My sister and I got our ear pierced a few days ago, while the piercer didn’t count down he definitely did tell you to inhale exhale which is what I normally happens when I get piercings. We both loved our placement and thought the cool calm demeanor was helpful for the level of anxiety that comes with getting pierced. The establishment was clean and just the perfect amount of manners not too chatty but talked enough to be comfortable. We both enjoyed the experience and would go back for piercings.

Experience was very strange. The piercer James was very rushed and had terrible bedside manners. My friend got a single snake bite on the lip and the piercer didn’t even count down or anything and when it started bleeding heavily he just gave them gauze and left the room. The price was decent but the service was absolutely not ok for a professional tattoo and piercing shop. Please treat your customers with more respect and maybe be more friendly?

Coop is so so so recommended by me! Came in as a walk in, not excepting half of what he did! He was so accommodating and chill. Super nice guy and GREAT WORK. Best tattoo on my body so far

Ive been going to James for piercings for years and I highly recommend. He is always extremely professional and Ive had nothing but positive experiences. The shop itself is clean with a cool vibe, and Ive always felt welcome. They always take their time to make sure Im totally comfortable before we start any piercings. Definitely my piercer for life!

Very pleased with getting both my third holes and my belly button pierced.The owner was very nice and i was comfortable.

A group of my friends and I went to get piercings and all of ours got infected except for one with daily cleaning and extra saline solutions to minimize chance of infection. It’s been 3 months since I got my helix pierced and it still hasn’t healed and is still leaking. The piercer, James, lied to us about the metal being used and said it was neometal and they definitely are not a safe metal nor neometal.

As a grown woman who was scared to get the average nose and belly piercing, they real so professional and patient with me. They made my experience a 10/10. Would highly recommend. Fast and efficient

I’ve have had five piercings in total done here (lip, one in each lobe, upper helix, industrial, and nose, with one friend having had a double tragus, conch, and double helix done, and another friend having a double eyebrow piercing done — which she usually faints after being pierced but she didn’t with him). I have very sensitive skin and will get negative physical reactions to a lot of jewelry. I’ve never once had a any negative reactions to the piercings I’ve received here, nor have they ever been infected. The piercings are always aligned perfectly, done quickly and smoothly. The guy who pierced us is very personable and talks through everything. He’s also thorough with explaining the aftercare and the like. I will continue to get my next piercings here.

Just got a tattoo by Tyler Murphy, i was pretty nervous about the pain & placement but he made me feel comfortable and was very patient. I had him move the stencil a few times and he reassured me he’d move it as many times as I wanted until i thought it looked perfect. It came out amazing, will deff be coming back.

Stopped by to see if they could consult on issue our 2 daughters have with pierced ears (pierced elsewhere) - werent able to enter because they dont permit under 13 years old to enter. Cowpok on Elmwood took great care of them!

My friend and I came in for the BOGO sale and the piercer James was really sweet so I’m sad I had such a bad experience. I’m not new to getting piercings so getting the fresh piercing changed out after two weeks was strange but I did it. The jewelry I got began to oxidize and fall out several times so I just ended up going to another piercing place of better quality to get a new ring. Honestly quality over quantity I wasted so much time and money when I should have stayed at my normal piercing place. Below is the ring after it came out.

First of all, I had to point out the lay out table for piercings because the chairs had dirt in plain site. Very unprofessional and unsanitary. Plus the employees and manager even make the experience very uncomfortable. They lack explaining things and also have more cheap jewelry that makes you break out. Than actual genuine jewelry which is safer for consumers. My nose turned green after buying their so called “better selection” and was misguided. In your profession, it is expected to to treat costumers better, than the way they conduct themselves. Just a heads up

Never told me up front how much the nose piercing would cost, until after they pierced my nose. The receptionist mocked me, when I asked why I was not told the price whenI called earlier. I found this place to be Unprofessional in terms of communication with customers.

Had a great experience getting my piercings (daith and tragus) swapped out for an MRI and returned to have new jewelry put in. James was super nice and made me feel welcome. The shop was very clean and had an awesome vibe. Thanks again, James, can feel you really care about your customers.

