I went to Chase for my septum piercing for my birthday and it was the best. The ladies at the front desk were super friendly and helpful and even gave me a little discount because I was wearing a “birthday girl” pin 🫶🏽 Chase was super cool, professional, and fast not to mention his space was very clean and cool. This was my first piercing other than my ears as a baby and I was nervous but everyone made it great. Also the shop is absolutely gorgeous my boyfriend and I walked around to check out all the art after I was done 10/10.

Had a custom tattoo done here by Kyle. The building was bright and felt very clean. The staff was very nice. The work Kyle did was fantastic and the pricing was fair. I have no complaints.

Just visited here to get my first lobes done! really nice staff and piercers, plus a nice jewelry selection. The atmosphere and cleanliness is also great! The only downside is that it was a little expensive ($140 for two lobes including jewelry) but its high quality, and you definitely get what you are paying for! I will definitely come back here for any future piercings :)

This was my husband and I. First experience at Ironclad Tattoo Co. They made it very easy to get an appointment. And the women at the front desk was very informative and friendly.They do ask for a deposit. But that was totally fine by us. The building was very clean. They had a wonderful selection of earrings. Ben was very knowledgeable and friendly. He explained everything he was going to do beforehand and also during. There were no surprises. Also explains the after care. They know what their doing for sure ! They gained 2 forever customers today. Excellent service and experience all around

Disappointed in the requirement for a deposit on a Piercing. I understand needing to secure a spot, but you were pretty open all day and I can’t even do a walk in to avoid the deposit. I wasn’t looking to reserve hours for a tattoo. Very highly recommended by many but I won’t be coming in due to this policy.

I’ve been to Ironclad a bunch and have had a great experience every time. I’ve been pierced and had jewelry changed. Ben is great. Every person who i’ve recommended Ironclad to has also had a 10/10 experience. Will not go anywhere else. I have a 40 minute drive there and it’s worth every minute. My first experience with Ironclad and Ben was when I had issues with a piercing from another place. Ben had me in and out and fixed my issue with minimal pain. They got me in last minute and have been amazing since.

Went here so my gf could get some work done. Place is great. Friendly staff. Quick, clean, and professional. Completely explain everything as well as being there to help with everything from concept to after care. Highly recommended.

My friend and I got piercings done today by Mike and had such a great experience! He did such a great jobs explaining and walking us through the sterilization process and piercing process. We were both extremely satisfied with our experience!

Called and asked about pricing spoke to Ali and make the appointment. Was told $85 deposit to make appointment and it covers the piercing cost. And that jewelry (what we needed was $40 A PAIR (SO 2) for earrings and still $40 for a single stud for nose. Get to appointment, speak to Kacey, reiterate cost. $40 A PAIR, but now is $35 for nose stud. Ok cool. Get in the room to pierce. NOW Chase is messing with me saying its gonna be $200 cuz its $40 a piece (5 studs) and I said no and what I was told 2x $40 a pair and $35 nose single (2 ear each and 1 nose = 5 holes in total) went over it back and forth multiple times. Got on same page. Get to register...again says my total is $159 and I have you a discount because it is $40 a piece...at that point I paid it cuz I wanted to leave. Mind you got the cheapest metal/studs they had. And I know this crap is not $40 FOR ONE. $20 yes but not $40. Ive worked in jewelry and my uncle has a jewelry store. AWFUL SCAM ARTISTS

Three months ago I got my first nose piercing by Chase. The women at the front desk was friendly, they had nice jewelry to choose from, definitely a lot of options. I was a nervous reck, but Chase was super cool and it was done in all of 5 seconds. And the healing process was so easy and it turned out great. I love it. I definitely will be booking another appoint by Chase to get my second nose piercing on the 24th for my birthday on the 26th. Plus, I have severe Nickel allergy and its hard finding jewelry that is free of it, and theirs is.

