Third Eye Tattoo

I’ve gotten 6 total tattoos from D, from lettering to things he’s drawn. I’ve never been disappointed. I especially appreciate how nice my tats come out and his ability to tattoo dark skin. Not super cheap, but very reasonably priced (good tattoos shouldn’t be cheap though 😀). Environment in the shop is chill. I get lots of compliments & questions about the tattoos he’s done for me. I recommend him to anyone! My most recent tat from D is attached: some clean and crisp lettering. 👍🏾

Phenomenal experience all around. I have been tattooed by both Matt D and Justin M. Every time I have gotten exactly what I want. Third Eye has an amazing atmosphere with fun conversations. It is one of the cleanest shops I have ever been to. Very impressed with the professionalism, cleanliness, and artistic ability. 12/10 recommend

I went here recently to get my second tattoo and they did an absolutely amazing job. Ricky did my tattoo and he made the process go quickly and was even able to get me in within two weeks to get the work done. I still have to go in to see if there needs any touching up although i think it looks amazing as is. Posted are the pictures i took while getting it done as well as how its looking now almost two months later. Still crisp and clean. :)

I had a custom tattoo done in January of 2020 by Justin, and I highly recommend this artist. He takes your design and ideas very seriously and ensures that you get exactly what you want. He is very laid back and makes sure you are comfortable and happy. He also works very efficiently, and for the size and quality of the tattoo the price was extremely reasonable. I believe he also offers free touch ups on all of his pieces. The space is really nice and very professional. I have not been back for touch-ups or another tattoo due to COVID-19, but plan on returning in the future.

Today was my first tattoo, and I absolutely loved it!! Matt D made me feel comfortable and relaxed. I was nervous at first but once it got going I relaxed. The tattoo came out amazing and I absolutely love it. Will be going back for future tattoos and touch ups. Highly recommend

SUPER clean tattoo shop. GREAT artists who care about putting great art on you. They each have their own style and work to be the best at it. They are also very friendly and love to joke around and have a good time while working. My piece I shared isnt finished yet but I already love it. Done by Justin Brewer.

Matt Diana and Justin McCarty are the real deal. They both care about the art they put on your body just as much as you do. They will take the time to help you find a tattoo and style that will last as long as you do. Take the time to look at their portfolios, check out their art, talk to them, and ask questions. The shop itself, is big enough to accommodate a number of clients without feeling cramped. Their work space is clean, well stocked, and very well taken care of. These are the guys that you will be talking about for years after you get your first tattoo from them.

This is the best tattoo shop Ive ever been to. I have quite a few tattoos from various places, but this shop is by far the best I have ever went to. I got my dogs portrait done, and the detail that Matt D put into the tattoo for me is insane. I cannot stop staring at it because Im so impressed. If you want a clean, professional, extremely talented tattoo shop, this is the one. I HIGHLY recommend Third Eye tattoo. Plus all of the artists are hilarious and will probably make you laugh the entire time

I had an ugly, embarrassing piece done by someone else, and for 2 years have been hiding it. Didnt know where to go or who to trust to try to fix it/ cover it up, and then I met Matt D!!! I was completely comfortable with him from the very first, he really took time to LOOK at it. He wanted to re-work it, and I just let him do his thing... WOWSERS!!!! ITSGORGEOUS!!! I will NEVER go anywhere else!! He turned it into a real work of art! Going back for an addition to it here REAL SOON! If you want an artist, and a VERY laid back atmosphere, look no further! He was everything I was hoping for and more! Ive got some great art on me, but this is at the top of the list! THANKS,D!

Amazing. Great communication. I had an existing tattoo that needed some spicing up. Matt understood exactly what I wanted to add, and everything turned out perfect. Im very happy with it.Will definitely go back to him for other tattoos later on.

Rick’s been tattooing me for 3 years now. He never fails to deliver excellent work, great conversation, and thorough professionalism. Overall, a great shop for someone looking to get an intricate tattoo or for a nervous newbie.

After a recommendation from my brother, I went in to see Matt D. I told him what I had in mind, brought the original artwork to him and then let him work his magic. I knew exactly how I wanted my art to look and was so nervous about all the small details and worried if it could be done and stay as realistic and authentic as possible. After my experience here, I realize that my excessive worry about this particular piece was unnecessary. I am beyond pleased with the turnout of my tattoo. His extreme attention to detail and care he put into my tattoo, just made the overall experience even better. I couldnt believe my tribute tattoo to my dogs, could look this amazing. If/when I decide to get another tattoo, I will not need to look further than Matt and his crew at Third Eye. Thank you! Thank you so, so much!!

Ive had all of my tattoos done here by Justin, and its never a dull moment. Sitting in the chair for hours having the time of my life, and all Im wanting is more ink. The artworks amazing, and the skill is there. Ive already recommended a dozen people.

Matt D did has done 3 out of 4 tattoos of mine. Matt did my first 2. I then tried a different artist per a friends request. I went back to Matt for my fourth tat VERY apologetic that I went anywhere other then him. Bottomline Matt D will be the only artist to tat me. Matt does beautiful unique work every time without fail.

I have been seeing Rick for over 3 years, and this studio beats his last space hands down. Absolutely beautiful space, amazing artists, and a perfect atmosphere to get your art done. Super excited to keep coming back!

He can make a customized piece for you!So I went to a different place in Champaign before and the tattoo guy totally discouraged me and said he will charge me a grand for my tattoo (lol okay?) AND THEN luckily, I found third eye ink and wow I’m just happy as a clam I went here. Very professional and chill environment. This place is amazing!

Every time I go in I have an incredible experience, Matt does amazing work and the atmosphere is always very relaxed but still fun. I always recommend this shop to everyone I know and will continue to do so.

Ive had about 14 hours worth of ink done by Justin in this shop. Its very clean and well organized, and the artists are professional and enjoyable to interact with. I would not recommend this place for walk-ins and they DO NOT DO PIERCINGS. This shop is for people that want well-thought out and well-designed artwork on their bodies.

Worked with Rick Kutch/Ricky Indiana of Third Eye for a couple years, and by the end I had a kickass sleeve and a fantastic experience from stem to stern. The guys at Third Eye are great company and fascinating to listen to their stories, jokes, and interests. I cant recommend them enough.

I went in for a simple rose tattoo, they refused to numb me even though I kept asking. The lines arent even there are even marks on my tattoo that arent suppose to be there, and my tattoo isnt even the one I gave to the guys to tattoo on me, yes its still cute but its also not what I asked for.

Super cool, super clean tattoo shop. Matt D and Cookie are superb artists that can be trusted to lay down some righteous ink upon your body that you will be proud of for a lifetime.
