Jennie did my belly button piercing and made the experience so great. I will be back for my ear piercings soon. Jennie made me feel so comfortable and talked me through the whole thing. Darin did my first two tattoos tonight. He talked to me during to make sure I was okay. Both tattoos are exactly what I wanted. The experience was fantastic, I was more than comfortable and had the best experience. 10/10 recommend! I’ll be back!

What a fantastic experience. From my first impression when walking in to ask questions, from the completed process. Peri, the artist I chose was incredible to say the least. So talented, kind, patient, and of course extremely creative. I can’t say enough about my overall experience. Central Florida, you are lucky to have them.

When evaluating tattoos look at their previous work and examine the lines and circles. There should be consistent width lines, straight lines, smooth curves, round circles. Those are the best indicators of quality. The overall appearance and design and shading are important, but if the basics arent there then the result is not going to be good.

I can’t say enough good things about this place. From the moment I stepped in I was greeted immediately. I came to get my daughter’s ears pierced. Shannon was so sweet and patient with my daughter. She explained everything and showed her everything she was using. When my daughter needed to take a break after the first lobe, Shannon was very patient and didn’t rush her. Thank you so much for taking your time and caring. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to get their little girls ear pierced!

Got earlobes & nose done by Shannon & I love it! Shannon was really cool, the piercing process was quick & easy. The staff was friendly & the shop had a good atmosphere. Also, they have a wide selection of titanium piercings which is a huge plus. Def recommend!

Darin and Shannon are amazing. darin did my tattoo and he was super cool and nice also did a very good job. Shannon did my nip piercing and she made me feel soooo comfortable and way less nervous. the front desk people were also super nice. definitely the cleanest shop i’ve ever been to!

UPDATE: Tattoo is so blurred and unreadable. Go ANYWHERE else! I specifically asked for Margo since she previously did my friend’s tattoo. She said was too busy and they gave me a kid I went to highschool with. 🙄 red flag.Made me sit uncomfortable for 4 hours since he was shorter than me. Had to sit reverse in a chair and lean back to him while holding the backrest just to make him comfortable doing the tattoo. I mean I wanted it to look good. Halfway through they decided to tell me this was his very first time tattooing…… well clearly! Another red flag! They kept coming over to check on his “progress”.I asked for John 3:16 (the entire verse) and Margo herself kept increasing the size….(which also meant increasing the price 🫠)Understandable since the font I chose was quite scripty. This was my very first tattoo so they should have informed me more of how the ink bleeds. Nonetheless, my “tattoo artist” still made the wording so large that it’s unreadable.Then Margo had some family issues (I will not announce publicly) and stormed out of the shop.This tattoo takes up my whole upper back so it’s super embarrassing to go out in anything that shows it. No one really wants to do a coverup on words and who can blame them! It’s a hot mess!Please don’t make the same mistake I did.John 3:16 is luckily a well known verse so when in the moment someone does actually see it they say can somewhat make it out.🤣

Jenn did my daughter’s (8) ear piercing and it was such a pleasurable experience for us both. My daughter LOVED her. Jenn also pierced my nose for me. She was great and I had a great experience. Should I want to be pierced again Jenn will be the only one we call. Atmosphere is nice, clean, and professional.

Got the nips pierced by Shannon here. She made me feel so comfortable and relaxed, would definitely recommend her if youre more of a shy person. Loved what I got, hope to be back for a tattoo soon.

I went to get my tattoo done July 5th and the experience was awesome especially since it was my first time. It was a relaxed and calm environment and Peri was amazing. Her work is awesome.

Had an amazing experience! My friend and I went and got peircings thru walk in and everyone was so nice and kind. They had a huge selection of jewelry that Im not usually used too. Shannon was super super kind, helpful and patient with us. Loved the energy and was very comfortable. Very easy to converse with. Will definitely be returning and may be my new spot!!

Annoyed is an understatement because when you pay to get a service done, you expect to get it done 100% correctly. I got my Daith pierced a few weeks ago here and after taking a look at it I noticed the placement is off. But this is not my profession so I consulted with several other different piercers to which I was told numerous times that the piercing was too shallow and the jewerly that they put on is incorrect for a new Daith Piercing. Granted I chose the jewelry, however, the girl who is at the front when you walk in that checks you in gave me two options to choose from and said that she recommends the straight bar because a lot of people get it and says it heals faster that way - so of course that’s what I chose because I’m thinking she works there .. she knows what she’s talking about .. Now after researching, to my knowledge that is incorrect. And if that’s the case not sure WHY THE ACTUAL PIERCER THAT PIERCED ME didn’t say anything about the jewelry not being correct for a first time Daith piercing? Because every other piercer agrees it is the incorrect jewelry .. Long story short, I’m out of $65. Either have to take the jewelry out and let it heal. Or try to get it re-pierced with the correct jewelry 🙃🙃🙃.

