouth and her tattooing aren’t very nice. It’s not ok to keep someone’s money after cancelling on them and it’s even less ok to hire someone to clean your house and shop and then not pay them. This business is messy all the way around.

Do not recommend monkey house. I was being tattooed by an apprentice and there were things that we not done right my tattoo is fading and looks horrible ( no fault on the apprentice) she obviously wasn’t trained properly. They kept my deposit after me canceling my shading appointment over a month in advance. When I asked for my deposit back I was met with a horrible attitude and disrespect from the owner!

Ryann treated my tattoo artist (funny enough, now her boyfriend) very poorly when he was placing my tattoo. The environment was hostile and she was even more hostile toward any female that interacted with Adam (mind you, he was dating my sister at this time). Even with her “professional” opinion on placement, the tattoo is still fading only a couple years later. Not worth the prices, not worth the negative experience!

Ive had 2 tattoos done by Ryann so far. Completely in love with both of them. Talented and professional. The shop is clean and welcoming. Always feel like part of their tattoo family while Im there. Looking forward to my next. Highly recommend her and any of her shop mates.

Got my first tattoo with Becca back in May and she was fantastic to work with!The environment is decent, lots of products to look at while waiting. The shop is local to town.Will go back to see Becca when Im ready for my next tattoo.

I had my second tattoo done by Anne and I couldnt be any happier. Annes work is amazing and she just keeps getting better each time I go to see.The atmosphere at the shop is welcoming and the whole staff is awesome! I love how theyre interested in seeing what the other artist is working on (I have not seen that at any other shop).Always a great time and Ill definitely will be going back! I love my tattoos! Ryann has tattooed me for about two years now. She is one of several artists that have tattooed me over the last decade.I value her work because she takes her time with placement and my comfort has always been a priority to her. She can’t do her best work if I’m uncomfortable!Ryann is incredibly blunt. I will tell that to anyone. However abrasive this seems at the time, her advice is good advice. Her ability to be clear on when something isn’t sensible, safe, or artistic has saved me from regretting a very permanent service.Her shop is clean and friendly and supportive.

Drive four hours to the tattoo shop. First they tell my artist (which isn’t the one I requested) was my artist. Looking at his work clearly shows he needs lessons to improve his work. Then he gets all upset I posted I didn’t get the artist I wanted on FB but good thing I did that because his attitude reinforced that he isn’t the right artist. Then the one I did schedule with comes out to talk to me and says if I sit and wait she can squeeze me in. Then 1.5 hours later she tells me the tattoo is a three hour tattoo and her next appointment is on their way. At least they refunded my deposit…hopefully. Need to check my credit card statement.I specifically picked this place and artist for two reasons. I am not one to leave reviews but this was all on them. I don’t want to hear your excuses about a bad receptionist. If she clearly messed up start making calls. Oh let me guess she didn’t write down my number.

I haven’t been tattooed here but I have TONS of friends who have been. I’ve only ever seen phenomenal work come out of this shop and have recommended lots of clients here. I think they had a disgruntled customer who is trying to trash them with one star reviews- don’t pay attention to those!

WOW!! I got a piece done by Adam and I am in love with it! I didnt get to see the design until the day of the appointment but Adam told me he would leave plenty of time to edit it if I wanted. When I saw my design I didnt even want to change it, because it looked exactly how I pictured it. Adam did a great job taking some of my inspiration pictures and turning it into a masterpiece. 100% will go back for more and highly recommend.

FIRST OF ALL, this shop will give you a tattoo that will stab into into your skin a billion times and you know what? It hurts and it will be a.w.e.s.o.m.e.Jokes aside, Ryann and her crew are some of the most professional artists Ive ever worked with on a piece. To have a shop call you to confirm your appointment shows their dedication to the care of you as a client. The products used in the tattoo process are of the highest quality and they all truly care for your health during and after the tattoo. Ill be straight forward, tattoos hurt. A lot. This shop wants and does deliver, making sure that even though a tattoo might be slightly stinging, that youre cared for from beginning to end to ease that pain. Honestly, high five this crew and hang out with them for they are like no other.

I love love loved the entire experiance! Ryann and the other staff at The World Famous Monkey House are friendly, knowledgeable, and completely professional. My neck tattoo ended up better than I ever imagined. From consultation to skin, I was guided from a rough idea to an absolute masterpiece. The facility is conveniently located, clean, warm, and inviting. I plan on adding many more pieces her of art to my body and will probably only ever go back to Ryann! Girl is magic! Luke is literally the best person to go to for tattoos, whether you know what you want or not. He’s done both of mine, all four of my sister’s, and my dad’s. Today he designed a large rib tattoo for me, made it a perfect fit for my body, and did the best work I could’ve imagined. Couldn’t be happier with his art. Not to mention he had me laughing for most of it, it kept my mood up for a very painful, not to mention difficult piece. He’s very easy to talk to, get along with, and easy to learn from when you need information. He’s also very understanding and knowledgeable with creating a piece you’ll love. Awesome guy to work with, and awesome guy all around. You’re the best, Luke!