My girls wanted their ears pierced and Mike was highly recommended and I can see why. He explained what he was going to do the whole time. I had one daughter ready to get her ears done and one who was terrified. She needed some encouragement after the first ear was done and Mike took his time, didnt rush her, and she then relaxed enough to get her other ear pierced. The girls are thrilled and I was extremely happy with the service all around from calling for an appointment to walking out the door. Thank you!

Cannot say enough great things about Mike and the crew! The shop is absolutely spotless and everyone is so smiley and welcoming. Mike pierced my nostril and 7 year olds ears. Do yourself a favor and go to Ben for your piercings. He makes you feel so comfortable, is SO thorough with explaining what hes doing and how to care for your piercing. Everyone was super nice and helpful. Someone immediately checked me in. After checking in another artist helped me pick my jewelry. Took my piercer less than 10 minutes to sterilize and set everything up. My piercer Ben was very pleasant, and talked/ walked me through the process. He did 2 piercings my tragus and second nose piercing, and he did absolutely amazing. Fully recommend and I will be a return customer 100%! Thank you Ben and thank you Ironclad Tattoo 🙌

Great experience and much less painful than when I got pierced with a piercing gun.Only downside was they didn’t have my first choice in studs available, so I would suggest stopping in to purchase before your appointment to make sure they have what you want.

This is the ONLY place Ill get piercings done and the only place Ill purchase body jewelery from! The costs are absolutely reasonable. I will mark 50-100 a person because I typically upgrade my jewelry, but there are cheaper options there!

We took our 9 year old here to get her ears pierced for her birthday and we are SO happy that we did. From the first phone call to the end everyone was kind, professional and informative. My daughter was very nervous and Mike made sure to explain everything to her and made her feel so comfortable. A little more pricey than most (+$20), but 100% worth it. The environment is chill back and relaxed while also being professional. Every person (that Ive seen) clearly know what theyre doing. Would recommend and will be coming back for a bridge!

Got my first earlobe piercing last month and experienced very little swelling that went away in a couple of days. Very professional, clean, and painless! Mike is the best.

Fantastic first time experience! Kasey I think her name was and forgive me if I was wrong, was super easy to talk to and a wonderful representation of walking into a new place to be greeted with such an authentic coolness. The shop was organized, clean, had a very cool boutique open space feel to it. I love that type of vibe! Very comforting and relaxing. Chase was my piercer and he did stellar job. I had both my lobes pierced for the first time. It’s all done very professionally. He didn’t just take a gun and pop both ears, he takes the time to really line them up perfectly to fit your face. He also educates the entire time while being social and keeping you calm. The piercing did not hurt at all, I actually thought it felt cool feeling the needle going through. If you breathe like you are supposed, which Chase also had me do before each piercings, you’ll be ok! I can’t wait to go back and see what I want to get done next! Thanks to the two of you for being so pleasantly cool and professional!!

I cannot recommend ironclad enough. i’ve gotten multiple piercings from various piercers here and they do an amazing job every single time. they talk you through the whole process and make you as comfortable as possible! the jewelry can get pricey, but it’s for good reason. the quality is always AMAZING. i would never go anywhere besides ironclad!!

I have been going to Ironclad since 2021 and have gotten piercings and tattoos.Piercings:I typically see Chase. Chase is kind, personable, knowledgeable, and gentle. Ive had jewelry taken out for medical procedures several times and Chase is always gentle with replacing things and taking things out. Chase has done three piercings for me and helped me order some custom jewelry. All of the jewelry is very high quality. I would *highly* recommend anyone getting a piercing, whether its your first or your twelfth, to make an appointment to see Chase!Tattoos:Ryan is amazing! Ryan has done all of the tattoos Ive gotten at Ironclad. Ive been tattooed by 6 people besides Ryan at other shops, and he is by FAR the most gentle tattoo artist Ive ever had. Hes very good as easing into it and talking you through everything. His work is amazing (check out his portfolio on the website). And hes a great conversationalist. He also is kind and genuine. Ryan has done 3 tattoos for me (including a cover up) and is currently working on a sleeve for me. The sleeve is based on a book series and he is bringing everything to life perfectly!Other things:Ali and Kacey (the front of house people) are great! So friendly and talkative. Helpful with questions and pricing out jewelry. Very helpful in suggesting an artist that would be a good fit for what youre looking for.Deposits are required which is pretty standard for piercings and tattoos.From my knowledge, they are appointment only, and for tattoos each artist does their books differently. Some only open their books a certain times for a few months ahead, and some always have their books open.The vibe, for lack of a better term, is welcoming, comfortable, and full of joy. I love this place and will not go anywhere else for piercings, tattoos, or even jewelry.