Just left this place. Had my daughters belly button pierced. The man who did it was not personable in the slightest. After some time my daughter walked out felt lightheaded, passed out, lips blue. A friend and I laid her down on the pavement: he comes out and says “ this is normal” and offers zero help.If you’re so experienced in this maybe you should tell people this can happen or I don’t know maybe have drinks available? Don’t just say good luck and you have to get back to business as usual as my daughter lay on the ground turning blue. Never again will I go here and I will be sure to let everyone know how inconsiderate you are.

Got the Ashley piercing a month ago and the ball just kept falling off . Went back to them to see what the issue was and the piercer told me “twisting the ball too much is stripping it , etc” . He gave me a longer bar and three extra balls incase the ball I had on falls off (which it still did) . I’m Not sure if the jewelry is bad or what but that was a waste of my time and money !

Walked in and James did my double helix piercing. The place itself is very clean, looks brand new, and James did a great job. Very fast, easy procedure. Only two criticisms I have is that he did not tell me when he was going to pierce me, and that I did not get to pick what jewelry I wanted. Maybe the ones I was pierced with were the best for starter helix piercings, but I wish he showed me them before putting them in my ear. He explained aftercare well and sent me on my way. Overall I would get another piercing from Imperial Art.

Ive never had a bad experience here. James is an amazing piercer and all of them have healed really nicely. Ive never gone to another piercer; hes THAT good. Hes done my industrial, tragus, conch, belly button, nose and now my eyebrow. Ive never been dissatisfied with the piercings. Hes quick, kind, and always makes sure youre happy with your piercing. I got there and the piercer was at lunch, so they said they’d give me a discount on top of the buy one get one free piercings. I went and got my ear cartilage pierced and my belly button pierced. He pierced my belly button way too high, it was basically on my stomach instead of the lip above the belly button. It got super super infected and rejected because it wasn’t pierced in the right spot.

I got my ear pierced today and the experience was great, James was super welcoming and very chill. His calm demeanor really eased my nerves. The piercing was quick, easy and almost painless.

James is THE BEST!!!! I had a terrible experience at another shop and I came to him, he took out the messed up piercing I got at another shop and re-pierced me exactly how I wanted it. He made sure I was happy, the piercings were extremely fast, and he was so so so nice. I got 3 piercings from him in one day and I’m absolutely in love with all of them. Please come here!!!! You will not regret it!!!! I have 15 ear piercings and his work is by far my favorite. I will definitely be going back.

Edit: its been a couple months since I posted the review below and the three piercings I had done have been the most difficult piercings to heal in my entire life, and I have several. Regardless of whose fault it may be, I dont think I will be returning to this shop because these piercings (lobe and rook, but the lobes are faring much worse) just will not heal no matter what, and I have not had this experience with getting more difficult piercings (septum, industrial, lip; difficult when compared to the lobe piercings) to heal when pierced at another shop.Overall, I had a really good experience with James, the piercer. He was very professional and he is clearly very good at what he does. The shop is very clean, and he opened up the needle and jewelry right in front of me. I did feel as if it was a little rushed, but I did go on a BOGO sale day, so the speed at which my service was performed might have been a little faster than usual, as there were a lot of people waiting to get things done. One thing I felt was a little strange was that he did not give any sort of aftercare paperwork. I have many piercings myself so I dont really need it, but Im sure there are many people who are getting piercings done for the first time and dont know how to care for them. He did give verbal instructions, which was enough for me, but I know some people like to have written paperwork. He told me to come back and downsize no earlier than the 14th of next month, but Ill probably wait a little longer because I actually liked what he pierced me with and Im content with a long barbell. He also didnt tell me what the gauge of the needle was he pierced me with, I had to ask him afterwards so I know what jewelry to change it out with months down the road, but again, it was pretty busy in there. I did see a negative comment on here about him calling girls sweetie, and if you find that offensive or demoralizing, I suggest not going, but in my opinion he does not mean that in a derogatory way, its just like women calling you honey or something like that. Hes very appropriate and I feel safe with him; I would go again.