First I want to say, these reviews should be honest and focused on what you went there to have done. A) did the artist work with you to conceptualize your idea. B) was the workplace clean and sterile? C) did they attempt to make you as comfortable as possible? And D) did you get an awesome tattoo at a reasonable price??These are artists, not owners of 5 star hotels and restaurants. I took my eleven year old daughter to Monkey House to have her ears pierced. She was so excited up until the moment of truth. The woman who took care of her was amazing she spent over 20 minutes making my daughter feel comfortable. Talking her through it and even showing her how the tool would work with out an earring in it. She went above and beyond. My daughter is thrilled with her new look. I know that ear piercing is not their main job but not once did my daughter feel like she wasn’t the most important client in the studio. The place was immaculate and it was obvious that cleanliness was of the utmost importance to everyone there. We will be taking my younger daughter to Monkey House when she’ ready. We live over four hours away and I wouldn’t even consider taking her anywhere else.

I spent years looking for an artist to do a specific tattoo on my arm. When I met Ryann last year to do my planet tattoo I knew she was the right fit for the job. She worked so hard to put together a great tattoo that I loved. I highly recommend her and her shop. You will not regret it.

I had my very first tattoo done at this shop and it was the most amazing low key experience. It was so clean and cozy. Adam Vindigni custom made my amazing tiny stipple tat and I can’t stop looking at it! He made me feel safe and welcomed and explained everything as it was happening. Went in for a floral vine tattoo, saw Becca. Loved the atmosphere and vibe. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. Definitely will be going back in the future for more tattoos. Highly recommend!

The owners is incredibly rude, mean, and nasty. They will cancel on you and keep your deposit. Their works also fades very quickly and you will be left with what looks worse than a jailhouse tat.

I just left the shop. I did not actually get a tattoo. I booked my appointment the 10th of May for today, the 13th of July. When I spoke to Ryann on the phone she asked what I was looking for and said to send her pictures of my likes. She stated she would come up with a design off from my picture examples but would not email the design, which I totally get. She would not want to put the work into the design for me to take it to another artist. I get there today and was told she was running 30 minutes late. She was right in front of us but could not stand up and say 2 words to me about running late. The lady behind the desk had to. (The lady behind the desk had an attitude). After waiting said 30 minutes I was getting irritated. Finally after waiting 45 minutes I asked for a refund of my $40 deposit since she could not hold up to her end of the contract of holding my reservation. I asked if I could at least see the design before cancelling so I could see if I liked it. She and the lady behind the desk said that she creates the design with me when the appointment starts, and asked if I have ever been to a tattoo parlor before. I have 6 tattoos, so yes, I have been to one before. Never to such an unorganized and unprofessional shop like this. Don’t waste your time going here because they don’t care about your time. And I did not get my deposit back even though she didn’t hold up to her end of the contract.

If you like to see a design before you go to a shop, this is not the shop for you! I made my appointment almost 5 months in advance, and checked in at 3 month, 1 month, and 1 week before my appointment about seeing a drawing, and was always told that I would see it closer to the appointment. Less than 48 hours before my appointment, they start asking me details, such as did I want color, size and location description. I repond back immediately with images and forward the email I had sent 3 months earlier with the size and location discription. At this point I also reach out to the owner, who was my artist (@girl.named.ryann802tattoo), on IG. She never responded back. Radio silence the next day, less than 24 hours before the appointment. I message them back, saying that I am not comfortable getting a tattoo Ive never seen so I would like to reschedule. They dont respond until an hour after my appointment was suppose to start. They inform me NOW (not in any of the previous checkins) that the drawing is suppose to be edited during the appointment, and that they are keeping my deposit for canceling in less than 48 hours. So back to the first statement, DONT GO HERE IF YOU LIKE TO SEE YOUR DRAWINGS EVEN A DAY BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT!!