Ben was everything you could ask for in a piercer. He explained everything in detail, made sure I was comfortable in every step and spoke kind words thru the process to make sure I was okay. From start to finish the whole shop was welcoming, clean and efficient.

Mike Moore came highly recommended for my daughter’s ear piercing and he absolutely lived up to his reputation. My daughter is 9 years old and was nervous. He calmed her and made her feel safe right away. Mike was wonderful from start to finish. He explained everything, was very professional and made the experience perfection. He is absolutely the best around for children ear piercing!! Also, super sanitary and clean environment.

Chase is amazing! I was nervous coming in for 3 piercings and he made me feel very safe and not embarrassed when I started acting like a baby. He also gave me a great consultation and showed me what else my ear anatomy can accommodate for further piercings to make some beautiful ear art! The shop is immaculate and all of his piercing equipment was in sterile packaging. Will definitely be coming back in to finish my ear art journey!

I came to ironclad for a second opinion on nipple piercings after having a very bad experience at a different tattoo shop. Kasey was very sweet and professional greeting me as the desk. Chase took me back right away to look at my anatomy and was able to pierce me. He was very kind, gentle and professional. The shop was extremely clean. Everyone is so friendly! Answered any and all questions I had. The shop is so cute too! I’ll never go anywhere else to get any piercings done at other than here! All allergy friendly too, as someone with latex sensitivities as well as many allergies to metals I have had no problems or reactions!

Had a mother daughter ear piercing done here for my daughters first earrings she so desperately wanted. She panicked a little bit initially but because the staff kept their cool, gave her space & room to ask questions and were able to build trust with her, and reminding her that shes the boss & are there to work for her. Luckily she felt comfortable enough to make it through her first piercing. The shop is very clean, and they explain things clearly. Brought my wife here for Mothers Day to get a nose piercing. The entire staff is awesome. Ali (front of house) was very welcoming and helpful. Ben (piercer), was easy to work with and laid back. I previously had a tattoo done by Tessa and that quickly became my favorite tattoo. Its crazy they have this many awesome people in one place. Everyone is so friendly and professional. HIGHLY recommend this place especially if its your first tattoo/piercing as theyll make your experience awesome.

Great experience from the moment you walk in and meet Ali through when you leave!I had a dream of getting a simple dog tattoo on my arm, I gave Kyle a picture and some general thoughts… when I walked in I saw a drawing of MY guy on the table!! I’m still blown away at how he read my email and gave me a better idea than I knew was possible. I was nervous a dog tattoo would look like a stock image of a Shar Pei…. Overall everyone at the place were very welcoming, Ben walked me through the whole process, made it feel a lot more relaxing then I expected. My daughter (6) wanted her ears pierced for her birthday so I took her to Ironclad. We walked in and were greeted by Mike. Let me tell you how absolutely amazing this man was. He talked to my daughter and I clearly and respectfully, he showed my daughter all the jewelry she could pick from, when we got into the room he explained the aftercare to us both (my daughter just giggled the entire time because she was nervous). When everything was done being sterilized Mike showed her all the tools and explained what they were for, when it came time to the piercing Mike explained everything he was going to do before he did it. Recently got my nose pierced with Chase, it was a wonderful experience! I was a little nervous about the pain, he used the needle and not a gun (friends recommended this) and talked me through the whole thing. He made me laugh, feel at ease and was very gentle with the actual needle. Very friendly and helpful as was the front desk female who helped me that day, didn’t get her name, sorry! 10/10 would recommend Chase for piercings! Clean shop as well!