Got my daith and second nose piercing done here two years ago and did my philtrum last week. Love it! James is mad chill and explained the entire process and aftercare perfectly. The shop is always clean and inviting. Very professional. Definitely recommend.

Got my nose pierced here today and had a great experience! they did an amazing job with covid precautions and were very friendly and professional. the piercing itself went extremely smooth and took almost no time at all, well placed and barely felt a thing. would definitely recommend getting a piercing here based on my experience and will probably be returning for my next!

Unfortunately writing this review to address matters that the people in previous review comments failed to mention. That is the lack of professionalism they possess and terrible inventory/explanation of their jewelry they carry. It wasnt rocket Science but I had asked for a nose ring and the girl up front (who seemed on drugs) was at first pointing me to ear piercings that she was talking on saying that is their most expensive nose studs, and that they have cheap jewelry in the back she thought was a better option. So I got to the back and there is really no options, even on the $2o pieces they had. I wasnt impressed, nor did the girl even have any care to help and look for ideas, she just laughed and made snarky remarks the whole time. Cheap jewelry will make my nose break out and turn green. The fact that I wasnt taken seriously or even helped really makes me have nothing to say but negative reviews on this place. Ive had issues with their jewelry in the past. I get that sometimes their services may come off as charming, but also the quality of things and their impression matter. I guess to some people.

I have never been so happy and pleased with the professionalism in this work place. James is so amazing! He dresses very well n is so nice and patient with all this customers. My family and friends between this week and last week came in for piercings n I couldnt have been more please with this place!!!! Great job!! Also the tall skinny guy not sure his name thanks for greeting us and getting our info. No matter how busy it was everyone was in and out and smiling!! Its a one man show and James is wonderful! Kudos! Thanks so much again! We will see u again soon! Im going to keep recommending!!

The piercer is very experienced in my opinion and made a “pretty painful sounding” piercing go very smoothly. The professionalism is only matched by there awesome prices. Cant wait to go back that place is “ top shelf”, and classy. Even though they get the wrong hot pocket 🧐 it’s a great atmosphere

My daughter got her lip pierced here. The guy was awesome!! The place was super clean and they were incredibly friendly. He made my daughter feel at ease. Two weeks allayed we went back to change the jewelry and he was terrific again!We recommend this place 100%!!!

Very friendly, affordable and excellent service! They cleaned up and replaced my forward helix piercings I had done 7 years ago at another place and educated me on proper care. I will definitely be returning for future piercings and/or tattoos! I highly recommend!

I went in to get my second holes and conch pierced and had a great experience. James was very professional and made me feel very comfortable. Everything was very clean and fairly priced. I highly recommend this studio for any new piercings!

I love this place. I went to get my nipples pierced when I was 18 then took them out a couple years later for personal reasons. But I always regretted it, so of course, I’d come back to the same place to get them re-pierced. The first experience was great, very informative and friendly artists. My second experience, just the same! James was very nice and kept my nerves down. I will always recommended this place for piercings and tattoos! They’ll see me again soon.

I have gotten multiple tattoos and piercings here! Coop takes all my tattoo ideas and executed them better than I even thought. And James did my nose and ear piercings which look great and healed perfectly! I will always come back!

Do yourself a favor and do NOT get pierced here. not only do they not give proper (or ANY for that matter) care institutions, check if you have the correct anatomy for the piecing you’re getting, or tell you to come back and downsize, they use externally threaded jewelry. I’ve been pierced here more than once and both times wound up with an infection. this place should not be doing piercings, period. if you’re gonna run a business like this you should do it properly or not at all. please do your research before picking a place to get pierced, i wish i had.

The owner of Imperial Art Studio is fantastic. Not only did he take us as walk-in piercings... he also did a great job. We had a horrifying experience the previous tattoo parlor we went to just minutes before and himself and the atmosphere made for a completely different experience. His shop was clean, and best of all unlike our previous experience, everything he did was sterile! Great experience, I would definitely recommend!