Just moved to Florida and was worried cause I needed to find a new artist who has experience and does good work, Luckily I stopped in Diamond tattoo and came across Kory’s work, set up an appointment and Loved my new tattoo , sometimes it’s hard to find the right artist for you but this place goes above and beyond, very professional and knowledgeable ! Shannon is Ona my favs for sure. I had just got my noise pierced a month prior to our wedding. I bought an H to put in for the wedding. I came to the shop and she changed it for me and I went back a few days after the wedding & she put my stud back in for me. She’s done my daith also. She is the only one I will go to for piercings. She is so confident & professional with everything she does. She puts your mind at ease to be able to relax.I love Brittany she is precious, kind and sweet.Margo the owner is Ona my besties from 6th grade. The shop is made up of some really amazing people.

Ive had several piercings from Jennie and shes always been amazing! She also pierced my daughters ears for her birthday and did SO good, my daughter loved how Jennie kept her informed every step of the way and even took time to show my daughter every tool shed be using to assure thered be no unexpected surprises!! I got my nose pierced today with my friend. Kaia was beyond amazing and did such a beyond wonderful job with the piercing! Both ladies were very welcoming and made the process easy. I was extremely nervous and she helped calm me down walked me through everything and didn’t rush anything which helped a lot. Very clean and friendly environment. After my friend got her nose pierced she sanitized everything down chair and tray and all. She walked us through how to take care of the healing process. We love it and keep getting compliments and we’re definitely going back for more! Thank you so much Kaia!

My first piercings were done here and went excellent. Everything was explained to me, and I went back for two more a few months later. The interior is so, so cute! You can tell its run and designed by women. Im not even looking for another place to get piercings done, and Ive recommended it to my friends. I honestly dont know that I could pick a favorite diamond as everyone is freakin amazing every time Im there! But if I had to be most partial... Dan has had to put up with me the most lol so I pick Dan! But seriously, this shop is always so clean and bright and friendly, and everyone there takes the job and the customer satisfaction very seriously!!

Jenn did my piercing she did amazing job I got my bellybutton pierced twice and both of them were screw ups. She was very sweet and Patient considering I have a very low pain tolerance. She was very patient with me I would recommend this placed to anyone.

Jenny knows her way around needles, as she was a Phlebotomist in a previous life. Also, instructions for post care were given. BTW, I am an RN and I give this facility an A Plus.

Id recently gone to a shop to purchase some jewelry and have it put in. Long story short, apart from my impulsivity and lack of further questioning at a new shop, I left in a lot of pain that persisted. I was thoroughly confused on what had happened. I went to Diamond Tattoos a day or so after, and I couldnt be happier with my experience there. KAIA greeted me with such lovely energy and answered all of my questions with the utmost clarification. She showed me all of the different options of jewelry the shop had based on my preferences and I honestly felt like a close friend was helping me to choose a great look! She removed the jewelry that I no longer wanted and was incredibly gentle while doing so. She DID NOT RUSH AT ALL! She gave me earring backs* that she felt would be suitable for my specific piercings, earring styles, and swelling Id go through. She also explained what had happened at the other shop, why I was in pain, and what we were doing differently this time. My ear felt SOOOOO MUCH better and the relief was amazing. I was very well taken care of and I highly recommend Diamond tattoo. Ill surely be excited to see my girl Kaia again! Thanks boo!

I came in shortly after the shop opened hoping they could squeeze in a walk-in customer. The two ladies working were very friendly and knowledgeable. Shannon did my piercing. She let me know everything she was doing and answered any questions I had. Afterwards, she made sure I knew how to care for it and what to expect in the healing process. I 100% reccomend this shop to anybody looking to get a new piercing!

I got piercings tapered to reinsert bars. She gave me recommendations to do before coming in for best results and warned that it wouldnt be fun. Lol it was very accurate but also successful!