Did not have a great experience at this shop. I got a tattoo over the summer, in July, and it needed touch ups by October. I have a lot of tattoos all over my body and usually they never need touched up so soon. At any rate, I made an appointment for early November in the beginning of August. They gave me the appointment date and time. They called me a week before the appointment to confirm the date and time, which I confirmed. The artist texted me the morning of to confirm the touch up appointment. So, I show up at the appointment time, and sign the paperwork they asked me to sign. Then the girl at the front desk tells me my appointment is in a half hour, and I said no I made this appointment months ago and they called to confirm it last week, its at this time. At any rate, she says I am just going to have to wait, so I leave the shop for 30 minutes to make some calls for work in my car, rather than sitting in the shop to wait and stare at the wall for 30 minutes, which by the way, you are not required to do. You are required to show up on time. So, I go back in at the 30-minute mark. I am in there for 2 minutes and I ask to use the bathroom, and I know the artist seen me walk through to the bathroom. At 50 minutes after the hour, I go up and ask her if she is still going to do the touch ups. At this point, they gave me the wrong appointment time, I came back at the “correct appointment time,” on time, and sat waiting for 20 minutes. When I ask, the owner/artist, says “oh well they said you stormed out and now you’re late.” I laughed and said I was here at the 3:30, I used the bathroom when I walked in. Okay, so it takes her 15 minutes to set up, which should have been done at the original appointment time. I had to laugh when she said I was late, because I was on time and early, and she was literally an hour late to the appointment. Also, I am not going to sit there and do nothing when I could spend 30 minutes doing something for work in the time that I would have spent waiting. At the original appointment, she was an hour late as well. So that really made me laugh, that she made that comment. It was rude and unprofessional. Then, she proceeded to dig so hard into my skin with the needle (tattoo on my belly, too) and kept wiping it with a dry cloth, which I perceived as passive aggressive considering her attitude. I had one too, rightfully so considering both times I came in at my scheduled appointment time, made 2 months in advance, and confirmed a week before, and still got me in an hour late. I kept my mouth shut though, but they can’t expect good reviews doing stuff like that. Any good artist does not tattoo like that because they are annoyed. Then, when she was done, she wiped it once, but since she went so hard with the needle, it was bleeding excessively, which again, fine, just wipe it and tape it with a bandage. When I got up, she asked if I was allergic to anything and before I even responded, after asking her to tape the bandage on it like she did originally, she just went ahead and sprayed liquid bandage on me and it didn’t even get sprayed on evenly and told me to wash it off in four hours. I had to go back in before leaving to get a paper towel to line my pants wit before I left so blood didn’t get all over everything while I was driving home. I had to wipe it off too and clean it with dial soap when I got home because it was burning and irritating my skin so much and it kept bleeding and bleeding and I did not want it to crust over and turn into dried blood on the ink. *if there’s a lot of ink in the tattoo, its normal for it to bleed a little, but the black bandage that usually gets taped over a new tattoo (or plastic wrap that gets wrapped around it) will soak up the blood, that way it’s not still excessively bleeding after you remove the bandage. At any rate, would not recommend. Owner is rude and unprofessional and is frankly just inconsiderate. They also cannot seem to keep their schedules matched up with the front desk.

I came in with a drawing I had done and Adam rocked at transferring it onto my arm. It needed to be incorporated with a previous tattoo and he did a flawless job. His technique for tattooing is nothing Ive seen before. The staff is also fantastic and super friendly.

Unprofessional, awful and childish social media responses. They also steal your money. If you make an appointment they require a deposit, then they cancel and steal the money not giving you a refund. Your better off finding a more reputable shop than this trash.

Becca is wonderful she takes the time to listen to what you want and shares her intake on her personal art. I recommend her she is very talented.

Great atmosphere brought my daughter to get her nose pierced! They were very informative and nice chill environment! I drove an hour to get there because I had been informed how great they are and they held up to it! Highly recommend!

Awesome people! I made a gamble and decided to drive in from Essex, instead of going to Burlington to a different place. And I am beyond happy I did. Very welcoming, laid back no stress atmosphere. Very clean and responsible. I will forever be coming here!

My daughters went here to get a few piercings in their ears and bellybuttons. The piercer either doesn’t know what jewelry goes where or didn’t care. Spent over $350 just to have to take all piercings out because the jewelry was to small and ended up getting stuck inside my daughters tragus in both ears and bellybutton. Not overly impressed with the lack of caring or knowledge by the piercer.

I got my tattoo done by Ryann Schofield and she charged me $400 for a forearm tattoo. Mind you this was my first tattoo ever so I wasn’t sure what the average price for one is. I recently asked her to do a rib cage tattoo of mountains and she was very rude about it as well. As I do like her work I wouldn’t recommend her to anyone unless you want to be screwed over by price or given extreme attitude.

Staff are friendly and professional, but when Andy did my tattoo the lines are not straight and some of it is blown out and unreadable.

One of the artist Ryann touched up a piece for me, and started out by showing me to Another artist and their client and saying “this is what happens when you don’t get it done professionally” and continued to call me botched. When I brought up this incident at my SECOND appt with her, she then told me I didn’t even have to sit in her chair and made me feel like I wasted her time. She made me feel bad continuously, I did not feel comfortable in this shop. I’m resorting to posting a google review because Ryann messaged me personally trying to intimidate me to take the post down on Facebook, and has blocked me from the Facebook business page and her personal page where she continues to write post about me. She also posted a before and after photo of my tattoo calling it a “kitchen tattoo”, then followed with “now booking” at the end of the post to promote her business. She has now resorted to blocking everyone who has reviewed her page badly. I’ve had many of her previous clients reach out to me sharing their similar experiences as well. I will not be returning to this shop again.

