I had an excellent experience getting another ear piercing. Ashley was very gentle, she talked me through the steps she was doing, it helped me have less anxiety. This was the most painless piercing Ive ever had! Everyone at Portfolio is very nice and compassionate, you can tell people who work there love what they do and love being a part of our community.

Will did an amazing job bringing my drawing to life!!! He was so very sweet and I enjoyed my time with him so much! Everyone in the shop was so kind and would jump into conversations whenever they had input! Such a welcoming enviroment and I will definitely be back to see Will again!! Thank you Portfolio Ink!!

I went for a septum piercing and was extremely dissatisfied. My piercer, Ashley, did not use a clamp, as is customary. As a result, the hole is too far up in my nose to see the ring and to change it myself. It took a long time to pierce and the process hurt unnecessarily. Then it was sensitive for 4 months after. I recommend not getting a nose piercing here.

My husband and I got our first tattoos recently. Were 58 yrs old. Since then, weve gotten 3 more each. This place is wonderful!!! The people are very professional and talented.

I will never go anywhere else for tattoos. i’ve always had wonderful experiences in the shop with everyone. i’ve been tattooed by Jose and Brittany and they each did phenomenal work. First three photos are Brittany and the last two are Jose.

I went for a nose stud and was extremely disappointed with my experience. Ashley was my piercer. The actual piercing process was super painful and super slow, much more than anticipated. After it healed I tried to change it but was unable to get it back in due to the angle it was pierced at.

I would 100% recommend portfolio ink to everyone! It’s such a clean and inviting place. Everyone there is so down to earth. I truly think they all do an amazing job. Amber is truly amazing at what she does! I have gone to her for a few floral pieces and have left with the most beautiful piece of art. I have absolutely loved every tattoo she has given me. She truly listens to what I want and makes it come to life. 100/10 recommend Amber!

Ive gotten one tattoo which Im obsessed with and one piercing which Im also in love with. My husband has gotten his whole sleeve done here. Over a year old and our tattoos still look amazing! We love this place and cant recommend it enough!!!

Koi did our piercings. She did a great job helping us decide which type to get and where to place them. I got a triple helix and am really happy with the results. She was extremely professional and calming during the procedure. I would highly recommend her.

The person who did my nose piercing (koi) was so nice and I appreciate them so much!! I’m definitely coming back here for the second side of my nose but they were super understanding and just overall amazing! 10/10 would recommend!They also made sure I ate enough and got water :)

Got three lobe piercings done by Amber, and it was wonderful! A lone upper lobe piercing had been botched years before, and was really prone to infections. The tube wasnt even straight!! Let that heal, and came to Amber, she fixed it back up SUPER nicely. She also takes the time to be extra sure that the two matching piercings lined up perfectly. She and her trainee in the room also stayed with me and took care of me while I was close to fainting for quite a while. Truly the best kind of service for someone who is still working on a needle phobia. Prices are also amazing! (60 for both lower loves, and 35 for the single upper lobe.) The cost of the titanium starter bar earrings are included in the cost they give you, and are top quality. Hypoallergenic, flat backed for easy- non poking daily use (and sleeping later on), as well as being longer so they can accommodate any swelling. If you want well done piercings that you wont have to worry about getting redone, go here. Highly recommend for piercing ears and re-piercing old ones!

Ive had two done here. One by Jose and one by the female straight in and slightly to the left when they were in the spot on the strip by the little store. I cant remember hr name. Would love to come back to her. Love her feminine touch.

Have had three piercings done by Ashley (so far) and took my neighbor in for two today. Ashley is so great and thorough. Willing to work with her customers which is important to me. Shes very knowledgeable and willing to explain anything if you need. Will definitely return for my next piercings from Ashley once mine are healed :)

I have had three tattoos from Portfolio Ink. One was from Jose and the other two were from Amber. All three times I found them both to be professional and have great customer service! They also did crisp and skilled tattoos! The shop is overall neat and clean. Everyone there is so friendly and helpful! If you are getting a tattoo in the Three Rivers area this is the place to go!

This place is amazing! The person who pierced me had an awesome bedside manner. They had me laughing the entire time they prepped for my piercing. Super gentle and kind. The prices here are really good too, and totally worth it. I totally recommend going here.

I’m actually from out of town and walked in with a friend of mine to get 4 piercings (1 double nostril and 2 second lobes.- Had Koi as my piercer- and they’re such a pookie. Vibes were immaculate, and made good judgment calls for my guaging plans and placement for nose placement. I don’t think I’ve ever been more comfortable sitting in a patient chair around a bunch of needles tbh.- Even after 4 piercings and some saline solution from the shop, everything was very affordable. 10/10 ✨🤸🏽‍♀️💅🏽🖤

Received matching themed tattoos with my best friend, and I cannot believe how beautiful they turned out! We had Giselle do our designs, but I would also recommend any of the other fantastic artists. The parlor was clean, inviting, and overall had a good vibe to it- Im moving out of state soon, but DEFINITELY will be making the trek back to Portfolio for any other tattoo I get!