Upon arriving, I was given a warm greeting and went right away to pick out jewelry. I had the pleasure of having my rook pierced by Mike. I was thoroughly informed of the process and procedure beforehand. It wasn’t the most comfortable experience, but I was talked though each step, which put me at ease. I love how it turned out and I will definitely return for others. I’ll also recommend anyone looking to see Mike for your piercing!

Me and my sissy came here a couple days ago to get some piercings done. She got her conch pierced, which was a fabulous experience for her. & I got my septum done. Mike Moore (owner) did our piercings, & he did such a wonderful job. He definitely has an artist’s eye for making sure where the needle went, it perfectly fit my nose structure. So many times he looked at/up my nose for the right spot. He made everything sound so natural and comfortable, I almost felt like I was at home. :) Clean joint, good music, and very friendly staff. AMAZINGGG!!! The lady otp is so sweet, and the customer service was amazing. i went in to get a navel piercing. They go through everything with you and they help you pick out the jewelry they’re going to put in. It’s super clean inside and everyone is so welcoming and sweet. One thing I do want to say is please eat before your appointment, i didn’t and i almost passed out. The piercing itself didn’t hurt much, it was just the fact my sugars were low. but my piercer was so very nice and understood everything so well. They let me sit down and drink water and everything. I felt so sorry 😭 but i appreciated it so much. THANK YOU!! i highly recommend this place for anyone who is nervous abt getting a piercing, they make you feel so welcomed and they really do calm your nerves the best they can.

I researched quite a few tattoo shops before choosing Iron Clad, I live over an hour away and chose to make the drive because I wanted the best experience/service. When I called to make my appointment I booked it over a month in advance and the girl I spoke with on the phone was amazing. She made me feel totally comfortable and answered all of my questions. When I got to the tattoo shop, the girl at the desk showed me all of their jewelry and let me take my time to pick it out. Chase did my piercing and he did an amazing job. He was professional and personable. Im so glad that I made the drive and came here to get my piercing done! Will come back for more piercings in the future!

I have nothing but great things to say! I was so nervous to get my nipples pierced but as soon as I walked in everybody made me feel so comfortable. Ben did my piercings and despite it being a crazy busy day he was so clam, and professional. He took his time explaining the process and made me feel like I could relax. And as soon as it was piercing time he was straight to business and was very quick. Ive also been pierced by chase, he fixed my septum a few years back, which was done by another piercer from another shop. I live an hour away and I would never go anywhere else for a piercing. I recommend this establishment to everyone I know.

Love love love Ironclad! All of the employees were so nice and welcoming and answered all of my questions. Our piercer, Chase, was super awesome and made me and my friends feel super comfortable while getting all of our piercings (because I was a little nervous). Repeatedly made sure we liked what he was doing in terms of piercing position and whatnot and throughly explained everything he was doing/why he was doing it so we could understand. Consistently reassured us we were doing great after each piercing which was greatly appreciated. Gave us great & honest tips in terms of aftercare and such. Overall, we had a really wonderful experience at Ironclad and will definitely be returning for future piercings/tattoos!!

Chase was very professional and explained the piercing process very thoroughly with me. He took his time showing me different options, working around other piercings. In February Chase did two lobe piercings for me and it was a great experience. Very clean and professional and I felt very comfortable. However, over the summer I went somewhere else to get my nose pierced and it was a big mistake and I had so many issues with the jewelry they used. I reached out tot Chase for help and he helped pick the right jewelry for my needs and was quick, clean and efficient but took the time to make sure my sizing was correct. Highly recommend Chase as a piercer overall!