Amazing! The piercer was so nice and friendly. I got two things of jewelry that are both surgical steel and paid $25 over all (stud for my conch and nose ring) . Offered him a tip and he kindly declined and thanked me for coming in. Much more affordable than other places and extremely clean.

This place did an amazing job! My friend and I drove to cowpoke and apparently they wouldn’t take us because we were “2 minuets late.” We got there at 7:32 and they close at 8 so it was so ridiculous. We drove to Imperial and they were technically closed but I recognized the one guy leaving because I got my belly button pierced recently there and I was able to catch him. He was leaving for vacation and still took my friend and I to get her piercing done, and did so amazing! He was very kind and professional and helped talk my friend through the whole process. She and I love our piercings and it was way cheaper than anything cowpoke would have charged her. Thank you for doing the piercing again!! We are very grateful and we love them so much!

Went in for a double conch piercing, sat down and was stabbed almost immediately. The markings the piercer made looked good but when executed were completely off. Piercer had me SIT UP to pierce my ear (TWICE) which allowed my ear to fill with blood. The overall price was nice and unusual to me but was quickly made obvious by the trash jewelry and overall experience. I am also now developing a keloid scar which I have never had (after 12 piercings) 0/10 do not recommend.

James is such a nice piercer he’s so professional, he unwraps the needles Infront if you! I got 12 piercings from him and everytime I felt good, I never had a problem with infection and if I had an issue with something I went back and he took care of it right there. He’s so nice I recommend 10/10 and prices are actually good I totally recommend and if you think about going here do it! You will but be disappointed James is awesome and so professional!

Im a bit disappointed, I went there for the 1st time ever based on good reviews I had seen so I thought Id give it a shot. I went there to get my nose pierced for the 1st time and i was super excited to get it done,but the whole experience was not as fun or how i expected, they spoke very low, could barely understand half of what was said. Also minus the cleaning directions I was not given any solid through directions on how to take care of my new piercing and how to go about in the future. I also was not told it was going to be a corkscrew piercing especially for being new to this, I should have been asked or given the option if you would like a straight noise ring vs corkscrew. My experience was ruined and I am very disappointed because I was looking so forward to having this piercing. But lesson learned for next time.

Prob been here a dozen times, always knew lots of ppl to go here, so when I needed my nipple repierced I figured I’d come back. I explained that the last person pierced it at an angle and it never healed properly. James ensured this time it’d be right, but he also pierced it at an angle and now I have a pinched nerve in my left breast. Sad to have pain and waste money on something ensured would be done well. He also changed my nipple jewelry without telling me or asking if it was okay which I found to be pretty weird. Being called “sweetie” definitely didn’t help either.

I cannot recommend James enough!!! Professional, diligent, polite, and makes you feel very comfortable given that you’re going there to get stabbed lol. I’ve gone to him for 4 piercings. He was able to take me last minute today, and he went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfectly sanitized. He changed his gloves every time he touched anything, wore his mask and a face shield, and provided me with a new medical mask and left while I changed masks. It’s really a shame that he has to shut down for lockdowns, because there’s no way I would have been susceptible to a COVID transmission with how careful he is. Anyways, after prepping with extra care, he does the piercing so quick you don’t have time to get nervous lol. My fiancé said it makes him even want to get something pierced because of how good James is. 🤣All of my piercings healed perfectly, and I can’t think of anything to improve my experiences. I trust him & his work and would feel comfortable calling/stopping in if there were any issues. Definitely see James for any piercing, he truly cares about his clients and has his work down to a science.

Got mostly piercings done here but 1 smaller tattoo. They are professional and friendly. INCREDIBLY CLEAN and the remodeling theyve done is perfect. Love this place....always my go to.

Imperial Art Studio is my favorite place for piercings & it’s the only place I’ll go. I just got my forward helix pierced today & my daith, conch, & rook piercings were done here as well. All of them healed perfectly and look amazing. James is really nice & kind and always does an amazing job! I will always recommend Imperial Art Studio!

James is an amazing piercer he is able to talk to you and make you less nervous about your piercing. Everything was clean and used new needles every time. The only place I will ever get pierced.

