The owner Brant took 50 dollars from me as a deposit and scheculed an appointment for 1pm on a Monday. I arrived early and he told me it would be another 30 minutes, he had someone in the chair. 1pm hits and hes still not done, it takes another 15 minutes for him to finish and then i watch him take a walk-in and start a fresh tattoo while hes already 15 minutes late for the appointment i paid for. I waited a full hour and a half before becoming so frustrated that i got up and left. He calls me another 15 minutes later asking where i was. I told him i was in disbelief, he skipped my paid for appointment to try and make more money before closing and started a walk-in. His excuse was what do you want me to do? The chick i had in the chair used to be fat and her skin is stretchy it took longer than i thought.Not only did he completely avoid accepting responsibility for skipping my appointment, he then insults another paying client behind her back. Then he REFUSES to return my deposit even though he was the one who misses my appointment. I wrote a formal letter to him demanding my money back, and that ide be willing to take it to small claims court and gave him a generous week to respond.He didnt.Brant, you are unprofessional and disrespectful to a degree ive never seen in a tattoo shop. Your attitude is unbelievable. I paid 50 dollars to sit in an uncomfortable 85 degree waiting room in the sun for an hour and a half and watch you tattoo someone else on MY time that I paid for in advance because you got greedy.It feels so stupid that i have to actually file a court claim but you refuse to handle it any other way.If anyones reading this, do not trust him with a deposit. Walk-in or nothing. Better yet, go to a different artist who will respect your time and money.

You get what you pay for. Scratchy art. Scratchy shading. Doesn’t go deep enough at certain parts, so parts of it fade almost immediately. He also has no idea how to trace over lines. Like a preschooler could probably do better. Poor quality. Unsanitary to an extent. He kept picking up the phone and answering while tattooing. No, he did not take his gloves off once to do so. Gross. Waste of money. I wish I could say we were the exception but after reviewing all the other photo reviews, sorry, but you will all soon realize why they’re cheaper here than other shops. Poor quality work and extremely scratchy. Showing this guy’s tattoos to artist with actual talent and clean shops, makes those artists cringe every time. Like seriously. This guy wasn’t even nice or friendly, very monotone, no conversation. Would recommend probably any other shop over this place. And I am not trying to be mean, but when you screw up a ginormous tattoo on someone, you effect their life forever, and forever in a negative way. Im sure this guy is great at drawing on paper but please if I can help anyone and save anyone’s skin by saying don’t go here, please listen to me!! :(

My Mom lives in Ukiah. Went to see her for Thanksgiving and thought Id treat myself to a new tattoo(s) ....not like me to go to a shop or an artist I havent been to before, but Im super glad I did. Brant did a wonderful job on two forearm tattoos. His insight and feedback helped to make my new tattoos SO awesome. Hes a good guy and I enjoyed his company and our conversation. Blessing and breaking. My new motto for life. We bless others, and give em a break. Not easy, but something I wish others would have done more for me.

If your looking for a place to get your piercings done, I highly recommend going here. I wasn’t sure since I’m from out of State but I’m glad I chose Ukiah Tattoo Company. I had my Marylin done by Mike. He way cool and did an awesome job and was very helpful and answered all my questions. He’s also very clean and professional. Thank you again Mike!

Amazing experience, got my first tattoo here. He was incredibly nice with great conversation and designed exactly what I wanted. If youre going to go anywhere for tattoo I suggest going here

One of the best experiences I’ve had with a tattoo company. I’m extremely sensitive towards pain and he was able to talk me down from hyperventilating and was so welcoming and kind. I heavily recommend getting a tat here for any tattoo virgins/getting your first tattoo. Clean lines, a clean shop with tons of cool art, and a wonderful experience
