My daughter got her ears pierced 2 weeks ago. The person who pierced them was amazing with her. The customer service was amazing! The store is a decent size & they have awesome products! Highly recommend this location. Sad I can’t remember the young ladies name bc I would highly recommend her for piercing. The quality also of the earrings is amazing. 10 out 10

I went here with my daughter and as soon as we came in, the associate went to the back room as she was on her cell phone.We waited around for help but she didnt come out from the back because she was too busy talking on the phone so we left.We went to the Piercing Pagoda in the Stroud Mall instead and Im glad we did. They did an amazing job piercing my daughters ears and were way more welcoming.

I will be 90 years old and still shopping in Claires. The earrings are fun, the false nails are good quality, and everything is just SO COLORFUL. I loved it as a kid and always will.

I like Claires. They have alot of unique items. You can find alot of accessories if you are dressing up. They are inexpensive.

The store manager nicole is trashy and rude I dont know how some parents drop their kids here and leave.. I stay in the store with my kids so Ive seen the profiling that goes on (by Nicole). I made a call to corporate theyre just as bad!!

Literally had one person working on a busy holiday. Completely unacceptable for any retail store.

I had a piercing done wrong in another location and they helped me out a lot! Very attentive

Nice store with tons of hair accessories, jewelry, and other items.

I liked it but I would change what they are putting in the makeup kits.