I absolutely loved getting tattooed by Amber! Plus, my tattoo came out great!! I loved the whole look of the inside, and it had a very comfy feel. I enjoyed being able to have a conversation but also be silent for extended periods of time. I will definitely be coming back here for more tattoos!!

I have had several tattoo sessions with #tattawamber. I highly recommend this tattoo artist without reservations! Im working on a large sleeve covering the top of my arm all the way to my wrist. It is absolutely stunning and gorgeous. Im exceptionally pleased!Amber is methodical in not only the design of her art, but also her implementation of it. Im happy to share that during my sessions with her, I have hardly experienced any pain. Her hand is so light and I would gladly sit for hours with her. Its like she has hands of an angel -- a true gift from God.Her love of floral work is unrequited, and she is clearly a master at her craft. With only two stencils, she has created beauty incarnate. Amber and Nichole were amazing! They let a group of foster/adoptive moms rent out the shop for a moms day out getting tattoos. Their work was amazing, and they were great to coordinate with. Wed definitely do this again!

Ive had great experience every time Ive been there and had work done. I messaged Amber to get another piece, she was booked but said her apprentice Dustin Eggerding was available. I booked with him. Very happy with his work!! Every tattoo artist had to start somewhere and as a tattoo enthusiast if Im able to help get someone some more practice and build their talent Im all for it!!! I would Recommend the shop to anyone and I would say if you want to give a new guy a shot you will not be dissapointed!! I will be having Dustin do another piece very soon!!

I went into Portfolio Ink on Valentine’s Day to get a unique lip piercing. I was so nervous it wasn’t going to look right but as soon as Ashley put the jewelry in I fell in LOVE!! I notice myself smiling more and more every day now that I have a piercing I absolutely adore! The way Ashley marked my lip to give it the PERFECT and EVEN fit for my lip shape just goes to show that Portfolio Ink is the best of the best, and truly takes their time on each and every client that walks through the door!Ashley is so down-to-earth, talked me through the entire process, and was very gentle with the initial piercing! Dustin is an apprentice at Portfolio Ink and he was absolutely stellar to work with! He was friendly, detailed, diligent, and relatable. I LOVE my new piece! In addition, Ashley (piercings) had left for the day but she came BACK to the studio to help me with a last minute piercing! I had a piercing done here back in February but I wanted to make sure I could give a completely honest review. I have a terrible time with piercings usually and have complete envy for anyone whose body accepts piercings like they are a long-lost extremity. After I had gone to a well-known chain store at the mall, where I had a disastrous experience, four piercings, all janky, all infected, so sorry TMI, also four times the cost (holy smokes). Where was I? Oh!Koi is absolutely phenomenal! After dealing with infected piercings for six months compliments of The-Chain-Who-Must-Not-Be-Named, with Koi’s guidance, my piercing infections were cleared up in three days! And for the first time in my life, I am envious of my own long-lost extremity piercing, completed by the one and only, Koi! Thank you for everything, my ears and I greatly appreciate you!

Went their for my first tattoo and can say for sure I will be adding onto it very soon. Amber is super easy especially on first timers, my nerves were sky high but she was super gentle and the colors and shading popped beyond belief. If your anxious or just want a gorgeous piece would highly reccomend 10/10

I recently scheduled a tattoo appointment with my family and there was a last minute switch between tattoo artists, and Dustin Eggerding offered to take over and do all four. He is a lot of fun, very personable, and great at what he does! We were cracking jokes with each other and he treated us as if we were old friends, and I was more than pleased with the outcome of our tattoos. 200% would go back for more work by him!

Was told they were kid friendly when I called. Took my 7 year old there to get her ears pierced. Paid 50 dollars for a good piercing but no customer service. Nichole didn’t really talk, didn’t really seem happy that we were there. Piercing, pamphlet, paid, left. The silence got awkward.

Highly recommend Jose, very professional and nice. He has a very light and steady hand. He did a very detailed tattoo on me from the outline to the shading- a mirror of the the one submitted...exactly the same.

Charlene has pierced both my ear and nose (my nose multiple times!) because whenever I have to remove my piercing for work or if it falls out, I have a very hard time getting it back in and my nose heals almost immediately. But, I keep going back to Charlene and intend to again. Shes also always very accommodating to my schedule and fitting me in.

Giselle is an incredible artist and such a kind person. If youre looking for beautiful work done in a timely manner and nice conversation with your artist, shes the one!
