I was looking for a cover-up/memorializing tattoo for my husband who has recently passed. I wanted a purple rose, as it was the first flower my husband ever gave me I was beyond impressed. The tattoo did not take long to do and it came out even better than what I was expecting, I highly recommend this tattoo shop. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

I went here because Richie had a walk in and wow let me just say, it was the most comforting environment ever. Richie was so kind and gentle and he even played my favorite band since I was getting a tattoo for them. He even talked to me about them and we shared our interest for concerts and music. Such a lovely experience 100% recommend ‼️

Went on a Saturday for my birthday, Richie got me in quickly. Never have I ever had a more comfortable tattoo experience in my life. Super friendly, clean atmosphere. Richie went out of his way to make me as comfortable as possible. Clean lines and work! Totally recommend !!! One of the best.

Honestly the best tattoo shop around. Richie is always so friendly and easy to talk to. He makes you feel so comfortable and he is so personable. I’ve gotten 3 tattoos done by him now and every time he does a fantastic job !

Richie has done 100% of my tattoos I’ve gotten in the past few years!!! As well as several family members. I won’t go anywhere else. The environment is amazing and clean!!! The prices are also reasonable. He’s a great guy and I enjoy our sessions!! Whatever “vision” I may have or whatever I may bring to him, he gives his opinion on how to clean it up. I appreciate that. There is a reason ive come back 6 times now to the ink spot. Rich is always friendly and patient as well as very communicative and responsive with scheduling an appointment. He has been tattooing for 20 years and his skills show. I also appreciate how well he cares about aftercare for tattoos. i will continue to come back to the friendly and professional environment rich has created!

I’ve gotten a few tattoos done by richie, a couple of them have held up pretty well he is good with color but his line work is horrendous. Honestly my main problem is his attitude and making his customers feel uncomfortable. Reading the other negative reviews on here and seeing his responses just proves how unprofessional and rude he is. Having that “get over it” attitude is not the way to deal with unsatisfied customers, maybe you shouldn’t let your customers walk away with awful tattoos to begin with. Sorry if this hurt your feelings but, do better and be nicer 🤷🏻‍♀️

If you like scaring line work and messed up tattoos that will have to be fixed, this is the place to go.. that whole script is scare tissue.. professional told me that shouldn’t have even been put in such a small spot.. im really sorry to the people I’ve recommended here, as they are unsatisfied with their work as well.. Anyone with a brain would stay clear of this place.. As his excuse is you haven’t been here in years 🤔 I wonder why…

Attentive to a variety of questions/concerns I had about getting a Tattoo all together.Richie was knowledgeable about design and proper placement for optimal results.Jovial attitude and a casual banter helped too . Also, the shop was clean and inviting, I’ll be returning in the future.

I looked at many pictures of his work before I went, and it seemed as though he did a great job. So i trusted going to him for a simple band on my forearm. on the back of my arm he went way too deep and it blotched. the lines are not straight. Overall I am very disappointed and upset that this is now on my body. I would not trust him to tattoo you.

Richard is an amazing artist and very professional. As a musician myself I love the atmosphere of the studio. Can’t recommend this place enough! If you need an awesome tattoo, look no further.

Richie is the dude to go to!! Super personable, great line work, and he’s super attentive to detail. This was the best tattoo experience i’ve ever had and definitely plan on going back. The atmosphere is comfortable and the fish tank is super fun to look at while sitting! 5 starts all the way.

Absolutely in love with this. I decided to be bold and spur of the moment and do what I always wanted and Richie was able to get me in same day and do this in 4 hours and it’s stunning! He’s done 5 other of my tattoos he is very personable and you feel comfortable which is huge. Thank you again 10/10 recommend. I took my son to The Ink Spot to get his first tattoo over a year ago. He has gone back probably a half dozen times since. Every tattoo on his body is from Richie. He gets a tattoo and immediately books another session with Richie.Richie has treated my son with the utmost care and respect from the first tattoo he received through to the last. Each tattoo is absolutely flawless. We both have thoroughly enjoyed the many discussions we have been able to have had with Richie as well. It has always been a very enjoyable experience.Richie is a phenomenal artist for starters. His attention to detail is superb. The atmosphere is relaxing and chill. The artwork covering the walls is truly breath taking and is a sight to behold. The place is extremely clean and professional. Since we’re doing fake reviews from years ago I’ll go a real one. Richie did a great job on touching up a pretty rough tattoo I had gotten by an apprentice elsewhere a few years ago. Good guy and good artist.

Im not one to usually do reviews but I currently got my first tattoo at this location. The environment felt special with fishes, guitars, with 80s and 90s music playing. Owner made it so comfortable i could’ve fell asleep getting tattooed. Overall the tattoo was well done, quick, and easy. Only thing i have to say is the price for the tattoo was a little high but considering i walked in and got instantly tatted it makes sense why it was high. Anyway, nice job the ink spot, bravo 👏

Rapidly approaching 70,after many tattoos,I figured my tattooing days were over. Then an amazingly special Granddaughter comes along.Having the urge to design a special tattoo with her name,I came up with one.Decided to do it and went to talk to Richie about it,He loved the idea,after he made a few artistic changes,same day appointment,I sat down to,great conversation,caring attitude,and an ultra clean shop.I was rewarded with the most amazing tribute to my very special granddaughter!!! Had a great experience having a tattoo covered with my own artwork. The owner was nice and was able to schedule my appt to happen within a few days of the consult. 10/10 would recommend.

Had a cover up here 4 years ago. He scarred my skin 10x worse and the cover up sucked. Over 50% of it faded within a month, and it wasn’t what I even asked for. I had to go somewhere else to cover up his cover up. Judging from the recent photos, he’s gotten allot better. I still will never go here again. Tattoos are something you have on yourself the rest of your life, so giving a bad tattoo is a big deal.

Rich was AWESOME!!!!! I called to see if he had a walk in spot and he said to come on down! He accommodated me, was super nice and friendly and made sure I was comfortable and everything was on point. I am extremely happy with his work and will absolutely be going back for more!!!!

After I requested traditional lettering with red shading, this is what I got.In response to your reply, I did tell you traditional with red shading positively without question because thats what I originally had there. I did come back to talk to you about the tattoo i initially went for whichwas to re- color a tattoo, in which you failed to fill in properly by missing a line in it.Without even looking at it, your immediate response was no i didnt! You said it three times that you didnt. You never even got out of your seat to look at what I was talking about. You were extremely defensive and told me you couldnt do anything for 3 months. With all that said, the lettering that you did do is all crooked and wonky or do you have a excuse for that too.

I received the best lettering done by Richie. FROG and SERVICE those tattoos were to honor a amazing friend. He also did the touch ups a year later.

I have gotten 4 tattoos from the owner and every time I’m absolutely obsessed with the results. The owner is really nice and is an amazing artist. The place is always clean and the environment in the place is calming and the decor is badass! I 1000% recommend this place. If I could give an extra star I would.

If you like the work that is done here then you have never been tattooed by someone who is talented, which means your probably broke and don’t mind mediocre cheap tattoos

I got a tattoo three years ago and it came out pretty rough. The lines are still bumpy because he rushed the tattoo, the line work is very messy it’s hard to tel what’s going on. Do not go here please. The prices are not worth it!!!

The tattoo artist is very defensive when you have a problem with his work and makes excuses. At the end of the day he’s not good and definitely a waste of money going here! Not trying to be rude but the ratings don’t match the work lol

Closed when I got there but said it was opened. Called to confirm was hung up on the first time called again was told they closed early and then hung up again. Was there around 2. Wanted to get tat that day and then decided to wait for a different place to get it done.