Jennie has poked me, stabbed me, dealt with me wanting to try every piercing but still I talked myself out of a lot … I’m also that person that likes to touch the piercings after being told 4million times not too. She has a wonderful personality to go along with her awesome skill of making people feel beautiful with new jewelry/piercings.Jennie & Shannon also helped me get my ear all ready for my wedding day giving their advice and what would look good (they freaking killed it by the way)The personalities in the shop are 1 of a kind and 10000% feels like Home. Absolutely wonderful experience! I went in because I had a couple of piercings done previously a month ago at a different tattoo shop and was having complications. I went to Diamond Tattoo because I have heard amazing things about them. Once I got there I was greeted up front and then moments later Jennie took me back to assist me. She was absolutely wonderful, so very nice, very professional, and everything was SO CLEAN! Jen answered all of my questions, listened to me and provided proper aftercare instructions for my piercings. She changed my jewlery to better fitted barbells (I can not explain the relief once she put longer barbells in.)and gave me a list of instructions for daily aftercare. Thank you so much to Jennie for helping me with my piercings. I will definitely be back!❤

Had to remove the piercing because the armature that peirced me didnt put enough space between holes and there was barely any skin left in between. When she put the earing on she used tools to tighten it so much I couldnt get it off and had to cut them off with metal cutting tool which hurt. Waste of money and time and scar. Armature hour at this place charging pro prices. Typical joke from the natives in the area. This is just another one.

I paid $65 for a lip piercing several weeks ago and it fell out. They want to charge me again. I am very unhappy and would not recommend them.

From the moment I walked in a week ago to schedule my appointment until today the staff was friendly and jovial clean clean place to get your tattoos and piercings. I had used the artist Dan the Man absolutely light handed took his time did an exceptional piece on my arm. I cannot thank this company enough for being the best I have three other tattoos from a different artist in Pennsylvania pretty much saying that this is the best one on my body if youre having second thoughts about going here take my word for it and go they have other artists but Dan the Man was so kind jovial and knew exactly how to size how to place and was soft-spoken. Just overall the best I have ever dealt with please take my word for it and get it done youll thank me and youll be on your way to having a great tattoo on your arm. If I could give this business a thousand out of 1000 I would you guys are great and they even give you after care ointment Ive used different ointments but when the artist gives you the cream to put on you know this is the place to go. Thank you Dan I am in love with my new my plug holy Bible tattoo will do business many times over thank you for creating something to make my faith grow again I will say Dan is the real man greatest artist ever

They did a pretty big tattoo cover up for me 7/8 years ago for me. My husband had a rather large tattoo also. I went in to schedule a new piece of art today. I like this shop. It is handicap accessible, the artists have always been kind and the artists are good with multiple years experience.

A fantastic tattoo shop!!! I have a few tattoos and the service was phenomenal and their skills are beyond that!!! I had some artwork that my daughter drew and she wanted it reimagined and cleaned up by the artist (Steven)... Steven did just that and my daughters eyes lit up with approval and excitement! So we went ahead, and her artwork a part of me forever!

She took her time with me explained what and how she was going to do each procedure ( I had 3 today ) . She genuinely cares and takes her time. The after care plan is awesome and I love the H2 Ocean aftercare spray. It makes cleaning the piercings easy and feels good too. The goodie bag is a very nice touch too. The place itself is comfortable , clean and I must say adorable! Lots of options. I almost went back this evening for one more but I will get my last one on my after care check up, another bonus!Professional Artists with obvious gifts in each of their craft. I swore off tatoos for me until I came here. Then when I left I knew here would be the place I am going to be in a few months to get my first tatoo. Im so excited!

Jenny fixed my poorly placed piercings (frontal helix) for me and placed much better looking, less irritating jewelry. She also maintains a very clean sterile environment which is much appreciated. The lady at the counter is also very sweet and professional. I will most definitely be back for more piercings!

Im in love with my tattoo, it was my first and everyone made me feel comfortable, I got mine done by Peggy. It was honestly amazing, you can tell they are very sanitary, when you walk in and just the overall atmosphere is inviting. prices are reasonable, definitely would recommend them to anyone.

Amber did my tattoo. They were clean, and professional. Amber was very friendly and easy to talk to. We looked at fonts on the computer and I picked out my favorite ones and she went over and did a sketch for me. My tattoo took an hour and about 20 minutes to complete and the whole time she made sure I was comfortable. I would recommend this place to anyone, and also all of the artists were very friendly.

Dan is THE MAN! I am in love with my tattoo. He did such an amazing job and the pricing cannot be beat. Listen to every concern and paid attention to every detail. I would recommend Diamond Tattoo and Dan a thousand times over. Best place around.

Not the greatest first impression on the first visit, but when it was time to get my tattoo done, things went swimmingly. Kara did a wonderful job on my tattoo. Quite the artist. The shop itself does not look like a typical tattoo shop, but their work is great! Highly recommended, and I would definitely go back.