I came to Ironclad originally only because a friend of mine recommended their jewelery. I had gotten my first helix piercing about a month ago, the piercer (NOT Ironclad) had put in rings and I was NOWHERE near healing - in fact I hadnt been able to sleep on that side because of pain, swelling, and uncomfort (despite aftercare treatments). I had my appointment with Ben S. who was beyond friendly, welcoming, and interested in learning about my piercing. He helped me pick out an adorable ear stud with a flat back and even exchanged it for me.Now the kicker is, I had asked Ben if I could purchase some other piercings (chains etc.) for my helix but he said he wont put anything else in before the piercing is properly healed. He could have easily made money off of me but he didnt and lets be honest, it is SO RARE these days to find businesses like that! And finally, only 6 hours after our appointment, the piercing stopped aching, no more swelling, and I am finally able to sleep again on that side of my face. Had an appt to simply get my helix piercing changed today & I was freaking out! I’ve had bad experiences with my helix & am allergic to so many metals so I was nervous about getting it changed for the first time. Ben helped me pick out the right metal for me in a gorgeous & dainty post earring. He walked me through step-by-step what was happening & it calmed my nerves so much. It was quick, painless, & I’m so happy with how my new earring looks. The jewelry is high quality, the shop is clean & relaxing, & everyone there is a gem. Definitely recommend!!

Every part of my Ironclad experience was stellar. From the moment I called I knew I was in the right place. Everyone is extremely nice and the shop is squeaky clean. Ryan did an awesome job of not only tattooing me, but talking me through it and going slow enough since it was my first tattoo. Would highly recommend.- I had gotten my nose pierced at this cheaper place near my house the week before and it was awful. My nose swole up and the jewelry came out so easily as it was L shaped. They also pierced low. Coming to Ironclad resolved all of that, Mike was super passionate and explained exactly why he did everything. Chase is fantastic. I went in with piercings that I felt meh about and left absolutely loving them because he turned them into exactly what I wanted. Got a nose piercing done here. He let me take my time picking the jewelry but after he explained everything the piercing was quick! He definitely did a fantastic job of easing the pain and anxiety! Jewelry is fair priced with lots of selection too. Also the shop is beautifully decorated.

Today me & my best friend went in for some piercings. We didnt have appointments but they took us in right away without a problem! She got her cartilage & I got my navel for my birthday. Everytime I’ve been in the staff is so nice & incredibly friendly. I wanted my nose repierced after a nose procedure years ago and no other place felt comfortable doing it but Benjamin was so patient with my questions and cheered me on the whole time he was piercing me. I just went back in months later to have my piercing changed from a stud to a hoop and was graciously fit in because I didn’t think to make an appointment. Chase was amazing. Mike is the absolute best! I came to him after I had some issues with a piercing done somewhere else. I had a double nostril and had a really bad reaction to the jewelry. I was so worried Id have to let it completely heal and get repierced but with Mikes help and advice we didnt have to!Mike was super patient in helping me pick out new jewelry and reassured me it was high quality. I have gotten plenty of piercings here such as naval, tragus, forward helix, nose, etc and I refuse to go anywhere else. They are always very professional and really know how to put anxious customers at ease. The shop is always clean and they open brand new needles in front of you. I recommend going by Chase; he’s done all my piercings and they look fabulous. I’ve gotten piercings other places as well, and those piercings ended up with problems. As for the piercings I got at ironclad, not only did they heal extremely well, they healed quicker as well. Highly recommend coming here!

Yesterday was my first visit to Ironclad Tattoo to have my nose pierced. I had a great experience with Chase. It was quick, easy, and pretty painless with no pain afterward. Mike Moore pierced my septum, it was my second time getting it done, previously (at a different place) my septum was done way too low and it was extremely painful, i even almost passed out. I was shocked when Mike pierced me and i only felt the pinch of the needle and it only took a few seconds. He was incredibly nice and made sure i was comfortable, my septum already feels so much better compared to my old one. Mike is way more kind and more considerate than my old piercer i definitely recommend Mike for piercings he’s amazing at it.