Sommer at Imperial Art was amazing! I had a big tattoo idea and she made it come to life exactly the way I pictured it in my head! She was so thorough and attentive, let alone personable as well. I’ll never go anywhere else for a tattoo again!

I came here to change my nose piercing. I had a nose piercing with stud and wanted to change to ring which I used to wear earlier. I could not do it as the wire was twisted in odd fashion. I called in to ask for appointment and told the issue. I was told they will try of fix it and cannot comment unless they see it. I walked in and the change from nose stud to ring done was with lot of gentleness in less than few minutes. They did not me charge anything either. Will definitely visit again for future services. Thank you!

I would not recommend this place at all. First off , the metal they use is very cheap and many people I know have got infections from piercings here , including me. Second of all, when I went in for my piercing James was very rude. Any places main goal should be to please the customer , here it seemed as he just wanted to do what he wanted. When he drew the dot for my piercing, I didnt like where it was placed and asked to move it a little bit. He went on and on about how I would look stupid if he moved it and saying I didnt know what a centimeter was and how to measure and he said I should grow up and leave it where he placed it. I felt very uncomfortable and would not recommend anyone go here.

Got my first tattoo here and will eventually be getting more! The experience was so great! The place is really nice and clean and the artist made sure to make my first time a good experience. He put music on and talked to my friend and I to distract me from any pain that I might feel (although, It wasn’t painful at all in my experience). He was clear with the after-care and made sure to execute what I wanted. I was rlly happy with my first experience and definitely recommend :)

First I have to say this place looks absolutely amazing! Especially the booths omg! I went here the other day and received a Tragus piercing. The energy this place gave off just made me feel at ease. Staff are super friendly! I arrived as a walk-in and the process went super fast, I was in and out unfortunately because I just wanted to look at all the amazing artwork and interior design a lil longer lol. My piercing is healing really well. I’ll be going back for my conch piercing next. I highly recommend this place you won’t regret it!

I liked this place because I got a piercing done there pre covid. I called today just looking for a new stud for my lip piercing. The guy on the phone asked if I got it there before and after I told him he says they don’t sell lip piercing jewelry . All I was looking for was a new stud and I’m sure they carry them since they do war cartilage piercings . Guy just hung up on me after that. Didn’t ask if I needed anything late .. guess it’s time to find a nicer place to go

Got my nose pierced there and the piercer James is so nice and really calmed me down. It was my first time going to a tattoo shop to get a piercing done and I told him that. I also told him my fear of needles. So when it came time for the actual piercing he had me close my eyes and breath in. I would definitely recommend this place for piercings. I will be going back for more piercings in the future.

The peircer was really nice. I wish he would have talked more/gave me a little more info about the piercing like what size it was etc. After seeing another piercing shop, that yes cost much more but it was much nicer and more professional. I never got any information on how to care for my piercings, everywhere else tells you and gives you a brochure or offers to sell you products right there. I never got this. Also the area was not cleaned with anything before hand. he did wear gloves and opened jewelry in a sealed bag but thats it. My friend had her equipment autoclave in front of her and the area cleaned before. I have to get my piercing looked at because i need a longer barbell on one, and I will not be going back here to do that. The piercing was okay, but you get what you pay for.If your getting something important done I would pay the extra couple bucks and go to a better place, an APP approved shop. This isnt a bad place, but I think he needs to work on his customer service and keep up the competition better.

Really liked my experience here. It’s very neat and has auspicious vibe to it. I’ve been going to get my piercings with James for three years now and I’m very satisfied with the service. He’s professional and calm.

So ngl the place was nice and the people were nice, but the rushed everything a little and 4 weeks later my nose ring is infected, when they told we to come back after two weeks they guy put the new piercing in really fast and hurt my nose more than it should while taking the other old one out. Idk why or if it’s the jewelry but i’ve been keeping up washing my nose with the dial soap that they told me to use but now my nose ring is infected and it’s all red w a number on it. i’m very disappointed.