My mom made an appointment for today (9/1/2020) with a woman running the register yesterday (8/31/20). We came in, set the appointment for 11:30am and made a deposit. We show up promptly at 11:30 to the shop closed. Appointment was supposed to be with Steven. The hours are posted and recorded on your answering machine 11am to 7pm. We waited until almost 12 and still the shop wasnt opened. When we drive home, she calls and Steven answers apologizing about being late. Understandable, but when she said she would like her deposit back because she doesnt want her first tattoo to stem from this unprofessional situation he says that he cant give her money back. She would have to wait on the shop manager to come in Thursday and they would issue her a check. This is unacceptable and again, highly unprofessional.Would not recommend visiting Diamond and dealing with these employees.

Dan was my artist. He was fantastic. He made the tattoo even better than I ever expected. Definitely going back to him for more work. All the staff are are very friendly, professional and fun. Very clean environment.

If I could give them 10 stars, I would!! Steven did my ink and I absolutely LOVE it!!! He is awesome! He helped me get the design right and included everything I wanted. He has a great eye for details. The shop is clean and everyone was super friendly. I wouldnt go anywhere else.

My grandma and I wanted to get matching tattoos. My grandma has never gotten a tattoo before, and Peggy the tattoo artist really talked her through the process and helped put my grandmas mind at ease.Very professional. Very clean. I had a piercing fall out when I woke up in the morning, I got it in - but backwards! So I called up this place to see if they could help me get it back in even though this was not where I got it pierced. They happily agreed and got it in nicely! Everyone was friendly and helpful. Thanks again!

Professionalism was awful. My best friend and I went in for very meaningful matching tattoos. I had called a few days prior to ask some questions over the phone given that I live five and a half hours away. I never received a call back and yes I did leave my name and phone number. When I got to my friends house for the weekend we called again and asked a few questions and then went in to get a quote and appointment for later that afternoon when they had availability. We got a quote from the shop manager. We were deterred from our first placement idea for the tattoo because they dont do touch ups in those areas and the likely hood of it healing correctly wasnt high. Disappointed, we left to go wait for our appointment time and discuss a different spot. We settled on ribs quickly. We had both really wanted one there for a long time. They repeatedly tried to get us to pick yet another spot because its a sensitive spot. We knew. Ive had tattoos before, my friend had not. They really did not want her first to be her ribs. Id already given them a non refundable same day deposit. We got switched artists because the one had an appointment show up early. No problem. The next artist we showed her the tattoo and told her our quote and she got really upset because thats not what she wouldve agreed to. We settled on a price and she started the templates and we filled out the papers. She walked away telling us shed be right back she needed to get a piercing before one of the artists left. Are you f****** kidding me? It cant wait till the next day considering you already collected the entire total from us we didnt want to leave. I wouldve expected 10 min. tops. Nope, more like 30 minutes. She finally finished the templates and started the tattoos. My friend went first. And the artist messed one of the words up. This is my friends first tattoo and we triple checked the templates because it took a couple tries to get it right. Halfway through she was informed for the first time this was her first. She said had i known that I would not have done this. The shop manager came back in from walking somewhere for drinks. She came in loudly announcing someone wasnt working at said place that night and they wouldnt let her leave with a drink so she had to stay and drink it. YOU ARE AT WORK ARE YOU GUYS KIDDING ME? Is that why my friends got messed up? had that artist been drinking too? Entire experience was negative especially for my friend and that being her first time. I feel bad writing this bad of a review given the other artist working there in the booth next to us seemed to be wonderful, friendly, and nice, and an amazing artist. She didnt seem miserable to be at work that day and seemed to know how to be professional at work. The artist working on ours was Trish.

I had a piercing done in my ear... A rook. The rook turned out great and the lady who did it was super professional. I didnt have to wait long or make an appointment. My only complaint is the price one piercing was $50. Im from baltimore and their is a lot of competition. I had my industrial done bk home and its was $35 for 2 holes and I got 1/2 price on my next piercing.

My mom got a couple tattoos done by Amber. The experience was very clean and amazing artwork. Amber even created a custom stencil for my mom that looked absolutely stunning new. Everyone was super nice I would highly recommend to anyone curious of trying them out.

Stopped by today Sunday 4 June 2017 to ask a quick question because who works on a Sunday right :-) I told Trish my vague idea of what I was thinking... within 15 minutes, she had a stretch drawn out exactly what I had imagined!