Ben was my piercer. If I could, in addition to the 5-star review, I would give him 2 thumbs-up, a gold star, and a blue ribbon. He was incredible. He detailed the entire process with easy-to-follow, step-by-step instructions. The nose piercing was absolutely painless. I barely felt it at all. In fact, the interior nose swab and the jewelry insertion was more uncomfortable - not painful - than the actual piercing. Just as important, the facility was spotless, and the tools were sterile and disposable. There was a wide array of jewel choices, all implant-grade titanium or solid gold.I highly recommend Ironclad Tattoo. I highly recommend asking for Ben.

I dont usually write reviews for places because not a lot of places really stick out for me but, this place is absolutely amazing! my mom and I went to get our noses pierced for my birthday and the guy we had, Chase, was super nice and made me feel comfortable, which i think is important when you have someone shoving a needle through your skin. Also the inside is very nice, super clean, and they play some amazing music. i would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

I came in for a quick piercing change for my nipple rings and had a great experience. Their piercer was super knowledgeable and took his time despite time constraints. He was very professional and even changed the color of my titanium rings to gold for me with a crazy chemistry machine. Super cool. Excellent staff and will definitely go back for another piercing.

Mike pierce my daith and helix and he did a phenomenal job! I was unsure of exactly what I wanted and he worked with me to come up with the right placement and jewelry for what I wanted. Id give this place 6 out of 5 stars if I could! Everyone at Ironclad is nice and professional. When I walked in for the first time I was greeted with smiles. I went to Chase to get a second lobe piercing and he did an amazing job! He put the special ink on my ears to see if I liked where my piercings would be placed, and he also gave me his professional opinion of why it should be placed where it is. Chase also explained to me what he was doing as he was piercing my ears. Not only is he a great piercer, but hes a great person. The selection and quality of the jewelry Ironclad has is amazing, as well. Its very clean inside and everything is sterilized. I had to come in on a couple occasions after I got my my piercings because I was having minor issues (my earlobes were too thick for the post in my ears so I had to get them changed (of course Id have weird earlobes...)), but in no way were they annoyed by my visits. I really recommend coming to Ironclad if you need any work and especially going to Chase if you need any piercings I will be back in the future if I ever want anything else done-- such a great place!

I see great reviews here. Unfortunately i have tried to contact them couple of times, few artists directly via email with tatto ideas but never got any response. Tried once few months ago and then tried again 3 weeks ago. No response at all. Have no idea how to get an appointment. Very strange!! Btw this is for tattoo. I had my daughters nose pierced few weeks back which went well just fine. I was told to contact an artist for my tatto idea which i did but never heard back.

I had a few piercings done by Mike and it was a great experience. He was professional and extremely clean. While I was nervous, the atmosphere was relaxing and my comfort was a top priority. I have numerous piercings. After getting my nose pierced here, I have decided to only ever come here from here on out. Mike and Chase are unbelievably good at what they do. I got my nose pierced last week by Mike. I called a half hour before they closed and they said they would still take me. I walked in 15 mins before they closed (yes i was that jerk) because of my busy schedule and the lady at the front desk was so sweet and understanding. Mike was awesome! I was expecting attitude for coming in right before they closed but instead i got the opposite! He took the time to explain everything to me and did not rush me at all. He walked me through the sterilizing and then the piercing. I barely even felt it. This place is legit! My piercing looks awesome and is healing nicely. I will for sure be back for more work! The staff at Ironclad are just that: Ironclad. Professional, courteous, unique-yet casual appearing business . But dont sleep, their prices are on the higher-end of the industry, but inall fairness, they deserve to be on the higher level due to their quality of tools, their attention to detail combining the clients wishes with the artists conception.There is artwork on the wall to help with creating ideas for your ink, but it will take a visit or two for the artist to get to know you and your needs, including information about your skin tone, melanin content, tattoo location, etc. Be prepared to email any concept samples or bring in photos with your ideas on the daybof your consult. And for heavens sake, please let the artist BE the artist. Youll be so much more pleased with your final tattoo and their work of you do, and dont be a control freak. I know in the end its your body and you can do what you wish, but the point of this is to have an enjoyable experience. Just sit back and relax when the process is done.A couple things to remember. 1)This is a business thats been around the block, so they adhere tostrict schedule guidelines, and for any tattoo or piercing, a deposit must first be left.Even if you want to get concept art or sketching.(I did lose my deposit once during a no show to one of my sessions, but it was moved to another session.. Just be careful)2) I never saw my final artwork until the 1st day of my application, and for some people, that process might be unsettling, but please dont let that sway you away.. I honestly dont regret that process. It works for a reason.My wife and I are still continuing our journey and a wonderful journey it is. 2018: Got a facial dermal done here. Low prices, seriously high quality. Piercing was quick and painless. Piercer was amazing, he had a great personality to ease any type of anxiety. When I went back to get another piercing done and I found out he left, I went searching and found Ironclad. Had my septum pierced here today by Ben. The shop was clean, everyone was friendly, and I was in and out in 30 minutes. Ben explained everything he was doing, aftercare, and allowed multiple chances to ask questions. This was my first piercing besides my ears as a kid, and the atmosphere was so comfortable it felt like I had done it a dozen times. I took my daughter here to get an industrial, which is a type of ear piercing. Mike Moore did a fantastic job of keeping everything sterile and as painless as possible. He also double-pierced her ears, taking great care to align the new piercing with the old.Did I ever think I would be reviewing a tattoo place? A friend recommended ironclad when my daughter decided she wanted to get her ears pierced. They were very professional and friendly. The tools were all sterile, the storefront and back room were both very clean. My sister thought the price ($103) was a bit steep, but I thought it was well worth it. My daughter is infection free and still wears the adorable opal earrings provided.

