Brought my daughter in for a navel piecing today. They could not have been more helpful and kind. They took time to help her pick the right ring for her piercing and were great at calming her nerves! Everything was clean and we felt so happy leaving there that we chose them!! They also explained to her how to care for it properly to assure healing. Will definitely recommend to others!

I got 2 piercings here recently and it went great! The guy who pierced them was super nice and made it a great experience.

Uncle Charlie gave me my first nose and belly piercings and later gave me my first Tattoo. He did an AMAZING job and I love it! Great sense of humor too. Gotta love him! ❤ I would highly recommend! Great atmosphere!

I’ve been getting piercings & tattoos here since I was 16. And honestly I will never go another place. Just for the record I have 30 tattoos and 12 piercings. Charlie is the best artist I’ve ever had. He’s kind and funny. I highly recommend going here.

Charlie the owner of the shop was incredible!! He took his time to make sure I got what I wanted. Designed the piece so it covered over a tattoo.I am on Tik Tok and he let me live stream me getting tattooed and he also entertained my live audience to give me the best experience I have ever had getting a tattoo. If there is one place in Chester County or the surrounding counties its Smoke City and Tattoos.

My daughter and her girlfriend got their first tattoos here and they couldnt be more happier with them. The shop is clean, organized, and wonderful down to earth staff. Yannny was the tattoo artist and she has extreme talent. She was so patient with the girls as they tried to figure out the best spot for their tattoos and extremely personable! I would highly recommend anyone looking for a tattoo shop to look no further and stop by here!

The staff is so friendly, welcoming, and does such a great job! They are patient and understanding when it comes time to place your tattoos and take their time making sure your tattoos come out beautiful. I would 100% go here again!

Awesome people! They put a 7.5” Diabetic Alert tattoo on my son’s arm and it looked exactly like his older brother drew it, which made it all the more meaningful! Couldn’t be happier with the artistry and friendliness of the staff! The cleanliness of the facility was very appealing as well. Couldn’t be happier!

Worst tattoo I ever gotten . I got an ankh tattoo . Something so small you would think would be easy . I got work done from Patrick . I think he does not have experience on black skin. My tattoo is so blown out and scarred like he was digging in my skin . It looks like a scar more than anything else . He did another layer but it’s so bad . This is something stuck on me , this guy is suppose to be very skilled. I’m very confused .

Called ahead to see if I could get a tattoo that day. The owner answered and said I got time a 6 I sent him the tattoo reference. I was there at 6 done by 8. Fell asleep getting ink and fell in love with how it turned out. Good vibes. Laid back. Definitely will be returning

Ive gotten two tattoos here and am planning to get my third tattoo here soon. Everyone here is very nice and friendly and they make you feel comfortable. The two tattoos Ive gotten done here are amazing and I get compliments on them all the tim . I love how professional but laid back everyone is.

Got a last minute appointment. Pat did an amazing job with my tattoo. He went out of his way to do the details. I had an idea, and he improved upon it. The whole experience was great, and i will go back for my next tattoo.

They pierced my daughter nose and they did a great job we went back today because unfortunately her piercing came out,They put it back in. They where so nice about it. I would definitely recommend going to them especially for tattoos because Ive gotten a tattoo there and I absolutely love it. ❤️❤️

A friend and I went in to get simple tattoos. It looked okay when we left but once it healed we could see: the lines not connecting, squiggly lines where they are supposed to be neat, lines that he did not go over when he needed more ink. Overall a sloppy job; we will be going somewhere else so they could fix it.

Very unprofessional experience disguised as people who think they know what they are doing THEY CUT YOU, they can’t tattoo all types of skin.the expense of other people skin being scarred for life is not worth just your apprentice getting the experience they need. They should already know how to tattoo.I’m covered in tattoos and they scarred me pretty bad, (not like the rest at all) and lied to me the whole time. (Patrick Howell) the tattoos are at best are worth 40$ you don’t scar someone to get color to show up on their skin that’s unprofessional and a lawsuit due to negligence....? Are you ignorant ? 1 star for that reason. I can’t speak for the other artist in the shop/ but the one I mentioned is too new and needs practice the needle and his professionalism

Just got done my first 2 tattoos and a belly button piercing on my 18th bday. so amazing and nice; never felt any serious pain and it was very sanitary. my friend is now going here and i highly recommend it ! great prices too!

Owner Peter, Piercing tech CJ, tattoo artist Tatted Rasta (Alyssia) and the rest of the staff were kind, accommodating, welcoming, patient, knowledgeable, professional, creative... They even allowed us to play our own music, after being in the shop for a few hours! Lol! Me being physically disabled, it was very much appreciated that one of the staff offered to grab something for us to eat while we were waiting! (Thank you SO much!!! 🤗😁)Even though my daughter and I were nervous about getting our noses pierced, CJ was MORE than patient. Explained the process and aftercare two or three times, ensuring that we understood everything necessary so wed maintain and heal properly.Our tattoo artist, Alyssia, worked with us on the design and final draft of both tatts, bringing my sketches and ideas to life. Got 4 cartilage piercings in one night. While it was painful they tried to make my experience as comfortable as possible. Great group of people. All very friendly.

Im so thankful I saw the true colors of the owner here Lundon before I let him tattoo my body. Extremely unprofessional and down right ignorant. He attempted to cancel my appointment via text messag two and a half hours prior to the appointment. LESSON LEARNED

I will NOT EVER go to any other tattoo shop except for tattoo voodoo! Their work is breathtaking, they are very kind! You can play Xbox while you get your tattoo. Its the only place I let my kids (adult kids) go.

Once again I have to give 1 star, my tattoo is now healed but there is so much scar tissue it does not look good at all: the artist who did my tattoo blocked me on all social media and moved shops they won’t get back to me at all.