The piercing itself was straight, but the quality of the earrings is horrible. Constantly falling out and uncomfortable. My friends piercing got a keloid scar and hurt for a while. I went to a different piercer when my hole started hurting and developed a bubble of skin that would bleed and was informed by the new piercer that I had been taking care of my piercing incorrectly due to Imperials advice. Besides that, the service is okay but the wait is a little long. Hope this helps.

I took my daughter to get a ear piercing and the owner pierced her ear. He was very informative and answered all my questions. He was very gentle and quick with her. The shop was immaculate and very welcoming. We will definitely be back!

I went here before with my friend to get my belly pierced and it came out crooked. My friend went to the same pierced for her cartilage and when she told him she didn’t like the placement he said “well I’m the piercer so I know what I’m doing” and her piercing also came out crooked. I wouldn’t go there again for piercings.

During the bogo deal James pierced my ear . a year later I had Complications and couldn’t get it to heal for nothing. I called James and he blamed me for it as if I was a piecer and had the experience. He rushes which makes him to do simple Mistakes , mistakes that could’ve and would’ve been avoided if he took his time instead of being Sloppy like he was .one year later it still isn’t healed and it’ll never heal because of the way he pierced it ..thank you for piercing and marking my body incorrectly! . his attitude is rude and nasty and so is his mouth, you don’t fault someone for something that you did ! .

Besides my ear lobes and my cartilage, I never had any body piercings done. I always wanted my nose pierced so after months of waiting I finally got it done here. Besides the first day the healing process was painless and so was getting it pierced.

Such a great experience here! Coop is an amazing artist and spent his whole afternoon tattooing me. The wait to get an appointment was only 2 weeks and i was able to get 4 done. The art and shading turned out amazing!

I went to Imperial today for my first tattoo. It was very clean and inviting. And I am absolutely in love with my tattoo!!! It turned out very well and Coop was so personable and able to take my badly drawn sketch and turn it into something beautiful. I absolutely recommend this place.

3/19/21 I called to make a piercing appt for my friends and I (24hrs before my appt like their fb suggests to do) I told the receptionist 4pm would be a good time and they said okay come in at 4. I thought it would be weird they wouldn’t ask for a name or at least a call back number. The next day my friends and I go in for our appt and are told it’s gonna be a wait but we can’t wait in the lobby we have to wait in our car and they’ll (finally) take our number and call us in when they’re ready even though we had a 4pm appt. We go back to the car, drive to Tim Hortons, eat our food, then go back inside to make sure they have the right number seeing as it’s now past 430pm. We go inside and see new people have been seated. I ask the receptionist if I wrote down the correct number since it’s well past our appt time and we checked that my number was correct. At around 5pm I get the call that we can come in. We fill out our paperwork and are allowed to sit in the waiting room. The actual piercings itself took no more than 20 minutes for 3 people so I don’t understand why I made an appt at 4pm and I wasn’t done until 545ish. The staff wasn’t rude but they also didn’t seem empathetic towards the ridiculous wait time. If you’re gonna be this disorganized then only allow walk ins if I’m gonna have to wait walk in time. Why make me schedule an appt and wait for 2hrs when I would’ve walked in and been seen faster?

Worst place for a piercing! Tried them after alchemy and got even worse services. I’ve heard of the James dude being pervy... the BOGO sales aren’t worth it... rushed and badly placed and made everything hurt more than anyone else. Never recommended a place less

I had my belly button and two nose rings pierced here. The piercer is calm, intelligent, patient, respectful, and accurate. The studio was clean and professional. I recommend this place to everyone looking for a good piercer!