I had a helix piercing done by Ben. I had a great experience and it has been healing nicely. The jewelry selection is great and its all high quality. Chase did my post change and he was very nice and professional as well. I had a botched daith piercing done at a different studio with poor quality jewelry. I will be returning to Ironclad to have them properly redo the daith when I am healed and able to have it repierced.

And it was like hed done it a thousand times it went by so quickly and PAINLESSLY. He was even willing to check out a piercing I did elsewhere and give me advice on aftercare. Mike Moore pierced my daughters ears about a month ago now.. He did a great job explaining everything to us (the parents) and made my 5 year old daughter super comfortable before and during the piercing! He took the time to place the piercing appropriately as she would grow into them. Great experience for all of us! Will highly recommend Mike and this shop!

Ive been here several times for piercings, both with others and for myself. Theyve never given me a bad experience. Theyre all very polite and understanding, they work with you every step of the way. Ive never been uncomfortable in their parlor. I am going reccomend this place to everyone who asks for a place to get piercings.

The girl who works at the front desk is very rude and dismissive. If you ask them a question it’s like they are bothered and doing you a favor. I been coming here for years for all my piercings and I feel turned off from how I was spoken to I will have to find a new place which is unfortunate since the piercers are great and they have nice jewelry I just don’t want to deal with these rude women who answer the phone

I decided to get double helix piercings and a tattoo today. My sister recommended Ironclad and after today, I can see why. Mike Moore did my piercings and he was super nice and informative. He explained everything he was doing in detail and made my experience memorable. Next, I got a tattoo from Mike Bagwell. He also, was informative and gave awesome suggestions on the size and design of my tattoo. As this being the first tat for me, Mike made sure to put me at ease. The overall atmosphere of Ironclad was awesome and everything was very sterile and clean. I swear both Mikes have the bedside manner of the most experienced doctor! Job very well done! Most definitely will be back.

I will always go to the guys here for any piercings. For over a year I had terrible trouble with one of my earrings and Mike helped me out by putting in proper jewelry and now Ive never had any problems! Love their jewelry, love the staff, 10/10 would recommend to ANYONE

Unlike some places who only have a standard piece of jewelry for fresh piercings (which are not always appealing), Ironclad has a variety to choose from with different sizes and styles for everyone. Every time I go here, everyone is always so welcoming and helpful!