Terrible vibes seconds as I was there. My gut was telling me to leave. Unprofessional, unsanitary, left me with a unfinished and terrible looking tattoo that I then had to spend so much money getting fixed. I would never recommend this place. They need to close.

Worst tattoo experience Ive ever experienced. Set up a booking and the last minute they changed the artist to the apprentice and wouldnt refund my deposit. . Bush league business. Avoid at all costs!

My daughter called on Friday evening and asked if we could get matching father daughter tattoos. I drive truck so time is a problem. She asked if they did 16 year olds told yes. We called sat at noon again said yes on 16 year olds. We drove a hour plus were told all good til the woman applied ink then said no to 16 year olds. I had to at least have the outline done now. Not only did this embarass my daughter but it totally ruined here first tattoo with her dad. Too bad cause we as a family have alot of ink we want done. But we will take it to aputable established. The line work was well done but I was not given back my deposit or have it taken off my charge. They screwed up not us. I will be telling everyone that asks about my new ink not to go here. Very dissatisfied.

Had a response from the owner, claiming Ive never gotten a tattoo there. Its funny because my tattoo was posted on your website.. I wonder how I can post a photo here, I dont see any option to. My husband and I got matching tattoos, only thing is, his looks like a toddler drew it. Funny a post mine, and not his. Ill because we didnt like your original design. Its so crazy you say Ive never been to your shop, or had any interactions with you, thats why I have a piece of paper with all the instructions for care from world-famous monkey House customs, oh and a tattoo..

I would actually put O if I could! Our experience started out fine. I made a phone call a few days before we were planning on going to Stowe and spoke with Ann. I made appts for my son and nephew both minors (almost 17 and almost 18) which I let her know on the phone. She made the appts, took a deposit and asked that I send details of what they would like by email. So far so good! The boys were both having a memorial tattoo done to honor a significant loss in their lives and had put so much time and effort in to the planning and design (as well as their parents). I sent the email the following day complete with design details, sizing and where on their bodies they would like the tattoo. Upon arrival we were greeted, checked in, and then we waited for 45 minutes. Finally, Ann came to tell us that she wouldn’t put a tattoo where the boys wanted them (upper arm/shoulder and forearm) bc they were minors. She said they had to go where they wouldn’t be seen, ankle or shoulder blade. We were so confused. How is your ankle less visible then your upper arm? She said, “I hope you didn’t drive to far”. Only 3+ hours but that wasn’t the problem. We had followed all the rules and sent the details which she either never bothered to read or she could have let us know beforehand of this “rule” or she and her co-worker decided they didn’t want to stay any later so they came up with this “rule”. We didn’t think this was an actual law and when we mentioned some of the places that we knew did work for others, the owner (I think) comes out to say’ “well if you want a tattoo from XXXXXXX, you can get it with a side of meth”. She was so unprofessional and rude. I have 2 teenage boys with me that were much more mature and respectful. Needless to say, we went elsewhere that was professional and organized.Update:The day after I wrote this, 1/20, they posted a reminder on their instagram that they would work on 18+. Clearly they new this on 1/18 the day of our appt and 1/15 the day that we booked. Seriously, I would have rather they have been honest and said they made a mistake.

Ive gotten four tattoos from Ryann and we are working on number 5 now. Very talented and really easy to work with. Highly recommend anyone to go to her shop.

Recently received a tattoo here and am mostly satisfied with the results - it will definitely need some touching up unrelated to the healing process, but not a big deal. I was however a little concerned about COVID safety protocols(non-use of masks), as well as dogs in the tattooing space.

Brought my daughter in for her first tattoo and also got another for myself. Very clean relaxed atmosphere. Luke did a great job on both tattoos! Definitely recommend

Unfortunately Ryann blew out (ruined) ALL the fingers of my hand tattoo. I thought I did my homework, but she was distracted and made a big,very permanent MESS, and said oops,sorry... I would NEVER recommend her-she can do good work,but she gets distracted, loses focus, and leaves people permanently ruined.

WFMH canceled an appointment on a client & did not refund them. When approached about it, they were rude and will probably end up going to court over it.

Tom is always amazing just got my eyebrow redone by him. And any time I need help changing a ring he has no issues doing so ❤ So he doesnt do personal piercings anymore because he is the go to guy.

My friend got her belly piercing done here and for one they didn’t pierce it in the right spot, and they told her to use alcohol to clean her piercing which you never do and they should be selling specific piercing sterilizer or telling you where to get it.