I was recommended to this shop to get piercings. So I went, and when I got there the shop was filled with little girls and their mothers along with other females 18 and older. At first I thought nothing of it because they were running a BOGO deal, and I get it, most people that get the piercings that they were offering are female, so it is what it is. But as I was waiting I was getting passed over, for 45 minutes no one came out to ask why I was there. Finally I had enough, so the next time James the owner/piercer came out I said something. Not in a rude way, but in a way to state displeasure with their customer service. You see, about 15 minutes earlier someone came out and said that they werent going to take anymore clients for 2hrs, so basically who was here prior to the person that was taken ahead of me would be their last. Well the people that were taken before me arrived at the same time as I did. Which was 30 minutes before they made the last call statement. James the owner came back out asked me what I was there for and I told him the labret and before I could tell him what else, he dismissed me by saying that he didnt do those piercings and that I shouldnt be rude. Well I can safely say I wasnt the rude one in the situation, this was totally on him and him alone. First off, they have a reception area that is not manned by anyone, so basically its a free for all. Second, there is no list of services offered or not offered, only a list of BOGO deals, not even a price list. Thirdly, when the one employee came out to apologize about assuming I was with the group of girls ahead of me, I told him I couldnt hear him due to a hearing issue I have and that the music that they are playing had to much bass that makes it even harder for me to hear. When the employee apologized to me it was before James was rude and dismissed me. Looking back at the whole experience/time spent and all of the clients coming in and out of the establishement, I can safely deduce that he caters to the female clients, and I say that based off of the experience I witnessed first hand. For the 45 plus minutes that I was there, not one guy came in or out of the establishement having work done; his BOGO deals are geared toward the female clientele; looking at all reviews, 95% plus are from females(and I am giving him the benefit of some being male clients, even tho I have yet to see even 1 review or recommendation from a male), and he is dressed up looking like he wants to impress the ladies. As I write this and tell the person that recommended me to him, they too are coming to the realization and very strong conclusion that he is only out for the female clientele, which is sickening and disturbing. You can dress snazzy, and act like your polite, but your still an arrogant and rude individual.

I got my tattoo done there a few weeks ago and I absolutely love it! I highly recommend Coop! He did an amazing job on my tiger tattoo. He and his buisness partner are very professional. I will definitely be back!

Came here with a friend back in January when they were having their bogo piercing sale. I was a little skeptical since the price was so good, but James was great with us! My piercings looked awesome and he seemed very knowledgeable about what would work best with the shape of my ear. Now lets fast forward 2 months later. (Insert cheesy fast forward squiggly sounds) Due to my piercing constantly coming into battle with my 9 month old, it became sore and swollen. The front of my labret popped off and was nowhere to be found! I called James up and he said to stop in anytime and he would take care of me. I came in tonight and true to his word he swapped out the labret in my very tender ear. I kid you not I didnt even know when he did it! (No pain!) He inserted a longer bar for the swelling and gave me extra incase the front comes off again. To make this story better he didnt even charge me. THAT is how to treat your customers! I will definitely come back here and recommend.

James is super nice and quick while still giving you all the info you need. Highly recommend getting pierced here!

The piercings are quick and easy, limited pain. The employees are not very friendly though... I feel like I’m talking to myself when I go there, except for Patrick he’s very good with people.

This was a really good experience. James was very quiet and calm and it rlly calmed me down! he was very nice and sweet and used sterilized material and shows u every time. i would recommend this place to a lot of people!

While getting piercings with thwo other people I came with the man doing the work complained the whole time. He went on to say how tired he was and he has done at least 150 piercing already. I really hope it was just an off day for him. Other then that he did a good job with the piercings

Went to take my daughter to get her traguses pierced at a certain place that didnt happen. Heard great things about imperial art studio, so we called to make sure it was ok to stop in. Anyway, super nice staff, very clean place. Highly recommend.

Got some light scarring drawn over by Cooper. He and the entire staff were so kind and funny, the place was extrémale clean and my tattoo turned out even better than I imagined it would. 12/10 will be coming back for future pieces

If i could give them 0 stars I would! First, they lied about the kind of metal they use for their piercings and 3 people I know got infections, and then they purposely messed up a quote on a tattoo because the artist (if you want to call him that) was mad that he had to do 13 words and threw a fit because its not what he wanted to do. And then, when called, they called me ignorant, rude, and unlady like because I was upset about it. I would NOT recommend this place AT ALL!

I got my nose pierced 2 times here but just found out they dont do bridge piercings or septum piercings soooo... if you wanna get one of those you cant.