I have gotten all of my piercings here, some with Mike and some with Chase. Both gentlemen have don’t spectacular jobs, they make pain minimal, and very clear aftercare instructions. They let you pick from an assortment of different jewelry, some can be on the pricier side but it’s very worth it with the excellent work they preform

I just went in today, during my lunch hour, to get a helix piercing. Which I only had about 35 minutes to get back to work. There were a couple of customers ahead of me and Mike promised that he could get me out in 15 minutes.I didnt mind coming back, but he said that wed play it by ear, and if I had to run then we could figure it out.While I waited I overheard some of staff talking to potential customers getting tattoos and or cover ups, they definitely know what theyre talking about. They took their time listening and understanding the needs of the customers.By the time Mike got to me, I had about 15 minutes to get back. Mike explained everything to me while doing the process, it didnt really hurt as much as Id expected and he was super nice. I was only about 3 minutes late, but it was worth it. Best customer service and jewelry selection in Metro Detroit.If you need a piercing go to Ben. All the piercers are top-notch, but Ben is my boy. He just gets it. Especially if you’re looking for the “curated ear” trend he’s the guy to see. Very professional and delivers perfect results every time. I think he must have magical powers at this point.

Ive heard nothing but great things about this shop. I finally got to check it out myself to get my tongue pierced. Chase was great. Not only was the piercing quick and mostly painless, but he also just made me very comfortable while I was kinda nervous. Will definitely recommend.

Loved working with Keith on a difficult tattoo; it turned out great! Giving the customer the ability to watch TV while getting tattooed is awesome. A welcome distraction! The shop is a very friendly place and I just love Mike- such a nice guy! I already set up my next appointment. :)

Piercer BEN:This was my second time going to Ironclad. I went at the recommendation of a friend who is a frequent at this facility. My first experience 3 years ago was great. Very happy with the whole experience. 3 years ago My daughter and I went in for ear piercings for our birthday. At the time she was 11, I brought her birth certificate with me as instructed and had no issues. THIS year however, I had to pay a deposit at the time of scheduling which was $85, ok, No problem. I was told to bring ID, and Birth Certificate. When we arrived for our appointment, I was told it was the law that a photo ID was required for my now 14 year old. She does not have a school ID and has no photo ID identification. I was told she could come back when she had one. I asked them if they had our file from previous since we had already come and had piercings prior with THEM. NOPE! I proceeded with my piercing anyway (medusa). When I checked out, I was told I had to forfeit my deposit for my daughter since she could not be pierced due to no photo ID. I asked if the deposit could be put towards another appointment if I made one, I was told no. I Asked if I could use the deposit towards my jewelry, or hers, and was told no. I asked if I could get another piercing since she could not, and I again was told NO. So, in the end, they took my money without even offering me to use it any another way. I did not no show my appointment, he still changed her jewelry (couldnt be used for that), I did my part and was punished regardless. I asked BEN change 2 of my posts on old piercings, he changed 3 and with the third, it was so small and tight the earing was inside my ear when I got home. I had to change it myself back to the original post. The lip piercing that I just had done, is not center its a little to my left. I have to say this experience was beyond disappointing. The lack of communication and willingness to work with me given the circumstances was unreal. I will absolutely NEVER return, or recommend anyone else go, definitely not for minors.

I’ve gotten seven tattoos and four piercings here and I don’t ever want to go anywhere else for anything. The artists and piercers so SO amazing and all of my tattoos are absolutely beautiful. Highly recommend seeing and getting a tattoo done by Ryan. If you go on his Instagram page and look at the post of doggy memorial tattoos he did, mine is the black lab. He made that tattoo, and the experience, so special.

I got my tragus piercing done here in 2017 by Mike. I waited a few years and got my other tragus done this past summer 2020 along with a nose piercing. Both are healing nicely.If you have any issues along the way Mike will take care of all of your concerns. The shop is clean and the front office staff is pleasant, knowledgeable and professional.This shop carries BVLA jewelry. This company has some very unique beautiful pieces. I have a beautiful yellow gold nose stud made by BLVA and am going to upgrade to another piece that is a diamond gold hoop in a few months.I will never go to another piercing place.
